Abstrak:
Latar Belakang : Scistosomiasis termasuk dalam Penyakit Tropis yang Terabaikan (NTD-Neglected Tropical Diseases). disebabkan oleh cacing pipih trematoda darah dari genus Schistosoma. Schistosoma pada manusia yang dikenal ada 3 (tiga) jenis yaitu: Schistosoma japonicum, Schistosoma mansoni dan Schistosoma haematobium. Berdasarkan tempat hidupnya dalam tubuh manusia, terbagi menjadi dua jenis yaitu dalam pembuluh darah vena usus (Schistosoma japonicum dan Schistosoma mansoni), sedangkan dalam pembuluh darah vena vesica urinari (Schistosoma haematobium). Schistosomiasis masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat, terutama di 77 negara berkembang di daerah tropis maupun subtropis. Diperkirakan 240 juta orang yang terinfeksi Schistosomiasis, dengan sekitar 700 juta orang di seluruh dunia berisiko terinfeksi Schistosomiasis, di Indonesia prevalensi Schistosomiasis tahun 2015 sebesar (1,7%), sama dengan prevalensi di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah sebesar (1,7%).
Tujuan: penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara Sarana Air Bersih (SAB) dan jamban terhadap kejadian Schistosomiasis di Kabupaten Sigi dan Kabupaten Poso Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah.
Metode : Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisis desain studi ekologi, desa sebagai unit analisis.
Hasil : Hasil analisis hubungan antara SAB dengan Kejadian Schistosomiasis dan Jamban di Kabupaten Poso dan Kabupaten Sigi selama tahun pengamatan 2014-2016, secara statistik tidak terdapat hubungan. Hasil analisis yang berhubungan adalah pelaksanaan Program STBM dengan p-value = 0,010 (Poso) dan p-value = 0,0005 (Sigi) serta keberadaan kader kesehatan lingkungan Kabupaten Poso p-value=0,001, pekerjaan p-value = 0,000 (Sigi).
Kesimpulan : Variabel pelaksanaan program STBM dan ketersediaan kader kesehatan lingkungan, Penyuluhan Kesehatan lingkungan, pekerjaan dan kepadatan penduduk merupakan variabel yang berhubungan signifikan dari pada variabel lainnya.

There are three known Schistosoma in human, which are: Schistosoma japonicum, Schistosoma mansoni and Schistosoma haematobium. Based on the place of its life in the human body, is divided into two types, that is in the veins of intestinal veins (Schistosoma japonicum and Schistosoma mansoni), and in the veins of venous vesica urinary (Schistosoma haematobium). Schistosomiasis is still a public health problem, especially in 77 developing countries in the tropics and subtropics. Estimated, 240 million people infected with Schistosomiasis and about 700 million people worldwide at risk of being infected with Schistosomiasis. In Indonesia the prevalence of Schistosomiasis by 2015 was 1.7%, is similar to the prevalence in Central Sulawesi.
Objective: This study was to analyze the relationship between the clean water facility and latrines against the incidence of Schistosomiasis in Sigi and Poso districts of Central Sulawesi Province.
Method: This research is a descriptive quantitative research using ecological study design analysis, and the village as unit of analysis.
Result: Result of analysis of relationship between SAB with insidence of Schistosomiasis and Jamban in Poso and Sigi District during observation year 2014-2016 showed statistically there was no relationship. The result of related analysis is the implementation of Total Sanitation Based on Community Program with p-value = 0,010 (Poso) and p- value = 0.0005 (Sigi) and presence of health cadre of Kabupaten Poso p-value = 0,001, job p-value = 0,000 (Sigi).
Conclusion: The implementation of Total Sanitation Based on Community Program, the availability of environmental health cadres, environmental health counseling, occupation and population density were variables which are significantly related to other variables.

Abstrak:
Gangguan fungsi paru merupakan penyakit tidak menular yang diperkirakan menjadi penyebab ketiga kematian di dunia pada Tahun 2030. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan panjanan partikulat (PM2,5) terhadap gangguan fungsi paru pada ibu rumah tangga di sekitar kawasan pabrik semen Desa Citeuruep, Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 100 orang ibu rumah tangga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 57 orang ibu rumah tangga memiliki gangguan fungsi paru, 55% berumur lebih dari 40 tahun, 58% memiliki status gizi tidak normal, 59% memiliki ventilasi rumah tidak memenuhi syarat, 70% anggota keluarga merupakan perokok aktif, 67% menetap dirumah dengan jarak dari pabrik semen memiliki risko akan paparan debu, 100% Kelembaban rumah ibu rumah tangga tidak memenuhi syarat. Ibu rumah tangga yang terpajanan partikulat (PM2,5) tidak memenuhi syarat sebanyak 56,4% mengalami gangguan fungsi paru. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa semua varibel yang diteliti pada penelitian ini tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap gangguan fungsi paru pada ibu rumah tangga. Upaya pencegahan yang dapat dilakukan adalah melakukan sosialisasi kepada ibu rumah tangga untuk melakukan pola hidup bersih dan sehat. Selain itu, pihak puskesmas dapat melakukan penyuluhan terkait rumah sehat, pola konsumsi gizi seimbang serta inspeksi snaitasi rumah secara berkala.

Abstrak:
Tuberkulosis (TB) paru merupakan salah satu penyakit menular melalui saluran pernapasan yang menjadi penyebab utama kematian di seluruh dunia. Berbagai faktor dapat mempengaruhi penyebaran penyakit TB paru. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis hubungan faktor sosial ekonomi, gaya hidup, akses fasilitas kesehatan, dan kondisi rumah dan permukiman dengan prevalensi TB paru di Indonesia Tahun 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi ekologi dengan unit analisis provinsi dengan total 34 provinsi. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi dan regresi linier. Hasil studi menunjukan bahwa rata-rata prevalensi TB paru di Indonesia sebanyak 381 per 100.000 penduduk. Faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan penyebaran penyakit tuberkulosis paru adalah kemudahan akses ke puskesmas (p-value = 0,000, r = -0,631), kebiasaan membuka jendela kamar tidur setiap hari (p-value = 0,036, r = -0,361), luas ventilasi memenuhi syarat pada kamar tidur (p-value = 0,002, r = -0,517), ruang masak (p-value = 0,003, r = -0,495), dan ruang keluarga (p-value = 0,006, r = -0,464), dan tingkat pencahayaan kamar tidur memenuhi syarat (p-value = 0,001, r = 0,550). Faktor risiko utama penyebaran TB paru di Indonesia yaitu kemudahan akses ke puskesmas (B = -0,668, p-value = 0,007). Hasil tersebut mencerminkan bahwa proporsi kemudahan akses ke puskesmas lebih tinggi maka prevalensi TB paru lebih rendah. Pemerintah perlu mempercepat pemerataan pembangunan fasilitas kesehatan agar seluruh wilayah di Indonesia memiliki kemudahan dalam memperoleh kesehatan.

Abstrak:
Dunia aviasi memiliki banyak kegiatan yang turut menghasilkan berbagai macam limbah, termasuk limbah padat bahan berbahaya dan beracun atau B3. Kegiatan pemeliharaan, perbaikan, dan overhaul pesawat terbang merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang memiliki dampak buruk pada masyarakat maupun lingkungan. Dalam rangka melindungi kesehatan masyarakat dan lingkungan dari dampak timbulan limbah padat B3, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem pengelolaan limbah padat B3 hasil pemeliharaan, perbaikan, dan overhaul pesawat terbang di perusahaan perawatan pesawat terbang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi deskriptif observasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data dari penelitian ini berasal dari data primer yang berasal dari wawancara mendalam dan observasi secara langsung, serta secara sekunder dengan melakukan telaah dokumen perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengelolaan limbah padat B3, terdapat permasalahan diantaranya yaitu prasarana TPS limbah B3 yang tidak memadai, jumlah SDM kurang, dan hambatan dalam efisiensi limbah padat B3. Adapun sistem pelaporan dan penyebaran informasi pengelolaan limbah padat B3 sudah tergolong cukup baik karena dilakukan secara rutin dan informatif. Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu adanya melakukan analisis beban kerja, memperbaiki sistem perlabelan, pengawasan rutin terhadap wadah penyimpanan, perbaikan prasarana TPS limbah B3, pengangkutan secara rutin, pengecekan kesehatan petugas limbah B3, dan penyebaran informasi dampak limbah padat B3 kepada masyarakat.

This research was conducted to determine how the hazardous solid waste management system results from aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul in aircraft maintenance companies. This study uses a descriptive observational study design using a qualitative approach. The source of data from this research comes from primary data, which comes from in-depth interviews and direct observation, and secondarily by reviewing company documents. The results of this study indicate that the hazardous solid waste management system has problems, including inadequate temporary disposal sites for hazardous and toxic waste, insufficient human resources, and obstacles to the efficiency of hazardous solid waste. The system for reporting and disseminating information on hazardous solid waste management is quite good because it is carried out routinely and informatively. Suggestions that this research can be given are conducting a workload analysis, improving the labeling system, routine monitoring of storage containers, repairing temporary disposal sites for hazardous and toxic waste, carrying out routine waste management, checking the health of hazardous waste officers, and disseminating information on the impact of hazardous solid waste to the public.
