There is an age shift in patients with diabetes mellitus in the East Bogor Health Center area. In 2021 the diagnosis for the youngest person with diabetes mellitus found at the East Bogor Health Center was at the age of 29 years. Meanwhile, in 2022 until July, the age of the youngest patient with diabetes mellitus was found to be 19 years old. This research was conducted to determine the determinants that influence diabetes mellitus prevention behavior in adolescents. A cross-sectional study was conducted on 110 students at SMAN 3 Bogor City who were selected as a random sample. The study was conducted from November to December 2022. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire through gform. Data were entered into SPSS for univariate and bivariate analysis. In bivariate analysis, variables with p=0.05 were considered significantly associated. The mean value obtained from adolescent prevention behavior was 64.7 (scale 100). There are asignificant relationship between knowledge (p=0.006), perceived susceptibility (p=0.002), perceived severity (p=0.018), perceived benefits (p=0.011), perceived barriers (p=0.001), and sources of information (p=0.034) with diabetes mellitus prevention behavior in adolescents. Efforts to increase awareness in preventing diabetes mellitus need to be increased to produce a generation free from catastrophic diseases, especially diabetes mellitus.
During the pandemic, health workers have an important role in providing health services. Due to the high number of Covid-19 cases, it certainly adds to both the workload and the risk of contracting the disease among them. This was not only had a physical impact but also impact on mental health. This study aims to identify stressors, perception of stressors, coping strategies used to deal with stressors, symptoms felt by health workers, and outcomes of coping in health workers. This study used a qualitative method and a rapid assessment procedures design. The theory used was the theory of Lazarus. Data were collected through in-depth interview among 5 main informants and 2 key informants. This study found that there were internal and external stressors during the Covid-19 pandemic among the health workers. The majority of the health workers perceived that stressors are obstacles while some other informants perceived them neither as obstacle nor a threat, but as a challenge. Most of the informants perceived that they are able to overcome or reduce stressors. They also felt that they have social support from their family, parents, and coworkers. Various kinds of stress symptoms that appeared in the form of psychological changes include reduced enthusiasm for productivity, difficulty sleeping, feeling bored, and irritated. Meanwhile, physiological changes include symptoms of ulcers or increased stomach acid, fatigue, chills, and eating a lot. Hypertension is called the silent killer disease which is the cause of premature death in the world. Non-pharmacological therapy for hypertension on hypertension patients by doing lifestyle modification. One of the efforts of hypertensive patients to do lifestyle modifications by applying the behavior of CERDIK. The purpose of this research is to describe the characteristics, knowledge, and behavior of CERDIK on hypertension patients at the Depok Jaya Health Center in 2022. The research uses a quantitative method with a cross-sectional study design. The research uses a purposive sampling technique with 110 respondents filling out an offline questionnaire. The results showed that the characteristics of people with hypertension at the Depok Jaya Health Center in 2022 are elderly (50.9%), female (69.1%), high school degree (45.5%), and inheritance hypertension from the family (60%). People with hypertension in Depok Jaya in 2022 have fairly knowledge of hypertension (66.4%) and have able to perform or implement CERDIK behavior (72.7%). People with hypertension in the working area of the Depok Jaya Health Center in 2022 have well knowledge of hypertension and implement medical check-ups, an act of avoiding cigarette smoke, have a reasonable amount of physical activity, a well-balanced diet, and they able to manage stress well. However, their behavior on rest is still quite bad
Hasil menunjukkan angka ASI eksklusif pada tujuh hari pertama kelahiran sebesar 55,3%. Pengetahuan (p=0,02), IMD (p=0,005), cara persalinan (p=0,01), dukungan suami (p=0,02), dan dukungan petugas kesehatan (p=0,003) memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan keberhasilan pemberian ASI eksklusif. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bermanfaat bagi Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bekasi, khususnya Puskemas Kaliabang Tengah untuk meningkatkan cakupan ASI eksklusif.

Breastfeeding is a multidimensional health behavior influenced by factors predisposing, enabling, and reinforcing. Breastfeeding problems often present in the first seven days after birth that can end the process of exclusive breastfeeding. This research aims to identify determinant factors that influence exclusive breastfeeding within first seven days after birth. Cross sectional study conducted at health centers Kaliabang Tengah working area on May 2015. Research subjects are 132 mothers of children aged ≤ 1 year chosen with purposive sampling method. Questionnaire used as research instrument then tested with Chi-squre test.
The result showed exclusive breastfeeding in the first week of birth is 55,3%. Knowledge (p=0.02), breastfeeding initiation (p=0.005), mode of delivery (p=0.01), husband‟s support (p=0.02), health workers support (0.003) had a significant association with the success of exclusive breastfeeding within first seven days after birth. It is hoped that the result of this research is usefull for Bekasi City Public Health Department, in particular health center Kelurahan Kaliabang Tengah can improve the giving of exclusive breastfeeding.

Latar Belakang: Intra Uterine Device (IUD) atau alat kontrasepsi dalam rahim merupakan salah satu metode kontrasepsi jangka panjang. Penggunaan IUD di Indonesia masih tergolong sedikit dan hanya 8.35%. Berdasarkan dari rencana strategis BKKBN, target penggunaan MKJP sebesar 28.39% pada tahun 2024. Salah satu fokus strategi dengan komunikasi, informasi, edukasi (KIE) serta konseling KB. Tenaga kesehatan berperan dalam pelayanan program KB sikap dan perilaku terhadap perencanaan keluarga yang lebih baik, serta menjadi role model
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi determinan yang mempengaruhi penggunaan IUD di kalangan tenaga kesehatan.
Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional, melibatkan 110 responden tenaga kesehatan wanita berusia 20-49 tahun yang bekerja di Jakarta, dan merupakan pengguna KB aktif IUD. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square.
Kesimpulan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 75% responden tenaga kesehatan merupakan pengguna baru IUD. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara usia (p < 0.001), paritas (p = 0.002), sikap (p = 0.031), efek samping penggunaan IUD (p = 0.041), dan dukungan pasangan (p = 0.045) dengan penggunaan IUD. Namun, tidak ditemukan hubungan signifikan antara jenis IUD (p = 0.326) dan biaya KB (p = 0.364) dengan penggunaan IUD pada tenaga kesehatan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa faktor usia, paritas, sikap, dukungan pasangan, dan efek samping berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan IUD di kalangan tenaga kesehatan.

Background: Intra Uterine Device (IUD) is a long-term contraceptive method. The usage of IUD in Indonesia remains low at only 8.35%. According to the strategic plan of the National Population and Family Planning Board (BKKBN), the target for the use of Long-Acting Contraceptive Methods (MKJP) is 28.39% by 2024. One of the strategic focuses is on information, education, communication (IEC), and family planning counseling. Health workers play a crucial role in providing family planning services by improving attitudes and behaviors towards better family planning, as well as serving as role models. This study aims to identify the determinants affecting IUD usage among health workers. Method: This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design, involving 110 female health worker respondents aged 20-49 years who work in Jakarta and are active IUD users. Data analysis was conducted using univariate and bivariate analyses with chi-square tests. Conclusion: The results show that 75% of health worker respondents are new IUD users. The findings reveal significant relationships between age (p < 0.001), parity (p = 0.002), attitude (p = 0.031), side effects of IUD use (p = 0.041), and partner support (p = 0.045) with the use of IUD. However, no significant relationship was found between the type of IUD (p = 0.326) and contraceptive cost (p = 0.364) with the use of IUD among health workers. This study concludes that age, parity, attitude, partner support, and side effects significantly influence IUD usage among health workers. Keywords: IUD usage, health workers
HIV transmission shows a significant increase in the high risk group of Menwho have Sex with Men (MSM). Unsafe sex behavior is one of the factors that causesthis. Consistent use of condoms has been one of the most effective HIV preventionefforts in this group. Programs such as free condoms by the government have beenconducted, but the number of HIV-positive MSMs has increased, following thisqualitative study. The study aimed to find out in-depth information on the depiction ofcondom use behavior in MSM in the Puskesmas Bogor Timur in 2019. Data collectionwas conducted from July to August 2019 by in-depth interviewing twelve MSMinformants and two staff informant .In this study, most informants had good knowledge of HIV / AIDS, positiveattitude toward condoms, very accessible condoms (good accessibility), role of partner,role of fellow MSM and role of health workers and field personnel many informantssay these factors support them in using condoms consistently. However, there are stillinformants who do not practice condom use consistently, either because of their lackof knowledge to the role of sex partner who do not support condom use during sex.Thus, the behavior of condom use in LSL in the Puskesmas of Bogor Timur areinfluenced by HIV / AIDS knowledge and condom benefits, attitudes toward condomuse, accessibility to condom use, partner roles, attendant roles and the role of fellowMSM.Key words : Condom use, Men who have Sex with Men (MSM), HIV transmition.
