Based on data from the Research and Development Agency of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia and the world research parameter on Hepatitis B in 2013 estimated that as many as 7,000 health workers in Indonesia were infected with the Hepatitis B virus, this is due to the low vaccine coverage. This research was conducted to observe the relation of the attitudes of midwives on the status of hepatitis B immunization in midwives who work in public health centers DKI Jakarta area. This is a quantitative research using cross sectional design with the dependent variable is Hepatitis B immunization status in midwives, the independent variable is Attitude, and the covariates are knowledge, cost, and length of work. The sample of this research were 294 midwives who worked in the public health centers DKI Jakarta area using cluster sampling technique and gave a questionnaire to the subject. The findings confirm that 75.9% of midwives had incomplete hepatitis B immunization status and 24.1% midwives had complete hepatitis B immunization status. The incompleteness of hepatitis B immunization status in midwives resulted in 70.5% of the midwives were supportive and 85.6% unsupportive. The results of the Logistics Regression analysis were carried out with an interaction test as well as a test confounding, there was no interaction between attitudes and knowledge and there were no variables of confounding. OR value obtained is 2.48, means that the attitude of a midwife who support has an odds of 2.48 times higher complete hepatitis B immunization status than a midwife who does not supports hepatitis B immunization (95% CI; 1.321-4,654) with a P- value of 0.006
Penelitian ini menguji hubungan antara variabel indikator kinerja mutu pelayanan, kepedulian kepada masyarakat, dan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan dengan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap 14 rumah sakit vertikal di indonesia. Untuk melihat kinerja dan hubungan di antara indikator-indikator tersebut, digunakan analisis deskriptif dan uji korelasi regresi dengan bootstrapping. Selain itu, dilakukan pula pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam. Dari hasil penilaian kinerja, didapatkan sebagian dari sasaran strategik belum mencapai nilai optimum.
This study examines relationship between the variables of service quality performance indicators, public awareness and concern for the environment and customer satisfaction among 14 vertical hospitals in Indonesia. To see the performance and the relationship between these indicators, used descriptive analysis and correlation regression with bootstrapping. In addition, a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews was also applied. Performance evaluation resultes obtained from a portion of the strategic objectives have not yet reached the optimum value.
Mutu pelayanan rumah sakit merupakan hal yang mutlak, yang telah menjadi kebutuhan bahkan tuntutan setiap masyarakat. Akreditasi rumah sakit yang menjadi sebuah kewajiban sebagai upaya penjaminan mutu pelayanan rumah sakit belum dapat memberikan kepastian bahwa seluruh layanan yang diberikan oleh rumah sakit bermutu. Peneliti menggunakan 7 (Tujuh) Kriteria yang terdapat dalam Malcolm Baldrige Health Care Criteria for Performance Excellence untuk mengetahui mutu pelayanan Rumah Sakit Bhineka Bakti Husada yang telah lulus akreditasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kombinasi, yaitu penggunaan analisa data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil-hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa mutu pelayanan rumah sakit berdasarkan Kriteria Malcolm Baldrige tidak hanya ditentukan melalui pemenuhan terhadap komponen input dan proses saja sebagaimana penilaian dalam akreditasi, tetapi mutu yang baik mengharuskan tercapainya hasil-hasil terbaik bagi pasien, karyawan maupun organisasi rumah sakit itu sendiri. Akreditasi menjadi bagian penting untuk mewujudkan komitmen rumah sakit dalam penjaminan mutu, namun rumah sakit tidak boleh berhenti untuk tetap melakukan upaya manajemen mutu terpadu (Total Quality Management).
Quality of hospital services is an absolute must, which has become a necessity even the public demands. Hospital accreditation that became a liability as an effort to guarantee the quality of hospital services can?t provide assurance that all services provided by the hospital is better than the other. Researchers used 7 (Seven) criteria contained in the Malcolm Baldrige Health Care Criteria for Performance Excellence to recognize quality service at Bhineka Bakti Husada Hospital who have passed the accreditation. The method used in this study is a combination of methods, namely the use of quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The results obtained in this study illustrate that the quality of hospital services is based on Malcolm Baldrige criteria are not only determined through compliance with the component input and process it as assessment in accreditation, the good quality requires the achievement of best outcomes for patients, employees and the hospital organization itself. Accreditation to be an important part of the hospital's commitment in quality assurance, but the hospital shouldn?t stop efforts to keep the total quality management.
