Abstrak:
Waktu pelayanan farmasi merupakan hal yang penting dalam pelayanan Rumah Sakit. Lean Six Sigma adalah metode untuk mengurangi waste dan menurunkan variasi. Metode Lean Six Sigma yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah define, measure, analyze, dan improve. Setelah melakukan analisa akar masalah, perbaikan perlu dilakukan dengan visual management, 5S, perubahan lay out, evaluasi beban kerja. Sebagai perbaikan jangka panjang dengan perbaikan resep eletronik dan heijunka. Melalui Lean Six Sigma diperoleh hasil perbaikan yang diharapkan berupa pengurangan kegiatan yang merupakan waste pada pelayanan resep non racik dari 43 kegiatan menjadi 32 dengan waktu dari 31 menit menjadi 16 menit. Pada resep racikan mengurangi kegiatan dari 60 kegiatan menjadi 46 kegiatan dengan waktu dari 47 menit menjadi 25 menit.

Abstrak:
Student Centered E-Learning (SCeLE) merupakan media pembelajaran online yang mulai digunakan pada tahun 2008. Penggunaan SCeLE pada Rumpun Sosial dan Humaniora paling rendah dibandingkan dengan Rumpun Sains dan Teknologi serta Rumpun Ilmu Kesehatan di Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penerimaan teknologi yang memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa sosial humaniora dalam menggunakan SCeLE. Penelitian ini menggunakan penggabungan antara teori information success model DeLone & McLean dan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan analisis menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian dari 9 hipotesis terdapat 7 hipotesis diterima dan 2 hipotesis yang ditolak. Hipotesis yang ditolak yaitu service quality berpengaruh terhadap perceived usefulness, dan system quality berpengaruh terhadap perceived usefulness. Hipotesis yang diterima adalah Service quality berpengaruh terhadap perceived ease of us, Information quality berpengaruh terhadap perceived ease of use, Information quality berpengaruh terhadap perceived usefulness, System quality berpengaruh terhadap perceived ease of use, perceived ease of use berpengaruh terhadap behavioural intention, perceived usefulness berpengaruh terhadap behavioural intention, behavioural intention berpengaruh terhadap user satisfaction.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini membahas kelengkapan resume medis rawat inap di RS UmumHermina Depok. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan gambaran hasil analisiskelengkapan resume medis rawat inap. mendapatkan gambaran hasil analisiskelengkapan resume medis rawat inap. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatifdengan desain studi cross sectonal dan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam danterstruktur menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini adalahkurangnya pengetahuan, kurang sesuainya sanksi dan insentif, instrumen yangpenting, format instrument kolom, huruf, perlengkapan, uji coba, revisi, sosialisasi,kelengkapan, ketidaklengkapan dan dokter penanggung jawab resume medis rawatinap.. Hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata resume medis rawat inap lengkapsebesar 84,6% dan yang tidak lengkap sebesar 15,4%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwastandar kelengkapan resume medis rawat inap masih belum sesuai RS UmumHermina Depok sebesar ≥ 95%. Kurangnya sosialisasi terkait peraturan resumemedis kepada para dokter merupakan salah satu hambatan dalam pengisian resumemedis rawat inap masih belum lengkap.
