Physical Design Analysis of Sumber Waras Hospital's Emergency Room is Based on Indonesia Department of Health's Rule, Direction Literature and StandardThis research is motivated by Sumber Waras Hospital's plan to build a better emergency room in the next five years. The emergency room which the hospital has now is already good enough and able to serve well. Along with the raise of the hospital's competition, Sumber Waras Hospital thinks to increase its health service especially the emergency room.
Formularium obat dalam instalasi farmasi suatu rumah sakit sangat penting perannya dalam pengendalian barang farmasi dan pemantauan investasi rumah sakit. Pola penyakit di rumah sakit dapat mempengaruhi persediaan farmasi yang rasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa rasionalisasi formularium yang ada dengan pola penyakit di Rumah Sakit Bhakti Yudha Depok dengan menggunakan analisa ABC indeks kritis yang disesuaikan dengan diagnosa terbanyak di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel minimal 95 dan melibatkan 9 orang responden. Data primer diperoleh melalui pengisian kuesioner, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari instalasi farmasi dan bagian rekam medik. Dengan menggunakan ABC indeks kritis yang disesuaikan dengan diagnose terbanyak di rumah sakit terhadap 2.224 jenis obat didapatkan hasil, 64 jenis obat (2,88%) merupakan kelompok A, kelompok B terdiri dari 201 jenis obat (9,04%), dan sebanyak 2.041 (88,08%) sebagai kelompok C. Analisa ABC investasi yang dikombinasikan dengan analisa diagnose pasien terbanyak menghasilkan efisiensi sebesar 11,16% dibandingkan tanpa kombinasi. Kata kunci: ABC indeks kritis, pola penyakit, efisiensi, manajemen logistik rumah sakit.
Formulary drugs in the pharmacy department of a hospital very important role in controlling pharmacy goods and investment monitoring hospital. The pattern of disease in hospitals may affect the supply of pharmaceutical rationally. This study aims to analyze the rationalization of existing formulary with the pattern of disease in the Bhakti Yudha Hospital Depok using ABC analysis critical indexing, adjusted for most diagnoses in the hospital. This research is descriptive quantitative research with a sample of at least 95 and involving 9 people as respondents. The primary data obtained through questionnaires, while secondary data obtained from the pharmacy department and the medical record. By using the ABC critical indexing adjusted for most diagnoses of the hospital of the 2224 drug results obtained, 64 types of drugs (2.88%) is a group A, group B consisted of 201 types of drugs (9.04%), and as many as 2041 (88.08%) as group C. ABC analysis critical indexing combined with an analysis of patients diagnosed ever produce an efficiency of 11.16% compared with no combination. The thesis aimed to know the market of Islamic Hospital Bogor by segmenting, targeting and positioning the patients. The thesis is a descriptive analytical research which based on qualitative and quantitative data with cross-sectional approach. The research find that the patient profile, as a market segment of the Islamic Hospital Bogor are different between inpatients and outpatients . The target market of the hospital is middle upper class, who leave around the hospital. Currently, there are 21 real estate as a potential market for hospital. However, compare to other hospitals in Bogor the market of the hospital still low. Based on products, the equipments of the hospital are as complete as others. However, the tariff of the hospitals is still fair. The Islamic Hospital Bogor is located in very strategic area, even though the location is not in the near a main road, the access to the hospital is very a convenient. In conclusion, the Islamic Hospital Bogor segment is middle lower class society, therefore in the long term, the segment will move to middle upper class and the market of the hospital is still lower than others, as competitors. The composition of the Islamic Hospital Bogor is inefficient and incomplete compare to other competitors. Key Word : Mix Marketing
Dalam menghadapi era globalisasi dan kompetisi yang ketat rumah sakit harus menyusun strategi yang tepat untuk dapat mengembangkan diri dan menjaga citra rumah sakit, masyarakat menuntut pelayanan yang lebih baik dan bermutu . Salah satu indikator untuk mengukur mutu pelayanan kesehatan adalah dengan kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat inap di rumah sakit bersalin Lenggogeni Padang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Data primer didapat melalui pengisian kuesioner oleh pasien. Analisa statistik yang dipakai adalah uji chi-square untuk melihat hubungan kepuasan pasien dengan faktor-faktor yang diteliti dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel distribusi frekuensi dan grafik serta tabel uji silang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keseluruhan tingkat kepuasan pasien baik, kecuali pada faktor lingkungan yang didapatkan perbedaan yang bermakna. Berdasarkan penelitian ini disarankan perlunya melakukan pengukuran tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat inap di RSB.Lenggogeni Padang secara berkesinambungan.
The Study on patient Satisfaction with Hospital Services at Lenggogeni Maternity Hospital, Year Padang 2001In the presence of globalization and tight competition, hospitals need to establish a meticulous strategy in developing itself and safeguard the image of good hospital, because more and more people will demand a better and more qualified service. One of the indicators in measuring the quality of health service is the satisfaction of its patients. This study aims at obtaining the degree of inpatient satisfaction at Lenggogeni Maternity Hospital in Padang, carried out quantitatively with cross-sectional approach. Primary data was collected using the completion of questionnaire by patients. Chi-square analysis was applied to evaluate the relationship between satisfaction factor with researched variables, and the result was presented in frequency distribution tables and cross-analysis tables. The result showed that in general the satisfactory rate was good, except in the environmental factor which significantly different from other factors in generating the overall satisfaction outcome. We suggest that the service in this area to be improved and further study on the same factors be carried out regularly.
