The focus of this study is the factors associated with knowledge level of prospective participants JKN independent about the participant registration system in Depok Branch Office of BPJS Kesehatan. The purpose of this study is to describe the age, sex, education, occupation, income, exposure to mass media, experience following commercial insurance conducted prospective participants JKN independent by and determine its relationship with the knowledge level. This is a quantitative research with cross-sectional study design. The result showed that 54,2% of respondents have less knowledge level. There were significant differences between education, income, experience following commercial insurance, exposure to mass media with the knowledge level. Based on Regulation of Directors BPJS Kesehatan No. 32 2015, there arethree methods of registration to BPJS Kesehatan which can be done by people whowant to become the members of national health insurance (Jaminan KesehatanNasional/JKN) those are registration through branch office, websites and banks.Curent data said 96.03% people register through the branch office of BPJSKesehatan.This research discusses the factor affecting knowledge of individual nationalhealth insurance candidates on registration methods in the bpjs kesehatan. The studytakes on a quantitative approach with a cross sectional design. The respondents of thisstudy consist of 96 individual national health insurance candidates. The result showedthat respondents have a high level of knowledge (56,25%) about the registrationmethods for individual national health insurance candidates. There are 7 variables hassignificant relationship that is age, education, occupation, income, inpatientexperience, social support and frequency of information exposure to the knowledgeof individual national health insurance candidates on registration methods which hasa p-value ≤0,005. While the variables that do not significantly related there are 3variables that is sex, experience with insurance and information sources which has pvalue > 0,05.

ABSTRAK Sistem pelaporan kegiatan rutin di Rumah Sakit Metropolitan Medical Center yang masih manual atau belum terintegrasi secara online, sehingga menyebabkan beberapa masalah seperti tidak standarnya laporan-laporan yang diberikan oleh masing-masing unit, dan terjadinya kesalahan dalam input dan rekapitulasi laporan oleh petugas rekam medis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran dan identifikasi sistem pelaporan rutin rumah sakit Metropolitan Medical Center sehingga dapat memberikan saran guna meminimalkan kesalahan dalam pembuatan laporan rutin rumah sakit. Rumah sakit metropolitan medical center memiliki 162 tempat tidur, dimana unit rekam medis bertanggung jawab dalam pembuatan dua laporan wajib rumah sakit, yakni laporan eksternal, yaitu laporan kepada departemen kesehatan, dan laporan internal, yaitu laporan kepada seluruh direksi rumah sakit. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif, terbatas pada laporan internal rumah sakit. Informan penelitian berjumlah 14 orang. Dari penelitian didapatkan hasil mengenai sumber daya dan fasilitas yang berhubungan dengan pembuatan laporan kegiatan, dan diketahui bahwa belum semua unit yang terkomputerisasi dan memiliki sistem online, serta tidak standarnya format formulir laporan di setiap unit. Selain itu juga ditemukan adanya kesulitan dari unit rekam medis dalam memproses laporan yang diterima. Dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perlunya suatu formulir standar sehingga dapat memudahkan unit rekam medis dalam melakukan rekapitulasi di setiap unit pelaksana sehingga dapat mengurangi kemungkinan timbulnya kesalahan dalam pembuatan laporan rutin rumah sakit. ABSTRACT Report activities in Metropolitan Medical Center are done manually and has not yet adopted an online integration. This causes a number of problems such that the report are not collected in one unified standard and that input mistakes are often made in the reports by the medica record staffs. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the daily and monthly report activities at the hospital therefore to advice which could be use to overcome the problems. The Metropolitan Medical Center has 162 beds, and its medical record unit responsible to produce essential reports that are external and internal reports. The external reports are to be submitted to the Ministry of Health Department while the internal reports to the board of directors. The type of research conducted will be qualitatif-descriptive and limited to only internal reports. The research is held the interview of fourteen informants and observations. The informations result from the interview are type of resources and facilities needed to produce the reports as well as evidence that not all the units has the computerized system or online system, and also the format of the form reports is not standard for each unit. It is also known that there is some difficulties to process the reports in medical record unit. The conclusion of the research is standar form is needed to facilitate the medical record unit in order to process the reports for each unit in hospital, so that can minimalized the chance of mistakes in the process of reporting the hospital reports.

Serang has been doing the program of Community Based Total Sanitation(STBM) since 2012. However, there are still found the behavior of defecationcarelessly (BABS) and the public access toward of the use of toilet is still same asbefore the program implemented, it is only reach 60% of the target of 90%. Thisstudy aims to analyze the implementation of program of Community Based TotalSanitation in Serang. The subjects are the Department of Health, Clinic, cadresand the public.The results of the study shows that the implementation of the First PillarSTBM program in Serang city has not been implemented optimally, media as ameans of policy socialization is still lacking. The attitude of executive shows thelack of commitment of implementing policy in implementing the program policiesSTBM. Coordination with external parties have not been going well. It needsproper and equitable socialization strategy to all parties.

Hasil analisis menjelaskan bahwa 84,8% dari variabel kepuasan karyawan di jelaskan oleh ke 6 kriteria Malcolm Baldrige, dan sisanya sebesar 15,2% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak ada pada penelitian ini.

Hospital is one of organization produce a health services that required to give quality services. One of the key factor to improve a high qualityt is employee satisfaction. This research use Malcolm Baldrige criteria that overall focus, and continues, contained in leadership, strategic planning, Customer focus, measurement, analysis and knowledge management, workforce focus, process management. Research method is the sequential explanatory mixed method design. Sampling technique is total sampling, the survey by distributing questionnaires to all employees Harapan Bunda Hospital.
The results of this study the relationship strong and positive pattern of the six criteria of the Malcolm Baldrige on employee satisfaction. And results of the analysis explains that 84.8% of the variable employee satisfaction described by Malcolm Baldrige criteria and the remaining 15.2% is explained by other variables that do not exist in this study.
