The COVID-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on hospitals. Hospitals must survive and make various modifications in an effort to adapt to uncertain conditions, and even undergo a transformation to the hospital's strategic plan that has been made previously. Evaluation and changes in strategic planning that need to be done when facing conditions that are no longer relevant. This effort needs to be done so that the hospital is able to maintain its continuity. The purpose of this study was to describe the differences in the implementation of the Tugu Koja Hospital strategic plan in the fields of infrastructure, human resources, and finance when it became a 2020 COVID-19 Referral Hospital from the previous year. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with triangulation techniques. Researchers analyzed primary and secondary data and conducted interviews involving most decision makers and stakeholders to identify aspects of strategic planning at Tugu Koja Hospital before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, in terms of financial performance, Tugu Koja Hospital experienced an increase in revenue from 2019. Based on the results of research that has been done, it is known that three things that are not important in the RENSTRA affect the whole process. patient services during the COVID-19 pandemic at Tugu Koja Hospital, namely human resources, infrastructure and budget. Efforts to socialize policies from the highest to the lowest levels require simultaneous and continuous efforts, and there must be an evaluation of whether each party has accepted the policy and how it is implemented.
Stroke merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian ketiga. Ketahanan Hidup Satu Tahun Pasien Stroke dipengaruhi oleh umur, tipe stroke, larna hari rawat, diabetes melitus, hipertensi, hiperkolesterol, penyakit jantung, merokok, jenis kelarnin dan riwayat stroke. Desain penelitian ini adalah kohort restrospektif. Probabilitas ketahanan hidup pasien stroke satu tahun sebesar 61% . Pasien stroke berulang memiliki resiko meninggal 2,0 kali dibandingkan yang stroke pertama pada penyakit jantung dan kolesterol yang sarna. Pasien stroke yang menderita penyakit jantung memiliki resiko meninggal 2,8 kali dibandingkan dengan yang tidak menderita penyakit jantung pada riwayat stroke dan kadar kolesterol yang sarna. Pasien stroke dengan kolesterol memiliki resiko meninggal 1,8 kali dibandingkan dengan yang tidak kolesterol pada riwayat stroke dan penyakit jantung yang sarna.
Stroke is the third most common cause of death. A one-year survival rate of stroke patients has been affected by their ages, type of stroke, period of treatment, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, heart disease/cardiovascular disease, smoking, gender, and the patients' parental/maternal history of stroke. This research uses retrospective cohort design. The probability of stroke patients' survival rate for the duration one year is 61%. Patients with frequent stroke recurrence have 2,0 times of death risk compared to patients with first time stroke on identical level of medical history in heart disease and cholesterol leveL Whereas stroke patients with heart disease have 2,8 times of death risk compared to stroke patients with no heart disease on identical level of medical history in stroke illness and cholesterol level. Meanwhile stroke patients with hypercholesterolemia have 1,8 times of death risk compared to stroke patients with low cholesterol level on identical level of medical history in stroke illness and heart disease.
Unit rawat jalan adalah suatu bagian dari rumah sakit. Unit rawat jalan memiliki peran penting karena merupakan pintu atau media pertama untuk kontak dan berinteraksi dengan pengguna jasa atau pasien. Rawat jalan juga merupakan salah satu pintu masuk bagi layanan rawat inap lainnya. RSUD Kepulauan Seribu sebagai rumha sakit satu-satunya di wilayah Kepulauan Seribu masih belum mencapai standar pelayanan minimal rawat jalan yang diwajibkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mutu rawat jalan RSUD Kepulauan Seribu dengan kriteria Malcolm Baldrige. Kriteria mengevaluasi organisasi berdasarkan tujuh kriteria yaitu kepemimpinan, perencanaan strategi, fokus pelanggan, pengukuran, analisis, dan manajemen pengetahuan, fokus staff, manajemen proses, serta hasil kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian analitik deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan didapatkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara mendalam, dan telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian menggunakan Malcolm Baldrige Criteria menunjukan bahwa RSUD Kepulauan Seribu meraih skor sebesar 379,83 dari maksimal 1000. Hal ini berarti untuk penilaian kinerja rumah sakit berdasarkan MBNQA, RSUD Kepulauan Seribu meraih predikat average dan termasuk dalam kategori Early Improvement (skala poin 376-475). Early improvement berarti RSUD Kepulauan Seribu berada dalam posisi peningkatan tahap awal di sektor layanan kesehatan. Untuk itu direkomendasikan agar RSUD Kepulauan seribu membangun kepimpinan yang kuat dan kerjasama tim yang baik agar dapat menentukan rencana strategis yang tepat
The outpatient unit is a part of the hospital. The outpatient unit has an important role because it is the first door or medium for contact and interaction with service users or patients. Outpatient care is also an entry point for other inpatient services. Seribu Islands Regional General Hospital as the only hospital in the Thousand Islands region has not yet reached the required minimum outpatient service standard. This study aims to analyze the quality of outpatient care at Seribu Islands Hospital with the criteria of Malcolm Baldrige. The criteria for evaluating organizations are based on seven criteria, namely leadership, strategic planning, customer focus, measurement, analysis, and knowledge management, staff focus, process management, and performance results. This study uses a descriptive analytic research design with quantitative and qualitative approaches. The data collected was obtained through questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and document review. The results of the study using the Malcolm Baldrige Criteria showed that Seribu Islands Regional Hospital won a score of 379.83 out of a maximum of 1000. This means that for hospital performance assessment based on MBNQA, Seribu Islands Hospital won the average title and was included in the Early Improvement category (point scale 376-475). Early improvement means that Seribu Islands Hospital is in a position of early stage improvement in the health service sector. For this reason, it is recommended that the Thousand Islands Hospital develop strong leadership and good teamwork in order to determine the right strategic plan

The implementation of hospital accreditation is a government effort to improve the quality of service and safety of patients in hospitals and the requirements that must be met by each hospital serving the National Health Insurance Program (JKN). Quality and Patient Safety Improvement (PMKP) is one of the most important accreditation standards in hospitals and is a new program that runs in Cempaka Putih Hospital. The researcher felt that it was necessary to find out how prepared the Cempaka Putih Hospital was towards the PMKP standard in accordance with SNARS Issue 1 so as to create a quality and patient safety culture. This type of research is desktiptif research with quantitative and qualitative approaches. Collection and analysis of quantitative data using a questionnaire then continued with the collection and analysis of qualitative data with indepth interviews. The results showed that the readiness of Cempaka Putih Hospital in the implementation of the PMKP program was only around 50%, it still needed gradual improvement efforts. Action plans that can be taken to improve the efficiency of the PMKP program implementation at Cempaka Putih Hospital include improvements in facilities and infrastructure, increased competency and insight into PMKP programs, increased hospital staf awareness and discipline, communication and coordination of PMKP programs and fulfillment of an integrated data management.
