Abstrak:
Skripsi ini membahas perbedaan proporsi berbagai faktor risiko hipertensi pada guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan Tahun 2013. Metode yang digunakan adalah cross sectional yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret hingga April 2013. Sampel adalah guru sekolah dasar berusia ≥20 tahun yang bekerja di sekolah dasar yang tersebar di Kecamatan Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan tahun 2013. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan prevalensi hipertensi sebesar 30.2%. Variabel yang menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan diantaranya Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) (OR 4.778 dengan p value 0.001), Riwayat Hipertensi Orang Tua (OR 4.667 dengan p value 0.000), dan Umur (OR 8.017 dengan p value 0.000). Kecukupan lemak merupakan variabel dominan kejadian hipertensi pada guru SD di Kecamatan Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan tahun 2013.
This thesis aims to explain the differences of proportion of hypertension risk factors. Abstrak:
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran lingkar pinggang, faktor-faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan lingkar pinggang, and faktor predominan lingkar pinggang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional dengan metode purposive sampling pada 139 responden guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Cilandak Jakarta Selatan tahun 2013. Data yang dikumpulkan pada penelitian ini meliputi lingkar pinggang, jenis kelamin, umur, pendapatan, pengetahuan gizi, kecukupan energi, kecukupan karbohidrat, kecukupan lemak, dan aktivitas fisik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ratarata lingkar pinggang pada perempuan 80,40 cm dan pada laki-laki 88,04 cm. Dari penelitian ini, didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara jenis kelamin, umur, dan pendapatan dengan lingkar pinggang. Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa jenis kelamin, yaitu perempuan dan umur yang semakin meningkat menjadi faktor predominan lingkar pinggang. Asupan makanan yang tepat dan diimbangi dengan aktivitas fisik yang teratur diperlukan untuk mengontrol ukuran lingkar pinggang agar tidak melebihi cut off points.
The objective of this study was to determine the description of waist circumference, the association of risk factors and waist circumference, and predominant factor of waist circumference. The data have been collected on this research included waist circumference, sex, age, income, nutrition knowledge, energy sufficiency, carbohydrate sufficiency, fat sufficiency, and physical activity. The result of this study showed that the mean value of waist circumference in women was 80,40 cm and in men was 88,04 cm. In bivariat analyses, sex, age, and income was significantly related to waist circumference. The result of multivariat analyses showed that sex especially in women and older age were predominant factors of waist circumference. The correct food intake and balancing the physical activity is necessary to control waist circumference in order not to exceed the cut off points.

Abstrak:
Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran umum karakteristik individu(usia, jenis kelamin, status pernikahan), status gizi (IMT, lingkar perut), kecukupan gizi(energi, kolesterol, karbohidrat, frekuensi konsumsi sayur & buah), dan gaya hidup(aktivitas fisik, aktivitas mengajar, durasi tidur), serta hubungannya dengan sindrommetabolik pada guru SD di Kecamatan Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan, Tahun 2013.Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan crosssectional. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret-April 2013 di 18 SD di Kecamatan Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan. Sampel minimal yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu128 namun berhasil didapatkan sebanyak 138 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebesar 24,6% guru sekolah dasar mengalami sindrom metabolik. Uji chi square menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara usia, status gizi, lingkar perut, aktivitas fisik, danaktivitas mengajar terhadap sindrom metabolik. Uji statistik yang sama tidakmenunjukkan adanya hubungan namun menunjukkan kecenderungan guru sekolahdasar yang menikah, kecukupan kolesterol >200 mg/hari, konsumsi karbohidrat >60%energi total, konsumsi frekuensi sayur <4x/minggu, dan durasi tidur ≤7 jam/hari lebih banyak mengalami sindrom metabolik. Sedangkan jenis kelamin, kecukupan energi, dan frekuensi konsumsi buah tidak menunjukkan hubungan maupun kecenderungan berdasarkan uji statistik. Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan status gizi merupakan faktor yang paling berhubungan dengan sindrom metabolik sehingga disarankan bagi guru SD untuk menjaga pola hidup demi menjaga status gizi normal.Kata kunci : sindrom metabolik, guru sekolah dasar, status gizi.

Abstrak:
Dislipidemia atau abnormalitas kadar lipid dalam darah yang merupakan penyebab utama terjadinya penyakit kardiovaskular dapat diprediksi dengan melihat rasio total kolesterol/K-HDL. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktorfaktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan rasio total kolesterol/K-HDL pada guru Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Cilandak Jakarta Selatan tahun 2013. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 21,7% responden memiliki rasio total kolesterol/K-HDL berisiko (≥ 5). Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan jenis kelamin, lingkar pinggang, frekuensi makan sayur, dan kebiasaan merokok berhubungan secara signifikan dengan rasio total kolesterol/K-HDL. Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa jenis kelamin, lingkar pinggang, dan frekuensi makan sayur dapat menjelaskan 17,7% variasi variabel rasio total kolesterol/K-HDL. Jenis kelamin dan frekuensi makan sayur merupakan faktor predominan terhadap rasio total kolesterol/K-HDL. Peneliti menyarankan untuk dilakukan program Komunikasi Informasi dan Edukasi (KIE), sehingga dapat menambah wawasan untuk mencapai rasio total kolesterol/K-HDL yang optimal.

Bivariate analysis shows that sex, waist circumference, frequency of vegetable consumption, and smoking habits are significantly associated with the ratio. Multivariate analysis shows that sex, waist circumference, and frequency of vegetable consumption explain 17.7% of variation in the ratio. Sex and frequency of vegetable consumption are relatively more predominant factors to the ratio. Researcher suggests Communication Information and Education (CIE) program to be held as an insight to achieve an optimal total cholesterol/HDL-C ratio.

Abstrak:
Gejala konstipasi fungsional merupakan salah satu penyebab menurunnya kualitas hidup. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan proprosi beberapa faktor risiko dengan gejala konstipasi fungsional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengukuran antropometri, wawancara dan pengisian kuesioner. Disain studi yang digunakan crosssectional, dilakukan bulan April hingga Mei 2015,dengan 129 responden, terdiri dari 96 perempuan (74,4%) dan 33 laki-laki (25,6%). Prevalensi gejala konstipasi fungsional adalah 47,3%. Analisis bivariat menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan proporsi antara IMT (p value = 0,021), pengetahuan gizi (p value = 0,020), asupan serat (p value = 0,012), dan aktivitas fisik (p value = 0,029) dengan gejala konstipasi fungsional. Diharapkan guru sekolah dasar dapat meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan dengan olahraga teratur dan mengonsumsi cukup serat untuk mencegah gejala konstipasi fungsional.

This study was conducted with cross sectional design at April until May 2015.Study consisted of 129 respondent consisted of 96 women (74,4%) and 33 men (25,6%). The prevalence of functional constipation symptom were 47,3%. Bivariate analysis showeed there to the difference betweeen BMI (p value = 0,021), knowledge of nutrition (p value = 0,020), fiber intake (p value = 0,012), and physical activity (p value = 0,029) with functional constipation symptom. Elementary school teacher was expected to further improve the quality of health, by doing regularly exercise and consumpt adequat fiber intake to prevent functional constipation symptom.

Skripsi ini meneliti tingkat literasi gizi fungsional, interaktif dan kritikal yang dapat menggambarkan tingkatan kemampuan individu untuk memperoleh, menerima dan membuat keputusan gizi yang sesuai pada ibu siswa sekolah dasar. Faktor-faktor yang duji beda proporsinya adalah usia ibu, tingkat pendidikan, pendapatan keluarga, dan paritas. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Data diambil menggunakan kuesioner dengan metode self administered pada 108 responden yang bersedia berpartisipasi dan tidak mengalami kesulitan membaca dan menulis. Variabel yang memiliki perbedaan proporsi yang signifikan adalah tingkat literasi gizi fungsional dengan usia (p value = 0,012) dan tingkat pendapatan keluarga (p value = 0,02), literasi gizi interaktif dengan usia (p value = 0,024) dan pendidikan (p value = 0,035).

ABSTRACT
This thesis examines the level of functional, interactive and crticical nutrition literacy that can describe the level of individual ability to obtain, receive, anda make appropriate nutritional decisions on tthe mother of elementary school students. Factors analyzed for different proportions were mother‟s age, education level, family income and parity. This research is a quantitative research with cross-sectional study design. Data were colected using quetionnaires with self administered method on 108 respondents who were willing to participate and had no troubling reading and writing. The variables that have significant difference of the proportion are the functional literacy with age (p value = 0,012), and family income (p value = 0,02), the interactive nutritional literacy with age (p value = 0,024) and education (p value = 0,035).

Abstrak:
Diabetes melitus merupakan penyakit gangguan metabolik yang ditandai dengan tingginya kadar glukosa darah akibat kelainan pada sekresi insulin, aksi insulin, atau keduanya. Tingginya kadar glukosa darah pada penderita diabetes berhubungan dengan kerusakan jangka panjang, disfungsi, dan kegagalan pada beberapa organ tubuh terutama mata, ginjal, jantung, saraf, dan pembuluh darah. Kadar glukosa darah pada penderita diabetes dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor seperti asupan, aktivitas fisik, dan lainlain. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan proporsi kadar glukosa darah pada penderita diabetes berdasarkan aktivitas fisik dan faktor lainnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada penderita diabetes di Puskesmas Kecamatan Pasar Minggu pada bulan April 2018. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan jumlah sampel 110 orang. Kadar glukosa darah diketahui melalui catatan medik responden, aktivitas fisik dan asupan diketahui melalui kuesioner aktivitas fisik (GPAQ) dan Semi-quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (SFFQ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 57,3% penderita diabetes memiliki kadar glukosa darah terkontrol. Uji chi-square menyatakan bahwa variabel aktivitas fisik, kepatuhan minum obat, asupan serat, durasi penyakit, dan stres memiliki perbedaan bermakna dengan kadar glukosa darah. Untuk meningkatkan angka kadar glukosa darah terkontrol pada penderita diabetes, disarankan untuk diberikan edukasi mengenai aktivitas fisik, kepatuhan minum obat, asupan serat, dan manajemen terhadap stres apabila diperlukan kepada penderita diabetes.

High blood levels in diabetics are associated with long-term damage, dysfunction, and failure of some organs, especially the eyes, kidneys, heart, nerves, and blood vessels. Blood glucose levels of diabetics can be influenced by various factors such as intake, physical activity, and others. This study aims to see the differences proportion of blood glucose levels in diabetics based on physical activity and other factors. The study was conducted on diabetics at Puskesmas Kecamatan Pasar Minggu on April 2018. The design of this study is cross-sectional with a total sample of 110 people. Blood glucose levels are known through the medical records of respondents, physical activity and intake are known through physical activity questionnaires (GPAQ) and Semi-quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (SFFQ). Abstrak:
Tingkat kebugaran yang rendah merupakan salah satu faktor risiko terjadinya penyakit kardiovaskuler. Berbagai penelitian di tingkat dunia maupun Indonesia telah membuktikan rendahnya tingkat kebugaran pada anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat kebugaran berdasarkan aktivitas fisik, jenis kelamin, status gizi, dan asupan energi serta zat gizi pada siswa Sekolah Dasar Avicenna Jagakarsa Jakarta Selatan. Desain studi penelitian ini yaitu cross sectional. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah status kebugaran, sedangkan variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah aktivitas fisik, jenis kelamin, status gizi, dan asupan zat gizi (energi, karbohidrat, protein, lemak, zat besi, vitamin C, dan kalsium). Pengukuran status kebugaran dilakukan dengan metode 20 m shuttle run. Data status gizi diperoleh dengan pengukuran tinggi badan dan berat badan, sedangkan data asupan zat gizi diperoleh dengan metode food recall 1x24 jam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan tingkat kebugaran berdasarkan aktivitas fisik, jenis kelamin, dan status gizi. Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan hasil bahwa aktivitas fisik merupakan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi kebugaran. Status kebugaran yang baik dapat diperoleh dengan meningkatkan aktivitas fisik, mempertahankan status gizi normal, dan mengkonsumsi zat gizi secara seimbang.

Abstrak:
Literasi gizi adalah derajat kapasitas seseorang dalam memperoleh, memproses, memahami informasi dasar gizi dan kemampuan yang dibutuhkan untuk membuat keputusan gizi yang benar. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran literasi gizi anak sekolah dasar di Jakarta Timur serta perbedaan proporsi variabel independen seperti jenis kelamin, pendidikan ayah, pendidikan ibu, pendapatan orangtua, penggunaan media, dan peran guru berdasarkan tingkat literasi gizi. Literasi gizi sendiri dibagi menjadi tiga domain utama yaitu fungsional, interaktif, dan kritikal. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah anak sekolah dasar kelas 4,5, dan 6 di Kelurahan Duren Sawit dan Kelurahan Pondok Kelapa. Jumlah responden sebanyak 87 orang dan pengambilan data dilakukan dengan instrumen Nutrition Literacy Scale (NLit) dan Nutrition Literacy Scale for Adolescent (NLAA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan proporsi literasi gizi fungsional berdasarkan jenis kelamin, pendidikan ayah, pendidikan ibu, pendapatan orangtua, penggunaan media. Terdapat perbedaan proporsi literasi gizi interaktif berdasarkan penggunaan media. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi studi awalan penelitian literasi gizi di Indonesia. Nutrition literacy can be defined as the degree to which people have the capacity to obtain, process and understand basic nutrition information. This research discusses the description of nutritional literacy of primary school children in East Jakarta and the difference of independent variable proportion such as gender, father education, mother education, parent income, media use, and teacher involvement based on nutritional literacy level. Nutritional literacy itself is divided into three main domains: functional, interactive, and critical. This research is a quantitative research with cross-sectional design. Respondents in this study were elementary school children in grade 4.5, and 6 in Kelurahan Duren Sawit and Kelurahan Pondok Kelapa. The number of respondents was 87 people and the data was collected using Nutrition Literacy Scale (NLit) and Nutrition Literacy Scale for Adolescent (NLAA).The results showed that there were differences in the proportion of functional nutritional literacy by sex, father's education, maternal education, parent income, and media use. There is a difference in the proportion of interactive nutritional literacy based on media use. This research is expected to be a prefix study of nutrition literacy research in Indonesia.
