This thesis discusses the influence of Hajj health development and guidance program on the success of DM control in pilgrims whose diagnosed Diabetes Mellitus. This research is quantitative research with cross sectional design. The results suggest that influence of Hajj Health Development was very important on the success of DM control, hajj pilgrims should be strived to follow all the activities of Hajj health Development so that the health status of Hajj can be increased to meet health requirements.

The activities of recording and reporting of participants internship havebeendone manually by the participants, supervisor, health facilities and theIndonesia Committee of Internship Doctor. This causes the difficulty ofprocessing data since there is no database availabe that can be used to issue theneeded information. It is important to conduct a research in order to design asystem for recording and reporting internship participants that can provide dataand information from all the health facilities, using the prototype methodology.Data is managed by analysing documentandconducting in-depth interviews. Thedevelopment of the sistem is aimed to help participants, supervisor, healthfacilities and the Indonesia Committee of Internship Doctor, starting formrecording registration until reporting and certification. Many information can bedeveloped from database such as: performance indicator for participantsinternship, supervisor and health facility. The implementation of the system canbe implemented properly if it is supported by human, financial, material, method,machine and legal aspects. In order to run the system optimally, it need policies tosupport the use of computer technology in health facilities, as well as the deliverymechanism for data manually in case of paralysis on the Internet.Keywords: Prototype; Recording and reporting system; The IndonesiaInternship Doctor Program
Uji kompetensi merupakan tahapan krusial dalam menjamin mutu dan standar kompetensi dokter spesialis di Indonesia. Konsil Kesehatan Indonesia (KKI) sebagai lembaga penyelenggara menghadapi tantangan dalam operasionalisasi sistem ujian, terutama terkait keterbatasan aplikasi yang digunakan saat ini, seperti antarmuka yang tidak ramah pengguna, kesalahan input data, dan ketidakkonsistenan format. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sebuah prototype sistem informasi berbasis web yang lebih terstruktur, efisien, dan mudah digunakan, dimulai dari tahap pendaftaran hingga pencetakan sertifikat kompetensi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi terhadap pemangku kepentingan, serta menggunakan model System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) prototyping. Hasil penelitian berupa prototype sistem informasi uji kompetensi dokter spesialis yang telah diuji coba menggunakan metode blackbox menunjukkan peningkatan kemudahan penggunaan dan akurasi pengolahan data. Sistem ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas pelaksanaan uji kompetensi dan menjadi landasan pengembangan sistem informasi KKI ke depan.
Problems being faced by naval medical facilities are the lack of infrastructure andhuman resources as well as non-availibility of database which can be usedsimultaneously in carrying out monitoring of health facility. This research isintended to develop a monitoring system for health facilities in the Department ofthe Naval Health. The development of systems is using the System DevelopmentLife Cycle (SDLC) with a prototype approach. Primary data collection is carriedout by the method of in-depth interviews. Secondary data research is done bypaper based document recording and reporting. Rating of monitoring andevaluation systems in naval health facilities is subjected to the Ministry of Healthregulations. The system being developed is having a capacity of showing theaccurate information on the ability of health facilities (hospitals and BK / BP) inarea of health care, infrastructures and human resources. Merging of system iscarried out by way of full migration as to enable the direct data sharing.
