Hospitals as workplaces that have a high risk to the safety and health of hospital human resources so that the health of hospital employees need to be a concern. With the issuance of Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 66 of 2016 on Occupational Health and Safety of Hospitals, RSUD R. Syamsudin, SH. Kota Sukabumi has implemented a work health policy for hospital staff with the issuance of Director Decree No. 88 of 2017 on Health Service Guidelines at RSUD R. Syamsudin, SH and conducting promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative activities for hospital staff. This study aims to obtain in-depth information on Policy Implementation related to Occupational Health of Employees in RSUD R. Syamsudin, SH. City of Sukabumi Year 2018. This research uses qualitative method with approach Rapid Assessment Procedure (RAP), data collecting by in-depth interview, observation and document review. This study uses the theoretical framework of Van Meter and Van Horn which consists of six variables, namely standard and policy objectives, resources, executing agency characteristics, inter-organizational communication, implementing disposition and support of socioeconomic and political environment. In this research, there are some obstacles based on six variables from van meter and van horn theory so that the implementation of employee health policy in RSUD R. Syamsudin, SH. The city of Sukabumi has not been optimally implemented. Suggestions recommended in this study include socializing and monitoring periodic evaluations of the implementation of health policy of employees in the hospital, local governments allocate special budgets for occupational health to worker, as well as establishing relevant mechanisms or SOPs implementation of occupational health policy for hospital staff.
Since 2014 the JKN program has been running. In fact Many hospitals are not ready for information system software, and there are also hospitals had been used information systems in their hospitals, but the information system running cannot display data and information about hospital cash flow, the cliams is payed, the pending claims, the claims is not eligible to payed and diagnosis of patients who are over cost. Facing such conditions, this study proposed a dashboard information system model that could help process and display the overall hospital service activities in a one-screen display (dashboard), becoming an information needed by stakeholders. This dashboard is expected to guarantee healthy cash flow. The method used in this research was a qualitative method by using the prototyping system. The result of this research is the dashboard information system design that processes and presents data in the form of visualization in a concise and easy to understand way. The results of this information system are used to support the management of the relevant hospitals in the process of taking interventions in an effort to reduce costs.
The existence of green hospital is very necessary to overcome climate change which can cause disruption to human health and the environment, because hospitals are one of the contributors to pollution. RSUD R. Syamsudin, SH became a member of the Global Green and Healthy Hospital and is committed to implementing ten agendas, namely leadership, chemicals, waste, energy, water, transportation, food, pharmacy, buildings, and purchasing. Aim of this study is to analyze the implementation of green hospital with the Malcolm Baldrige Criteria Framework for Excellence Performance. Malcolm Baldrige Criteria evaluates based on seven criteria which isleadership, strategy, customer, measurement, analysis, and management of knowledge, labor, operations and results. The design of this study is qualitative by gathering information through in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and document review. Based on the results of research, the implementation of the green hospital in R. Syamsudin Hospital, SH received a score of 620.1 out of 1000 (maximum score) so that it was positioned in emerging industry leaders. The Leadership Criteria get the highest points, while the lowest points are the Customer Criteria. It can be concluded, RSUD R. Syamsudin, SH is in the average position in implementing green hospital, meaning that it already has several advantages but there are still several factors that can be improved so that the implementation of green hospital can be more optimal. For this reason, it was recommended to RSUD R. Syamsudin, SH to carry out routine evaluations, promote green hospital more aggressively, optimize hospital management information system, and strengthen the budget so that the achievement of ten agendas more optimized. Patient safey is fundamental to delivering quality essensial health services in hospital, and one of them is pharmaceutical services, specifically pharmacy information services (PIO). PIO has the function of identifying drugs to watch out for (high alert drugs) as well as high-risk drugs that cause unwanted drug reactions (ROTD). The PIO function has been carried out manually so that it takes a long time and human errors often occur, in the form of undetectable risks from drug reactions. This research will build an automatic drug interaction notification system model for pharmaceutical staff, so they can immediately educate patients or families. The study was conducted at the RSUD R. Syamsudin, SH Sukabumi City. Data and information collection for the initial study through Focus Group Discussion (FGD). In-depth interviews with pharmacists, pharmacist assistants, hospital health promotion staff, and hospital programmers deepened the results of Focus Group Discussions (FGD). System analysis conducted based on interviews is the basis of system design with a system development approach using prototype methods to the modeling stage. Searching drugs information in the RSUD R. Syamsudin, SH is still oriented manually, such as information about drug interactions with other drugs. Due it is not integrated in a system, so the education provided is still limited to education on drug use in general. This has a patient safety risk associated with drug interactions. The logic design of the drug interaction notification system that serves as a reminder to pharmaceutical staff when entering prescription drugs requires an integrated system, so patients will be given more appropriate education. This system can provide easy access to information, save time, save more data with less storage space. Theoretically the design can provide efficient and effective solutions in identifying drugs that must be considered to be given to patients, by integrating them into the hospital drug interaction notification system. The results of the study of 53 treated elderly patients found that 125 types of drugs were used during the patient's treatment and 141 interactions were found in the prototype database of the drug-drug interaction notification system, while the data found by pharmacist 1 were 13 interactions and 34 interactions were found by pharmacist 2 It can be concluded that the prototype database for drug-drug interaction notification systems can find more drug interactions and can alert pharmacists more quickly
Human Resources (HR) plays an important role in an organization. The more optimize HR utilization rate, the higher utilization rate of other resources. Therefore, making strategic planning is important to fulfil the HR need as the hospital requires. The focus of this study is a strategic planning of human resources development at Adhyaksa General Hospital (AGH) in 2020-2024. AGH is a hospital of National General Attorney and right now being managed by Jakarta Health Agency of DKI Jakarta Province from 2014-2024. The focus of this study is to form a strategic planning of HR Development at ADH. Using qualitative approach, the study was held using SWOT model analysis to determine internal and external factors of HR Development. The result of this study is the strategic planning through HR management optimalization and providing competent staffs to achieve good hospital governance.
