Abstrak:
Jumlah kunjungan layanan medical check up di RS MMC mengalami perubahan yang fluktuatif dan cenderung rendah. Padahal layanan ini merupakan revenue centre dan produk unggulan di RS MMC. Bauran pemasaran yang tepat diharapkan dapat meningkatkan utilisasi. Hasil penelitian dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara mendalam, telaah dokumen dan observasi pasif ditinjau dari bauran pemasaran jasa 7P (product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, dan process) menggambarkan bahwa produk layanan medical check up RS MMC berada di tahap kematangan dengan mempertimbangkan aspek prestige dalam proses penentuan harga. Layanan ini berada di lokasi yang strategis dan memiliki beberapa saluran pemasaran melalui pihak ketiga maupun secara langsung. Terdapat media promosi berupa leaftlet, company profile, website, dan buku layanan untuk mendukung promosi layanan ini. Latar belakang tenaga pelaksana sudah sesuai dengan proses pekerjaan yang dilakukan serta dilengkapi dengan SOP dan job description. Informan penelitian menilai terdapat kekurangan terkait desain fisik yang ada. Manajerial sebaiknya meningkatkan keterlibatan pasien sebagai target pasar yang memanfaatkan jasa layanan diperlukan dalam proses evaluasi guna mewujudkan pelayanan yang berorientasi pada pasien. Abstrak:
Student Centered E-Learning (SCeLE) merupakan media pembelajaran online yang mulai digunakan pada tahun 2008. Penggunaan SCeLE pada Rumpun Sosial dan Humaniora paling rendah dibandingkan dengan Rumpun Sains dan Teknologi serta Rumpun Ilmu Kesehatan di Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penerimaan teknologi yang memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa sosial humaniora dalam menggunakan SCeLE. Penelitian ini menggunakan penggabungan antara teori information success model DeLone & McLean dan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan analisis menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian dari 9 hipotesis terdapat 7 hipotesis diterima dan 2 hipotesis yang ditolak. Hipotesis yang ditolak yaitu service quality berpengaruh terhadap perceived usefulness, dan system quality berpengaruh terhadap perceived usefulness. Hipotesis yang diterima adalah Service quality berpengaruh terhadap perceived ease of us, Information quality berpengaruh terhadap perceived ease of use, Information quality berpengaruh terhadap perceived usefulness, System quality berpengaruh terhadap perceived ease of use, perceived ease of use berpengaruh terhadap behavioural intention, perceived usefulness berpengaruh terhadap behavioural intention, behavioural intention berpengaruh terhadap user satisfaction.

Abstrak:
Analisis waktu tunggu operasi elektif memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan khususnya untuk pasien operasi elektif. Adapun tujuan daripenelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui rata-rata waktu tunggu operasi elektif pasienkhususnya dari rawat inap dan untuk mengetahui penyebab lamanya waktu tunggu dilihat dari input, proses dan output. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengamatan, pencatatan waktu, telaah dokumen dan wawancara mendalam. Waktutunggu dihitung 2 kali, yaitu ketika pasien di poliklinik dan ketika pasien di rawatinap. Hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata waktu tunggu operasi elektif (daripoliklinik) yaitu 5.39 hari, dan 0.32 hari (dari rawat inap). Lamanya waktu tungguoperasi elektif dipengaruhi oleh kekurangan kamar perawatan, kamar dan alatoperasi, kekurangan SDM medis operasi, serta kondisi fisik pasien. Kesimpulan padapenelitian ini adalah waktu tunggu operasi elektif pasien rawat inap masih cukuplama, yaitu 5.39 hari yang melebihi standar SPM Rumah Sakit.

Rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Gading Pluit berupa manual rekam medis.Pengisian kelengkapan rekam medis di Unit Rawat Inap bulan Januari-Marettahun 2016 di Rumah Sakit Gading Pluit masih ada yang dibawah indikator mutukelengkapan rekam medis. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis pengisiankelengkapan rekam medis bulan Januari-Maret tahun 2016 di unit rawat inap RSGading Pluit. Metode Penelitian analisis kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalamdengan studi kasus terhadap kelengkapan dokumen rekam medis bulan Januari-Maret tahun 2016. Hasil penelitian yaitu form resume medis, dimana tanda tangandokter yang merawat lengkap sebesar 97,2%, tidak lengkap 2,8%. Form catatanpasien terintegrasi dimana nama dokter lengkap sebesar 35,5% tidak lengkap64,5%, form informed consent dimana tanda tangan saksi lengkap hanya 37,91%tidak lengkap 62,09% dan nama saksi 16,80% lengkap, dan tidak lengkap 83,20%.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu faktor-faktor yang memegang peranan dalampengisian kelengkapan rekam medis rawat inap seperti pelatihan tentang rekammedis, standar operasional prosedur tentang rekam medis kurang disosialisasikanserta masih belum ada sanksi tegas bagi dokter yang sering tidak melengkapirekam medis.Kata kunci :faktor, kelengkapan, rekam medis

Abstrak:
Sejak tahun 2013 Grup Rumah Sakit Awal Bros telah memiliki programpencegahan pasien jatuhnamun hingga saat ini insiden pasien jatuh masih terjadiserta belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukanevaluasi terhadap program pencegahan pasien jatuh di unit rawat inap pada GrupRumah Sakit Awal Bros dengan metode cross sectional. Pengumpulan datadilakukan melalui telaah dokumen dan wawancara mendalam.Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa rata-rata angka insiden jatuh di unit rawat inap adalah 0,18per 1000 hari rawat, rasio perawat dengan pasien 0,22, kepatuhan pengkajianrisiko jatuh 0,95, kepatuhan edukasi risiko jatuh 0,94, penggunaan gelang risikojatuh 0,97. Dari keempat variabel tersebuthanya pemberian edukasi risiko jatuhyang secara bermakna mempengaruhi terjadinya insiden pasien jatuh.Rekomendasi perbaikan program pencegahan pasien jatuh yang diusulkanmengacu kepada teori Malcolm Baldrige yang disusun berdasarkan tujuh aspekpenilaian yaitu kepemimpinan, rencana strategi, pelanggan,manajemenpengukuran, analisis dan pengetahuan (perbaikan mutu), tenaga kerja (sumberdaya manusia), sistem informasi / proses kerja dan hasil.Kata Kunci : Keselamatan Pasien;Pasien Jatuh; Malcolm Baldrige.
