Health services have begun to shift by placing patients at the center of health services. Continuity of service runs well if all service providers are able to provide the information needed to make the right decisions. This research was conducted to analyze the factors that influence the implementation of patient centered care in the inpatient room of Wangaya Hospital in Denpasar. The method in this study use a quantitative method using a descriptive analytic design with a cross Sectional approach. Data were analyzed using cross tabulation analysis and chi square analysis. Data were collected through a questionnaire given to 70 respondents who were selected and in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results showed that 50% of respondents applied patient-focused services well, 81.43% of respondents had a good level of knowledge about patient-focused services, 44.29% of respondents had a good attitude category, 48.57% of respondents had high motivation, 50 % have good skills in the application of patient-focused services. The logistic regression test results show that knowledge is the most dominant factor in the application of patient-focused services. This is indicated by the significance (0.048) which is smaller than the real level value (α = 0.05). The regression coefficient of Nurse Knowledge (1,848) which is positive indicates a positive and significant influence, the Nagelkerke R Square value. This value is 0.372. This means that the contribution of the influence of the nurse's knowledge, attitude, motivation and skills to the application of PCC is 37.2%
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai kinerja perawat dalam pendokumentasian proses keperawatan serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Analisa data menggunakan uji Anova, regresi linier ganda dan General linier model multivariate.
Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa secara bersama-sama skor kinerja perawat dalam pendokumentasian pengkajian, disgnosa, perencanaan, implementasi dan evaluasi memang dipengaruhi umur, lama kerja, pendidikan, status pernikahan, status kepegawaian, persepsi seorang perawat terhadap kepemimpinan, hubungan antar kelompok, desain kerja, imbalan, fasilitas kerja, struktur organisasi, supervisi dan penghargaan.
Berdasar pada hasil penelitian, untuk meningkatkan kinerja perawat dalam pendokumentasian proses keperawatan, pihak manajemen rumah sakit perlu untuk membuat suatu kebijakan yang dapat mengakomodir peningkatan kemampuan setiap perawat melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan. Serta menciptakan situasi dan kondisi yang dapat memotivasi perawat untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya seperti supervisi, imbalan, penghargaan dan jenjang karir.
Analysis of Factors that Influenced Nurse Performance in Nursing Process Documentation at Inpatient Room, Koja General District HospitalTo fulfill the clinical purposes of nursing, a nurse does nursing process. Quality of nursing care is an output of how effective and efficiency a nurse does their nursing process. The nurse performance appraisal within documentation nursing process seems to be the important way to get nurse performance on nursing process.
The objective of this study is to get information about nurse performance on nursing process documentation and its influenced factors. This study is a quantitative method with cross sectional study. Data analysis using Anova test, multiple linier regression and multivariate General Linier Model.
The study showed that nurse performance score in documentation nursing assessment, diagnosis, care plan, implementation and care evaluation as a combined dependent variable influenced by age, tenure, educational background, marital status, employment status, leadership, peer relationship, salary, supervision, organizational structure, work design, work facility and reward.
Based on study result, to increase the nurse performance, it is suggested that the management of Koja General District Hospital needs to make a policy that ensure all employee so that they can develop their abilities through education and training and create a conclusive situation that motivate employee to do their best performance such as supervision, salary, reward and career path.
Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pihak rumah sakit khususnya unit rawat inap. Faktor-faktor yang diteliti meliputi pelayanan dibagian admisi atau penerimaan pasien, pelayanan perawat, pelayanan dokter, fasilitas penunjang medis, lingkungan fisik rawat inap dan pelayanan di bagian administrasi/keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan disain penelitian cross-sectional dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 115 responden yang diambil dengan metode Probability; Proportional to Size (PPS). Analisis univariat berupa analisis proporsi, sedangkan analisis bivariat menggunakan chi-square untuk melihat hubungan antara 6 variabel independen dengan variabel dependennya yaitu kepuasan pasien.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih ada pasien yang menyatakan tidak puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan diunit rawat inap yaitu sebesar 32,2%, sedangan sisanya sebesar 67,8% menyatakan puas. Untuk uji bivariat terlihat bahwa dari 6 variabel yang dilakukan uji hubungan hanya 4 variabel independen yang secara signifikan berhubungan dengan variabel dependen, ke empat variabel tersebut adalah pelayanan dibagian informasi, pelayanan dokter, lingkungan fisik rawat inap dan pelayanan di bagian administrasi atau keuangan. Sedangkan untuk 2 variabel independen lainnya yaitu fasilitas penunjang medik dan pelayanan perawat tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut terdapat beberapa hal yang dapat disarankan antara lain meningkatkan koordinasi antar unit pelayanan, penambahan fasilitas serta melakukan upaya-upaya peningkatan terhadap semua kelas perawatan.
This thesis discusses the analysis of the relationship between the quality of health services with patient satisfaction in inpatient units of class I, class II and class III of SK Lerik Regional Hospital in Kupang City. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction in the inpatient room of SK Lerik Regional Hospital in 2020. This study was a quantitative study with cross sectional design. The results of the study, from the results of univariate analysis found the average quality of service in the inpatient unit of SK Lerik Regional Hospital was 78.7960 ± 10.51395 (95% CI: 77.3337-80.2584) included in the good quality category. The average patient satisfaction in the inpatient unit of SK Lerik Regional Hospital is 117.8557 ± 15.80741 (95% CI: 115.6571-120.0543) classified as good. The results of the analysis of the relationship of service quality with patient satisfaction with the correlation test showed a strong relationship with an r value of (0.856) and positive patterned means that the better the quality of service the patient satisfaction increases. Simple linear regression statistical test results found that there is a significant relationship between service quality with patient satisfaction in the inpatient unit (p = 0.0001). For every increase in 1 service quality score, the patient satisfaction score will increase by 1.268 after being controlled by work status, health insurance and education variables. Researcher's suggestion related to the magnitude of the influence of the quality of health services on patient satisfaction requires the hospital management to always monitor and analyze every complaint and patient's expectations relating to the quality of health services, one of which is by conducting periodic patient satisfaction surveys.

Service Quality is very important in creating patient satisfaction. This study aims to determine the criteria of patients on hall of residence services, the relationship of dimensions of service quality with patient satisfaction and to determine which dimensions have the most influence on patient satisfaction. This study carried out univariate, bivariate and multivariate analyzes. With a total sample of 150 respondents. It was found that the characteristics of patients for the age with the highest category were in the range of 30-49 years, namely 54%, the sex of the most respondents was 78%, the history of the highest education was SMA 53.3%, the work of the most respondents was IRT, the highest frequency of income was income per month Rp.3,000,000 to Rp. 4,000,000. For bivariate analysis it was found that from the five dimensions of four-dimensional service quality had a significant effect on patient satisfaction: reliability (p value 0.001), responsiveness (p value <0.0001), emphaty (p value <0.0001) and tangible (p value <0.0001). And the multivariate analysis found that the dimensions of reliability and empathic affect patient satisfaction.
