Abstrak:
Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Pusat Promosi Kesehatan adalah sistempelaporan kegiatan organisasi kemasyarakatan yang ada saat ini masih manual,laporan hasil pelaksanaan rincian kegiatan disampaikan setiap akhir termin,prosedur penyampaian laporan melalui tim pemeriksa dan pemerima barang, sertamonitoring dan evaluasi dilakukan dengan cara kunjungan lapangan pada terminketiga (akhir). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi kegiatanorganisasi kemasyarakatan berbasis web di Pusat Promosi Kesehatan KementerianKesehatan Republik Indonesia.
Desain penelitian ini adalah riset operasional,yaitu melalui serangkaian proses ilmiah untuk mengidentifikasi masalah danmencari solusi terhadap masalah yang ditemukan pada sistem. Sedangkanpemecahan masalah menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem prototyping.Sistem yang dikembangkan ini dapat menghasilkan berbagai macam laporandalam bentuk grafik, narasi, serta tabel yang dapat digunakan untuk monitoringdan evaluasi serta membantu proses perencanaan kegiatan organisasikemasyarakatan.
Hasil penelitian menyarankan perlu dibuat kebijakan tentangpengoperasian sistem informasi ini kepada pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalampelaksanaan kegiatan; perlu mereviu prosedur pelaporan kegiatan organisasikemasyarakatan; sistem masih berupa prototype yang dikembangkanmenggunakan data kegiatan pembinaan PHBS; kebutuhan diluar sistem aplikasiseperti spesifikasi sistem, perangkat lunak sistem, sumber daya manusia sertabrainware sumber daya manusia perlu juga diperhatikan; serta pemerintah perlumenyediakan teknologi internet agar masyarakat dapat dengan mudah dan murahmengakses sistem informasi ini sebagai salah satu bentuk pertanggungjawabanorganisasi kemasyarakatan kepada masyarakat.

Abstrak:
Pelaksanaan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi wajib bagi dosen di Poltekkes Kemenkes dalam melaksanakan tugas keprofesionalannya, salah satunya yaitu kegiatan penelitian. Terbatasnya akses, pendanaan dan tuntutan melaksanakan penelitian yang berkualitas terkait kebutuhan beban kerja dosen (BKD) membuat Badan PPSDM Kesehatan melalui Pusdiklat Nakes mengeluarkan kebijakan yang salah satunya adalah menciptakan keunggulan penelitian di perguruan tinggi melalui program penelitian unggulan perguruan tinggi (PUPT) bagi dosen Poltekkes Kemenkes. Kegiatan PUPT yang ada di Pusdiklat Nakes saat ini menggunakan tata kelola konvensional, yaitu pencatatan masih manual dan penyimpanan data dilakukan pada banyak file dan pada tempat berbeda. Pengembangan sistem informasi yang terintegrasi antara peneliti (dosen pengusul), pengelola dan penilai merupakan salah satu sarana yang dapat menjawab kebutuhan tersebut di atas.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan rancangan aplikasi pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis web Penelitian Unggulan Pendidikan Tinggi (PUPT) bagi dosen Poltekkes Kemenkes di Pusdiklat Nakes. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Dalam tahap pengumpulan data atau informasi penulis menggunakan metode telaah dokumen, wawancara dan observasi. Sedangkan dalam tahap pengembangan sistem penulis menggunakan suatu metode pengembangan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Hasil penelitian berupa analisis sistem, yaitu untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang ada pada sistem PUPT saat ini, hal-hal yang dibutuhkan oleh sistem serta peluang untuk pengembangan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis sistem, dilakukan perancangan database dan aplikasi web untuk program PUPT di Pusdiklat Nakes. Diharapkan dengan adanya hasil penelitian ini dapat membantu tidak hanya kepada pengelola program tetapi juga kepada peneliti (dosen pengusul) dalam memberikan informasi yang akurat dan tepat waktu.

Abstrak:
Pelayanan kesehatan dasar yang berkualitas masih menemui hambatan di Indonesia. Salah satu upaya yang bisa dilakukan adalah dengan melaksanakan akreditasi puskesmas. Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten/Kota berperan penting dalam penyelenggaraan akreditasi puskesmas sebagai pendamping yang bertugas untuk menyiapkan puskesmas dalam menghadapi survei akreditasi oleh Komite Akreditasi. Kegiatan pendampingan akreditasi merupakan bagian dari kegiatan pembinaan, pengawasan dan pengendalian yang menjadi tugas pokok Suku Dinas Kota. Sayangnya kegiatan ini banyak menemui hambatan karena penjadwalan, pencatatan dan pelaporan manual menyebabkan kesulitan dalam hal koordinasi, penyimpanan, pengawasan dan penentuan rencana tindak lanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang prototipe aplikasi E-Binwasdal akreditasi puskesmas yang mampu menjamin ketersediaan data dan informasi kegiatan pendampingan yang berkualitas secara cepat dan mudah diakses sehingga mempermudah upaya pembinaan, pengawasan dan pengendalian terhadap status akreditasi puskesmas. Penelitian terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan prototipe dan uji penerimaan pengguna. Hasil penelitian adalah prototipe E-Binwasdal akreditasi puskesmas dengan platform berbasis web. Sistem informasi yang dikembangkan dapat memberikan kemudahan mengakses informasi akurat, relevan dan terkini; menghemat kebutuhan biaya; menjamin pengendalian penyimpanan dan keamanan data; fleksibel, mudah dan nyaman digunakan oleh pengguna dalam kegiatan pendampingan akreditasi. This study aims to design a prototype of the E-Binwasdal application for puskesmas accreditation which is able to ensure the availability of quality data and information on mentoring activities that are quickly and easily accessible so as to facilitate efforts to develop, supervise and control the accreditation status of puskesmas. The research consists of system requirements analysis, prototype design and user acceptance test. The result of the research is a prototype of E-Binwasdal accreditation of puskesmas with a web-based platform. The developed information system can provide easy access to accurate, relevant and up-to-date information; save costs; ensure the control of data storage and security; flexible, easy and convenient for users to use in accreditation assistance activities. Skripsi ini membahas mengenai perancangan prototipe sistem monitoring kinerja pegawai di BBPK Ciloto. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode pengembangan sistem Iteratif dan Incremental sampai tahap prototipe halaman antar muka (interface). Berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan metode wawancara kepada responden di BBPK Ciloto, ditemukan permasalahan dimana sistem monitoring kinerja pegawai yang berjalan masih manual mengakibatkan proses penilaian kinerja pegawai belum berdasarkan data yang terukur. Hal ini yang menjadi peluang peneliti untuk merancang sebuah prototipe sistem monitoring kinerja pegawai berbasis web dengan harapan proses monitoring hasil kerja pegawai dapat dilakukan secara real- time oleh atasan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dirancang sebuah prototipe sistem monitoring kinerja pegawai berbasis web.

Abstrak:
Kurangnya aktivitas fisik merupakan salah satu dari sepuluh faktor risiko utama kematian. Orang yang tidak aktif secara fisik memiliki risiko lebih besar dibandingkan dengan mereka yang melakukan aktivitas fisik secara rutin. Dewasa ini, terjadi fenomena penurunan kegiatan aktivitas fisik di Indonesia. Ternyata hal serupa terjadi di kalangan pegawai Kementerian Kesehatan dilihat dari adanya penurunan pegawai yang melaksanakan pengukuran kebugaran jasmani. Pelaksanaan pengukuran kebugaran jasmani masih dilakukan secara manual baik pengukurannya maupun sistem basis datanya. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan menggunakan stopwatch dan penentuan jarak diukur secara manual. Sistem basis data yang digunakan adalah sistem tunggal, hal ini menyebabkan pengolahan data lebih sulit dilakukan. Mempelajari kondisi demikian maka penelitian ini akan mengusulkan suatu model aplikasi berbasis mobile. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem informasi pengukuran kebugaran jasmani yang dapat meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya pengukuran kebugaran dan menumbuhkan minat pegawai terhadap pengukuran kebugaran jasmani. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan pada sistem informasi pengukuran kebugaran jasmani ini menggunakan pendekatan model prototyping. Uji coba aplikasi menggunakan Blackbox Testing dan penerimaan teknologi sistem menggunakan uji coba Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Lack of physical activity is one of the top ten risk factors for death. People who are not physically active have a greater risk than those who do physical activity regularly. Nowadays, there is a phenomenon of decreasing physical activity in Indonesia. It turns out that a similar thing happened among employees of the Ministry of Health as seen from a decrease in employees who carried out physical fitness measurements. The measurement of physical fitness is still done manually, both in the measurement and in the database system. Measurements are made using a stopwatch and the distance is measured manually. The database system used is a single system, this makes data processing more difficult. Studying such conditions, this research will propose a mobile-based application model. This study aims to build a physical fitness measurement information system that can increase awareness of the importance of measuring fitness and foster employee interest in measuring physical fitness. The system development method used in this physical fitness measurement information system uses a prototyping model approach. Testing applications using Blackbox Testing and acceptance of system technology using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) trial. The system developed based on the research stages has been as expected, namely optimizing the process of implementing physical fitness measurements that have been running manually.

Abstrak:
Difteri masih menjadi masalah serius di beberapa negara di dunia. meskipun vaksinasi difteri telah rutin dilaksanakan sejak tahun 70-an, masih terjadi laporan Kejadian Luar Biasa (KLB) difteri terutama di negara berkembang. Menurut WHO, pada tahun 2000, dilaporkan 30.000 kasus dan 3.000 kematian karena difteri di dunia. Salah satu upaya pengendalian penyakit difteri adalah dengan penguatan sistem surveilans difteri. Dimana surveilans difteri berperan penting untuk menilai dampak dan sebagai sistem kewaspadaan dini agar bisa dilakukan penanggulangan difteri secara tepat dan cepat. Sistem surveilans yang baik sangat diperlukan untuk melihat pengembangan penyakit dan meminimalisir penularan penyakit. Untuk itu perlu adanya evaluasi system surveilans difteri di wilayah Dinas Kota Depok. Metode ini menggunakan pendekatan system yang terdiri dari input, proses, dan output. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dari wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan telaah dokumen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Depok dan dua Puskesmas di Wilayah Kota Depok. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa dalam penyelenggaraan surveilans difteri ditemukan beberapa hambatan yakni kurangnya pelatihan bagi tenaga kesehatan surveilans di Dinas Kesehatan dan beban kerja yang tinggi di Puskesmas. Selain itu ketepatan dan kelengkapan laporan yang masih belum tepat waktu, diperlukan adanya sistem surveilans difteri agar surveilans difteri berjalan dengan baik.
Diphtheria is still a serious problem in several countries in the world. although diphtheria vaccination has been routinely carried out since the 70s, there are still reports of diphtheria outbreaks, especially in developing countries. According to WHO, in 2000, 30,000 cases were reported and 3,000 deaths from diphtheria in the world. One effort to control diphtheria is by strengthening the diphtheria surveillance system. Where diphtheria surveillance plays an important role to assess the impact and as an early vigilance system so that the diphtheria prevention can be carried out appropriately and quickly. A good surveillance system is needed to see the development of disease and minimize transmission of disease. For this reason, it is necessary to evaluate the diphtheria surveillance system in the Depok City Service area. This method uses a system approach consisting of input, process, and output. The data sources used are primary and secondary data obtained from in-depth interviews, observations, and document review. This research was conducted at the Depok City Health Office and two Puskesmas in the Depok City Area. Based on the results of the study, it was found that in the implementation of diphtheria surveillance there were several obstacles, namely the lack of health workers for surveillance at the Health Office and high workload at the Puskesmas. In addition, the accuracy and completeness of the reports are still not on time, and a diphtheria surveillance system is needed so that diphtheria surveillance works well.were collected by means of deep interview. The researcher suggests that library should improve the user education program and provide facilities which can help students to be information literate.

Diphtheria is still a serious problem in several countries in the world. although diphtheria vaccination has been routinely carried out since the 70s, there are still reports of diphtheria outbreaks, especially in developing countries. According to WHO, in 2000, 30,000 cases were reported and 3,000 deaths from diphtheria in the world. One effort to control diphtheria is by strengthening the diphtheria surveillance system. Where diphtheria surveillance plays an important role to assess the impact and as an early vigilance system so that the diphtheria prevention can be carried out appropriately and quickly. A good surveillance system is needed to see the development of disease and minimize transmission of disease. For this reason, it is necessary to evaluate the diphtheria surveillance system in the Depok City Service area. This method uses a system approach consisting of input, process, and output. The data sources used are primary and secondary data obtained from in-depth interviews, observations, and document review. This research was conducted at the Depok City Health Office and two Puskesmas in the Depok City Area. Based on the results of the study, it was found that in the implementation of diphtheria surveillance there were several obstacles, namely the lack of health workers for surveillance at the Health Office and high workload at the Puskesmas. In addition, the accuracy and completeness of the reports are still not on time, and a diphtheria surveillance system is needed so that diphtheria surveillance works well.were collected by means of deep interview. The researcher suggests that library should improve the user education program and provide facilities which can help students to be information literate.
