Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor dominan terhadap perbedaan siklus menstruasi pada siswi SMA Negeri 44 Jakarta tahun 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Sampel yang diteliti adalah kelas 10 dan 11 dengan total sampel berjumlah 120 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa riwayat menstruasi, asupan energi dan makronutrien, aktivitas fisik, IMT/U, persen lemak tubuh, tingkat stres, dan perilaku makan menyimpang. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara pengisian kuesioner mandiri, wawancara recall 2x24 jam, pengukuran antropometri untuk berat dan tinggi badan dan persen lemak tubuh menggunakan BIA. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis uji chi-square, uji T independen, dan uji regresi logistik ganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sebanyak 65,8% mengalami siklus menstruasi tidak teratur. Stres merupakan faktor dominan terhadap perbedaan siklus menstruasi (OR=5,9). Abstrak:
Gangguan mental emosional merupakan keadaan penderitaan emosional atau perubahan psikologis yang dialami seseorang ditandai dengan adanya gejala depresi, kecemasan, dan perasaan tidak enak (rasa lelah, sulit tidur, kehilangan motivasi). Hubungan antara faktor pola makan dan gaya hidup terhadap kesehatan mental mulai menjadi perhatian belakangan ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor dominan yang memengaruhi kejadian gangguan mental emosional pada siswasiswi SMA Negeri 1 Jakarta tahun 2018. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan metode cross sectional, menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui pengisian kuesioner, pengukuran antropometri, dan wawancara food recall 1x24 jam dari 156 responden yang dipilih dengan cara nonprobability sampling (consecutive sampling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 34,6% responden mengalami gangguan mental emosional. Berdasarkan hasil analisis bivariat dengan uji chi square ditemukan adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara kualitas diet, moderasi diet, balansi diet, dan uang saku dengan kejadian gangguan mental emosional pada responden. Moderasi diet ditemukan sebagai faktor dominan dari kejadian gangguan mental emosional pada siswasiswi SMA Negeri 1 Jakarta tahun 2018. Siswa-siswi yang moderasi dietnya buruk atau dengan kata lain mengonsumsi total lemak, lemak jenuh, kolesterol, natrium, dan makanan kalori kosong (gula, minyak, alkohol) secara berlebih berisiko 3,628 kali besar mengalami kejadian gangguan mental emosional dibandingkan yang memiliki moderasi diet baik. Perlu dilakukan upaya edukasi mengenai pentingnya diet yang berkualitas terutama dibagian moderasi dan faktor risiko lainnya sebagai upaya pencegahan terjadinya gangguan mental emosional serta gangguan mental yang lebih serius. Kata kunci : Gangguan mental emosional, faktor terkait gizi, moderasi diet, kualitas diet, anak sekolah menengah atas Psychological distress is a state of emotional suffering or psychological changes experienced by a person characterized by symptoms of depression, anxiety, and feelings of unease (fatigue, sleeplessness, loss of motivation). The relationship between dietary and lifestyle factors to mental health began to be a concern lately. The purpose of this study is to determine the dominant factors that affect the prevalence of psychological distress in the students of SMA Negeri 1 Jakarta in 2018. The study was conducted quantitatively by cross sectional method, using primary data obtained through questionnaires, anthropometric measurements, and interview food recall 1x24 hours from 156 respondents selected by nonprobability sampling (consecutive sampling). The results showed that as much as 34.6% of respondents experiencing psychological distress. The results of bivariate analysis with chi square test found significant relationship between diet quality, dietary moderation, dietary balance, and allowance with the incidence of psychological distress in respondents. Dietary moderation was found to be the dominant factor of psychological distress in high school students of SMA Negeri 1 Jakarta 2018. Students with poor dietary moderation or in other words consumed total fat, saturated fat, cholesterol, sodium, and empty calorie foods (sugar, oil, alcohol) excessively are at risk 3,628 times bigger to experience psychological distress than those with good dietary moderation. Educational efforts need to be made about the importance of quality diet, especially in the moderation and other significant risk factors as an effort to prevent the incidence of psychological distress and more serious mental disorders. Abstrak:
Dysmenorrhea primer didefiinisikan sebagai nyeri menstruasi tanpa adanya kelainan ginekologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara menarche, laju menstruasi, lama menstruasi, PMS (Pramenstrual Syndrome), riwayat keluarga, persen lemak tubuh, keterpaparan rokok, aktivitas fisik, konsumsi omega 3 dan konsumsi omega 6 dengan dysmenorrhea primer dan faktor dominan pada siswi SMA Labschool Kebayoran Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode acak sistematik. Sampel yang diteliti adalah kelas X dan XI dengan total sampel 124 siswi. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara pengisian kuesioner mandiri, wawancara food recall 2x24 jam dan FFQ, pengukuran antropometri untuk berat dan tinggi badan dan pengukuran persen lemak tubuh menggunakan BIA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara laju menstruasi, PMS, riwayat keluarga, dan konsumsi omega 3 dengan dysmenorrhea primer (p-value <0.05) dan faktor dominannya adalah laju menstruasi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara status gizi, pola makan, dan stres dengan siklus menstruasi pada remaja putri di SMA Negeri 68 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode random klaster. Sampel yang diteliti adalah kelas X dan XI dengan total sampel berjumlah 104 siswa. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa lama siklus menstruasi, IMT/U, persen lemak tubuh, frekuensi makan utama dalam sehari, asupan energi dan makronutrien, dan tingkat stres. Data ini dikumpulkan dengan cara pengisian kuesioner mandiri, wawancara recall 3x24 jam, pengukuran antropometri untuk berat dan tinggi badan dan pengukuran persen lemak tubuh menggunakan BIA. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sebanyak 43 responden (41,3%) mengalami siklus menstruasi tidak teratur dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara persen lemak tubuh dan stres dengan siklus menstruasi (nilai p<0,05).

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor dominan yang berhubungan dengan siklus menstruasi pada penari balet di Namarina Ballet-JazzFitness Jakarta tahun 2015. Penelitian yang melibatkan 84 penari balet ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan metode pengambilan sampel berupa accidental sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa riwayat menstruasi, durasi latihan, IMT, persen lemak tubuh, usia menarche, perilaku makan menyimpang, dan stres. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuesioner secara mandiri, pengukuran antropometri untuk berat dan tinggi badan, serta pengukuran persen lemak tubuh menggunakan BIA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 65,5% responden mengalami gangguan siklus menstruasi. Uji Mann-Whitney menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan rata-rata durasi latihan, IMT, dan persen lemak tubuh yang signifikan antara penari balet yang mengalami ketidakteraturan siklus menstruasi dengan penari balet yang mengalami keteraturan siklus menstruasi. Uji chi square menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara usia menarche, perilaku makan menyimpang, dan stres dengan siklus menstruasi. Analisis regresi logistik ganda menunjukan bahwa perilaku makan menyimpang (OR= 4,8) merupakan faktor dominan yang berhubungan dengan siklus menstruasi pada penari balet di Namarina Ballet-Jazz-Fitness Jakarta tahun 2015.

Abstrak:
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor dominan terhadap kecenderungan perilaku makan menyimpang pada siswi SMA Labschool Kebayoran Jakarta Tahun 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatifdengan desain cross sectional. Dari keseluruhan responden (n=145) didapatkan sebanyak 51% memiliki kecenderungan perilaku makan menyimpang dengan1,3% mengalami kecenderungan yang serius. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan hubungan yang bermakna antara riwayat diet (P=0,000), percaya diri (P=0,043),pengaruh keluarga (P=0,001), ejekan seputar berat badan dan bentuk tubuh(P=0,023), dan IMT (P=0,037) terhadap kecenderungan perilaku makan menyimpang. Analisis multivariat juga dilakukan pada penelitian ini, didapatkan riwayat diet merupakan faktor dominan terhadap kecenderungan perilaku makan menyimpang setelah dikontrol dengan variabel percaya diri, pengaruh keluargadan ejekan (OR=3,589). Hasil dari penelitian ini menyarankan agar sekolah dan dinas kesehatan dapat bekerja sama dalam melakukan kegiatan promosi gizi mengenai perilaku makan menyimpang, perhitungan berat badan ideal,perhitungan IMT/U serta mengatur pola makan yang baik agar para siswa dapat menjaga kesehatan. Abstrak:
Penelitian ini membahas tentang kegemukan serta faktor-faktor penyebabkegemukan pada siswa-siswi Sekolah Dasar kelas 6 di Jakarta Utara. Tujuan daripenelitian ini untuk mengetahui besaran prevalensi kegemukan dan membuktikan durasitidur sebagai faktor dominan dari kegemukan pada populasi studi. Penelitian inimenggunakan desain penelitian studi cross sectional. Proses pengambilan data meliputipengukuran antropometri menggunakan timbangan berat badan yang telah divalidasiserta microtoise, wawancara food recall 24 jam, pengisian kuesioner untuk mengetahuiinformasi terkait aktivitas fisik, pola makan, dan durasi tidur. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa terdapat 52,3% siswa-siswi yang gemuk (IMT/U Z-score >1,00standar deviasi). Faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan kegemukan ialah durasi tidur.Peneliti merekomendasikan agar dilakukan edukasi mengenai Gerakan Masyarakat Sehat(GERMAS) pada siswa-siswi.

Abstrak:
Status gizi lebih menjadi masalah kesehatan global dan membawa dampak buruk bagi kesehatan maupun psikososial bagi remaja. Prevalensi kegemukan dan obesitas pada anak usia 5-12 tahun di Jakarta Utara tahun 2018 sebesar 29.03%, yang mana angka ini melampaui prevalensi nasional dan provinsi DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai faktor yang berkaitan dengan kejadian status gizi lebih berdasarkan pengukuran persen lemak tubuh pada siswi kelas 6 sekolah dasar di Jakarta Utara pada tahun 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari penelitian tentang kegemukan dan obesitas pada anak sekolah dasar dengan indikator indeks massa tubuh menurut umur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 25.43% siswi di Jakarta Utara mengalami status gizi lebih. Terdapat perbedaan proporsi yang signifikan antara asupan lemak (p-value 0.015) dan status menarche (p-value 0.006) terhadap kejadian status gizi lebih, dengan status menarche sebagai faktor dominan. Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signfikan antara asupan energi, asupan protein, asupan karbohidrat, kebiasaan sarapan, konsumsi buah dan sayuran, konsumsi minuman manis dalam kemasan, aktivitas fisik, durasi menonton TV, dan menggunakan gawai dengan kejadian status gizi lebih. Hasil penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa perlu dilakukan edukasi terkait pola makan seimbang dan aktivitas fisik bagi remaja putri untuk menjaga status gizi normal.

Over nutritional status has been the global health problem and will become a negative impact on health and psychosocial for adolescents. Based on Riskesdas 2018, prevalence of overweight and obesity in children aged 5-12 years in North Jakarta is 29.03%, which is higher prevalence than the national and province DKI Jakarta. This research objectively investigated factors that related with over nutritional status in grade 6 elementary school students in North Jakarta in 2018 that used body fat percentage assessment. This study used secondary data from rencetly research about obesity in student grade 6 elementary school in North Jakarta. This study used a cross sectional method. The results showed that 25.43% of female students in North Jakarta changed obesity. There was a significant difference between fat intake (p-value 0.015) and menstrual status (p-value 0.006) to the incidence of over nutritional status, with menstrual status as a dominant factor. There is no significant proportional differences between energy intake, protein intake, carbohydrate intake, breakfast, fruit and vegetable consumption, consumption of sugar sweetened beverages, physical activity, TV viewing and gadget time, with over nutritional status. The results of this study prove that education related to balanced diet and physical activity is important for adolescent women according their needs to normal nutritional status.
