Abstrak:
UMKM merupakan salah satu industri dengan risiko yang signifikan karenalemahnya implementasi penglolaan risiko. Penelitian ini menilai tingkat risikoyang ada di UMKM pembuatan busana muslim CV. A dan UMKM pembuatanboneka CV. AT tahun 2016. Penilaian risiko dilakukan dengan menganalisis nilaikemungkinan, pemajanan dan konsekuensi dari setiap bahaya yang teridentifikasirisiko menggunakan metode semi kuantiatif yang dikembangkan oleh W.T Fine.Diperoleh bahwa bahaya kelistrikan (instalasi) ; bahaya ergonomi (handling) ;bahaya kimia (pajanan fume) memiliki tingkat risiko very high. Bahaya mekanik(gerakan jarum) ; bahaya fisik (suhu ruangan) memiliki tingkat risiko priority 1.Bahaya kimia (pajanan debu ; pajanan solvent) ; bahaya gravitasi (tertimpa benda); bahaya fisik (pencahayaan) memiliki tingkat risiko substantial. Bahaya safety(penataan ruang) ; bahaya organisasi kerja (stress kerja) memiliki tingkat risikopriority 3. Bahaya mekanik (gerakan menggunting ; gerakan menyetrika) ; bahayafisik (tabung gas) memiliki tingkat risiko acceptable.

Abstrak:
UMKM Kedelai (Tempe, Tahu, & Oncom) di Kecamatan Citereup Kabupaten Bogor memiliki potensi bahaya dan risiko pada setiap proses kerjanya, sehingga diperlukan manajemen risiko untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya dan menganalisis risiko K3. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif dengan penentuan tingkat risiko secara semi kuantitatif menggunakan nilai consequences, exposure, dan likelihood mengacu pada metode yang ditemukan oleh W.T. Fine. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tingkat risiko tertinggi dengan level Very high antara lain Risiko : Heat stress, Luka Bakar, Kebakaran, Ledakan, Gangguan Pernafasan. Tingkat risiko tertinggi disebabkan oleh Bahaya Panas dan Budaya kerja yaitu merokok pada saat bekerja. Tingkat risiko level Priority 1 antara lain Risiko : NIHL, Tersengat Listrik, Luka Bakar, Iritasi kulit, Keracunan, Tejatuh. Tingkat risiko Priority 1 disebabkan oleh Bahaya Fisik: Bising, Listrik, Bahaya Biologi, Bahaya Kimia. Tingkat risiko level Substantial antara lain Risiko : Low Back Pain, Cedera otot lengan / kaki . Tingkat risiko Substantial disebabkan oleh Bahaya Ergonomi: Posisi janggal, Mengangkat beban yang berat. Tingkat risiko level Priority 3 antara lain Risiko : Stress Kerja. Tingkat risiko Priority 3 disebabkan oleh Bahaya Psikososial: Beban Kerja, Kelelahan.

Abstrak:
Masalah keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada UMKM diakibatkan lemahnyamanajemen risiko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai tingkat risikokeselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada lima (5) workshop berbahan dasar logam diDesa Gunung Sari, Bogor, 2016. Metode W.T Fine yang digunakan adalah untukmenganalisis tingkat risiko dengan melihat nilai konsekuensi, pajanan, dankemungkinan dari setiap risiko. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkatrisiko tertinggi adalah bahaya ergonomi dan kimia.

Abstrak:
Masalah kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja di bengkel pembuatan alas kakidiakibatkan oleh lemahnya manajemen risiko, sehingga dibutuhkan pengkajianrisiko dalam rangka pengelolaan risiko. Penelitian ini berisi analisis risikokesehatan dan keselamatan kerja di Bengkel Pembuatan Alas Kaki Tahun 2016.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai tingkat risiko kesehatan dankeselamatan kerja pada setiap tahapan proses produksi alas kaki. Penilaian risikomenggunakan metode W.T. Fine yaitu dengan menganalisis nilai konsekuensi,pajanan dan kemungkinan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa level risiko yangdimiliki pada setiap langkah kerja meliputi level very high yaitu bahaya kimia,level priority 1 yaitu bahaya ergonomi dan bahaya mekanik, level substantialyaitu desain kerja (housekeeping), level priority 3 yaitu bahaya kinetik danacceptable yaitu bahaya psikososial.Kata kunci:Penilaian risiko, konsekuensi, panjanan, kemungkinan, tingkat risiko, metodeW.T. Abstrak:
Kecelakaan kerja dan gangguan kesehatan terkait pekerjaan bisa terjadi di industri manapun, termasuk pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). UMKM menampung lebih dari 60% angkatan kerja sehingga upaya perlindungan terhadap Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) perlu dilaksanakan. Salah satu faktor terkait orang yang dekat dengan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja dan cidera adalah motivasi keselamatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi penerapan K3 dengan daftar periksa Working Improvement in Small-medium Enterprises (WISE) di UMKM Kabupaten Cianjur yang telah mendapat pembinaan K3 tahun 2014-2015 dan menilai motivasi keselamatan pekerja UMKM. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kombinasi (mixed-methods). Besar sampel yang digunakan adalah 50 UMKM dan 110 pekerja UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukan rata-rata dari proporsi penerapan K3 pada UMKM terpilih adalah 0,4159 (41,59%), pemenuhan dari 46 item pertanyaan WISE sebesar 36,6% (penyimpanan dan penanganan material, lingkungan fisik, proteksi bahaya listrik, penanggulangan bahaya kebakaran, dan fasilitas kesejahteraan), sangat setuju/tepat untuk alasan motivasi instrinsik sebesar 86,8% serta setuju/cukup tepat untuk alasan motivasi eksternal sebesar 50,6%. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara didapatkan hambatan penereapan K3 terjadi pada level pemerintah, regulator/asosiasi, manajemen, staf, organisasi, dan teknologi. Faktor situasional pembentuk motivasi keselamatan yang paling utama adalah kepemimpinan. Kata kunci: UMKM, penerapan K3, motivasi keselamatan, daftar periksa WISE. Accidents and occupational health problems can occur in any industry, including Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). MSMEs accommodate more than 60% of the workforce so that safeguards against Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) needs to be implemented. One of the proximal person-related factors to the occurrence of accidents and injuries is safety motivation. The research purpose is to evaluate OSH implementation with checklist of Working Improvement in Small- medium Enterprises (WISE) at MSMEs of Cianjur which has got OSH training in 2014-2015 and assess the workers safety motivation. Methods of this research are mixed-methods. The sample size is 50 MSMEs and 110 workers. The results showed that the mean of the proportion of OSH applied to selected MSMEs was 0.4159 (41.59%), fulfillment of 46 items of WISE questions of 36.6% (storage and material handling, physical environment, electrical hazard protection, countermeasures fire hazard, and welfare facilities), strongly agree for reasons of intrinsic motivation of 86.8% and agree for external motivation reasons of 50.6%. Based on interviews, the obstacles of OSH implementation occurred at government level, regulator / association, management, staff, organization, and technology. Penelitian dilakukan berdasarkan semakin meningkatnya jumlah pekerjainformal yang bekerja di sektor Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM),akan tetapi minimnya kegiatan penilaian risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerjayang dilakukan di sektor tersebut padahal pekerja infomal jarang yangdiikutsertakan progam asuransi kesehatan/kecelakaan kerja.Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat risiko keselamatan dankesehatan kerja pada proses produksi pembuatan alas kaki di UMKM X, UMKMY, UMKM Z dan menentukan risiko tertingginya serta memberikan rekomendasitindakan pengendalian terhadap risiko yang teridentifikasi.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ialah semi kuantitatif dandeskriptif berdasarkan standar AS/NZS 4360:2004 dengan menggunakan metodeJob Safety Analysis untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya dan risiko dan metode Fineuntuk mengukur tingkat risiko dengan mengalikan antara kemungkinan, paparandan konsekuensi dari setiap risiko yang ada. Studi deskriptif dilakukan untukmenjelaskan tindakan pengendalian yang sudah dilakukan oleh masing-masingUMKM. Pengambilan sampel penelitian dilakukan berdasarkan metode PurposiveSampling, yakni semua pekerja yang berada di proses produksi pembuatan alaskaki di UMKM X, UMKM Y, UMKM Z.Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pada tahap proses produksi di UMKMX, UMKM Y, UMKM Z terdapat risiko yang termasuk ke dalam semua kategorimetode Fine, yaitu: Very High, Priority 1, Substansial, Priority 3, Acceptable.Risiko tertinggi (Very High) didapatkan dari penggunaan bahan kimia dan kabellistik yang tidak sesuai standar.

Abstrak:
Sektor informal di Indonesia menyerap begitu banyak tenaga kerja dan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan bagian dari sektor informal. Usaha mikro pembuatan batu bata diketahui membutuhkan tenaga fisik yang besar dan bekerja di lingkungan yang tidak ideal. Postur janggal, udara tercemar oleh asap karbon, terik matahari dan kebiasaan merokok menjadi ancaman para pengrajin batu bata selama bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana implementasi Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) di sektor informal khususnya usaha mikro. Implementasi K3 diukur dari hasil observasi di lapangan, ditunjang dengan kuesioner untuk mengukur pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku K3 para pengrajin batu bata (n=60), kuesioner Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire (NMQ) untuk melihat gambaran keluhan gangguan otot rangka pada pengrajin batu bata dan wawancara dengan instansi pemerintah untuk memvalidasi hasil observasi dan kuesioner. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku pengrajin batu bata terkait K3 masih rendah dan tidak adanya Pos UKK di Desa Panggisari. Keluhan gangguan otot rangka terbanyak ada pada bagian punggung bawah (91,6%), bahu (71,7%) dan punggung atas (71,7%). Instansi pemerintah memiliki kendala dan keterbatasan dalam mendukung berjalannya implementasi K3 yang baik di sektor usah mikro. Abstrak:
ABSTRAK Jumlah UMKM dan pekerja UMKM di Indonesia terus mengalami peningkatan. Namun, perlindungan terhadap aspek K3 pada pekerja UMKM belum optimal. Dalam rangka menyusun model SMK3 yang efektif untuk UMKM, penelitian ini mengekplorasi tentang faktor-faktor penting yang terkait dengan penerapan SMK3 di UMKM melalui review terhadap hasil penelitian yang ada. Dari pencarian yang dilakukan terhadap database full open access dari library UI (meliputi Google Scholar. Jstor, Science Direct, SpringerLink, Taylor and Francis, proQuest) diperoleh 709.103 artikel. Melalui evaluasi uji inklusi dan ekplusi, dipilih 34 literatur. Dari 34 literatur tersebut diperoleh bahwa faktor-faktor penting yang diperlukan dalam implementasi SMK3 di UMKM adalah faktor komitmen, manajemen risiko, regulasi dan standar, keterlibatan pihak ketiga, faktor training dan sumber daya manusia, faktor ekonomi, informasi dan komunikasi, dukungan manajemen, faktor keterlibatan pengusaha dan karyawan, faktor lingkungan kerja dan karakter bisnis UMKM, dan faktor administrasi, konsultasi dan inspeksi dan intervensi. However, the frequency of aspects of OHS on SMEs workers has not been optimal. From the searches conducted on the full open access database of UI libraries (including Google Scholar Jstor, Science Direct, SpringerLink, Taylor and Francis, proQuest) obtained 709,103 articles. Through inclusion and exploration evaluation, 34 literatures were selected. From 34 literatures it is found that the important faktors needed in the implementation of SMK3 in SMEs are faktors of commitment, management, regulations and standards, risk faktors, training and human resources faktors, economic faktors, information dan communication, management, communication faktors and responsibilities, occupational faktors and business characteristics, and faktors of administration, consultation and inspection dan intervention. Faktor manusia merupakan faktor yang berkontribusi besar terhadap terjadinya kecelakaan kerja dimana 88% kecelakaan kerja di industri terjadi karena tindakan tidak aman dari manusia (Ramli, 2019). Karena hal tersebut, untuk mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan kerja dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai pendekatan tentang manusia salah satunya adalah dengan membangun budaya keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) (Ramli, 2019). Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) merupakan lembaga pendidikan formal dimana pada proses pembelajaran siswa SMK tidak hanya dituntut untuk memahami suatu konsep atau teori namun juga harus bisa mempraktikan teori yang telah diajarkan. Adanya interaksi langsung antara siswa dengan peralatan atau mesin produksi dapat berpotensi menimbulkan kecelakaan kerja atau penyakit akibat kerja sehingga K3 menjadi isu yang penting (Monisa, 2016). Penelitian ini dilakukan di 5 Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Kabupaten Bogor untuk mencari gambaran awal budaya K3 di SMK Kabupaten Bogor berdasarkan tiga dimensi yaitu dimensi manusia, dimensi organisasi, dan dimensi teknologi. Dalam penelitian ini tidak dilakukan pengurutan atau penentuan tingkatan budaya K3 di SMK yang kurang baik hingga baik, melainkan hanya menggambarkan kondisi awal budaya K3 di SMK berdasarkan dimensi manusia, dimensi teknologi, dan dimensi organisasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan desain studi campuran atau mixed method. Sumber data berasal data primer yang didapatkan menggunakan kuesioner kepada guru, tenaga kependidikan dan siswa SMK di Kabupaten Bogor, wawancara mendalam kepada guru SMK dan observasi ke sekolah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan dari lima SMK di Kabupaten Bogor yang diteliti terdapat satu SMK dengan budaya K3 yang paling baik, dua SMK dengan budaya K3 yang cukup baik, dan dua SMK dengan budaya K3 yang kurang baik. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukan bahwa budaya K3 dari kelima SMK bervariasi.
Human factors are a major contributing factor to workplace accidents, with 88% of industrial accidents occurring due to unsafe actions by individuals (Ramli, 2019). To prevent workplace accidents, various approaches to understanding human behavior, such as building a safety and occupational health (OSH) culture, can be implemented (Ramli, 2019). Vocational High Schools or in bahasa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) are formal educational institutions where students are not only required to understand concepts or theories but also to apply them practically. The direct interaction between students and equipment or production machinery can potentially lead to work accidents or occupational diseases, making OSH an important issue (Monisa, 2016). This study was conducted in five Vocational High Schools in Bogor Regency to provide an initial overview of the OSH culture in SMK Bogor Regency based on three dimensions: the human dimension, the organizational dimension, and the technological dimension. The study did not rank or determine the level of OSH culture in SMK from poor to good; instead, it only described the initial conditions of the OSH culture in SMK based on the human, technological, and organizational dimensions. The research design used a mixed-method approach, combining primary data from questionnaires distributed to teachers, educational staff, and SMK students in Bogor Regency, in-depth interviews with SMK teachers, and observations conducted at the schools. The results of this study show that out of the five SMKs investigated in Bogor Regency, one SMK has the best OSH culture, two SMKs have a moderately good OSH culture, and two SMKs have a poor OSH culture. These findings indicate that the OSH culture varies among the five SMKs.

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan sektor produktif yang digerakkan oleh masyarakat dan memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam perekonomian nasional. Di Indonesia, penerapan K3 di UMKM masih tergolong minim. Di sisi lain, diketahui bahwa risiko cedera pada perusahaan kecil lebih tinggi daripada perusahaan besar. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya identifikasi dan analisis terhadap faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi K3 di UMKM di Indonesia. Studi ini bertujuan untuk membuat pemodelan faktor individu dan faktor organisasi terhadap kecelakaan kerja di UMKM, serta mengetahui hubungan antara faktor individu dan organisasi terhadap kecelakaan kerja. Studi ini merupakan penelitian potong lintang analitik berdasarkan data sekunder. Data ini meliputi variabel faktor individu, faktor organisasi, dan kecelakaan kerja. Pemodelan dilakukan dengan metode Pemodelan Persamaan Struktural (SEM) menggunakan SmartPLS pada 109 UMKM di kota Semarang, Bogor, Bekasi, Jakarta Timur, dan Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan bermakna di antara faktor individu dan faktor organisasi. Variabel faktor individu yang terdiri dari indikator perilaku dan persepsi memiliki hubungan yang positif dan bermakna baik terhadap kecelakaan kerja. Sedangkan, faktor organisasi dengan indikator komitmen, pelatihan, dan dana memiliki hubungan yang positif dan bermakna terhadap kecelakaan kerja. Berdasarkan penelitian ini faktor individu yang baik dapat berkontribusi untuk menurunkan kecelakaan kerja pada UMKM. Selain itu, faktor organisasi yang baik dapat berkontribusi dalam menurunkan kecelakaan kerja pada UMKM. Evaluasi dan pencegahan kecelakaan kerja berdasarkan pemodelan faktor individu dan faktor organisasi perlu diterapkan di UMKM

In Indonesia, the application of OHS in MSMEs is still relatively minimal. On the other hand, it is known that the risk of injury to small companies is greater than that of large companies. Therefore, it is necessary to know and analyze the factors that affect OHS in MSMEs in Indonesia. In its aims to make modelling of individual and organization factors affecting occupational accidents in MSMEs, as well as determining the relationship between individual and organizational factors on work accident. This study is an analytic cross-sectional study based on secondary data. This data included variables of individual factor, organizational factor, and occupational accident. The modelling was using Structured Equation Modelling (SEM) method using SmartPLS on 109 MSMEs in Semarang, Bogor, Bekasi, East Jakarta, and South Jakarta. There was a positive and significant relationship between individual factor and organizational factor. Individual factors variable consisting of behavior and perception, had a positive and significant relationship both to work accidents. Meanwhile, organizational factors, including commitment, training, and funds have positive and significant relationship to work accidents. Good individual factors can contribute to lower work-accidents in MSMEs. In addition, good organizational factors can contribute to lower work accidents in MSMEs.
