Abstrak:
Dalam pengelolaan berkas klaim BPJS Kesehatan di RSUD kabupaten Bulungan, ditemukan beberapa kesalahan yang dapat menyebabkan penundaan pembayaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses administrasi klaim pada pasien rawat inap dilaksanakan dan apa faktor hambatan manajerial yang dapat menyebabkan permasalahan dan penundaan pembayaran di RSUD kabupaten Bulungan. Studi kasus ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Berkas klaim rawat inap BPJS Kesehatan pada periode tersebut dianalisis untuk mengetahui adanya ketidak sesuaian. Ini termasuk faktor dalam proses selama pengisian resume medis, mengumpulkan berkas penunjang klaim, pengkodingan diagnosa dan tindakan medis, dan pengentrian data/grouping INA-CBGs. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa berkas klaim masih belum tepat dikelola sesuai dengan kelengkapan administrasi klaim BPJS Kesehatan, berdasarkan pengisian resume medis hingga pengentrian data/grouping INA-CBGs. Permasalahan yang ditemukan disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor: jumlah dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia (man), terbatasnya kemampuan finansial (money), kebijakan manajemen (method), fasilitas yang terbatas untuk mendukung berkas dan proses elektronik (material), serta keterbatasan sumber daya (machine). RSUD kabupaten Bulungan diharapkan melakukan pemantauan berkala dan evaluasi terhadap proses administrasi klaim rawat inap BPJS Kesehatan dan meningkatkan proses manajemen klaimnya

Bulungan District Hospital is expected to have a regular monitoring and evaluation for the inpatient claim administration process of BPJS Kesehatan and improve its claim management process

Abstrak:
Student Centered E-Learning (SCeLE) merupakan media pembelajaran online yang mulai digunakan pada tahun 2008. Penggunaan SCeLE pada Rumpun Sosial dan Humaniora paling rendah dibandingkan dengan Rumpun Sains dan Teknologi serta Rumpun Ilmu Kesehatan di Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penerimaan teknologi yang memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa sosial humaniora dalam menggunakan SCeLE. Penelitian ini menggunakan penggabungan antara teori information success model DeLone & McLean dan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan analisis menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian dari 9 hipotesis terdapat 7 hipotesis diterima dan 2 hipotesis yang ditolak. Hipotesis yang ditolak yaitu service quality berpengaruh terhadap perceived usefulness, dan system quality berpengaruh terhadap perceived usefulness. Hipotesis yang diterima adalah Service quality berpengaruh terhadap perceived ease of us, Information quality berpengaruh terhadap perceived ease of use, Information quality berpengaruh terhadap perceived usefulness, System quality berpengaruh terhadap perceived ease of use, perceived ease of use berpengaruh terhadap behavioural intention, perceived usefulness berpengaruh terhadap behavioural intention, behavioural intention berpengaruh terhadap user satisfaction.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana utilisasi rawat inap Peserta JKN di wilayah Provinsi Jawa Barat tahun 2016 yang mana utilisasi tersebut dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit atau FKRTL. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat cross sectional dengan mengolah data sekunder yang di dapat dari Data Sampel BPJS Kesehatan Tahun 2015-2016. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah total sampling, yakni seluruh data rawat inap mulai tanggal 01 Januari 2016 sampai dengan 31 Desember 2016 di wilayah Provinsi Jawa Barat digunakan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa utilisasi rawat inap banyak diakses oleh peserta usia lansia (7,88%), jenis kelamin perempuan (7,23%), status perkawinan cerai (8,02%), riwayat penyakit keduanya (PM & PTM) (23,98%), jenis fasilitas kesehatan Puskesmas (4,66%), segmentasi kepesertaan PBPU (11,02%), hak kelas rawat Kelas 1 (10,21%), wilayah tempat tinggal di Wilayah II Purwakarta (7,30%) dan tempat tinggal kota (9,15%). Variabel yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan kejadian utilisasi rawat inap adalah riwayat penyakit.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan utilisasi rawat inap tingkat lanjut peserta JKN pada lansia yang merupakan pasien kardiovaskular di wilayah Provinsi DI Yogyakarta berdasarkan Data Sampel BPJS Kesehatan Tahun 2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional. Total sampel yang diperoleh sebesar 192 peserta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling dan sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang telah ditetapkan dengan uji analisis chi-square untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa utilisasi rawat inap pada peserta JKN yang memiliki penyakit kardiovaskular di Yogyakarta sebagian besar diakses oleh peserta dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki (61.0%), kelompok umur pra lansia (45-59 tahun) (69.8%), memiliki status belum kawin (66.7%), bertempat tinggal di wilayah Kabupaten Gunungkidul (84.6%), jenis FKTP puskesmas (61.3%), kepemilikan FKRTL milik pemerintah (64.3%), segmen peserta PBI APBD (100.0%), hak kelas rawat I dan II (100.0%), tidak memiliki penyakit penyerta atau komorbiditas (75.6%). Variabel yang memiliki hubungan secara signifikan dengan utilisasi RITL adalah karakteristik umur, wilayah tempat tinggal (Kabupaten Gunungkidul dan Kabupaten Bantul), segmentasi kepesertaan (PBI APBD dan PBI APBN), serta komorbiditas. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa PBI JKN mampu meningkatkan akses pelayanan kesehatan pada masyarakat miskin.

Abstrak:
Skripsi ini membahas tentang implementasi sistem administrasi kepesertaan pada Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan Kantor Layanan Operasional Kabupaten Bogor. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa sumber daya manusia, anggaran, sarana dan prasarana, teknologi informasi, dan kebijakan dapat menunjang pelaksanaan administrasi kepesertaan. Proses pendaftaran peserta, perubahan data peserta, dan pengalihan data kepesertaan juga merupakan bagian dari sistem administrasi kepesertaan. Implementasi juga terlihat dari kesesuaian hasil proses administrasi yang dimulai dari pendaftaran peserta hingga resmi dinyatakan sebagai peserta dengan diberikannya kartu peserta. Penambahan loket pendaftaran, perbaikan dan pengembangan aplikasi kepesertaan, dan penjadwalan rutin sosialisasi dapat menjadi pertimbangan dalam mengatasi kendala yang ada.

Abstrak:
Budaya keselamatan pasien menjadi isu penting dalam peningkatan mutupelayanan dan kepuasan pasien, serta pengurangan beban cost rumah sakit.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan gambaran budaya keselamatan pasien dikalangan perawat rawat inap RS Trimitra. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi crosssectional dengan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Penelitiankuantitatif menggunakan instrumen rumah sakit milik AHRQ dan penelitiankualitatif menggunakan instumen observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanterdapat 4 budaya kategori kuat (supervisor, kerjasama, komunikasi, handsoff dantransisi), 4 budaya kategori sedang (organizational learning, respon non-punitiveterhadap kesalahan, staffing, persepsi perawat terkait keselamatan pasien) dan 1budaya lemah (frekuensi pelaporan insiden). Perilaku perawat yang diamati(ketepatan identifikasi pasien, ketepatan prosedur pemberian obat, danpencegahan infeksi) menunjukkan sebagian besar perilaku tidak sesuaiSPO/standar lain yang berlaku. Berdasarkan teori swiss cheese model, hal inidiakibatkan masih ada celah pada setiap layer pertahanan keselamatan pasien,yang pada satu waktu semua pertahanan dalam kondisi lemah mengakibatkaninsiden/perilaku lalai terjadi. Saran perbaikan diperlukan pada setiap dimensibudaya keselamatan pasien.Kata kunci : Budaya, Keselamatan, Pasien, Rawat Inap.
