ABSTRAK Nama : Nasrudin Program Studi : Ilmu Kesehatan Masyarakat Judul Tesisi : Pengembangan Sistem Registrasi Bidan Online Berbasis Web Guna Penguatan Profesi Bidan di Pengurus Ikatan Bidan Indonesia Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Pendahuluan: Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang begitu pesat di berbagai bidang menuntut setiap personal/individu untuk selalu update dan mau tidak mau untuk mengikutinya tak terkecuali Bidan. Seperti halnya dalam mengedukasi masyarakat dapat menggunakan Website sebagai media Informasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada Mei – Agustus 2017 di Organisasi Profesi Ikatan Bidan Indonesia (IBI) Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Merancang sistem informasi registrasi bidan berbasis web yang mampu meningkatkan kinerja system, integgrasi data antar pengurus yang terbebas dari kesalahan dan redudansi dan dapat diakses kapan saja dimana saja dalam melakukan registrasi. Pengembangan system informasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan SDLC waterfall dengan teknik prototyping. Pengumpulan dilakukan dengan metode wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini telah membangun prototipe system registrasi bidan online berbasis web tetapi prototipe yang dihasilkan tidak sepenuhnya sesuai dengan rancangan pengembangan system yang telah direkomendasikan kepada Pengurus Daerah IBI. Selain itu kemampuan sistem registrasi bidan online berbasis web mampu menyediakan informasi database yang terintegrasi yang bebas dari kesalahan dan redudansi data. Dibutuhkan komitmen berupa kebijakan dan kesiapan untuk melakukan pemeliharaan sistem informasi serta sosialisasi dan pelatihan web registrasi online bidan agar system informasi ini dapat dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. As well as in educating the public can use the Website as a medium of information. The study was conducted in May - August 2017 at the Organization of Indonesian Midwives Association (IBI) South Sulawesi Province. This study aims to Design a web-based midwife registration information system capable of improving system performance, integrating data between administrators free from error and redundancy and can be accessed anytime anywhere in the registration. Development of information system using SDLC waterfall approach with prototyping technique. The collection is done by interview and observation method. The results of this research have been built prototype web-based online registration information system but the resulting prototype is not fully in accordance with the design of system development that has been recommended to the Regional Board of IBI. In addition, the ability of web-based online midwife registration system is able to provide integrated database information that is free from error and redundancy of data. It takes commitment in the form of policy and readiness to perform information system maintenance and socialization and online registration web training midwives for this information system can be utilized optimally. Abstrak
Latar Belakang: Sesuai Permenkes NOMOR 1796/MENKES/PER/VIII/2011 tentang Registrasi Tenaga Kesehatan dan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI No. 1464/Menkes/PER/X/2010 tentang izin dan penyelenggaraan praktik bidan. Bidan harus memiliki Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR). Sistem informasi registrasi yang ada belum optimal, proses input data yang berulang, form input data tidak lengkap, sistem informasi tidak bisa diakses oleh stakeholder terkait, proses pengiriman data lambat tidak realtime. Tujuan penelitian ini membangun model Sistem Informasi Registrasi Bidan berbasis web di MTKI dalam mendukung pembinaan, pengawasan dan pengambil keputusan.
Metode: Penelitian ini dikembangkan berdasarkan metode System Development Life Cycle/SDLC yaitu metoda kebutuhan bertahap dan interaktif yang terdiri dari analisis sistem, perancangan sistem, perancangan basis data dan tahapan uji coba.
Hasil: Penelitian menunjukan adanya perbedaan waktu yang signifikan antara proses registrasi melalui sistem yang ada dengan sistem informasi yang dikembangkan. Seluruh pengolahan data otomasi dan aplikasi mudah dioperasionalkan. Pada sistem informasi yang dikembangkan semua stake holder terkait dapat melihat informasi proses registrasi yang sedang berjalan.
Kesimpulan: Sistem informasi yang dikembangkan lebih baik dibandingkan dengan sistem yang ada. Sangat dibutuhkan komitmen dari seluruh pimpinan di Badan PPSDM, MTKI, MTKP dan Organisasi Profesi (IBI) dalam mendukung proses registrasi secara online.
Background: Regulation orders of the Minister of Health of Republic Indonesia of 1796/MENKES/PER/VIII/2011 of Human Health Resources Registration and 1464/Menkes/PER/X/2010 of license and implementation of midwifery practice is midwives should have a Certificate of Registration (STR). Already, the existing information systems of registration has not been optimal, the repetitive of data input process, data input form is incomplete, the system information can not be accessed by the relevant stakeholders, slow data transmission process is not real time. The purpose of this study build Midwives Registration Information System model in web-based MTKI in supporting for coaching, supervision and decision makers.
Methods: Development of systems based on System Development Life Cycle / SDLC that needs gradual and interactive method which consists of a system analysis, system design, database design and testingstages.
Result: Research showed a significant difference in time between the registration process through the existing system and the developed information system. All data processing automation and application more easy operationalized. In theinformation systems which developed showed all the running process of registration for the relevant stakeholders.
Conclusions: Information systems are developed more better than the existing system. It is need more commitment from all leaders in PPSDM, MTKI, MTKP and Health Professional Organizations (IBI) in support of the online registration process.
Quality basic health services are still facing obstacles in Indonesia. One of the efforts that can be done is to carry out accreditation of puskesmas. The District/City Health Office plays an important role in implementing the accreditation of puskesmas as a companion in charge of preparing puskesmas to face the accreditation survey by the Accreditation Committee. Accreditation assistance activities are part of the guidance, supervision and control activities which are the main tasks of the City Service Office. Unfortunately, this activity encountered many obstacles because manual scheduling, recording and reporting caused difficulties in terms of coordination, storage, monitoring and determining follow-up plans. This study aims to design a prototype of the E-Binwasdal application for puskesmas accreditation which is able to ensure the availability of quality data and information on mentoring activities that are quickly and easily accessible so as to facilitate efforts to develop, supervise and control the accreditation status of puskesmas. The research consists of system requirements analysis, prototype design and user acceptance test. The result of the research is a prototype of E-Binwasdal accreditation of puskesmas with a web-based platform. The developed information system can provide easy access to accurate, relevant and up-to-date information; save costs; ensure the control of data storage and security; flexible, easy and convenient for users to use in accreditation assistance activities. The information system provides a solution in identifying information on the achievement of the accreditation status of puskesmas in Central Jakarta
Management and analysis of good data and systematic in the management of early warning and response program is expected to result in a data and information that is accurate and timely as the basis for decision making. This study is a qualitative research method, Incremental and Iterative Model which includes the stages of gather requirements, design, code, test it, examine. The result of this research is web-based early warning system and response application in Bogor City Health Agency. Web-based early warning system and response application in Bogor City Health Agency can assist in doing data input, data processing, data presentation that the expected in the future able to improve the completeness and timeliness of data reporting.
Desain penelitian ini adalah riset operasional,yaitu melalui serangkaian proses ilmiah untuk mengidentifikasi masalah danmencari solusi terhadap masalah yang ditemukan pada sistem. Sedangkanpemecahan masalah menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem prototyping.Sistem yang dikembangkan ini dapat menghasilkan berbagai macam laporandalam bentuk grafik, narasi, serta tabel yang dapat digunakan untuk monitoringdan evaluasi serta membantu proses perencanaan kegiatan organisasikemasyarakatan.
Hasil penelitian menyarankan perlu dibuat kebijakan tentangpengoperasian sistem informasi ini kepada pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalampelaksanaan kegiatan; perlu mereviu prosedur pelaporan kegiatan organisasikemasyarakatan; sistem masih berupa prototype yang dikembangkanmenggunakan data kegiatan pembinaan PHBS; kebutuhan diluar sistem aplikasiseperti spesifikasi sistem, perangkat lunak sistem, sumber daya manusia sertabrainware sumber daya manusia perlu juga diperhatikan; serta pemerintah perlumenyediakan teknologi internet agar masyarakat dapat dengan mudah dan murahmengakses sistem informasi ini sebagai salah satu bentuk pertanggungjawabanorganisasi kemasyarakatan kepada masyarakat.

This research aims to designweb based information systems for community agencies at Health PromotionCenter of the Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia.
This research use anoperational research design, through a series of scientific process to identifyproblems and seek solutions found in the system. The problem solving based onprototyping system development. This system can produce various kinds ofreports such as graphics, narration, and tables that can be use for monitoring andevaluation as well as assist in the planning of activities of community agencies.
Results of this research suggest the need of policy regarding operation of theseinformation systems to the parties involved in the implementation activities; needto review the activities of community agencies reporting procedures; the system isstill as prototype that was developed using the PHBS's activities data;requirements beyond of application systems such as system specifications, systemsoftware, human resources and human resources brainware should also be noted;also the government should to provide Internet technology access so peoples caneasily and cheaply to access this information system as a form of communtyagencies responsibility to the public.

Based on data from the Research and Development Agency of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia and the world research parameter on Hepatitis B in 2013 estimated that as many as 7,000 health workers in Indonesia were infected with the Hepatitis B virus, this is due to the low vaccine coverage. This research was conducted to observe the relation of the attitudes of midwives on the status of hepatitis B immunization in midwives who work in public health centers DKI Jakarta area. This is a quantitative research using cross sectional design with the dependent variable is Hepatitis B immunization status in midwives, the independent variable is Attitude, and the covariates are knowledge, cost, and length of work. The sample of this research were 294 midwives who worked in the public health centers DKI Jakarta area using cluster sampling technique and gave a questionnaire to the subject. The findings confirm that 75.9% of midwives had incomplete hepatitis B immunization status and 24.1% midwives had complete hepatitis B immunization status. The incompleteness of hepatitis B immunization status in midwives resulted in 70.5% of the midwives were supportive and 85.6% unsupportive. The results of the Logistics Regression analysis were carried out with an interaction test as well as a test confounding, there was no interaction between attitudes and knowledge and there were no variables of confounding. OR value obtained is 2.48, means that the attitude of a midwife who support has an odds of 2.48 times higher complete hepatitis B immunization status than a midwife who does not supports hepatitis B immunization (95% CI; 1.321-4,654) with a P- value of 0.006
This study discusses the design of prototype for an employee performance monitoring system at BBPK Ciloto. This research is a qualitative research with Iterative and Incremental system development methods until prototyping interfaces. Based on the results of data collection conducted by the interview method to respondents at BBPK Ciloto, problems were found where the monitoring system of employee performance that was still manual resulted in the process of evaluating employee performance not based on measurable data. This is an opportunity for researchers to design a prototype web- based employee performance monitoring system in the hope that the monitoring process of employee work results can be carried out in real-time by superiors. Based on this, a web-based employee performance monitoring system prototype was designed.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan rancangan aplikasi pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis web Penelitian Unggulan Pendidikan Tinggi (PUPT) bagi dosen Poltekkes Kemenkes di Pusdiklat Nakes. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Dalam tahap pengumpulan data atau informasi penulis menggunakan metode telaah dokumen, wawancara dan observasi. Sedangkan dalam tahap pengembangan sistem penulis menggunakan suatu metode pengembangan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Hasil penelitian berupa analisis sistem, yaitu untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang ada pada sistem PUPT saat ini, hal-hal yang dibutuhkan oleh sistem serta peluang untuk pengembangan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis sistem, dilakukan perancangan database dan aplikasi web untuk program PUPT di Pusdiklat Nakes. Diharapkan dengan adanya hasil penelitian ini dapat membantu tidak hanya kepada pengelola program tetapi juga kepada peneliti (dosen pengusul) dalam memberikan informasi yang akurat dan tepat waktu.
