Abstrak:
TEKANAN PANAS DI TAMBANG BAWAH TANAH PT CIBALIUNG SUMBERDAYA TERJADI KARENA KOMBINASI DARI TEMPERATUR LINGKUNGAN KERJA, PANAS METABOLIK TUBUH, PAKAIAN KERJA, DAN KARAKTERISTIK PEKERJA. TEKANAN PANAS DAPAT MENIMBULKAN BERBAGAI KELUHAN KESEHATAN YANG DIRASAKAN SECARA SUBJEKTIF OLEH PEKERJA. PENELITIAN DILAKUKAN PADA52 PEKERJA DENGAN DESAIN STUDI CROSS-SECTIONAL. DARI 9 TITIK PENGUKURAN DI UNDERGROUNDMENUNJUKKAN INDEKS WBGT INDOOR BERKISAR ANTARA 29,1OC HINGGA 35,5OC. SETELAH DILAKUKAN ANALISIS BERDASARKAN PERMENKES NO. 70 TAHUN 2016, DIDAPATKAN HASIL BAHWA DARI 52 RESPONDEN, TERDAPAT 48 RESPONDEN (92,3%) MENGALAMI TEKANAN PANAS. SEBANYAK 50 RESPONDEN (96,2%) MERASA TEMPERATUR LINGKUNGAN KERJA MEREKA PANAS DAN 46 RESPONDEN (88,5%) MERASA TIDAK NYAMAN DENGAN KONDISI PANAS TERSEBUT. SELURUH RESPONDEN MENYATAKAN PERNAH MENGALAMI KELUHAN SUBJEKTIF AKIBAT PAJANAN TEKANAN PANAS DENGAN FREKUENSI YANG BERBEDA-BEDA. OLEH KARENA ITU, PERUSAHAAN PERLU MELAKUKAN BERBAGAI UPAYA PENGENDALIAN TEKANAN PANAS UNTUK MEMINIMALISASI RISIKO KELUHAN KESEHATAN YANG DIRASAKAN PEKERJA.

Abstrak:
Kombinasi dari faktor lingkungan kerja, faktor pekerjaan, faktor pakaian,serta faktor karakteristik individu dapat menyebabkan tekanan panas (heat stress)bagi pekerja water blasting dan AFR di area preheater industri semen PT.X.Tekanan panas memiliki potensi untuk menyebabkan gangguan kesehatan (heatrelated disorders) yang diawali respon fisiologis tubuh (heat strain) berupa gejalayang dirasakan secara subjektif oleh responden. Penelitian ini menggunakanmetode observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional.
Dari hasil penelitian inidiketahui bahwa terdapat 24 pekerja (100%) water blasting dan 19 pekerja AFR(52,8%) mengalami tekanan panas. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwaterdapat 7 keluhan yang dirasakan oleh >50% responden yaitu banyakmengeluarkan keringat (100%), merasa cepat haus (100%), kulit terasa panas(83,3%), merasa cepat lelah (66,7%), lemas (66,7%), tidak nyaman (65%), danmerasa pusing atau berkunang-kunang (51,7%). Berdasarkan hal tersebut, perlu dilakukan pengendalian baik secara teknis, administratif, maupun personal untukmeminimalisasi keluhan dan risiko kesehatan akibat tekanan panas

Abstrak:
Pekerja di pabrik pembuatan gong Bogor berisiko mengalami tekanan panas yang berasal dari tungku pembakaran. Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu untuk memperoleh gambaran keluhan kesehatan akibat tekanan panas. Penelitian dilakukan pada 18 pekerja dengan desain studi deskriptif cross-sectional pada bulan Juni 2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan indeks WBGT di ruang produksi melebihi nilai ambang batas yang diperkenankan dan pekerja mengalami tekanan panas. Keluhan paling dominan yang dirasakan pekerja yaitu banyak berkeringat, cepat haus dan lelah, tidak nyaman dalam bekerja, kulit terasa panas, dan kulit terasa perih kemerahan. Pabrik disarankan memperbaiki lingkungan kerja untuk meminimalisasi keluhan kesehatan dan risiko gangguan kesehatan akibat tekanan panas.

Abstrak:
Penyakit kardiovaskular merupakan penyebab kematian nomor satu secara global. Data Riskesdas tahun 2013 menunjukkan, prevalensi tertinggi untuk penyakit kardiovaskular di Indonesia adalah penyakit jantung koroner, yakni sebesar 1,5%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat risiko penyakit jantung koroner (PJK) pada pekerja di perusahaan tambang emas PT Cibaliung Sumberdaya, Pandeglang tahun 2017 berdasarkan faktor risiko tekanan darah, indeks massa tubuh, merokok, diabetes melitus, aktivitas fisik, kolestrol dan kebiasaan makan. Desain studi penelitian ini adalah cross sectional yang bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 88 pekerja dengan metode quota sampling. Tingkat risiko PJK dihitung dengan menggunakan metode scoring Skor Kardiovaskular Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 39 orang pekerja (44,3%) memiliki tingkat risiko PJK rendah, 31 pekerja (35,2%) memiliki risiko PJK sedang dan 18 orang pekerja (20,5%) memiliki tingkat risiko PJK tinggi. Oleh karena itu, perlu melakukan penanganan dengan segera pada pekerja yang memiliki tingkat risiko tinggi dan melakukan tindakan antisipasi pada pekerja yang memiliki tingkat risiko sedang sebagai wujud tindakan promotif dan preventif untuk mencegah pekerja terkena penyakit jantung koroner.
Cardiovascular disease is the first leading cause of death globally. Riskesdas data of 2013 shows that the highest prevalence of cardiovascular disease in Indonesia is coronary heart disease, which is 1.5%. This study aims to analyze the risk level of coronary heart disease (CHD) in workers at gold mining company PT Cibaliung Sumberdaya, Pandeglang 2017 based on risk factors of blood pressure, body mass index, smoking habit, diabetes mellitus, cholesterol, physical activity, and eating habits. The study design used in this research is descriptive cross sectional study with quantitative and qualitative approach. The sample of this study were amounted to 88 workers with quota sampling method. The risk level of CHD was calculated using the scoring method of Jakarta Cardiovascular Score. The results showed that 39 workers (44.3%) had low risk of CHD, 31 workers (35.2%) had medium risk of CHD and 18 workers (20.5%) had a high risk of CHD. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct treatment promptly on workers who have a high risk level and take anticipatory action on workers who have medium risk level as a form of promotive and preventive measures to prevent workers from coronary heart disease.

PT XYZ adalah industri manufaktur yang memiliki proses produksi yang menghasilkan panas dan berpotensi menimbulkan heat stress bagi pekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat keluhan subjektif akibat tekanan panas pada pekerja di area fermentasi kedelai dan pemasakan PT XYZ. Penelitian dilakukan pada 55 responden dengan desain studi cross sectional deskriptif. Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) digunakan untuk mengukur risiko tekanan panas. Kuesioner menilai keluhan subjektif pekerja akibat tekanan panas. Hasil menunjukkan indeks WBGT rata-rata di area adalah 27,35°C - 32,29°C. Terdapat 70,9% responden mengalami tekanan panas dan 54,5% mengalami keluhan ringan. Keluhan subjektif utama yaitu banyak berkeringat (67,3%) dan merasa haus (50,9%). Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat keluhan subjektif, yaitu kejadian tekanan panas (p value= 0,001) dan beban kerja (p value= 0,019). Rekomendasi dari segi teknis, administratif, maupun personal dibutuhkan untuk meminimalisasi keluhan subjektif dan dampak kesehatan akibat tekanan panas.
