Abstrak:
Masih tingginya angka kejadian (30% - 50%) gangguan otot rangka di kalangan pekerjaindustri proses kimia. Studi pendahuluan di PT.X mendapatkan gangguan otot rangka84,9%, berpotensi menurunkan produktivitas pekerja. Salah satu faktor risikonyaadalah perilaku kerja yang tidak ergonomi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisisfaktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pembentukan perilaku kerja pada pekerjaan angkatangkut di industri proses kimia. Desain penelitian adalah cross sectional denganpendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner dan diklarifikasi dengan wawancara danobservasi, sedangkan untuk mengetahui keluhan terkait dengan gangguan otot rangkamenggunakan kuesioner Nordic Body Map. Hasil telitian menunjukkan sebagian besar(87%) pekerja di PT.X berusia 36-50 tahun, semua (100%) berpendidikan cukup (SMA)sebagai tenaga pelaksana dan sebagian besar (60,2%) dengan masa kerja lebih dari 16tahun. Dari distribusi Perilaku kerja didapati 64,4% responden berperilaku kerja tidakergonomi. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pembentukan perilaku kerja yangsignifikan yaitu sikap sebagai faktor predisposisi, alat bantu angkat angkut sebagaifaktor pemungkin dan pengawasan sebagai faktor pendukung dengan nilai p< 0,05.Kata kunci: Faktor Perilaku, Gangguan Otot Rangka, Industri Proses Kimia.

Abstrak:
Perkembangan sektor industri menyebabkan persaingan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas. Meskipun sudah berkembang pesat, selalu ada kebutuhan akan tenaga manusia, salah sataunya pada kegiatan angkat-angkut. Pekerjaan angakat-angkut merupakan salah satu pekerjaan yang berisko gangguan otot dan tulang rangka akibat kerja (GOTRAK). Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor risiko GOTRAK pada pekerja pengepakan di PT. X agar dapat dilakukan pengendalian yang tepat sasaran, menggunakan metode NIOSH Lifting Equation (NLE) untuk mengetahui faktor pekerjaan, kuesoner individu, dan Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire (NMQ) untuk mengetahui keluhan. Desain penelitian observasional ini adalah cross-sectional, melibatkan 43 pekerja pengepakan di PT.X. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan 55.8% pekerja memiliki keluhan GOTRAK pada 12 bulan terakhir. Uji statistik menunjukan faktor pekerjaan/lifitng index (p value=0.027) dan masa kerja (p value=0.024) berhubungan dengan keluhan GOTRAK pada 12 bulan terakhir. Jadi, diperlukan pengendalian dengan mengubah desain kerja dan/atau mengatur ulang petunjuk kerja. Selain itu, juga perlu dilakukan pengendalian kebiasaan merokok dan kebiasaan berolahraga.

Abstrak:
Angka kecelakaan kerja di bidang jasa konstruksi paling tinggi dibanding sektor industri lainnya. Alat berat crane menyumbang andil 38% dari kecelakaan fatal yang terdapat di industri. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini membahas tentang penilaian risiko kesehatan dan keselamatan kerjapada proses pekerjaan angkat angkut material/ bahan menggunakan tower crane di proyek pembangunan Apartement XY oleh PT. X tahun 2014. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui prioritas risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan yang memerlukan pengendalian risiko padaproses pekerjaan angkat angkut material/ bahan menggunakan tower crane. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian observasional, sedangkan untuk analisis risiko menggunakan metode semi kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu pada basic risk terdapat 10 event yang termasuk kedalam kategori very high, terdapat 7 event yang termasuk kedalam kategori priority 1, terdapat 6 event yang termasuk kedalam kategori subtancial, dan terdapat 8 event yang termasuk kedalam kategori priority 3. Pada existing risk, pengendalian yang telah dilakukan oleh perusahaan dapat menurunkan risiko yang ada. Tidak terdapat jenis pekerjaan yang masuk kedalam kategori very high, terdapat 2 event yang masuk kedalam kategori priority 1, terdapat 6 event yang masuk kedalam kategori subtancial, terdapat 19 event yang termasuk kedalam kategori priority 3, danterdapat 4 event yang masuk kedalam kategori acceptable. Pada predictive risk, terdapat 27 event yang masuk kedalam kategori acceptable, dan 4 event yang masih masuk kedalam kategori priority 3 dan memerlukan perhatian lebih lanjut. Saran yang dapat diberikan untuk penelitian ini yaitu perlunya pengawasan yang lebih optimal dari pihak K3 dan perlunya penambahan APD dariperusahaan untuk semua pekerja. Abstrak:
Kasus gangguan otot akibat kerja (GOTRAK) mempunyai proporsi 45% - 91% Penyakit Akibat Kerja (PAK) tertinggi di berbagai negara (Eurostat,2004; Aweto 2015). Postur kerja janggal merupakan penyebab utama terjadinya GOTRAK. Industri Proses kimia merupakan salah satu jenis industri yang banyak ditemukan postur kerja janggal. Penelitian ini membahas lebih mendalam tentang faktor risiko terjadinya postur janggal sebagai informasi dan dasar model perbaikan ergonomi di PT. X. Faktor risiko yang diteliti adalah faktor individu, pekerjaan dan desain tempat kerja. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif analisis deskriftif pendekatan observasional, Instrument yang digunakan adalah Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) dengan wawancara, observasi dan pengukuran. Penelitian dilakukan pada 2 (dua) stasiun kerja yaitu reaksi Toluenesulfonyl Hydrazide (TSH) dan Azodicarbonamide (ADCA). Hasil telitian mendapatkan postur kerja paling berisiko adalah pada aktivitas penimbangan dan pengepakan Azodicarbonamide di stasiun kerja ADCA dengan skor 15. Perbaikan dengan rotasi kerja, variasi kerja , pelatihan ergonomi serta penyediaan alat bantu sangat disarankan untuk mengatasi postur kerja janggal.

Bekerja di ketinggian bagi tim SAR merupakan jenis pekerjaan yang mempunyai resiko bahaya yang tinggi seperti terjatuh, tertimpa benda, tersetrum, kebakaran, dan lain-lain. Akses tali telah diterapkan secara luas dalam setiap pekerjaan di ketinggian, namun penerapanya membutuhkan keterampilan yang baik agar resiko bahaya terjatuh dapat dicegah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kontribusi faktor predisposisi, faktor pemungkin dan faktor penguat pada perilaku selamat petugas Potensi SAR yang mengikuti pelatihan penyelamatan di ketinggian menggunakan akses tali (rope access). Desain penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional, menggunakan metode penelitian analitik korelatif dengan pendekatan semikuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, observasi, dan wawancara. Populasi penelitian meliputi seluruh Potensi SAR di daerah Kalimantan Timur dan Kalimantan Utara yang telah mengikuti pelatihan Rope Acces di Basarnas sebanyak 1500 orang dan sampel diambil dengan teknik acak sebanyak 30 orang. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel persepsi dan pelatihan berhubungan dengan perilaku selamat, sedangkan variabel pengetahuan, fasilitas, upaya penyelamatan di ketinggian, dan dukungan tidak berhubungan dengan perilaku selamat. Direkomendasikan antara lain memastikan petugas Potensi SAR memahami posisi tubuh ergonomis, mewajibkan mengikuti pelatihan sebelum melakukan pertolongan di ketinggian, dan menerapkan reward bagi petugas Potensi SAR yang telah mengikuti pelatihan dengan baik

Gangguan otot rangka akibat kerja (gotrak) menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan serius di berbagai industri yang diderita oleh pekerja. Walau tidak fatal gotrak cenderung mengurangi efisiensi kerja dan kualitas hidup. Keluhan gotrak yang dialami pekerja railway maintenance umumnya dirasakan pada bagian leher, punggung dan lutut, dimana keluhan tersebut disebabkan oleh postur janggal, bekerja di tempat yang sempit, berat beban dll. Pekerjaan railway maintenance memiliki faktor risiko yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap keluhan gotrak yaitu faktor risiko individu, fisik, psikososial, lingkungan dan organisasi. PT X merupakan BUMD di bidang perkeretaapian yang diantaranya mencakup pekerjaan railway maintenance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko dari pekerjaan railway maintenance yang berpengaruh terhadap keluhan gotrak pekerja. Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif menggunakan desain cross sectional. Jumlah sampel menggunakan total populasi pada pekerja railway maintenance khususnya pada departemen yang menangani rolling stock maintenance (Departemen RSM dan Departemen RSIT) berjumlah 109. Departemen RSM mencakup light maintenance, sedangkan Departemen RSIT mencakup heavy maintenance. Manajemen data menggunakan SPSS 25, analisa data mengunakan analisa deskriptif, bivariat (uji chi square dan uji regresi logistik sederhana) dan multivariat menggunakan metode enter (uji regresi logistik ganda). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar kuesioner yang sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas dan lembar Rapid Entire Body Assesment (REBA). Hasil menunjukkan gambaran aktivitas pekerjaan di Departemen RSM terdiri dari pekerjaan di bagian rooftop, carbody, interior, underfloor dan di dalam kantor. Sedang pada Departemen RSIT terdiri dari pekerjaan di bagian carbody, pantograf, valve, brake, air compressor, motor traksi, bogie, elektrikal, AC, dan didalam kantor. Keluhan gotrak dirasakan oleh 62 pekerja railway maintenance di PT X (63.9%), dimana keluhan yang paling banyak dirasakan pada bagian leher, punggung bawah, kedua bahu, pergelangan tangan kanan dan punggung atas. Tingkat risiko ergonomi dari pekerjaan railway maintenance pada 2 departemen tersebut bervariasi mulai dari diabaikan hingga sangat tinggi, dimana penyumbang skor disebabkan oleh adanya postur janggal pada bagian leher, punggung, lengan atas, kedua kaki, dan berat objek. Faktor risiko yang berpengaruh terhadap keluhan gotrak yaitu dukungan sosial (OR 3.39, 95% CI 1,29 – 8.88). Intervensi yang dilakukan untuk mengurangi tingkat risiko ergonomi dari pekerjaan tersebut menggunakan hierarki pengendalian, sedangkan untuk mencegah keluhan gotrak yang berasal dari faktor risiko psikososial Upaya berfokus pada pengurangan tenaga manusia saat bekerja, peningkatan reward, peningkatan kepuasan kerja dan pengelolaan distres di tempat kerja.
Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) are one of the serious health problems in various industries suffered by workers. Although not fatal, MSDs tends to reduce work efficiency and quality of life. Complaints experienced by railway maintenance workers are generally felt in the neck, back and knees, where the complaints are caused by awkward posture, working in narrow places, heavy loads etc. Railway maintenance work has risk factors that can affect MSDs complaints, namely individual, physical, psychosocial, environmental and organizational risk factors. PT X is a BUMD in the field of railway which includes railway maintenance work. This study aims to determine the risk factors of railway maintenance work that affect MSDs workers complaints. This study was quantitative using a cross sectional design. The number of samples using the total population of railway maintenance workers, especially in departments that handle rolling stock maintenance (RSM Department and RSIT Department) amounted to 109. The RSM Department covers light maintenance, while the RSIT Department covers heavy maintenance. Data management using SPSS 25, data analysis using descriptive analysis, bivariate (chi square test and simple logistic regression test) and multivariate using enter method (multiple logistic regression test). The instruments used in this study were questionnaire sheets that had been tested for validity and reliability and Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) sheets. The results show a picture of work activities in the RSM Department consisting of work on the rooftop, carbody, interior, underfloor and inside the office. While in the RSIT Department consists of work in the carbody, pantograph, valve, brake, air compressor, traction motor, bogie, electrical, air conditioning, and in the office. MSDs complaints were felt by 62 railway maintenance workers at PT X (63.9%), where the most complaints were felt in the neck, lower back, both shoulders, right wrist and upper back. The level of ergonomic risk of railway maintenance work in the 2 departments varies from negligible to very high, where the contributor to the score is caused by awkward posture on the neck, back, upper arms, both legs, and the weight of the object. Risk factors that influence gotrak complaints are social support (OR 3.39, 95% CI 1.29 – 8.88). Interventions carried out to reduce the level of ergonomic risk of the work use a hierarchy of control, while to prevent complaints of fatigue derived from psychosocial risk factors Efforts focus on reducing human labor while working, increasing rewards, increasing job satisfaction and managing stress at work.

Abstrak:
Perancah merupakan bagian yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari suatu pekerjaan konstruksi, Pekerjaan perancah berkontribusi pada munculnya faktor risiko gangguan otot tulang rangka akibat kerja (gotrak) atau musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor risiko terjadinya gotrak pekerja perancah di PT X. Jenis penelitian adalah potong lintang dengan responden karyawan di PT X sebanyak 156 karyawan. Penilaian faktor risiko ergonomi di tempat kerja dilakukan dengan pendekatan penilaian tingkat risiko pekerjaan dan keluhan subjektif pekerja. Responden memberikan informasi karakteristik individu, risiko ergonomi menggunakan metode (Rapid Entire Body Assessment atau REBA) dengan hasil yang mencapai nilai tinggi dan sangat tinggi. Tingkat risiko ergonomi menunjukkan 66,23 % responden termasuk kategori risiko tinggi dan 33,77 % responden termasuk kategori risiko rendah. Analisis keluhan gotrak pada pekerja menggunakan kuesioner Nordic Body Map menghasilkan 3 keluhan tertinggi yaitu leher bahu dan tangan/pergelangan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor risiko terjadinya Gotrak pekerja perancah di PT X pada gotrak 12 bulan yaitu usia ≥ 30 tahun OR 1,91(95% CI 1,37-3,25), masa kerja ≥ 10 tahun OR 2,42(95% CI 1,39-4,19), Jenis Pekerjaan perancah OR 8,77() (95% CI 3,93-19,55) dan Skor REBA tinggi OR 2,81 (95% CI 1,39-5,67). Sedangkan faktor risiko gotrak yang menyebabkan absen 12 bulan terakhir adalah usia ≥ 30 tahun OR 1.32 (95% CI 1.18-1.76), masa kerja ≥ 10 tahun OR 1.65 (95% CI 1.03-2.65), jenis pekerjaan perancah OR 10,98(95% CI 4,26-28,26), skor REBA tinggi 2,53(1,78-3,00), demands at work tinggi OR 1.65 (95% CI 1.02-2.51), work organization and job contents tinggi OR1.44 (95% CI 1.28-2.93), untuk faktor risiko 7 hari terakhir yaitu jenis pekerjaan perancah OR 2,79(95% CI 1,28-6,07), health and wellbeing rendah OR 1.43 (95% CI 1.09-1.84)
Scaffolding is an inseparable part of a construction work. Scaffolding work contributes to the emergence of risk factors for skeletal muscle disorders due to work (gotrak) or musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). The purpose of this study was to analyze the risk factors for the occurrence of scaffolding at PT X. This type of research was crosssectional with 156 employees as respondents at PT X. Ergonomics risk factor assessment in the workplace is carried out with an approach to assessing the level of occupational risk and subjective complaints of workers. Respondents provided information on individual characteristics, ergonomic risks using the method (Rapid Entire Body Assessment or REBA) with the results achieving high and very high scores. The level of ergonomics risk shows that 66.23% of respondents are in the high risk category and 33.77% of the respondents are in the low risk category. The analysis of cough complaints on workers using the Nordic Body Map questionnaire resulted in the 3 highest complaints, namely neck, shoulders and hands/wrist. This study shows that the risk factors for the occurrence of Gotrak scaffold workers at PT X at 12 months old are age 30 years OR 1.91 (95% CI 1.37-3.25), working period 10 years OR 2.42 (95 % CI 1.39-4.19), awkward posture OR 6.24 (95% CI 2.40-16.21). While the risk factors for gotrak that caused the absence of the last 12 months are age 30 years OR 1.32 (95% CI 1.18-1.76), years of service ≥ 10 years OR 1.65 (95% CI 1.03-2.65), type of work OR 10.98 (95% CI 4.2628.26), REBA score 2.53 (1.78-3.00), demands at work OR 1.65 (95% CI 1.02-2.51), work organization and job contents OR1.44 (95% CI 1.28-2.93, for risk factors for the last 7 days, namely type of work OR 2.79 (95% CI 1.28-6.07), health and wellbeingOR 1.43 (95% CI 1.09-1.84).

Scaffolding is an inseparable part of a construction work. Scaffolding work contributes to the emergence of risk factors for skeletal muscle disorders due to work (gotrak) or musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). The purpose of this study was to analyze the risk factors for the occurrence of scaffolding at PT X. This type of research was crosssectional with 156 employees as respondents at PT X. Ergonomics risk factor assessment in the workplace is carried out with an approach to assessing the level of occupational risk and subjective complaints of workers. Respondents provided information on individual characteristics, ergonomic risks using the method (Rapid Entire Body Assessment or REBA) with the results achieving high and very high scores. The level of ergonomics risk shows that 66.23% of respondents are in the high risk category and 33.77% of the respondents are in the low risk category. The analysis of cough complaints on workers using the Nordic Body Map questionnaire resulted in the 3 highest complaints, namely neck, shoulders and hands/wrist. Abstrak:
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yangmenyebabkan keluhan penyakit kulit pada pekerja di bagian Sewing dan Cutting,Departemen Preparing/Upper Sole, perusahaan manufaktur sepatu di KabupatenSukabumi pada Bulan Mei 2016. Dari 1.350 responden, ditemukan 777 orangmenderita keluhan penyakit kulit pada pekerja sedangkan573 orang lainnya tidakmenderita keluhan ini. Menggunakan teknik systematic random sampling,diperoleh sample sebanyak 817 orang, dimana hasil penelitian menunjukkansebesar 58% diantaranya menderita keluhan penyakit kulit pada pekerja. Secarastatistik tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara paparan pelarut organik dengankeluhan penyakit kulit pada pekerja. Hasil penelitian lebih lanjut menunjukkanbahwa pekerja yang terpapar debu organik berisiko 2,5 kali untuk menderitakeluhan penyakit kulit pada pekerja.Pekerja dengan masa kerja ≤ 3 tahunmemiliki risiko 2,4 kali untuk terkena keluhan penyakit kulit pada pekerjadibandingkan dengan pekerja dengan masa kerja > 3 tahun.Pekerja dengankebiasaan tidak mencuci tangan memiliki resiko 2,6 kali untuk terkena keluhanpenyakit kulit pada pekerja dibandingkan dengan pekerja dengan kebiasaanmencuci tangan yang baik. Pengaruh pemakaian sarung tangan menjadi faktordominan dimana pekerja yang tidak menggunakan sarung tangan memiliki risiko4,7 kali terkena keluhan penyakit kulit dan pekerja dengan riwayat alergi memilikirisiko 6,7 kali berisiko menderita keluhan penyakit kulit pada pekerja. Upayapengendalian dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan pengawasan dan edukasi, sertakontrol administratif dan penyediaan sarana dalam upaya promotif dan prefentifyang optimal, seperti penyediaan wastafel, pemakaian APD yang sesuai, skriningserta pengobatan.

Abstrak:
Tinginya angka prevalensi perilaku tidak aman berisiko menimbulkansebuah kecelakaan ataupun insiden yang pada akhirnya dapat menimbulkankerugian secara finansial bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmempelajari faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku tidak aman padapekerja Preparation dan Assembling di PT X Tahun 2016. Faktor yang di telitimerupakan faktor personal (Pengetahuan, Masa Kerja, dan Tingkat Pendidikan)dan daktor pekerjaan (Ketersediaan Informasi K3 dan Pengawasan). Berdasarkanhasil penelitian diketahui bahwa 77,92% pekerja mempunyai perilaku tidak aman,dengan 61,7% diantaranya mempunyai risiko rendah dan 38,3% lainnya berisikotinggi. Selain itu juga terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan,tingkat penddikan, dan ketersediaan informasi terhadap perilaku tidak amanpekerja preparation dan assembling dimana tingkat pendidikan merupakan faktorpaling dominan terhadap perilaku tidak aman setelah dikontrol dengan faktorlainnya.
