ABSTRACT Name : Ivan Adrian Montolalu Study program : Master of Occupational Health and Safety Title : Risk Factors Study of Work-related Musculoskeletal Disorders (WMSDs) On Online Motorcycle Driver In Monas, Central Jakarta, Viewed From Ergonomics Side, 2018 Online motorcycle taxi drivers work without knowing shifts or working hours. They also work in static positions for a long time, plus they are in a highway environmental condition where temperatures tend to change from hot to cold, as well as changes in working time from day to night. Online motorcycle taxi drivers are also exposed to vibrations from motorcycles, as well as the size and weight of helmets, the type of clothing worn that can increase the risk of WMSDs. Age factors, smoking habits, exercise habits, body mass index also affect the risk of exposure to WMSDs. This thesis discusses the risk of exposure to WMSDs on the online motorcycle taxi drivers in Monas, Central Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to see the description of WMSDs on the online motorcycle taxi drivers in Monas, Central Jakarta. The research method used was survey with cross sectional approach using questioner, Nordic Body Map, and Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA). The results of the study were 13 respondents complained about subjective complaints of WMSDs with REBA score of 7 where the occupational risk was at intermediate level and required treatment and further research. Keywords : Work-related musculoskeletal disorders, WMSDs, ergonomics, motorcycle taxi online, motorcycle driver, Nordic Body Map, Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA).

Cleaning service work such as lifting, bending, twisting movements at the time of moving things from side to side and looked down when the work may give rise to complaints of MSDs. This research was conducted to look at the relationship between the individual risk factors, risk factors, and environmental factors work against complaints of symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders in cleaning service workers in student dormitories of the University of Indonesia. The type of research that is a descriptive observational study by using the method of QEC (Quick Exposure Checklist) and Nordic Body Questionnaire (NBM), as well as the measurement of environmental factors using a lux meter and WGBT meters. The results showed that as many as 27 respondents (84.4%) admitted to the existence of a subjective complaint of musuloskeletal disorders. Lighting is less likely to factor into a risk high complaints of symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders. The results of the QEC analysis show that the work activity including low risk to high.

Driving activity has some repetitif activity, awakward posture and static posture that can be a potential factor to be a MSDs. This research aim to explain the desription of ergonomic risk and MSDs complaint on bus driver of Universitas Indonesia. This research is an observatif descriptive study with cross sectional study. There are 10 bus drivers be a respondent to be assessed ergonomic risk and MSDs complaint. The ergonomic risk level is measured by RULA method and Nordic Body Map for MSDs complaints. Based on RULA method, 7 bus driver have final score 7, it means they have to be more investigated and need implementation changed. And for MSDs complaint, the most complaint is in shoulder, both left and right as much as 6 people (60%), followed by upper neck 5 people (50%), knee 5 people (50%). Should be a control to decrease ergonomic risk and MSDs complaint by using engineering control and administrative control.
