Postur janggal saat bekerja dapat menimbulkan keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). Pada wawancara awal di departemen produksi didapatkan hampir semua pekerja mengeluh pegal dan nyeri pada anggota tubuhnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan postur kerja dan keluhan MSDs pada pekerja konveksi di departemen produksi PT. Z Batam. Penelitian ini mengunakan desain cross sectional dan metode penilaian untuk postur tubuh pekerja dengan REBA (rapid entire body assessment). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat risiko MSDs pada tingkat menengah yang artinya perlu investigasi lebih lanjut dan perubahan. Dan 84 persen pekerja mengeluh mengalami keluhan MSDs yang dinilai dengan nordic body map. Penulis menyarankan agar desain kerja lebih diperhatikan dan disesuaikan dengan pekerja, memberikan pemahaman melalui pelatihan kerja tentang risiko ergonomi dan tata-tata cara bekerja yang sesuai dengan prinsip ergonomi, Pekerja sebaiknya melakukan peregangan otot agar otot bisa berelaksasi.
Awkward postures while working can cause complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). Almost all of the workers interviewed, at the production department convection complained of stiffness and pain in the limbs. The purpose of this study is to explain the working postures and MSDs, affecting workers at the production section of PT Z Batam. This study uses crosssectional design and posture assessment for workers, using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method. The finding showed that the risk of MSDs occurred at the secondary level, which means the need for further investigation and changes to be made. And 84 percent of the workers who complained of pains related to MSDs were assessed with nordic body map. The author suggested that more attention and design work are tailored to the workers, through job training an understanding of risk governance ergonomics and work procedures in accordance with the principles of ergonomics.Workers should also perform muscle stretching in order to recharge.
Many reports and treatise concerning MSDs complaints of worker who worked in sitting, standing, drivers, lifting items manually and other. This study aims to analyze the risk factors of ergonomic description from the Bajaj driver's by measuring working postures and subjective symptoms that lead to the Musculoskeletal disorders. This is a descriptive observational study with cross- sectional approach. Using REBA and Nordic Body Map, the results showed 54 respondent feel complaints of MSDS. While the level of ergonomic risk assessment using REBA from 5 bajaj drivers worker observed indicate medium and low risk with REBA range of values 2-5. While the results of observations on the subjective symptoms lead to Musculoskeletal disorders from 54 respondents observed showed all respondents 54 (100%) respondents feel there are complaints soreness / aches / pain / discomfort. The biggest complaint occurred at the lower back (70.37%), the neck (55.55%), and upper back (55.55%). It is recommended to carry out repair on work equipment, stretching every 5 hours for 1-5 minutes and do regular exercise to maintain normal body weight.
Cardiovascular disease is the first leading cause of death globally. Riskesdas data of 2013 shows that the highest prevalence of cardiovascular disease in Indonesia is coronary heart disease, which is 1.5%. This study aims to analyze the risk level of coronary heart disease (CHD) in workers at gold mining company PT Cibaliung Sumberdaya, Pandeglang 2017 based on risk factors of blood pressure, body mass index, smoking habit, diabetes mellitus, cholesterol, physical activity, and eating habits. The study design used in this research is descriptive cross sectional study with quantitative and qualitative approach. The sample of this study were amounted to 88 workers with quota sampling method. The risk level of CHD was calculated using the scoring method of Jakarta Cardiovascular Score. The results showed that 39 workers (44.3%) had low risk of CHD, 31 workers (35.2%) had medium risk of CHD and 18 workers (20.5%) had a high risk of CHD. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct treatment promptly on workers who have a high risk level and take anticipatory action on workers who have medium risk level as a form of promotive and preventive measures to prevent workers from coronary heart disease.
Tesis ini membahas masalah keluhan yang sering dirasakan pekerja dibeberapa bagian tubuhnya seperti leher, tulang punggung dan bahu pada pekerja pemasangan baut di Factory Assembly PT. GIKEN Precision Indonesia, dimana pada saat melakukan aktivitas pekerjaannya dominan dalam keadaan berdiri lama, melakukan gerakan berulang dan postur janggal, sedangkan selama perusahaan ini berdiri belum pernah melakukan analisis risiko ergonomi.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui analisis postur kerja dan gambaran keluhan yang mengarah pada MSDs pada pekerja pemasangan baut di Factory Assembly PT.GIKEN Precision Indonesia. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional dan REBA.
Hasil penelitian menyarankan memberikan pemahaman melalui pelatihan kerja atau training tentang risiko ergonomi di tempat kerja dan tata-tata cara bekerja yang sesuai dengan prinsip ergonomi, Pekerja sebaiknya melakukan istirahat selama beberapa menit disaat sudah mulai merasakan kelelahan atau stress otot tubuh. Menyediakan bangku yang nyaman dan memadai di sekitar area kerja sehingga ketika pekerja merasa lelah setelah bekerja dengan postur berdiri dalam waktu yang cukup lama, mereka dapat duduk sejenak dan melemaskan otot.

The purpose of this study to determine the working posture analysis and description of complaints that lead to MSDs in workers at Factory mounting Screw Precision Assembly PT.GIKEN Indonesia. The study design is cross-sectional and REBA.
The results suggest giving understanding through job training or training about the risks of ergonomics in the workplace and governance procedures to work in accordance with ergonomic principles, workers should have a break for a few minutes when already feeling tired or stressed muscles of the body. Providing a comfortable and adequate bench around the work area so that when workers feel tired after working with the standing posture in a long time, they can sit for a moment to relax the muscles.
Technological development can help improve the effectiveness and productivity.However, these developments could have a negative impact if it is not inaccordance with the characteristics and capabilities of workers. One suchdiscrepancy is due to the risk of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). This studyassesses posture on workers in industrial centers PATRIA bag in 2013 working ina sitting position with the number of respondents 2013. Another factor is relatedto postir duration, frequency and workload was assessed using RULA. Thisassessment was completed with using the QEC to get a risk index score on thebody. This study also present the individual characteristics such as age, gender,years, body mass index, smoking and exercise behaviors that contribute to theoccurrence of MSDs. This assessment also assessed MSDs complaints using aquestionnaire NBM. This study is a descriptive observational cross-sectionalstudy design. the results of this study showed a very high risk of MSDs in thewhole process of bag making and agenda that is cutting, pasting, sewing andfinishing. Most complaints are on the upper neck (60%), right shoulder, back, andwaist (50%). for it, necessary control measures with improved ergonomic designand administrative work such as restrictions on hours of work, work ergonomicsextension method involving local business owners and health centers as well asactively involving workers ringkat to reduce the risk of MSDs and complaints.Keywords :workload, duration, frequency, ergonomic risk factors, individual characteristics,complaints MSDs, NBM, posture, RULA and QEC
