Abstrak:
Stres kerja merupakan salah satu risiko penurunan kemampuan kerja, yang berdampak kepada produktifitas perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan tingkat stres kerja dengan kemampuan kerja pada operator mesin cetak di PT. X. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diadaptasi dari Niosh Gereric Job Stress Questionnare dan Work Ability Index. Variabel pekerjaan sebagai faktor penyebab stres memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan kejadian stres yaitu variabel lingkungan kerja, disain kerja, dukungan dalam pekerjaan, dan perkembangan karir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, tingkat stres kerja mempengaruhi kemampuan kerja pekerja, dengan proporsi 80,6% pekerja yang mengalami stres berat memiliki kemampuan kerja buruk, dengan odd ratio 8, sehingga pekerja yang mengalami stres berat memiliki risiko 8 kali lebih tinggi untuk memiliki kemampuan kerja yang buruk dibandingkan pekerja yang mengalami stres ringan.

Abstrak:
Skripsi ini berisi tentang penilaian risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada proses produksi textile chemical di PT. Huntsman Indonesia Divisi Textile Effect Tahun 2019. Pada penelitian ini, identifikasi bahaya dilakukan menggunakan Job Safety Analysis (JSA) dan analisis risiko menggunakan ukuran standar yang telah dimodifikasi dari AS/NZS 4360:2004 dan telah disesuaikan dengan kondisi di lapangan. Desain studi yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif dan eksploratif dengan pendekatan analisis kualitiatif. Penilaian risiko didapatkan dari perkalian dari probabilitas dan konsekuensi per aktivitas dengan mempertimbangkan pengendalian yang sudah dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan 3 tahapan kerja yang terdiri dari 17 aktivitas kerja memiliki 30 potensi bahaya yang dapat menimbulkan 56 risiko yang terdiri dari 16 risiko rendah, 21 risiko sedang, 16 risiko tinggi, dan 3 risiko sangat tinggi.

Abstrak:
PT. XY perusahaan jasa pelayanan Dump Truck anak perusahaan semen di sektor tambang batu kapur, di PT. XY pernah terjadi kecelakaan kerja maka analisis kecelakaan dengan metode HFACS-MI perlu dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi latent dan active failures menyebabkan kecelakaan kerja pengoperasian dump truck. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian studi kasus dengan metode semi kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah data laporan kecelakaan berupa hasil investigasi dari pengoperasian DT sebanyak 27 kasus kecelakaan kerja tahun 2019-2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kategori dari HFACS-MI yang paling besar berkontribusi adalah organizational influences sebanyak 429 terkait dengan kurangnya analisis keselamatan kerja. Kemudian disusul unsafe leadership sebanyak 370 terkait dengan pengawasan pekerjaan yang tidak memadai. Precondition for unsafe act sebanyak 289 terkait dengan kondisi permukaan jalan licin. Unsafe act sebanyak 247 terkait dengan kegagalan mengenali bahaya. Dan yang paling kecil kategori berkontribusi ialah outside factor sebanyak 1 terkait dengan workshop diluar perusahaan. Disimpulkan bahwa framework HFACS-MI pada latent failures yang banyak berkontribusi ialah organizational influences dan pada active failures yang banyak berkontribusi ialah unsafe act, maka saran tindakan perbaikan di tiap kategori HFACS-MI pada perbaikan latent dan active failures dengan penekanan pada kategori organizational influences.

This research to analyze the factors that contribute laten and active failures to accidents in dump truck operations based on the HFACS-MI framework. This research uses a case study research design with a semi-quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The population in this study is accident report data in the form of investigation results from the operation of DT as many as 27 cases of work accidents in 2019-2021. The results showed that the category of HFACS-MI that contributed the most was organizational influences as many as 429 related to the lack of work safety analysis. Then followed by 370 Unsafe leadership related to inadequate work supervision. There are 289 preconditions for unsafe acts related to slippery road surface conditions. As many as 247 unsafe acts are related to failure to recognize hazards. And the smallest contributing category is the outside factor as much as 1 related to workshops outside the company. It is concluded that the HFACS-MI framework on latent failures that contributes a lot is organizational influences and on active failures that contributes a lot is unsafe act, then the suggestions for corrective actions in each HFACS-MI category are on repairing latent and active failures with an emphasis on the category of organizational influences.

Industri manufaktur sering mengalami kelelahan fisik, yang merupakan masalah keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang paling umum. Ini terutama berlaku untuk pekerjaan yang melibatkan paparan panas, aktivitas repetitif, dan beban kerja yang tinggi. Iklim kerja panas, beban kerja, dan stres kerja dapat memengaruhi kondisi tersebut. Selain itu, diduga bahwa gender memengaruhi bagaimana karyawan bertindak terhadap pekerjaan mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari bagaimana iklim kerja panas, beban kerja, dan stres kerja berdampak pada kelelahan fisik operator pembuatan plastik di PT YP. Pengaruh iklim kerja panas juga digunakan sebagai variabel moderator. Metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini melibatkan 372 operator pembuatan, dan teknik sampel acak stratifikasi disproportionate digunakan untuk memilih 200 responden. Iklim kerja panas diukur dengan metode Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT), beban kerja diukur dengan NASA-TLX, dan stres kerja dan kelelahan fisik diukur dengan kuesioner. Metode Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan untuk melakukan analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta mengalami iklim kerja yang panas, dengan tingkat beban kerja dan stres yang sedang hingga tinggi, di atas Nilai Ambang Batas (NAB). Sebagai hasil dari analisis, iklim kerja yang panas, beban kerja, dan stres di tempat kerja memengaruhi kelelahan fisik. Selain itu, telah ditunjukkan bahwa jenis kelamin mempengaruhi hubungan antara variabel independen dan tingkat kelelahan fisik operator pembuatan. Studi ini menemukan bahwa paparan panas, tuntutan kerja yang tinggi, dan tekanan psikologis adalah faktor yang menyebabkan pekerja lebih lelah secara fisik. Oleh karena itu, penerapan program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja harus mempertimbangkan gender ketika mengendalikan lingkungan kerja, mengatur beban kerja, dan mengelola stres kerja.
The manufacturing industry often experiences physical fatigue, which is the most common occupational safety and health problem. This is especially true for jobs involving heat exposure, repetitive activities, and high workloads. Hot work climates, workloads, and job stress can influence these conditions. Furthermore, it is suspected that gender influences how employees perceive their work. The purpose of this study was to examine how hot work climates, workloads, and job stress impact physical fatigue among plastic manufacturing operators at PT YP. The influence of hot work climates was also used as a moderating variable. A quantitative method with a cross-sectional design was used in this study. This study involved 372 manufacturing operators, and a disproportionate stratified random sampling technique was used to select 200 respondents. Hot work climates were measured using the Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) method, workload was measured using NASA-TLX, and job stress and physical fatigue were measured using a questionnaire. The Partial Least Squares (PLS) method was used to conduct data analysis. The results showed that most participants experienced hot work climates, with moderate to high levels of workload and stress, above the Threshold Limit Value (TLV). As a result of the analysis, hot working conditions, workload, and workplace stress all influence physical fatigue. Furthermore, gender was shown to influence the relationship between the independent variables and the level of physical fatigue of manufacturing operators. This study found that heat exposure, high work demands, and psychological stress were factors that caused workers to be more physically fatigued. Therefore, the implementation of occupational safety and health programs should consider gender when controlling the work environment, organizing workloads, and managing work stress.

Abstrak:
Pengemudi merupakan salah satu kelompok pekerjaan dengan tingkat risiko tertinggi yang dapat mengalami stres di tempat kerja. Hal ini dapat terjadi salah satunya pada pengemudi truk yang memegang peranan penting dalam proses pengantaran produk PT XYZ. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan gambaran tingkat stres kerja pada pengemudi truk pengantar produk PT XYZ serta faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja tersebut. Adapun faktor-faktor yang diteliti meliputi faktor individu (usia, status pernikahan, tempat tinggal, jumlah anak, dan masa kerja), faktor psikososial terkait konteks pekerjaan (kontrol pekerjaan, dukungan sosial, dan home-work interface) dan konten pekerjaan (lingkungan fisik kabin, beban kerja, dan jam kerja). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional dan pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner online. Adapun kuesioner yang digunakan pada penelitian ini diadaptasi dari beberapa kuesioner yang telah ada yaitu kuesioner Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10), NIOSH Generic Job Stress Questionnaire (GJSQ), dan Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (COPSOQ) III. Sejumlah 76 pengemudi truk berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 60,53% responden mengalami stres sedang-berat. Ditemukan pula hubungan antara dukungan sosial, home-work interface, lingkungan fisik kabin, beban kerja, dan jam kerja dengan stres kerja. Dari kelima faktor tersebut, faktor yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan stres kerja adalah faktor jam kerja dengan nilai OR yaitu 11. Disimpulkan bahwa dukungan sosial, home-work interface, lingkungan fisik kabin, beban kerja, dan jam kerja memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan stres kerja. Beberapa upaya penanganan yang dapat dilakukan adalah mengidentifikasi kejadian stres kerja pada pekerja, mengembangkan program pengawasan dan pendampingan terkait stres kerja, meninjau ulang prosedur dan kebijakan mengenai jadwal kerja, menciptakan tempat kerja yang sehat dan selamat secara fisik, mengidentifikasi dan mengkaji ulang beban kerja, serta melaksanakan berbagai program intervensi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengatasi stres pekerja.

It is concluded that social support, home-work interface, physical environment of the cabin, workload, and working hours have a significant relationship with work stress. Some measures that can be taken are identifying the incidence of work stress in workers, developing supervision and mentoring programs related to work stress, reviewing procedures and policies regarding work schedules, creating a physically healthy and safe workplace, identifying and reviewing workload, and implementing various intervention programs to improve workers' stress coping skills.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran stres kerja karyawan dan melihat faktor-faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan kejadian stres kerja. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei deskriptif. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dengan jumlah responden 52 orang. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, menunjukkan tingkat stres kerja didominasi karyawan yang mengalami tingkat stres tinggi 46,2%, tingkat stres menengah 40,4%, tingkat stres rendah 11,5%, dan tingkat stres sangat tinggi 1,9%. Perlu adanya strategi manajemen stres atau coping untuk mengelola stres yang terjadi pada karyawan PT. Bank X pada tahun 2016, sehingga dapat meningkatkan motivasi karyawan, produktivitas kerja, lebih siap menghadapi stres, dan menurunkan angka absensi karyawan. This study is a descriptive survey research. The collecting data of this research through questionnaires with total of respondents 52 people.
