Most companies in various industries that have Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems implement Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Studies recommend that JSA must has high quality. The highest cause of incidents in drilling and workover operations of PT XYZ was related to JSA quality. From February to July 2019, PT XYZ conducted hazard analysis trainings. This study was conducted to determine the effect of training provided for workover operations leaders at PT XYZ in improving the quality of JSA. Training was conducted with 10-11 participants, interactive in classroom, referred to PT XYZ's procedures on hazard analysis, macro horizon in making JSA, and positioning of risk assessment in JSA with the Risk Register. Participants were trained to do hazard analysis in accordance with work, including identifying hazards and safeguards, knowing roles and responsibilities of each worker, two-way discussion, practice to develop JSA, and discussion. JSA quality data was taken by direct observation at work area. Ability of work leaders data was taken by asking them to make JSA from current work, supervised by a safety consultant appointed by the researcher. To maintain the standardization of assessments by safety consultants, the steps taken were planning, briefing, implementation, and evaluation. The same consultant assessed JSA before and after training with the same title. Work leaders who were assessed before and after training are the same people including team and rig. The SPC XL calculation results show the p-value (probability of error) of the t-Test on data before and after training is 0,000 or smaller than the significance level set by the researcher of α = 0.05 which means that the alternative hypothesis concludes that there is a change in the mean significantly. With a confidence level more than 99%, there is a significant change in the mean because (1-p) X 100 = 100 or almost 100. The work leader's score after training shows higher than before. The average score of 76 work leaders before training was 44.93 and the average score after training increased to 87.43.
Occupational stress is a condition in which one or several factors in the workplace interactwith workers, therefore it causes disturbance of the equilibrium both of physiological andpsychological matter. For a driver, occupational stress will impact on the decliningperformance that may threaten the safety while driving. Consequently, occupational stressbecomes one of the most processes which is being related to harmful behavior to driversthat may affect the risk of accidents. The aim of this study is to analyze factors affecting occupational stress on truckload driverof PT. X.This is a quantitative observational study with a cross-sectional method. Data instrumentsare utilizing questionnaire and few additional instruments (e.g. cocoro meter, fitbit, sphygmomanometer, and oximetry) to measure the factors of occupational stress as itssupporting data. The results show 27 respondents (60%) experiencing occupational stress in mild leveland 18 respondents (40%) experiencing occupational stress in moderate level. Accordingto individual factors in this study, there is a relation between the quantity and quality ofsleep with occupational stress on truckload drivers of PT. X (p <0.05). From the physicalfactors in this study, there is a relation between rest hours, monotonous work, mileage, and work fatigue with occupational stress on truckload drivers of PT. X (p <0.05).Otherwise, from psychosocial factors, those are family support and peer support, bivariateanalysis was not performed because the data is homogeneous. Keywords:Stress, Occupational Stress, Driver.

Analysis of fatigue risk level was conducted by qualitative method and calculated with crossing consequences level and likelihood level.
ABSTRACT Name : MOCHAMAD FEBIYANTO Study Program : Magister Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Title : Risk Perception Analysis of Coal Haul Truck Drivers at PT X Year 2017 Most of the accidents on PT X's coal haul roads in 2016 involve coal haul truck drivers whose main cause is the unsafe act of the drivers. This unsafe act is influenced by the risk perception that the driver has. This study aims to analyze and see the profile of the risk perception of coal haul truck drivers to the factors that cause accidents in PT X year 2017. Measurement of risk perception profile using 6 dimensions of psychometric, namely voluntariness of risk, immediacy of effect, knowledge about risk, control over risk, common-dread, and severity of consequences. Data were collected from 121 participants from 6 mining service contractors PT X who conducted coal hauling activities. The results of this study indicate that the coal hauling truck drivers in PT X has a good risk perception on the 5 dimensions of the six dimensions of the measured psychometry, so that in general the risk perception profile of the driver is good. The study also showed age to have significant differences in the risk perception’s mean value of knowledge about risk, common-dread, and severity of consequences. While the work experience and the origin of the company does not provide a meaningful difference in the mean value of risk perception.
