Pada usia 60 tahun atau lebih (lansia) mulai terjadi penurunan fungsi tubuh sehingga rawan terserang berbagai penyakit. Untuk menghindarinya, lansia perlu selalu menjaga kebugaran tubuhnya dengan melakukan aktivitas fisik dan menjaga pola makan. Perkembangan teknologi khususnya di bidang informasi telah membuat perubahan pada kehidupan manusia, dengan bermunculannya aplikasi berbasis mobile termasuk aplikasi kesehatan. Akan tetapi aplikasi kesehatan yang tersedia untuk lansia dinilai masih kurang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun aplikasi kesehatan lansia berbasis mobile application agar lansia tetap dapat hidup produktif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tahun 2020 di DKI Jakarta terhadap kelompok lansia berusia 60-70 tahun. Hasil wawancara kebutuhan sistem didapatkan bahwa 90% lansia membutuhkan aplikasi yang mendukung kesehatan lansia. Telah dibangun aplikasi yang sesuai kebutuhan lansia yang memuat video senam untuk lansia , menu makanan sehat, video siraman rohani, fitur data kesehatan yang menginformasikan data hasil pengukuran kesehatan dan notifikasi pengingat minum obat. Penerimaan lansia terhadap aplikasi ini cukup baik, sebanyak 80% lansia menyukai aplikasi ini. Sesuai dengan hal tersebut, pemanfaatan terhadap aplikasi sehat lansiaku ini dapat dijadikan pilihan utama bagi lansia untuk dapat menjaga kesehatan dirinya. Saran untuk Kementerian Kesehatan sebagai pemangku kebijakan bagi kesehatan lansia, kiranya dapat menyediakan atau mengembangkan aplikasi kesehatan lansia yang dapat digunakan oleh lansia secara mandiri.
At the age of 60 years or more (elderly) there is a decrease in body function so that they are prone to various diseases. To avoid this, the elderly always need to maintain their body fitness by doing physical activity and maintaining a healthy diet. Technological developments, especially in the field of information, have made changes to human life, with the emergence of mobile-based applications including health applications. However, the health applications available for the elderly are still considered insufficient. The purpose of this research is to build a mobile application-based elderly health application so that the elderly can still live productively. This research was conducted in 2020 in DKI Jakarta to a group of elderly people aged 60-70 years. The results of the system requirements interview showed that 90% of the elderly need applications that support elderly health. An application that is suitable for the needs of the elderly has been built which includes exercise videos for the elderly, healthy food menus, spiritual shower videos, a health data feature that informs health measurement results and notification of medication reminders. Elderly acceptance of this application is quite good, as many as 80% of the elderly like this application. In accordance with this, the use of this healthy application can be the main choice for the elderly to be able to maintain their health. Suggestions for the Ministry of Health as a policy maker for elderly health, presumably can provide or develop elderly health applications that can be used by the elderly independently

Obesitas dapat dicegah, tetapi prevalensi obesitas di Indonesia terus meningkat. Saat ini telah berkembang kesehatan digital dan pemerintah Indonesia sudah memiliki program Gerakan Nusantara Tekan Angka Obesitas (GENTAS) Membuat rancang bangun prototipe aplikasi pencegahan dan pengendalian obesitas berbasis android untuk menekan prevalensi/insiden obesitas di Indonesia. Rancang bangun ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian secara kualitatif dan menggunakan model pengembangan perangkat lunak System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan pendekatan prototyping dalam perancangan sistem informasi berbasis android. Basis data dan rancang bangun prototipe aplikasi berbasis android untuk pencegahan dan pengendalian obesitas yang dapat diakses oleh seluruh masyarakat dan tenaga kesehatan (Konsultan Ahli Gizi dan Olahraga, Puskesmas dan Kementerian Kesehatan). Pada role untuk masyarakat terdapat fitur profile sehat ku untuk melihat status kesehatan pengguna, konsultasi, rekomendasi, artikel kesehatan, video dan kalkulator BMI. Dan role untuk tenaga kesehatan/admin terdapat fitur untuk mengakses dashboard, jawab konsultasi dan membuat artikel kesehatan. Data role masyarakat terhubung dengan role tenaga kesehatan. Rancang bangun prototipe ini memungkinkan masyarakat dan tenaga kesehatan untuk dapat melakukan pencegahan dan pengendalian obesitas di Indonesia.
Obesity is preventable, but obesity prevalence in Indonesia continues to increase. Currently, digital health has developed, and the Indonesian government already has Gerakan Nusantara Tekan Angka Obesitas (GENTAS) program. Create a prototype design and development for an Android-based application for obesity prevention and management to reduce the prevalence/incidence of obesity in Indonesia. This design uses a qualitative research approach and uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) software development model with a prototyping approach in designing Android-based information systems. Database and prototype design of android-based application for obesity prevention and control that can be accessed by the whole community and health workers (Consultants of Nutrition and Sports Experts, Community Health Centers, and the Ministry of Health). In the community role, there is a health profile feature to see the user's health status, consultations, recommendations, health articles, videos, and a BMI calculator. And the health workers/administrator role has features to access the dashboard, answer consultations and create health articles. Community role data is connected with the role of health workers. The design and development of this prototype allows the public and health workers to be able to prevent and control obesity in Indonesia.

Amanat Undang – Undang dan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan telah mewajibkan dokumentasi data dan informasi pelayanan kesehatan beralih ke metode digital. Untuk itu praktik mandiri dokter dan dokter gigi diminta mengalihkan penyelenggaraan rekam medis dari manual menjadi elektronik. Pembinaan dan pengawasan terhadap praktik mandiri dokter dan dokter gigi tersebut mengalami beberapa kendala. Untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut maka dirancang sistem informasi untuk praktik mandiri dokter dan dokter gigi yang menggabungkan fungsi penyelenggaraan rekam medis elektronik dengan pembinaan dan pengawasannya. Identifikasi kebutuhan terhadap sistem informasi diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan telaah dokumen. Sistem informasi dikembangkan dengan metode System Development Life Cycle dengan pendekatan prototipe. Pengujian terhadap prototipe dilakukan dengan metode blackbox. Umpan balik terhadap prototipe dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam. Penelitian ini menghasilkan prototipe sistem informasi untuk praktik mandiri dokter dan dokter gigi. Sistem dapat diakses 5 level pengguna yaitu Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi, Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota, Puskesmas Kecamatan, Praktik Mandiri Dokter atau Dokter Gigi, dan Admin. Sistem informasi dapat memfasilitasi penyelenggaraan rekam medis elektronik, pencatatan dan pelaporan pelayanan kesehatan, serta diseminasi data dan informasi. Melalui sistem informasi ini praktik mandiri dokter dan dokter gigi dapat mendokumentasikan pelayanan kesehatan secara digital serta dapat membantu pemerintah melaksanakan kegiatan pembinaan dan pengawasan.
The mandate of the Laws and Regulations of the Minister of Health has made it mandatory for the documentation of data and information on health services to switch to digital methods. For this reason, the private practice of doctors and dentists is required to shift the administration of medical records from manual to electronic. Guidance and supervision of the independent practice of doctors and dentists encountered several obstacles. To overcome these obstacles, an information system was designed for the private practice of doctors and dentists that combines the functions of administering electronic medical records with their guidance and supervision. Identification of the need for information systems is obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and document review. The information system was developed using the System Development Life Cycle method with a prototype approach. Testing of the prototype was carried out using the blackbox method. Feedback on the prototype is done by in-depth interviews. This research produces a prototype of an information system for private practice of doctors and dentists. The system can be accessed by 5 levels of users, namely the Provincial Health Office, City Health Office, District Health Center, Private Doctor or Dentist Practice, and Admin. Information systems can facilitate the implementation of electronic medical records, recording and reporting of health services, as well as dissemination of data and information. Through this information system private practice of doctors and dentists can digitally document health services and can help the government carry out guidance and supervision activities.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang suatu prototipe dashboard penyelidikan epidemiologi COVID-19 yang dapat menganalisis dan menyajikan data hasil penyelidikan epidemiologi pada pasien rawat jalan COVID-19 di RSUI. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development yang terdiri atas kegiatan analisis kebutuhan dan perancangan prototipe. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Penelitian ini berhasil menghasilkan prototipe dashboard penyelidikan epidemiologi COVID-19 yang dapat menganalisis data dan menyajikan informasi jumlah pasien yang melakukan swab test, jumlah pasien berdasarkan kriteria kasus, jumlah pasien berdasarkan tujuan swab test, jumlah pasien berdasarkan jenis kelamin, jumlah pasien berdasarkan usia, gejala yang dimiliki pasien, kondisi penyerta pasien, factor risiko pasien, dan hubungan daftar kontak erat.

Skripsi ini membahas mengenai perancangan prototipe sistem monitoring kinerja pegawai di BBPK Ciloto. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode pengembangan sistem Iteratif dan Incremental sampai tahap prototipe halaman antar muka (interface). Berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan metode wawancara kepada responden di BBPK Ciloto, ditemukan permasalahan dimana sistem monitoring kinerja pegawai yang berjalan masih manual mengakibatkan proses penilaian kinerja pegawai belum berdasarkan data yang terukur. Hal ini yang menjadi peluang peneliti untuk merancang sebuah prototipe sistem monitoring kinerja pegawai berbasis web dengan harapan proses monitoring hasil kerja pegawai dapat dilakukan secara real- time oleh atasan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dirancang sebuah prototipe sistem monitoring kinerja pegawai berbasis web.

Penelitian ini membahas perancangan sistem informasi konseling kesehatan gigi dan mulut siswa penyandang disabilitas intelektual (tunagrahita) sebagai tools menghasilkan informasi status kesehatan gigi dan mulut untuk kebutuhan dan memfasilitasi upaya pencegahan dan intervensi permasalahan kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain pendekatan pengembangan sistem model prototyping. Hasil penelitian diperoleh analisa kebutuhan sistem informasi, desain model terstruktur dan antarmuka untuk kemudahan penerapan sistem informasi oleh pengguna. Sistem informasi yang dikembangkan dapat memberikan kemudahan mengakses informasi akurat, relevan dan terkini; menghemat waktu kerja pengguna; terjamin pengendalian penyimpanan dan keamanan data; serta fleksibel, mudah dan nyaman digunakan oleh pengguna untuk layanan konseling kesehatan gigi dan mulut pada siswa tunagrahita. The focus of this study is the design of dental and oral health counseling information system for students with intellectual disabilities as tools to produce information on dental and oral health status for needs and facilitate efforts to prevent and intervene in dental and oral health problems. This research is qualitative research with the design of prototyping model system development approach. The results obtained analysis of information system needs, structured model design and interface for ease of application of information system by users. Developed information systems can provide easy access to accurate, relevant and up-to-date information; save user working time; guaranteed storage control and data security; and flexible, easy and convenient to use by users for dental and oral health counseling services. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya angka kepatuhan clinical pathway di rumah sakit. Padahal clinical pathway merupakan standar dalam memberikan pelayanan pada pasien. Rendahnya kepatuhan clinical pathway akan berpengaruh pada kendali mutu dan kendali biaya rumah sakit. Kendali biaya yang baik atau ekonomis bila tidak disertai mutu pelayanan yang baik ataupun sebaliknya mutu pelayanan yang sangat baik tapi sangat mahal tentunya akan merugikan masyarakat. Salah satu faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan clinical pathway adalah adanya teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi clinical pathway yang dapat membantu proses pencatatan dan pemantauan dalam implementasi clinical pathway. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode prototyping. Peneliti melakukan wawancara mendalam dan telaah dokumen untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai kebutuhan sistem. Setelah melakukan analisis kelayakan sistem, peneliti membuat prototipe sistem. Hasil penelitian diperoleh desain model terstruktur dan desain antarmuka sistem informasi clinical pathway.

Salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam menurunkan AKI, AKB dan mengurangi komplikasi selama kehamilan dengan Penggandaan Buku Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (KIA). Diharapkan dengan adanya buku KIA dapat meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam mengontrol kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan data dan informasi yang berguna bagi ibu hamil melalui sistem berbasis mobile (m-KIA). Pengembangan sistem ini dilakukan di Kementerian Kesehatan dengan ujicoba pada ibu hamil di lingkup Puskesmas Panunggangan Barat Kota Tangerang, menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem dengan pendekatan prototipe untuk menghasilkan sistem informasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aplikasi ini memberi manfaat bagi ibu hamil sesuai dengan pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Sistem informasi ini menyediakan panel informasi yang dibutuhkan bagi ibu hamil untuk melakukan kunjungan berikutnya dan informasi yang berkaitan segala hal mengenai kehamilan termasuk informasi pedoman ibu hamil di era Pandemi Covid 19 tahun ini. Luaran penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi media yang efektif dan efisien dalam menyajikan data dan informasi ibu hamil sehingga intervensi yang dilakukan dapat berjalan lebih cepat, tepat, akurat, serta mendukung stakeholder terkait dalam proses pengambilan perumusan kebijakan. This paper is discussing the health aspect of pregnant women in their personal record using m-KIA application with the purpose to make the pregnant women easier in recording their pregnancy and receiving real-time information.The development of this system was carried out at the Ministry of Health with trials on pregnant women within the scope of the Panunggangan Barat Health Center in Tangerang City, by using a system development method with a prototype approach to producing information system that fit with the user's needs. The results showed the application provides benefits for pregnant women in accordance with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. The research output is expected to be effective and efficient media in presenting data and information on pregnant women so that the interventions carried out can run faster, more precisely, accurately, and support relevant stakeholders in the process of making policy formulation. The recommendations offered so that this system can be implemented are preparing funds and resources, preparing standard operating procedures and socializing to users.

Dengan situasi status pandemi Covid-19 belum berakhir sehingga perjuangan pencegahan dan penanggulangan penularan Covid-19 harus terus dilakukan. Semangat gotong royong dengan kebersamaan dari semua kalangan dan semua wilayah di Indonesia menjadi modal untuk mengakhiri pandemi Covid-19. Kebijakan pemerintah yang fleksibel berdasarkan perkembangan kasus Covid-19 yang bertujuan untuk menekan kasus Covid-19 mendorong pelibatan partisipasi masyarakat pada tingkat individu dan masyarakat untuk melakukan upaya pencegahan dan penanggulangan penularan Covid-19. Rancang bangun prototipe sistem informasi partisipasi masyarakat dalam pencegahan dan penanggulangan penularan Covid-19 menyediakan data dan informasi sebagai evidance bases aspek determinan kesehatan yang dapat memberikan gambaran tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam kesiapsiagaan pada tingkat kelurahan atau pemerintahan desa menjadi pelengkap tersedianya data dan informasi secara utuh dan kompherensif untuk dasar melakukan pemantau dan evaluasi dengan data layanan kesehatan yaitu data kasus Covid-19. Pada rancang bangun prototipe sistem informasi tersebut, kejadian kasus Covid-19 dapat dianalisa berdasarkan distribusi dan sebaran kesiapsiagaan upaya partisipasi masyarakat pada tingkat kelurahan/desa. Rancang bangun prototipe sistem informasi partisipasi masyarakat dalam pencegahan dan penanggulangan penularan Covid-19 dapat menjadi acuan pengembangan sistem informasi mengukur partisipasi masyarakat pada kondisi kegawatdaruratan.
The research on the development of the design of an information system prototype for community participation in the prevention and control of coronavirus disease (Covid-19) transmission aims to provide data and information at the urban village or village level regarding preparedness to mitigate the emergence of the Covid-19 case. With the status of the Covid-19 pandemic that has not ended yet, the struggle to prevent and control the transmission of Covid-19 must continue. The spirit of mutual cooperation with togetherness from all levels of society in all regions in Indonesia is the capital to end the Covid-19 pandemic. A flexible government policy based on the development of the Covid-19 case aims to suppress the Covid-19 case by encouraging the involvement of the community at the individual and society levels to make efforts to prevent and control the transmission of Covid-19. The form of community participation efforts is preparedness at the urban village or village level in preventing and controlling the transmission of Covid-19 as a mitigation of the emergence of Covid-19 cases. The design of a prototype information system for community participation in the prevention and control of the transmission of Covid-19 is to provide data and information as evidence bases on aspects of health determinants that can provide an overview of the level of community participation in preparedness at the sub-district or village level to complete the availability of data and information as a whole and comprehensive as a basis for conducting monitoring and evaluation which is juxtaposed with health service data, namely data on Covid-19 cases. In the design of the information system prototype, the incidence of Covid-19 cases can be analyzed based on the distribution and spread of preparedness efforts for community participation at the urban village or village level. The design of the information system prototype for public participation in the prevention and control of the transmission of Covid-19 can be used as a reference for the development of an information system to measure community participation in emergency situations.
