Maternal mental health problem is a major challenge in global public health problems. Women are generally more at risk for depression during pregnancy because of hormonal changes and their role changes in life. Untreated antenatal depression can increase the risk of postpartum depression and other complications for both mother and baby. Some symptoms of antenatal depression are similar to discomfort in pregnancy experienced by pregnant women so that these symptoms are often considered as normal discomfort in pregnancy. The absence of depression screening assessment instruments in pregnancy also makes mental health services for pregnant women not performed by midwives when conducting antenatal care in primary health facilities. This study aims to design an antenatal depression detection system in website-based mental health services for pregnant women. This research was conducted at the UPT Puskesmas Rawat Inap Panjang Bandar Lampung using a prototyping system development method. The results of this study indicate that mental health services for pregnant women have not been carried out in integrated antenatal care services. The final result of this research is a prototype of an information system that is able to detect the risk of depression in pregnant women and assess the risk factors that might be the cause of depression in pregnant women. By knowing these risk factors, midwives can provide appropriate interventions in reducing antenatal depression.
This paper is discussing the health aspect of pregnant women in their personal record using m-KIA application with the purpose to make the pregnant women easier in recording their pregnancy and receiving real-time information.The development of this system was carried out at the Ministry of Health with trials on pregnant women within the scope of the Panunggangan Barat Health Center in Tangerang City, by using a system development method with a prototype approach to producing information system that fit with the user's needs. The results showed the application provides benefits for pregnant women in accordance with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. The research output is expected to be effective and efficient media in presenting data and information on pregnant women so that the interventions carried out can run faster, more precisely, accurately, and support relevant stakeholders in the process of making policy formulation. The recommendations offered so that this system can be implemented are preparing funds and resources, preparing standard operating procedures and socializing to users.
Lack of physical activity is one of the top ten risk factors for death. People who are not physically active have a greater risk than those who do physical activity regularly. Nowadays, there is a phenomenon of decreasing physical activity in Indonesia. It turns out that a similar thing happened among employees of the Ministry of Health as seen from a decrease in employees who carried out physical fitness measurements. The measurement of physical fitness is still done manually, both in the measurement and in the database system. Measurements are made using a stopwatch and the distance is measured manually. The database system used is a single system, this makes data processing more difficult. Studying such conditions, this research will propose a mobile-based application model. This study aims to build a physical fitness measurement information system that can increase awareness of the importance of measuring fitness and foster employee interest in measuring physical fitness. The system development method used in this physical fitness measurement information system uses a prototyping model approach. Testing applications using Blackbox Testing and acceptance of system technology using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) trial. The system developed based on the research stages has been as expected, namely optimizing the process of implementing physical fitness measurements that have been running manually.
