COVID-19 is a contagious disease caused by SARS-CoV-2, declared as a pandemic by WHO on March 11, 2021 and the first case was reported in Indonesia on March 3, 2021. Health protocols are needed to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the workplace by wearing a mask, washing hands frequently, keeping a physical distance, avoiding crowds, and limiting mobilization. Workers' non-compliance toward health protocols is one of the causes of the COVID-19 outbreak at PT. X. This research aimed to analyze the factors that influence the perception of worker compliance behavior toward the health protocol of COVID-19 prevention at PT. X. The design of this research was cross-sectional with a quantitative descriptive approach and PLS-SEM technique. Non-probability sampling technique was choosen among permanen workers (PWTT) and contractor’s workers. The results showed that workers already had good knowledge about COVID-19. Subjective norms, attitudes, intentions, adaptive behavior, actual behavior and perceived compliance behavior are good, while perceived behavioral control, perceived vulnerability, perceived severity are sufficient. There is no respondent's achievement that shows negative or not good. Multivariate analysis through PLS-SEM showed that knowledge had a direct effect on perceived vulnerability and perceived severity. Intention as the main predictor of behavior is directly influenced by subjective norms, perceived severity, and attitudes. Intentions have a direct effect toward workers’adapted and actual behavior as part of compliance toward health protocol of COVID-19 prevention in the workplace. Adapted behavior and actual behavior have a direct effect on how workers perceive the compliance behavior of their co-workers. The company is advised to maintain and improve communication, information and education (KIE) to prevent COVID-19, conduct a healthy lifestyle campaign, encourage worker supervisors and management to be role models, and involve workers and trade unions in continuous supervision in the implementation of health protocols. Key words: COVID-19 Prevention, Compliance Behavior, SARS-CoV-2, Health Protocol.
