Tujuan: Menganalisis kompetensi K3 apa saja yang harus dimiliki oleh professional SDM dalam menjalankan peran K3 pada perusahaan yang belum memiliki tenaga khusus bidang K3 dan tingkat kemahiran masing-masing kompetensi dengan pendekatan Taksonomi Bloom.
Metode: Penelitian menggunakan desain studi kualitatif, dilakukan pada manejer SDM yang bekerja pada perusahaan yang belum memiliki staf atau departemen K3 sebanyak 12 orang dan professional atau ahli K3 sebanyak 4 orang.
Hasil: Kompetensi K3 yang harus dimiliki oleh professional SDM adalah komunikasi, kinerja individu, penerapan dan pemahaman budaya perusahaan terkait K3, manajemen pemangku kepentingan dan bekerja dalam tim.
Kesimpulan: Penting bagi Perusahaan yang belum memiliki staf atau departemen K3 untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan kompetensi K3 pada profesional SDM di organisasinya agar mampu menjaga keselamatan dan kesehatan karyawan.
The high use of lifting and transport equipment in manufacturing and freight ports requires increased supervision and guidance in their use. From the results of the case report proves the level of accidents in the field of lifting and transport equipment is still going on. The lack of competence of labor inspector in OSH of lift and transport equipment as well as the lack of supervisors increased the problem of lifting and transport equipment. Improving the quality and quantity of Inspectors Occupational Safety specialist of lifting and transport equipment is a solution that is through Competence Based Training (CBT) in accordance with the Competency Standards (SKKNI) of Labor inspector. The research was conducted with descriptive and analytic design through primary data of observation and interview and secondary data from literature and document from Ministry of Manpower. This study describes the condition of the implementation of functional training of current inspector and compared with the development of CBT patterned training, involving 3 supporting pillars namely Training Institute, certification body and business / industry. Kinerja sistem manajemen K3 yang unggul juga hielibatkan perhatian pada faktor prang, faktor organisasi dan faktor behaviour Pendekatan integrasi K3 pada system manajemen perusahaan memasukan aspek manajemen SDM dalam penerapannya. Dengan demikian manajemen SDM menjadi bagian dari upaya manajemen K3 di perusahaan dalam rangka mencapai sasaran K3 secara umum. Program HRD dalam kompetensi SDM khususnya safety officer di proyek juga merupakan program pengendalian resiko K3 secara administratif dalam upaya menurunkan dan mencegah terjadinya kecelakaanlinsiden ditempat kerja, balk terhadap K3 maupun lingkungan. Salah satu program pengendalian administratif pada kompetensi SDM adalah evaluasi jobdescription dan atau persyaratan lain yang terkait dengan tugas dan fungsi safety officer diproyek. Jobdescriplion merupakan cetak biru (blue print) dari harapan kinerja pada pemegang jabatan untuk acuan pelaksanaan kerja. Diharapkan tanggungjawab dan kewenangan yang diberikan tertulis dan dimengerti pemegang jabatan untuk melakukan tugas-tugasnya dan menghasilkan output yang diharapkan. Akan tetapi pada prakteknya di lapangan, jobdescription tersebut masih perlu diintreprctasikan ulang dan kebenarannya sangat tergantung pada pemaharnan dan kepentingan pengguna jobdescription tersebut. Unit-unit kerja menterjemahkan kembali dengan jobdescription masing-masing dan tidak standar. Perbedaan intrepretasi dapat membuat ketidakharmonisan sistem kerja yang pada akhirnya dapat membuat gangungan-gangguan dalarn proses manajemen perusahaan. Tesis ini mengevaluasi uraian tugas safety officer korporat (2000) yang masih berlaku di PT XYZ saat penelitian ini dilakukan. Alat evaluasinya adalah kerangka kompetensi kerja yang diharapkan dari petugas K3 di proyek setingkat dengan first-line supervisor. Hal ini dilakukan karena belum ada evaluasi jobdescription dan analisa kompetensi kerja pads safety officer di PT XYZ. Aspek yang dikaji adalah fungsi atau peran penting first-line supervisor K3 dan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan untuk dapat berperan dalam mencegah,menangani dan mengurangi terjadinya keceiakaan/insiden. Kajian ini menghasilkan kerangka kompetensi tugas safety officer berbasis kinerja aktual yang diharapkan. Dibahas jugs aspek-aspek persyaratan jabatan (job spesification) seperti pendidikan, pelatihan untuk safety officer sebagai bentuk input SDM dan pertimbangan dalam menentukan tugas first-line supervisor K3. Kerangka ini yang menjadi acuan untuk melakukan evaluasi jobdescription safety officer.
Integrated Occupational Safety & Health (USH) approach in company's management system includes Human Resource (HR) management aspects in implementation. Good performance of OSH management system also involves great attention to the human factor, organizational factor and behavioral factor. Therefore HR Management has become part of efforts conducted by OSH management in order to achieve OSH objectives. HR Department program which deal with HR Competency, especially for Project Safety Officer , is part of OSH administrative control program to reduce and prevent workplace incident/accident that lead to loss regarding to either OSH related or environmental related issues. One methodology of administrative control program within HR competency is define a clear role and responsibility of a function or a job within work-system. Therefore there is a evaluation program to assess job description of Safety Officer in order to meet required work competency. Job description is a blue-print of expected job performance of the officer in order to do their duties. Management expects that by handing over written authority and responsibility. the officer will understand and running their duties accordingly to achieve desirable output. However in reality, the job description is required to be re-interpreted by the users, that leads to misunderstanding. individualize, non-standard job description. The difference in interpretation can lead to work system disharmony and creates disturbances in management practices. including employee satisfaction. This thesis evaluates Corporate Safety Officer Job description (2000) at PT XYZ, against the work competency framework of a first-line supervisor level OSH officer. This is done due to no job description evaluation and work competency analysis has ever been conducted for safety officer at PT XYZ. Aspect that is being analyzed mainly is the function and main role of first-line OSH supervisor, and competency required to be able to run the role in preventing, handling and reducing incident/accidents. This analysis will result in a performance based competency framework of the safety officer. Also being discussed in the thesis is the job specification aspects, such as education and training for safety officer, as an input and consideration to determining first-line OSH supervisor job. This framework will be a guideline to conduct an evaluation of safety officer job description.

Nutritional status is figure of a balance between the intake of nutrients and the expenditure of nutrients, both in the processes of body absorption and physical activities. The purpose of this study is to analyze the nutritional status of PT Cibaliung Sumberdaya employees based on their body mass index and fulfillment of nutrition, including energy and macro nutrients. This study use cross sectional design with quantitative and qualitative approach. The result shows us that nutritional status of most employees are normal, but the others still have abnormal nutritional status, including underweight, overweight, and even obesity. Meanwhile, most of employees are lack of energy when they are on duty even off duty. Therefore, attention and supervision of employees nutritional status are required as a promotive and preventive act in respect of work accident and work related diseases.

This study discusses the distribution of the severity of traffic accidents on campus X 2014 2016. This study uses an observational quantitative method. The sample used in this research is total sampling, that is using all accident data that happened in Campus X year 2014 2016 with inclusion criteria that is accident data recorded in complete report of UPT PLK Campus X officer amounted to 156 cases from 291 cases.
Distribusi pasien yang tidak merata menyebabkan beberapa poliklinik jumlah kunjungan pasiennya sangat banyak (Rata - rata 150 orang per hari), sedangkan ada poliklinik yang jumlah pasiennya sangat sedikit (< 20 orang per hari). Besar gaji dan insentif yang diterima dokter setiap bulannya sama tidak mempertimbangkan jumlah pasien yang dilayani oleh dokter, serta absensi dokter pada poliklinik tertentu yang cukup tinggi menunjukkan terdapat masalah dalam lingkungan poliklinik, karena dokter mempunyai tanggung jawab yang cukup kompleks selain beban kerja, tuntutan untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang balk kepada pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran karakteristik pekerja dan faktor risiko psikososial yang mempengaruhi tingkat stres kerja para dokter di poliklink. Disain penelitian ini dalam bentuk survei anaiitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh populasi dokter poliklinik PT X yang bertugas menangani pasien. Pengukuran data menggunakan kuesioner berdasarkan Life Event Scale, dalam menentukan tingkat bahaya psikososial dan tingkat stres kerja, jumlah skor dari seluruh indikator dihitung, kemudian menghasilkan suatu nilai yang menentukan tingkat kategori. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat, terdapat pengelompokan distribusi frekuensi pads salah satu kategori sehingga dilakukan analisis bivariat antara kategori di bawah atau sama dengan nilai rata - rata skor dan di atas nilai rata - rata skor, kemudian dilakukan uji korelasi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 95,6% responden berpendapat tingkat bahaya psikososial termasuk kategori sedang, hanya 4,4 % responden yang berpendapat tingkat bahaya psikososial termasuk kategori berat. Sebagian besar responden yaitu 53,7% merasakan tingkat stres kerja yang lebih berat dibandingkan responden yang merasakan tingkat stres kerja lebih ringan (46,7%). Faktor psikosoial yang mempunyai hubungan bermakna mempengaruhi tingkat stres kerja secara uji satatistik yaitu, manajemen perusahaan dan perkembangan karir. Namun ada kecenderungan faktor risiko psikososial lainnya, seperti beban kerja, rutinitas kerja, peranan organisasi dan lainnya yang mempengaruhi tingkat stres kerja responden. Perlu adanya upaya pencegahan untuk menurunkan faktor risiko bahaya psikososial kerja di lingkungan poliklinik, dengan melakukan pendekatan organizational change, sehingga dapat diidentifiikasikan aspek yang dapat menimbulkan stres kerja sehingga stresor dapat dieliminasi. Diperlukannya peneiitian lebih lanjut secara terpadu dengan menggunakan metode jenis Life Event Scale, diikuti biological measurement atau physiological measurement dengan cut of point penilaian kategori yang lebih sensitif serta dilakukan analisis secara multivariat.
Unbalanced patient distribution has caused increasing numbers of patients visitors (average 150 patients per day) in some policlinics, while in contrary there are some policlinics that have least patients (less than 20 patients per day). However, doctors' salary and incentives in every policlinic are the same without concerning their patients' number. Moreover, in some policlinics, there is a rise in the number of doctors' absence which indicates problems among doctors. This is due to the reality that doctors have complex responsibilities; not only a high work load but also expectations to give the best service to patients. This study aims to describe the employees' characteristics and psychosocial risk factor that influences the level of stress among doctors in policlinics. This study applies the analytical survey through cross sectional approach. The sample is all population of doctors in policlinics PT X. The data is collected through questionnaires which based on Life Event Scale in determining the psychosocial risk and working stress level. The level is based on the sum of indicator's score. The analysis of this study applies the univariate and bivariate approach. Bivariat analysis is based on distribution frequency grouping within one of the categories and is tested using the correlation test method. This research found that 95.6% of the respondent is in the medium level of psychosocial risk, whilst only 4.4% of the respondent is in the high level. However, in terms of work stress level, 53.7% of the respondents are in the high level, whereas 46.3% are in the low level. Psychosocial factor that has a significant influence are company's management and career development. Nevertheless there are other psychosocial risk factor such as work load, work routines, organization role, and other factors that may influence work stress level. it is crucial to make a preventive action to reduce the psychosocial factor risk in the policlinic environment through organizational change approach thus the stress factors can be eliminated. Further research using Life Scale Event is needed and to be followed with the Biological Measurement or Physiological Measurement with a more sensitive cut of point using multivariate analysis
