Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja memiliki peran integral dalam memastikan kesejahteraan dan produktivitas pekerja di lingkungan industri modern. Dalam konteks ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan supervisor terhadap dimensi iklim keselamatan, yang meliputi komunikasi keselamatan, pembelajaran, kepercayaan pada kompetensi rekan kerja, dan kepercayaan terhadap efikasi sistem keselamatan di perusahaan manufaktur keramik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Responden adalah para supervisor di beberapa perusahaan manufaktur keramik. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan dimensi iklim keselamatan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap komunikasi keselamatan, pembelajaran, dan kepercayaan pada kompetensi rekan kerja. Namun, pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepercayaan terhadap efikasi sistem keselamatan tidak terbukti signifikan. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan supervisor dapat memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk beberapa aspek iklim keselamatan di lingkungan kerja. Temuan penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya peran gaya kepemimpinan dalam membentuk iklim keselamatan di lingkungan kerja. Dengan memperkuat komunikasi keselamatan dan memfasilitasi pembelajaran yang berfokus pada keselamatan, supervisor dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan rekan kerja terhadap kompetensi keselamatan, yang pada gilirannya dapat meningkatkan kesadaran kolektif akan pentingnya praktik keselamatan. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pemahaman tentang bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan supervisor dapat membentuk iklim keselamatan di lingkungan kerja. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini menekankan perlunya pengembangan kompetensi kepemimpinan yang mengedepankan komunikasi dan pembelajaran terkait keselamatan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan efektivitas program keselamatan di berbagai sektor industri.
Workplace safety and health play an integral role in ensuring the well-being and productivity of employees in the modern industrial environment. In this context, the present study aims to analyze the influence of supervisor leadership styles on safety climate dimensions, encompassing safety communication, learning, trust in coworker competence, and confidence in the efficacy of safety systems within ceramic manufacturing companies. Employing a quantitative approach, this study employed questionnaires as data collection instruments. The respondents consisted of supervisors from various ceramic manufacturing companies. Data were subjected to descriptive statistical techniques and regression analysis to identify the relationship between leadership styles and safety climate dimensions. The analysis results indicate that leadership styles significantly impact safety communication, learning, and trust in coworker competence. However, the influence of leadership styles on confidence in the efficacy of safety systems did not demonstrate statistical significance. This suggests that supervisor leadership styles play a pivotal role in shaping several aspects of the safety climate in the workplace. These findings underscore the importance of leadership styles in shaping the safety climate within the work environment. By enhancing safety communication and facilitating safety-focused learning, supervisors can enhance coworkers' trust in safety competence, thereby fostering collective awareness of the importance of safety practices. The outcomes of this research contribute to understanding how supervisor leadership styles can shape the safety climate in the workplace. The practical implications of this study emphasize the need for leadership competency development that prioritizes safety-related communication and learning, ultimately enhancing the effectiveness of safety programs across diverse industrial sectors.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara iklim keselamatan dengan perilaku keselamatan pada pekerja di PT X. Iklim keselamatan mencerminkan persepsi pekerja terhadap komitmen dan praktik keselamatan di lingkungan kerja, sementara perilaku keselamatan mencerminkan tindakan nyata pekerja dalam mendukung keselamatan kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disusun berdasarkan indikator iklim keselamatan dan perilaku keselamatan, yang masing-masing diukur menggunakan skala ordinal. Responden penelitian ini adalah seluruh pekerja bagian produksi di PT X. Analisis hubungan dilakukan menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif yang kuat antara iklim keselamatan dan perilaku keselamatan (ρ = 0,551). Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi persepsi pekerja terhadap iklim keselamatan, maka semakin baik pula perilaku keselamatan yang ditunjukkan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya membangun iklim keselamatan yang positif sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan perilaku keselamatan di tempat kerja.

Industri konstruksi di Indonesia menyerap tenaga kerja sebanyak 8,7 juta orang pada tahun 2023, dimana konstruksi dikenal sebagai pekerjaan berisiko tinggi dan merupakan penyumbang kecelakaan terbesar kedua di Asia. Iklim keselamatan merupakan salah satu faktor kunci dalam mencegah kecelakaan kerja. Penelitian ini fokus menganalisis iklim keselamatan manajemen dan iklim keselamatan pekerja di sebuah proyek konstruksi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah mixed methode dimana total partisipan berjumlah 235 responden dan 26 informan kunci. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan Nordic Occupational Safety Climate Questionnaire (NOSACQ-50) dan wawancara mendalam. Analisa intersection antara data kuantitatif dan kualitatif menunjukkan bahwa terdapat ketidakkonsistenan pada tiap kategori iklim keselamatan. Pada iklim keselamatan manajemen, meskipun skor tertinggi diperoleh dimensi pemberdayaan keselamatan manajemen, namun dari hasil kualitatif diperoleh bahwa dimensi ini memiliki persepsi kurang paling tinggi. Pada iklim keselamatan pekerja, analisa intersection menunjukkan bahwa dimensi prioritas keselamatan pekerja dan dimensi kepercayaan terhadap keefektifan sistem keselamatan kerja memiliki persepsi kurang paling rendah. Perlu dilakukannya strategi peningkatan melalui evaluasi dan pengembangan sistem manajemen serta komunikasi keselamatan.
The construction industry in Indonesia absorbs a workforce of 8.7 million people in 2023, where construction is known as a high-risk job and is the second largest contributor to accidents in Asia. Safety climate is one of the key factors in preventing work accidents. This research focuses on analyzing the management safety climate and worker safety climate in a construction project. The research design used was a mixed method where the total participants were 235 respondents and 26 key informants. Data was collected using the Nordic Occupational Safety Climate Questionnaire (NOSACQ-50) and in-depth interviews. Intersection analysis between quantitative and qualitative data shows that there are inconsistencies in each safety climate category. In the management safety climate, although the highest score was obtained for the management safety empowerment dimension, from the qualitative results it was found that this dimension had the highest lack of perception. In the worker safety climate, the intersection analysis shows that the worker safety priority dimension and the dimension of trust in the effectiveness of the work safety system have the lowest perception. It is necessary to carry out improvement strategies through evaluation and development of safety management and communication systems.

Tren absen pekerja sangat mempengaruhi produktivitas disutau perusahaan, absen dalam bekerja dianggap wajar oleh perusahaan. Data Office of National Statistic (ONS) menyatakan tingkat ketidakhadiran karena sakit meningkat menjadi 2,6% pada tahun 2022, angka tersebut merupakan yang tertinggi sejak tahun 2004. Berdasarkan data pegawai pekerja di PT XYZ kejadian ketidakhadiran pekerja terus meningkat dalam kurun waktu 2 tahun terakhir, data ketidakhadiran tersebut merupakan data terkait dengan pekerja yang mengalami ketidakhadiran karena sakit. Tercatat pada tahun 2022 terdapat 43% dan tahun 2023 sampai bulan September sebanyak 47% pekerja yang mengalami ketidakhadiran karena sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan kejadian ketidakhadiran pada pekerja di PT XYZ Tahun 2023. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan pendekatan desain cross sectional melalui data sekunder dan data primer, dengan pengambilan sampel total sampling sebanyak sampel 51 responden dan dianalisis dengan uji chi-square. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juni – Desember 2023. Hasil penelitian deksriptif yaitu proporsi tertinggi pada pekerja yang mengalami ketidakhadrian (54,9%), umur pekerja < 40 tahun (88,2%.), masa kerja lama (51,0%), merokok (60,8%.), status gizi gemuk (45,1%), pekerja status kesehatan unfit (54,9%), pekerja kelelahan sedang (45,1%), dan pekerja stres sedang (39,2%) dan pekerja dengan beban kerja ringan (45,1%). Terdapat hubungan antara status merokok (p=0,045), status kesehatan (p=0,001), status gizi (p=0,045), kelelahan kerja (p=0,002), dan stres kerja (p=0,023). Tidak terdapat hubungan antara umur, masa kerja dan beban kerja.
The trend of worker absenteeism greatly influences productivity in a company, absence from work is considered normal by the company. Data from the Office of National Statistics (ONS) states that the rate of absence due to illness will increase to 2.6% in 2022, this figure is the highest since 2004. Based on employee data at PT XYZ, the incidence of worker absence has continued to increase over the last 2 years. , the absence data is data related to workers who experience absence due to illness. It was recorded that in 2022 there would be 43% and in 2023 until September as many as 47% of workers would experience absence due to illness. This research aims to analyze the relationship between risk factors related to the incidence of absenteeism among workers at PT analyzed with the chi-square test. The research was conducted in June – December 2023. The descriptive research results were the highest proportion of workers experiencing absenteeism (54.9%), worker age < 40 years (88.2%), long working period (51.0%), smoking (60.8%), obese nutritional status (45.1%), unfit health status workers (54.9%), moderate fatigue workers (45.1%), and moderate stress workers (39.2%) and workers with light workloads (45.1%). There was a relationship between smoking status (p=0.045), health status (p=0.001), nutritional status (p=0.045), work fatigue (p=0.002), and work stress (p=0.023). There is no relationship between age, years of service and workload.

Berdasarkan tinjauan literatur, terdapat hubungan antara distress kerja dengan iklim keselamatan, yang berpengaruh terhadap terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dimensi distress kerja terhadap iklim keselamatan. Studi cross-sectional yang dilakukan pada 152 karyawan perusahaan pembangkit listrik tenaga gas di site Prabumulih, Palembang, dan dua site Batam, pada departemen operation dan maintenance yang dipilih secara acak sebagai responden penelitian. Responden mengisi kuesioner iklim keselamatan Nordik (NOSACQ-50) dan kuesioner distress kerja NIOSH Generic Job Stress secara daring. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik korelasi bivariat dan regresi linier. Gambaran iklim keselamatan perusahaaan menunjukkan hasil rata-rata 2,73 atau pada tingkatan cukup, sehingga memerlukan perbaikan pada komitmen tenaga kerja pada keselamatan dan prioritas keselamatan. Berdasarkan tingkat distress kerja, terdapat 10,53% karyawan yang memiliki tingkat distress rendah, 77,63% karyawan yang memiliki tingkat distress sedang, dan 11,84% karyawan yang memiliki tingkat distress tinggi. Analisis bivariat menunjukkan variabel distress kerja pada penilaian diri, masa depan karyawan, dan dukungan sosial, menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan dengan iklim keselamatan. Analisis multivariat menunjukkan variabel distress kerja pada konflik dan ketidakjelasan peran menjadi variabel paling dominan berhubungan dengan iklim keselamatan. Untuk meningkatkan iklim keselamatan, perusahaan harus berusaha untuk mengurangi distress di tempat kerja melalui pengendalian faktor konflik dan ketidakjelasan peran.

PT. ABC adalah operator yang dipercaya untuk mengelola salah satu blok migas di daerah Riau. Salah satu divisi dari PT. ABC bertanggung jawab untuk pekerjaan konstruksi yang mendukung pekerjaan migas PT. ABC. Tesis ini fokus kepada iklim keselamatan pada pekerja migas di area operasi XXX divisi Facility Engineering PT. ABC, data iklim keselamatan pekerja diperoleh dengan cara melakukan survei. Metode survei bersumber dari survei yang digunakan pada jurnal (Sunindijo et al. 2019) dan (Loosemore et al. 2019) yang sudah digunakan pada industri konstruksi bangunan, infrastruktur, konstruksi di Indonesia dan dan konstruksi Australia. Responden adalah karyawan dan mitra kerja PT. ABC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rerata nilai survei iklim keselamatan karyawan dan mitra kerja PT. ABC adalah baik, berada di angka 4,92 dari 6 skala likert, tidak ditemukan perbedaan yang signifikan antara iklim keselamatan karyawan dan mitra kerja PT. ABC. Pengujian t-test menunjukkan tidak ada nilai p < 0.05, dan rerata nilai survei iklim keselamatan karyawan dan mitra kerja PT. ABC lebih baik, berada diatas rerata nilai survei iklim keselamatan industri infrastruktur, bangunan, konstruksi di Indonesia dan konstruksi di Australia.

Iklim keselamatan adalah persepsi bersama karyawan tentang kebijakan, prosedur, dan praktik yang berkaitan dengan keselamatan di lingkungan kerja mereka. Iklim keselamatan berhubungan dengan perilaku selamat dan kecelakaan kerja yang tidak disengaja di tempat kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan iklim keselamatan di PT X serta menganalisis hubungannya dengan perilaku selamat. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan metode kuesioner dengan total 200 responden. Kuesioner terstruktur digunakan untuk menangkap karakteristik sosio-demografis responden, iklim keselamatan kerja, dan perilaku keselamatan kerja. Responden berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini dengan menjawab kuesioner yang dibagikan secara online dan offline. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kematangan iklim keselamatan di PT X berada di level Cukup, terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat antara Variabel sub dimensi dengan iklim keselamatan, serta hubungan yang cukup kuat antara iklim keselamatan dengan perilaku selamat. Studi menekankan bahwa peningkatan tingkat iklim keselamatan dapat meningkatkan perilaku selamat sehingga efektif dalam mengurangi insiden kecelakaan kerja.

Respondents participated in this study by answering questionnaires distributed online and offline. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara risiko ergonomi dengan gangguan muskoloskeletal pada pekerja kantoran di PT. X. Metode yang digunakan adalah desain studi cross sectional dengan menggunakan instrument penelitian berupa Nordic Body Map dan Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA). Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 48 pekerja kantoran di PT. X. Variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu usia, jenis kelamin, masa kerja, tingkat risiko ergonomi, dan keluhan muskoloskeletal dengan analisis univariat, dan bivariat. Dari 48 responden didapatkan 39 orang mengalami keluhan muskoloskeletal dengan keluhan terbanyak ada pada bagian leher atas, punggung, dan pinggang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tidak adanya hubungan antara risiko ergonomi dengan usia, masa kerja dan jenis kelamin (p-value=1). Akan tetapi, terdapat hubungan yang berarti antara risiko ergonomic dengan gangguan muskoloskeletal (p-value=0,039).
Along with the development of technology, employees are now required to work and spend some of their time sitting focused on looking at computers and using mouse. The use of computers has ergonomic risks which if done continuously can cause health problems, one of which is musculoskeletal disorders. This study aims to analyze the relationship between ergonomic risks and musculoskeletal disorders in office workers at PT. X. The method used is a cross-sectional study design using research instruments in the form of Nordic Body Map and Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA). This research was conducted on 48 office workers at PT. X. The variables studied in this study were age, gender, length of service, level of ergonomic risk, and musculoskeletal complaints with univariate, and bivariate analysis. From 48 respondents, 39 people experienced musculoskeletal complaints with the most complaints in the upper neck, back, and waist. The results showed no relationship between ergonomic risk with age, length of service and gender (p-value = 1). However, there was a significant association between ergonomic risk and musculoskeletal disorders (p-value = 0.039).

Abstrak:
Latar Belakang: Faktor kunci yang dibutuhkan untuk mencapai keberhasilan dan pencegahaan kecelakaan adalah iklim keselamatan. Berdasarkan dari data PLN mayoritas pelaporan INSPEKTA adalah perilaku tidak aman. Iklim keselamatan dapat diukur dengan beberapa dimensi dan beberapa penelitian menilai dimensi-dimensi pada iklim keselamatan yang memiliki hubungan dengan perilaku untuk mengurangi terjadinya kecelakaan. Tujuan : Menganalisis hubungan dimensi pada iklim keselamatan dengan perilaku keselamatan pada pekerja di PLN PUSMANPRO di project pembangunan kelistrikan PST JATENG I. Metode: Penelitian cross sectional ini melibatkan 120 orang pekerja pada Project PLN PUSMANPRO PST JATENG I. Data primer diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner skala likert yang mengacu pada kuesioner dari beberapa penelitian sebelumnya. Hasil: Pada dimensi iklim keselamatan hasil analisis univariat semua dimensi lebih banyak berkategori rendah dan analisis bivariat menghasilkan pada dimensi komitmen dan nilai-nilai dengan P value = 0,000 dan nilai korelasi 0,268, dimensi pelatihan dengan P value = 0,000 dan nilai korelasi 0,318, dimensi komunikasi P value = 0,002 dan nilai korelasi 0,274, persiapan kondisi darurat P value = 0,000 dan nilai korelasi 0,362, dimensi prioritas keselamatan P value = 0,001 dan nilai korelasi 0,318, dimensi justifikasi risiko P value = 0,000 dan nilai correlation 0,503, dimensi keterlibatan subkontraktor P value = 0,000 dan nilai korelasi 0,390, dimensi insentif keselamatan P value = 0,001 dan nilai korelasi 0,309, dimensi manajemen program keselamatan P value = 0,000 dan nilai korelasi 0,435, dimensi pengetahuan keselamatan P value = 0,000 dan nilai korelasi 0,372, dimensi motivasi keselamatan P value = 0,000 dan nilai korelasi 0,416 dapat diketahui pada nilai tersebut memiliki hubungan positif dengan perilaku keselamatan kecuali dimensi lingkungan kerja dengan P value = 0,904 dan nilai correlation 0,011. Safety climate can be measured by several dimensions and several studies assess the dimensions of safety climate that have a relationship with behavior to reduce the occurrence of accidents. Objective: To analyze the relationship between dimensions of safety climate and safety behavior of workers at PLN PUSMANPRO in the PST JATENG I electricity development project. Methods: This cross sectional study involved 120 workers at the PLN PUSMANPRO PST JATENG I Project. Primary data were obtained using a Likert scale questionnaire that referring to the questionnaires from several previous studies. Results: In the dimension of safety climate, the results of the univariate analysis of all dimensions are more in the low category and bivariate analysis results in the dimensions of commitment and values with P value = 0.000 and correlation value 0.268, training dimension with P value = 0.000 and correlation value 0.318, communication dimension P value = 0.002 and correlation value 0.274, emergency preparation P value = 0.000 and correlation value 0.362, safety priority dimension P value = 0.001 and correlation value 0.318, risk justification dimension P value = 0.000 and correlation value 0.503, subcontractor involvement dimension P value = 0.000 and the correlation value is 0.390, safety incentive dimension P value = 0.001 and the correlation value is 0.309, the safety program management dimension P value = 0.000 and the correlation value is 0.435, safety knowledge dimension P value = 0.000 and the correlation value is 0.372, safety motivation dimension P value = 0.000 and a correlation value of 0.416 can be seen at the value of it has a positive relationship with safety behavior except for the work environment dimension with P value = 0.904 and a correlation value of 0.011.
