As a business and economic center, many office buildings in DKI Jakarta are bustling with activity. Fires in buildings can be caused by electrical equipment short circuits or human negligence. This study aims to analyze the implementation of emergency response systems in the event of a fire at the PT X headquarters based on NFPA 1660 Standard for Emergency, Continuity, and Crisis Management: Preparedness, Response and Recovery. This study employs a descriptive research design with a semi-quantitative approach. The data used include primary data such as interviews and observations, as well as secondary data in the form of company documents and literature reviews. The collected data were analyzed using a checklist form to assess the compliance of the existing emergency response system with NFPA 1660, 2024 edition. The research results indicate that the compliance of the emergency response system implementation in fire incidents at PT X, after being analyzed using NFPA 1660, shows that there are 4 variables with adequate compliance, 6 variables with partially adequate compliance, and 2 variables with inadequate compliance. The research results are expected to encourage PT X to consider the recommendations provided to further develop the emergency response system already in place at the company.
The growth of multi-storey buildings and offices have hazard potential to become disaster like fire that need to be consider an emergency response system to minimize the impact of losses in terms of material and human through step of mitigation, prevention, and early detection. This study aims to look at describtion of emergency response system (Emergency Response Preparedness) in pre, during, and post disaster of fire in the building of Balaikota Depok based on standard of NFPA 1600: Standard on Disaster / Emergency Management and Business Continuity Programs. This study uses descriptive analytic design with a qualitative approach. From this study, it can be concluded that the emergency response system for fire hazard in the building of Depok City Hall was not optimally and comprehensive. This research Analyze application of active and passive protection system and emergency response system of fire at Vokasi UI Building. The purpose of this research is to understand about the compatibility of those system compare with Keputusan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum and National Fire Protection Association, active and passive protection system and emeregency response system of fire. This research use descriptive method through observation and document review. The conclusion of this research is the active and passive protection system and emergency response of fire at Vokasi UI Building has not fully complied the standard.
Keselamatan pengguna perkantoran harus menjadi pertimbangan utama khususnya terhadap bahaya kebakaran, reruntuhan bangunan gedung tempat dilakukannya aktifitas. Untuk menghindari jatuhnya korban Jika terjadi kondisi bahaya kebakaran ditempat kerja, maka perlu dlketahui persepsi karyawan terhadap proses evakuasi tanggap-darurat bahaya kebakaran ditempat kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi berdasarkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses tanggap darurat bahaya kebakaran ditempat kerja PT. XYZ. Dengan diketahuinya hubungan faktor-faktor tersebut diharapkan proses dapat berjalan dengan baik. Disain penelitian ini bersifat Kuantitatif analisis dari hasil kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden, yang kemudian dilakukan pengujian dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS for Windows version 10.0. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpilkan bahwa umumnya karyawan PT. XYZ mempunyai persepsi positif terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses tanggap darurat bahaya kebakaran ditempat kerja yaitu diantaranya kebijkan manajemen, proedur perusahaan, keterlibatan seluruh karyawan. Tetapi mempersepsikan negative terhadap komitmen manajemen dan peran tanggung jawab. Dan rata-rata karyawan menunjukkan persepsi yang sama positifnya berdasarkan pendidikan, lama kerja, jabatan dan bagian. Disarankan untuk meningkatkan komitmen manajemen secara nyata melalui kunjungan lapangan secara berkala, berperan aktif dalam pelatihandan simulasi tanggap darurat. Meningkatkan peran dan tanggung jawab dari karyawan secara aktif dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan K3L / HSE diperusahaan sehingga dengan sendirinya akan mengubah persepsi yang positif dan baik terhadap kinerja dan tempat kerja yang aman dan selamat.
Know a days, Safety for office building user's (tenant) must become main consideration especially to the fire risk, building collapse where activity is executed. Ta avoid numbers of victim if fire in workplace occur, hence need of to know employee's perception fire risk emergency response in workplace. This research aim is to know perception based on factors which influencing to the fire risk emergency response process in PT, XYZ workplace. By knowing of the relation of the factors, expecting that fire risk emergency response process can run safely. Research Design are Quantitative analysis through questionnaire which distributed to 40 responders, data analyzed by software SPSS Windows version 10.0. The conclution of this research is generally PT. XYZ employee has positive perspection to factors that fire risk emergency response process in workplace which are management policies, company procedures, involvement of all employee. But, negative perspection due to management commitment and role and responsibility. And an average of employee shows the same positive perception based in education, duration of job and level of job. Suggested, to improving management visible commitment through job site visit by periodically, improving by involved in training and fire risk emergency simulation. Activated employee role`s and responsibilities in company K3L / HSE activities, so that by it self will change perspection which are positive and safe performance in workplace.
This thesis discusses the assessment of emergency response system in case of firein Grand Galaxy Park Mall. This study is a qualitative study that uses two types ofdata collection techniques, which are primary data in the form of interviews andobservations and secondary data from the study documents. The purpose of thisstudy is to assess the emergency response system in the Grand Galaxy Park Mall2016 with reference to the NFPA 1600 2013 Edition: Standard onDisaster/Emergency Management and Business Continuity Programs.
