International Labour Organization (ILO) tahun 2021 mencatat kasus kecelakaan kerja (KK) di dunia mencapai 62,8% dan penyakit akibat kerja sebesar 37,2% dari total kasus sebesar 430 juta kasus. Sedangkan kejadian penyakit akibat kerja (PAK) di Indonesia tahun 2021 tercatat sebanyak 1.123 kasus. Salah satu contoh PAK adalah Sick building syndrome. Desain penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian Sick Building Syndrome (SBS) pada pekerja office dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 75 pekerja office di PT XYZ. Metode pengambilan data dengan melakukan pengisian kuesioner kepada responden dan pengambilan kualitas udara menggunakan vendor. Data akan diolah secara deskriptif dan inferensial untuk melihat gambaran dan hubungan dari setiap variabel. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah faktor personal (usia, jenis kelamin, masa kerja, perilaku merokok, riwayat alergi, dan psikososial), faktor fisik (particulate matter 2.5, suhu, kelembaban relatif, pencahayaan, dan kebisingan), faktor kimia (HCHO, VOC, CO, dan CO2), dan level lantai. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara usia (OR=5.833 (2.151–15.818)), masa kerja (OR=7.556 (2.525–22.609)) , perilaku merokok (OR=5.750 (2.116-15.625)), riwayat alergi (OR=4.452 (1,557–12.736)), psikososial (OR=2.821 (1,104-7.206)), particulate matter 2.5 (OR=7.875 (2.786-22.261)), suhu (OR=5.352 (1,796-15.951)), pencahayaan (OR=7.010 (2.503-19.628)), dan level lantai (OR=4.643 (1.743-12.368)) dengan kejadian Sick Building Syndrome (SBS). Sedangkan variabel jenis kelamin, kelembaban relatif, kebisingan, HCHO, VOC, CO, dan CO2 tidak menunjukan adanya hubungan dengan kejadian Sick Building Syndrome (SBS).
In 2021, the International Labor Organization (ILO) recorded work accident (KK) cases in the world reaching 62.8% and work-related diseases at 37.2% of the total cases of 430 million cases. Meanwhile, the incidence of occupational diseases (PAK) in Indonesia in 2021 was recorded at 1,123 cases. One example of PAK is Sick building syndrome. The research design in this study was cross sectional. The aim of this research is to analyze factors related to the incidence of Sick Building Syndrome (SBS) in office workers using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study consisted of 75 office workers at PT XYZ. The data collection method is by filling out questionnaires with respondents and collecting air quality using vendors. Data will be processed descriptively and inferentially to see the description and relationship of each variable. The independent variables in this study were personal factors (age, gender, years of service, smoking behavior, allergy history, and psychosocial), physical factors (particulate matter 2.5, temperature, relative humidity, lighting, and noise), chemical factors (HCHO, VOC, CO, and CO2), and floor level. The results of the study showed that there was a significant relationship between age (OR=5.833 (2.151–15.818)), years of work (OR=7.556 (2.525–22.609)), smoking behavior (OR=5.750 (2.116-15.625)), history of allergies ( OR=4.452 (1.557–12.736)), psychosocial (OR=2.821 (1.104-7.206)), particulate matter 2.5 (OR=7.875 (2.786-22.261)), temperature (OR=5.352 (1.796-15.951)), lighting ( OR=7,010 (2,503-19,628)), and floor level (OR=4,643 (1,743-12,368)) with the incidence of Sick Building Syndrome (SBS). Meanwhile, the variables gender, relative humidity, noise, HCHO, VOC, CO, and CO2 did not show any relationship with the incidence of Sick Building Syndrome (SBS).

Abstrak:
Kehilangan pendengaran adalah penyebab kecacatan tertinggi keempat didunia. Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia melaporkan bahwa 16% dari gangguan pendengaran yang dialami oleh orang dewasa diakibatkan dari pajanan kebisingan di tempat kerja. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui prevalensi penurunan pendengaran, gambaran dan hubungan faktor-faktor risiko yang terkait dengan penurunan pendengaran pada pekerja factory dan warehouse PT XYZ. Penelitian ini mengadopsi desain cross-sectional dengan total populasi 421 karyawan, yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, observasi dan tes audiometri. Hasil penelitian didapat prevalensi kejadian penurunan pendengaran pekerja di PT XYZ di area factory dan warehouse adalah 29 pekerja (6,9 %) dari total 421 responden. Gambaran faktor pekerjaan yaitu 25,4% responden dengan waktu kerja > 8 jam, 62% responden memiliki masa kerja ≥ 10 tahun, 47.0 % responden terpajan kebisingan melebihi dosis pajanan NAB >100%, 17,3% responden terpajan bising > 8 jam di PT XYZ. Gambaran faktor individu yaitu 39.7% responden usia ≥ 40 tahun, 64,4 % responden merokok, 25,4% responden terdiagnosa hipertensi, 5,5% responden memiliki diabetes, 76,2% responden hiperkolesterol, 1,9% responden termasuk dalam kategori penggunaan earphone kurang baik, 38,5% responden masuk dalam kategori kepatuhan penggunaan APT kurang baik. Kesimpulan bahwa usia, masa kerja, dan kepatuhan terhadap Alat Pelindung Telinga berkontribusi signifikan terhadap penurunan pendengaran pada tenaga kerja PT XYZ. Rekomendasi tes audiologi rutin, rotasi pekerjaan dari area bising tinggi, tindakan pengendalian kebisingan, program kesehatan yang menargetkan faktor gaya hidup seperti merokok dan kolesterol tinggi, dan peningkatan kepatuhan APT. Peneliti masa depan diharapkan untuk menyelidiki pajanan kebisingan sebelumnya, penggunaan obat ototoksik, dan tingkat kebisingan dan getaran tempat tinggal untuk lebih mengungkap faktor risiko NIHL.

Future researchers are expected to hide prior noise exposure, use of ototoxic drugs, and residential noise and vibration levels to better uncover risk faktors for NIHL.

kripsi ini membahas gambaran kejadian Sick Building Syndrome (SBS) dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan pada karyawan PT. Elnusa Tbk di kantor pusat graha Elnusa Tahun 2009. Sick Building Syndrome atau SBS merupakan sekumpulan gejala gangguan kesehatan pada tenaga kerja yang bekerja di gedung gedung bertingkat. Penelitian SBS di Indonesia telah menunjukkan angka yang relatif tinggi. Diduga penyebab dari SBS ini adalah kurangnya ventilasi di dalam gedung serta kinerja penyejuk udara (AC) yang buruk. Selain itu, ada sumber radikal bebas lain seperti mesin fotokopi, printer, mesin faksimili, pengharum ruangan, larutan pembersih, atau bahan kain pelapis dinding. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihan gambaran kejadian Sick Building Syndrome dan faktorfaktor yang berhubungan pada karyawan PT. Elnusa Tbk di kantor pusat gedung Graha Elnusa Tahun 2009. Desain penelitian ini adalah crosssectional dan populasi yang di teliti adalah karyawan PT. Elnusa Tbk yang berada di lokasi pengukuran (suhu dan kelembaban udara) Graha Elnusa. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer, data perusahaan, pengukuran suhu dan kelembaban, dan observasi. Hasil yang ditemukan dari penelitian ini adalah, dari 152 responden yang mengalami kasus SBS di Graha Elnusa tahun 2009, hanya 56 responden (36,8%). Karakteristik responden yang mengalami kasus SBS adalah sebagai berikut 30 responden (33,7%). Yang lebih berisiko mengalami SBS yaitu responden yang berjenis kelamin wanita, responden yang berusia antara 21-30 tahun, responden bekerja kurang dari sama dengan 5 tahun (38,5%), responden yang tidak mempunyai kebiasaan merokok dalam ruangan (37,2%) dan responden yang mempunyai kondisi psikososial yang baik (37%). Penelitian kualitas udara dalam ruang (fisik, kimia, dan mikrobiologi) sangat berperan dalam menanggulangi masalah Sick Building syndrome. Selain itu penelitian mengenai pencahayaan juga diperlukan karena pencahayaan merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat memicu timbulnya SBS.

Abstrak:
Sick Building Syndrome (SBS) terdiri dari berbagai gejala nonspesifik yang terjadi padapenghuni bangunan. Hal ini umumnya meningkatkan ketidakhadiran pekerja danmenyebabkan penurunan produktivitas pekerja. Berikut adalah beberapa faktor yang yangmenjadi penyebab SBS seperti: fisik, kimia, biologi dan ergonomi serta faktor psikologis.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kualitas udara dalamruangan dengan (SBS) di kilang minyak gas. Penelitian Ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional, kunjungan lapangan untuk mengukur kualitas udara dan mengumpulkankuesioner dari para pekerja dalam waktu yang bersamaan. Berdasarkan data yang didapat80% responden mengatakan adanya masalah kesehatan yang sedang terjadi pada mata,kepala, dan hidung. 60% memiliki gejala buruk di tenggorokan, perut dan batuk, 50%mengalami gangguan gastrointestinal, 40% kelelahan dan 25% terjadi semua gejalasindrom bangunan sakit. Sebanyak 40 responden direkrut untuk belajar, dengan usia rata-rata 35 tahun (kisaran 20-55). Studi percontohan ini dibatasi oleh ukuran sampel yangkecil. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kualitas udara denganpengukuran parameter fisik (suhu) di bawah ambang batas normal dan parameter kimia(H2S dan Formaldehyde) diatas nilai ambang batas. Adapun prevalensi SBS di kilangminyak gas ini terjadi sebanyak 10 orang 25%, selain itu disimpulkan ada hubunganantara polusi kualitas udara dengan SBS . Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untukmenjawab semua masalah kesehatan dari SBS dan dampaknya terhadap pekerja tersebutdengan mengambil lebih banyak sampel untuk menguji kekuatan yang lebih baik.Kata kunci: polusi udara dalam ruangan, sindrom bangunan sakit, kesehatan kerja.

It is a multi factorialevent which may include physical, chemical, biological as well as psycological factors.The objectives was to grasp what the relationship between indoor air quality with sickbuilding syndrome (sbs) in oil gas refinery. A quantitative methodology was used, namelythrough the analytic cross-sectional design, site visits to measure air quality and collectquestionnaire from the workers in the same time. There 40 respondents were recruited tothe study, with a mean age of 35 years (range 20-55). Diagnoses were varied andrepresentive of the population. Based on data obtained from 40 respondents there were10 cases or 25% occurred sick building syndrome (> 4 symptoms). 80% of respondentsreported significant ongoing health problems in the eyes, head, and the nose. 60% hadbad symptoms in the throat, the stomach and cough, 50% had gastrointestinal disorders,and 40% with fatigue. This pilot study is limited by the small sample size. Based on theresults of the study can be drawn the conclusion that the quality of the air with 4parameters (temperature, humidity, velocity of air and dust levels) on the oil gas refinerystill below the threshold minimum value. In such circumstances, the case of sick buildingsyndrome (SBS) in the oil gas refinery occurred as many as 10 people or 25% occurredsick building syndrome , so it concluded there is a relationship between air qualitypolution with sick building syndrome (SBS). Abstrak:
Polusi udara dalam ruangan diduga dapat mengakibatkan gangguan kesehatan yang berkaitan dengan kualitas udara yaitu Sick Building Syndrome (SBS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas fisik udara dalam ruangan dihubungkan dengan gejala SBS. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Variabel yang diukur adalah parameter fisik kualitas udara dalam ruangan (suhu, kelembaban relatif, pertukaran udara) dan personal faktor (umur, jenis kelamin, lama kerja, status merokok, riwayat penyakit). Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran didapatkan suhu udara telah memenuhi standar Baku Mutu yang ditetapkan Kepmenkes No 1405 tahun 2002, sedangkan kelembaban relatif melebihi standar. Untuk hasil pengukuran pertukaran udara telah memenuhi standar kecuali dilantai 16. Dari hasil analisis tidak ditemukan hubungan kualitas fisik udara dalam ruangan (suhu, kelembaban realif, pertukaran udara) dengan gejala SBS pada karyawan PT X Tahun 2016. Abstrak:
Tinginya angka prevalensi perilaku tidak aman berisiko menimbulkansebuah kecelakaan ataupun insiden yang pada akhirnya dapat menimbulkankerugian secara finansial bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmempelajari faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku tidak aman padapekerja Preparation dan Assembling di PT X Tahun 2016. Faktor yang di telitimerupakan faktor personal (Pengetahuan, Masa Kerja, dan Tingkat Pendidikan)dan daktor pekerjaan (Ketersediaan Informasi K3 dan Pengawasan). Berdasarkanhasil penelitian diketahui bahwa 77,92% pekerja mempunyai perilaku tidak aman,dengan 61,7% diantaranya mempunyai risiko rendah dan 38,3% lainnya berisikotinggi. Selain itu juga terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan,tingkat penddikan, dan ketersediaan informasi terhadap perilaku tidak amanpekerja preparation dan assembling dimana tingkat pendidikan merupakan faktorpaling dominan terhadap perilaku tidak aman setelah dikontrol dengan faktorlainnya. Manufaktur merupakan salah satu sector industri yang memiliki risiko gangguan otot rangka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor risiko dari gejala gangguan otot rangka. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret-April 2018 dengan melibatkan 51 orang operator pada area mixing rubber dan 40 orang pekerja kantor di PT X yang merupakan perusahaan manufaktur komponen kendaraan bermotor. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cross sectional dengan instrument pengambilan data berupa kuesioner QEC dan kombinasi kuesioner psikososial. Variabel independent pada penelitian ini yaitu karakteristik individu pekerja (usia, jenis kelamin, IMT, status merokok dan lama kerja), faktor fisik di tempat kerja (force, postur janggal, gerakan berulang, dan coupling) dan faktor psikososial (tuntutan kerja, kendali terhadap pekerjaan, dukungan social, skill discretion, kepuasan kerja, dan stress kerja). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara IMT dengan gejala pada punggung atas, lama kerja dengan gejala pada pergelangan tangan, faktor risiko fifik yang tinggi dengan gejala pada leher, skill discretion dengan gejala pada pergelangan tangan, stress kerja dengan gejala pada bahu dan punggung bawah. Oleh karena itu perlu diadakan pengendalian lebih lanjut mengenai masalah ergonomic pada PT X.

Manufacture is one of the industry that has the risk of musculoskeletal disorders. The aim of this research is to analysize the risk factors from the symptoms of disorders of musculoskeletal. This research conducted on March until April 2018 by involving 51 workers on Mixing area and 40 workers on Office Area of X Corporation which is a manufacturing company who made the component of the motor vehicle. This research used Cross Sectional method by using QEC questionnaire and combination of psychosocial questionnaire as the instrument for data collection. The independent variable of this research are the characteristic of workers (age, gender, body mass index, smokimg status, and working time), physical factors on the work place (force, awkward postures, repetitive motion, and coupling) and psychosocial factors (job demands, control of the job, social support, skill discretion, job satisfaction, and work stress). The result of this research shows there is a significant correlation of body mass index with a symptoms on the top of the back, working time and skill direstion with a symptoms of the wrist, high risk of physical factor with a symptom of the neck, and work stress with a symptom of shoulders and the low part of the back. Therefore it needs to be a further control about ergonomic factor at X Corporation.
