Retensi perawat merupakan kemampuan organisasi dalam mempertahankan perawat selama mungkin bekerja dalam organisasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui retensi perawat di Rumah Sakit Santa Elisabeth Bekasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional, dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2011 dengan melibatkan 60 perawat. Data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat retensi perawat sebesar 45% dan faktorfaktor yang mempengaruhi retensi perawat adalah beban kerja, lingkungan kerja, keamanan kerja, praktek professional dan organisasi tempat kerja. Faktor dominan dari beban kerja yang menyebabkan perawat tidak retensi yaitu jumlah staf keperawatan yang belum cukup dan jumlah waktu kerja yang berlebih. Faktor dominan dari lingkungan kerja yaitu ketersediaan peralatan dan teknologi, resiko cendera dan penyakit tinggi serta keadaan lingkungan kerja yang menimbulkan stress. Faktor dominan dari keamanan kerja yaitu kompensasi dan keuntungan yang didapat belum memadai. Faktor dominan dari organisasi tempat kerja yaitu manajemen belum mengerti kebutuhan perawat. Nurse retention is an organization’s ability to retain nurses as long as possible to work within the organization. This study aims to determine the retention of nurses at RS Santa Elisabeth Bekasi. This study is a quantitative research with cross sectional approach, conducted in March 2011 involving 60 nurses. Data collected were analyzed by univariate and bivariate. The results showed the nurse retention rate by 45% and the factors that affect the retention of nurses are workload, working environment, employment security, professional practice and wokplace organization. Dominant factor of the workload that causes retention of nurses is not the amount of nursing staff who have not been sufficient and excessive amount of work time. Dominant factor of the work environment is the availability of equipment and technology, risk as well as souvenir high disease, situation stressfull work environment. Dominant factor of the compensation and job security benefits have not been adequate. Dominant factor of the organizational work that management has not understood the needs of nurses. Communication and collaboration among different health professions is a hallmark of health quality and patient welfare determinants. The nurse's perception of the quality of communication between nurse and physician affects the quality of service to the patient. The purpose of this study to determine the factors that influence the nurse's perception of the quality of nurse communication with doctors at Santa Elisabeth Hospital Batam in 2017. The study was cross-sectional with quantitative and qualitative approach, using questionnaires to 98 permanent nurses at Santa Elisabeth Hospital Batam, and interviewed 5 informants as supporting data on qualitative research. The nurse's perception of communication quality between nurse and doctor at Santa Elisabeth Hospital Batam 2017 shows 61.2% is good. Factors of opportunity, information, support, resources do not affect the perception of nurses, there are still other factors that influence the perception of nurses and have not been discussed in this study Keywords: Nurse, Perception, Questionnaire, Nurse-doctor communication.
Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Majalengka sebagai institusi pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat, dalam era globalisasi berusaha meningkatkan kualitas mutu pelaksanaan kesehatan termasuk pelayanan keperawatan, Salah satu indikator untuk menjaga kualitas pelayanan adalah peningkatan kinerja perawat pelaksana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja perawat dan pengaruh kinerja perawat terhadap kepuasan perawat terhadap keuangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan sampel berjumlah 57 perawat di RSUD Majalengka. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dengan tehnik Simple Random Sampling. Sampel dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Metode analisa data dilakukan dengan tahapan univariat dan bivariat (correlation pearson dan regresi linier sederhana). Hasil penelitian menyatakan pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja perawat sebesar 18,4%, dan pengaruh kinerja perawat erhadaap keuasan perawat terhadap keuangan sebesar 12%. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disarankan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan perawat terhadap keuangan maka kinerja perawat di RSUD Majalengka perlu ditingkatkan dengan memperbanyak kegiatan pelatihan bagi perawat baik yang dilaksanakan didalam maupun diluar rumah sakit. Majalengka general hospital as a community health services institution, in this era of globalization, trying to increase health services quality including care services. One of the indicator to maintain services quality is nurses performance improvement with continuosly train nurses in order to improve the performance. This research is aimed at analyzed the influence of training toward nurse’s performance and the influence of nurse’s performance toward their financial satisfaction. The research is a quantitative with using 57 nurses as respondent and conducted in April-May 2011. Data analysis methods was done by following univariate, and bivariat (pearson’s correlation and simple linier regression). The result of research finding shows that training has significant influence to nurse’s performance is 18,4%, and nurse’s performance has significant influence to nurse’s satisfy towards financial is 12 %. Based on this research, the management of Majalengka Hospital is recommended to increase improvement effort by training out door or in door.
