Safety climate is a worker's perception of the importance of safe behavior at work in relation towards policies, safety, procedures, practices, and overall safety interests and priorities. A poor safety climate will be characterized by increased worker stress, poor safety communication, and lack of support thus normalizing unsafe behavior, decreasing situational awareness, and increasing the likelihood of accidents. Safety climate measurements can be used by companies as a leading indicator in establishing / improving existing safety programs. This study aims to analyze the safety climate profile in the support point area at PT X in 2025 based on the dimensions of management commitment, safety communication, rules and procedures, supportive environment, personal accountability, and training. The research design used is cross sectional with data collection methods using questionnaires (primary data). The number of samples analyzed was 118 respondents. Data analysis was used through descriptive and inferential analysis (Mann Whitney and Kruskal Wallis Test). The results of this study indicate that the safety climate profile in the PT X support point area in 2025 is good, with an average score of 5.18. All dimensions measured get an average score of 4.98 - 5.31. The average safety climate score in the age, tenure, and education groups showed significant differences in the dimensions of management commitment, safety communication, and training.
Most companies in various industries that have Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems implement Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Studies recommend that JSA must has high quality. The highest cause of incidents in drilling and workover operations of PT XYZ was related to JSA quality. From February to July 2019, PT XYZ conducted hazard analysis trainings. This study was conducted to determine the effect of training provided for workover operations leaders at PT XYZ in improving the quality of JSA. Training was conducted with 10-11 participants, interactive in classroom, referred to PT XYZ's procedures on hazard analysis, macro horizon in making JSA, and positioning of risk assessment in JSA with the Risk Register. Participants were trained to do hazard analysis in accordance with work, including identifying hazards and safeguards, knowing roles and responsibilities of each worker, two-way discussion, practice to develop JSA, and discussion. JSA quality data was taken by direct observation at work area. Ability of work leaders data was taken by asking them to make JSA from current work, supervised by a safety consultant appointed by the researcher. To maintain the standardization of assessments by safety consultants, the steps taken were planning, briefing, implementation, and evaluation. The same consultant assessed JSA before and after training with the same title. Work leaders who were assessed before and after training are the same people including team and rig. The SPC XL calculation results show the p-value (probability of error) of the t-Test on data before and after training is 0,000 or smaller than the significance level set by the researcher of α = 0.05 which means that the alternative hypothesis concludes that there is a change in the mean significantly. With a confidence level more than 99%, there is a significant change in the mean because (1-p) X 100 = 100 or almost 100. The work leader's score after training shows higher than before. The average score of 76 work leaders before training was 44.93 and the average score after training increased to 87.43.

His critic served in the form of irony and satire, which are funny and in the same time make the readers of his work conscious about the stereotypes and reconsider the application of stereotypes in community. This study will use the framework of analyze.
The Safety Observation Program at PT X aims to enhance hazard reporting in the workplace as part of accident prevention and safety culture improvement. However, the level of reporting compliance remains relatively low. This study aims to analyze factors associated with hazard reporting compliance among employees in the operational directorate of PT X. A quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design was used. A total of 81 respondents were selected through stratified random sampling. Data were collected using an online questionnaire and analyzed using the chi-square test to examine the relationship between independent variables and compliance. The variables studied include predisposing factors (age, length of service, attitude, and risk perception), enabling factor (training), and reinforcing factor (coworker support). The results showed significant associations between hazard reporting compliance and age (p=0.034), length of service (p=0.001), risk perception (p<0.001), training (p=0.019), and coworker support (p=0.001). On the other hand, attitude did not show a significant relationship (p=0.318). These findings highlight the importance of experience, risk awareness, and social support in promoting reporting behavior in the workplace.
The agrochemical industry faces high safety risks due to the use of hazardous chemicals and complex production processes. Safety leadership is crucial in creating a safe work environment and minimizing the risk of accidents and negative impacts on workers' health. This study aims to analyze the safety leadership profile at PT X and evaluate its implementation based on the LEAD Model. The research method employs a mixed- method approach, utilizing quantitative data collected through questionnaires adapted from the LEAD Scale and qualitative data through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document reviews. The study results indicate that safety leadership at PT X exhibits positive characteristics across the dimensions of Leverage, Energise, Adapt, and Defend. The Leverage dimension scored the highest (4.56), indicating the effectiveness of leaders in utilizing resources. However, the Defend dimension scored the lowest (4.12), highlighting the need for improvements in protection strategies and risk mitigation. The subdimension with the highest score is Clarity (4.63), while Accountability scored the lowest (4.12). The conclusion of this study is that PT X has successfully implemented safety leadership, but there is still room for improvement, particularly in accountability aspects. Recommendations include developing a more effective monitoring system, encouraging active employee participation in safety programs, and fostering a proactive safety culture.
