Latar Belakang: Ketidakpuasan pasien terhadap waktu tunggu yang lama merupakan salah satu akibat dari kurang efisiennya sistem pelayanan yang dilakukan. Waktu tunggu yang lama memiliki korelasi yang signifikan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien.Menunggu yang terlalu lama dapat menimbulkan rasa bosan dan kejenuhan yang akan mengurangi kepuasan terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis waktu tunggu dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan waktu tunggu pelayanan resep di Instalasi Farmasi Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit Hermina Depok. Metodologi Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data waktu dan resep dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui observasi waktu tunggu dalam alur pelayanan resep dan wawancara petugas di instalasi farmasi rawat jalan. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waktu tunggu resep obat non racikan (obat paten) masih belum sesuai dengan standar waktu yang telah ditetapkan dikarenakan banyaknya jumlah item obat yang ada dalam setiap resep non racikan. Sering terjadi penumpukan resep di dan penumpukkan keranjang obat yang selesai dikemas. Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan waktu tunggu pelayanan resep dalam penelitian ini yaitu status pasien, jenis resep, jumlah item obat, shift, SDM. Distribusi SDM dalam setiap shift yang belum sesuai menyebabkan lamanya waktu tunggu pelayanan resep dalam setiap alur pelayanan resep. Faktor yang paling dominan dalam waktu tunggu pelayanan resep adalah SDM. Distribusi SDM yang sesuai dalam setiap shift terutama dalam hari ramai dapat memperbaiki waktu tunggu yang lama.

Objective: This study aims to analyze waiting times and the factors associated with prescription service waiting times at the Outpatient Pharmacy Installation of Hermina General Hospital Depok. Research Methodology: This study employs both quantitative and qualitative methods. Data on waiting times and prescriptions were collected through observations of prescription service workflows and officer interview in the outpatient pharmacy. Results: The findings indicate that the waiting time for non-compounded (patent) drug prescriptions still does not meet the established standard due to the high number of drug items per prescription. Prescription backlogs and delays in dispensing completed medications frequently occur. Factors related to prescription service waiting times in this study include patient status, prescription type, number of drug items, shift schedules, and human resources. Inefficient human resources distribution across shifts contributes to prolonged waiting times in each prescription service workflow. The most dominant factor affecting prescription service waiting times is human resources . Proper human resources allocation across shifts, particularly during peak days, can help reduce excessive waiting times.

Salah satu jenis pelayanan di rumah sakit yang paling banyak dikunjungi danmembutuhkan waktu untuk mengantre adalah pelayanan farmasi. Hingga saat ini waktutunggu pelayanan resep obat yang belum sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkanoleh Pemerintah melalui Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 129 Tahun 2008, yaitu ≤30 menit untuk obat non racikan dan ≤ 60 menit untuk obat racikan masih seringditemukan dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan farmasi di rumah sakit. Tujuan daripenelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab dari lamanya waktutunggu pelayanan resep obat pasien rawat jalan di instalasi farmasi rumah sakit diIndonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain literature review yang dilakukan denganmenganalisis hasil studi yang telah tersedia sebelumnya. Dari hasil pencarian yangdilakukan melalui database PubMed, Proquest, Google Scholar, Universitas IndonesiaLibrary dan FKM UI Library, ditemukan sebanyak 18 artikel mengenai faktor-faktorpenyebab lamanya waktu tunggu pelayanan resep obat pasien rawat jalan di instalasifarmasi rumah sakit di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lama waktutunggu pelayanan resep obat pasien rawat jalan di instalasi farmasi dari satu rumah sakitke rumah sakit lainnya berbeda-beda, hal tersebut dikarenakan adanya perbedaan padastatus pasien dan jenis resep obat yang dilayani. Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi waktu pelayanan instalasi farmasi rawat jalan dalam rangka peningkatan mutu pelayanan rumah sakit. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian gabungan (mixed method) dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam serta observasi waktu tunggu pelayanan obat yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis univariat.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waktu tunggu pelayanan obat racik dan paten di rumah sakit ini melebih standar waktu yang ditetapkan, ditemukan beberapa penghambat seperti ketersediaan sumber daya manusia, sarana prasarana dan fasilitas kerja yang merupakan hambatan terbesar dalam pelayanan ini. Disarankan kepada rumah sakit untuk dapat redisain layout farmasi, menghitung ulang pola ketenagaan serta pengaturan tugas sesuai dengan kompetensinya.

This study aims to improve the efficiency of service time of outpatient pharmacy installation in order to improve the quality of hospital services. The research method used is the method of combined research (mixed method) by conducting in-depth interviews and observation of drug service waiting time which then analyzed by using univariate analysis.
The result of the research shows that the waiting time for the service of racik and patent medication in this hospital exceeds the standard time set, found some obstacles such as availability of human resources, infrastructure and work facilities which is the biggest obstacle in this service. It is advisable to the hospital to be able to redesign the pharmacy layout, recalculate the pattern of the workforce as well as the arrangement of tasks in accordance with its competence.

Latar belakang: Didasari oleh pentingnya patient experience sebagai salah satu faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pasien di rumah sakit. Loyalitas pasien sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberlangsungan dan reputasi rumah sakit, khususnya di tengah persaingan layanan kesehatan yang semakin ketat. Namun, masih terdapat keterbatasan penelitian terkait hubungan antara pengalaman pasien dengan loyalitas pasien di ruang rawat inap. Tujuan penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara patient experience dengan loyalitas pasien di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Hermina Depok. Metodologi penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada pasien rawat inap, yang mencakup dimensi pengalaman pasien seperti komunikasi perawat/bidan, komunikasi dokter, respon staf, kenyamanan fasilitas fisik, manajemen nyeri, komunikasi tentang obat, dan discharge planning. Loyalitas pasien diukur melalui niat untuk kembali menggunakan layanan rumah sakit dan merekomendasikan rumah sakit kepada orang lain. Hasil penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pasien memiliki pengalaman positif selama menjalani perawatan di RSU Hermina Depok. Analisis statistik bivariat dan multivariat menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara patient experience secara keseluruhan dengan loyalitas pasien. Dimensi komunikasi perawat/bidan, komunikasi dokter, kenyamanan fasilitas fisik, dan discharge planning merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pasien. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan berbasis pengalaman pasien untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan loyalitas pasien.
.Background:This study is based on the importance of patient experience as a key factor in enhancing patient loyalty in hospitals. Patient loyalty significantly influences the sustainability and reputation of hospitals, especially amid increasingly competitive healthcare services. However, there is still a lack of research on the relationship between patient experience and patient loyalty in inpatient care settings. Research Objective: This study aims to analyze the relationship between patient experience and patient loyalty in the inpatient ward of Hermina General Hospital Depok. Research Methodology: This research uses a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to inpatients, covering dimensions of patient experience such as nurse/midwife communication, doctor communication, staff responsiveness, physical facility comfort, pain management, medication communication, and discharge planning. Patient loyalty was measured by the intention to return to the hospital and to recommend the hospital to others. Research Results: The results show that the majority of patients had a positive experience during their stay at Hermina General Hospital Depok. Bivariate and multivariate statistical analyses revealed a significant relationship between overall patient experience and patient loyalty. The dimensions of nurse/midwife communication, doctor communication, physical facility comfort, and discharge planning were the most influential factors affecting patient loyalty. These findings emphasize the importance of improving service quality based on patient experience to maintain and increase patient loyalty.

Latar Belakang : Waktu tunggu menjadi suatu permasalahan yang mendesak di rumah sakit karena semua rumah sakit saling berkompetisi untuk memberikan pelayanan yang tepat, cepat dan profesional. Di ruang rawat inap lantai 5 gedung baru RS Permata Cibubur kerap masih didapatkan keluhan pasien atau keluarga pasien terkait waktu tunggu pasien pulang dari rawat inap. Tujuan : Tercapainya perbaikan pelayanan pasien pulang dari rawat inap dengan menggunakan metode Lean Six Sigma. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian quasi experimental dengan memberikan perlakuan perbaikan menggunakan metode Lean Six Sigma dan menghitung waktu tunggu pada proses pelayanan pasien pulang pada 2 kelompok pasien dengan jaminan pribadi dan pasien jaminan asuransi swasta, sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Hasil : Setelah dilakukan observasi dan wawancara maka dilakukan identifikasi waste pada proses pelayanan pasien pulang dari rawat inap dan didapatkan 4 waste, yaitu waiting, defect, motion, dan overprocessing. Core problem dari proses pelayanan pasien pulang didapatkan bahwa DPJP tidak input sendiri resep pasien pulang, hal ini menyebabkan beberapa kegiatan yang tidak bernilai tambah dan membuat waktu tunggu proses pelayanan pasien pulang menjadi memanjang. Fokus perbaikan yaitu dengan menjadikan DPJP input sendiri resep pasien pulang dan didapatkan total waktu tunggu yang mengalami penurunan dan prosentase kegiatan bernilai tambah yang meningkat. Rata-rata waktu tunggu pasien pulang sebelum perlakuan dengan jaminan pribadi sebesar 61 menit dan dengan jaminan asuransi swasta sebesar 125,8 menit. Setelah dilakukan perlakuan upaya perbaikan dengan metode Lean Six Sigma didapatkan rata-rata waktu tunggu pasien pulang dengan jaminan pribadi sebesar 43,2 menit dan pasien dengan jaminan asuransi swasta sebesar 101,7 menit. Sedangkan prosentase kegiatan bernilai tambah sebelum perlakuan pada pasien dengan jaminan pribadi sebesar 57,4 % dan pasien dengan asuransi swasta sebesar 29,7%. Sesudah perlakuan upaya perbaikan didapatkan prosentase kegiatan bernilai tambah pada pasien pribadi sebesar 59,7 % dan pasien dengan asuransi swasta sebesar 30,4%. Kesimpulan : Metode Lean Six Sigma secara umum dapat dikatakan efektif untuk digunakan dalam melakukan evaluasi terhadap alur pelayanan di unit pelayanan kesehatan, karena terbukti khususnya pada penelitian ini terjadi pengurangan waktu tunggu pada proses pelayanan pasien pulang dari rawat inap.
Background: Waiting time is an urgent problem in hospitals because all hospitals compete with each other to provide precise, fast and professional services. In the inpatient room on the 5th floor of the new building of Permata Cibubur Hospital, there are often still complaints from patients or patients' families related to the waiting time for patients to return home from hospitalization. Objective: To achieve the improvement of patient services discharged from hospitalization by using the Lean Six Sigma method. Method: This study uses a quasi-experimental research design by providing improvement treatment using the Lean Six Sigma method and calculating the waiting time in the process of returning patients to 2 groups of patients with personal insurance and private insurance patients, before and after the treatment. Results: After observation and interviews, waste identification was carried out in the service process of patients returning from hospitalization and 4 wastes were obtained, namely waiting, defect, motion, and overprocessing. The core problem of the service process for discharged patients is found that the DPJP does not input the prescriptions of discharged patients themselves, this causes several activities that are not value-added and makes the waiting time for the process of serving discharged patients prolonged. The focus of improvement is to make the DPJP input its own prescription for patients to go home and get a decrease in the total waiting time and an increase in the percentage of value-added activities. The average waiting time for patients to go home before treatment with personal insurance is 61 minutes and with private insurance guarantee is 125.8 minutes. After the treatment of improvement efforts with the Lean Six Sigma method, the average waiting time for patients to go home with personal insurance was 43.2 minutes, and for patients with private insurance, guarantees were 101.7 minutes. Meanwhile, the percentage of value-added activities before treatment for patients with personal insurance was 57.4% and for patients with private insurance was 29.7%. After the treatment of improvement efforts, the percentage of value-added activities in private patients was 59.7% and for patients with private insurance was 30.4%. Conclusion: The Lean Six Sigma method in general can be said to be effective to be used in evaluating the service flow in health service units because it is proven that especially in this study there is a reduction in waiting time in the service process of patients returning from hospitalization.

Dalam era desentralisasi diharapkan puskesmas mampu meningkatkan ketanggapan pelayanan kesehatan. Survei pada awal tahun 2009, menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pasien pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Gambir masih rendah, meskipun sudah menerapkan ISO 9001 : 2000. Sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan ketanggapan pelayanan kesehatan rawat jalan di Puskesmas Gambir. Metode penelitiaan yang digunakan adalah kuantitaf dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampelnya 324 pasien rawat jalan yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Alat pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa ketanggapan pelayanan kesehatan rawat jalan di Puskesmas Gambir masih rendah dan faktor yang berhubungan adalah usia dan pendidikan.
