To maintain productivity level, competition among and continuity of workers, most company or production apply shift working among their employee. There are 2 or 3 shifts applied based on the company?s need. In the developing countries' population. 20-30% ofthe country apply working shift, which make it as a common thing. ln the research done by Simon Folkard and Philip 2002 (Shift Working Safety and Productivity) concluded that productivity and work safely will decrease during night shift This decrease is due to several factors, such as health, social, sleep (decrease in the quantity time of sleep), and circadian rhythm disorder. This thesis would like to know the effect of night shift on systolic, diastolyc blood pressure and heart beat among pmducfion operators in X Indonesia Company. This is a quantitative research with Quasy experimental design using queslonnaire and direct blood pressure measurement (systolic and diastolic) and heart beat as the research tools on 77 production operators during night and non-night shift in X Indonesia Company. After being measured, we compare the difference ofthe result among workers who work on night and non-night shift. This research shows that there is a difference on systolic and diastolic among night shift and non-night shift workers (p < 0,05). Systolic pressure tends to decrease during night shift, while for diastolic pressure tends to increase during the same shift. Both the increase and decrease are within normal limit which does not effect their health. Heart beat tends not to change between these workers. Sport and coffee are the dominant factors to influence blood pressure and heart beat by multivariate analysis.
COVID-19 pandemic has affected all aspects of human life in Indonesia and the world, including health, economy, education, social and psychological aspects. COVID-19 pandemic has also affected the oil and gas industry with health impacts on workers and impacts on their operational activities. The sustainability of the oil and gas industry has an important role as a provider of energy to drive the economy. The extent of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the implementation of adaptation to new habits require good prevention and control for companies operating in the oil and gas industry. This study aims to analyze the implementation of prevention and control of COVID-19 in an oil and gas company. This study uses a descriptive method to measure the implementation of the prevention and control of COVID-19 in the oil and gas company PT.X quantitatively. Data collection was carried out using a check list developed from ISO 45005:2020 covering aspects of planning, implementation, monitoring and action in 11 clauses of requirements. Implementation of prevention and control of COVID19 at PT. X has been running well with a compliance rate of 82%. The highest value is obtained by the communication clause where PT. X has met the communication aspects required in the checklist. There are things that can be done by PT. X in order to improve the control of COVID19 in the workplace, among others, knowing and assessing whether the place and situation in the workers' homes support them to work effectively

The study of sleep deprivation has only recently been seen based on statements fromresearch respondents, victims and eyewitnesses who are very subjective. The highnumber of accidents arising from sleep deprivation and the difficulty of finding objectivedata on the actual quantity and quality of sleep experienced by workers, especially shiftoperator hauling truck workers is still a big problem, especially in the field of OHS science. This is a cross sectional study. The variables of this study are quantity of sleep, qualityof sleep, salivary alpha amylase, blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen levels, bodytemperature, sleep hygiene, individual characteristics and workload. Research conductedfor 1 month in mining company in Indonesia. The average sleep duration of Fitbit onhauling truck operator with 2 shift pattern is 149 minutes or 2 hours 29 minutes while in3 shift pattern is 182 minutes or 3 hours 8 minutes. Quality of sleep on hauling truckoperator with 2 shift pattern is 13% in REM, 38% in light sleep and 12.7% in deep sleep. While the pattern of 3 shifts is 14.2% in REM, 44.7% in light sleep and 13.1% in deepsleep.

Operator haul truck Haul truck operator is one of the high-risk occupations in experiencing fatigue caused by the implementation of shift work, sleep quantity and quality disturbance, other related factors. The objective of this study was to analyze the relationship between shift work, quantity and quality of sleep, and other factors associated with fatigue on the haul truck operator. A cross-sectional study was conducted in this study using questionnaires of Fatigue Assessment Scale (FAS), measurement of stress using cocorometer, and measurement of sleep quantity and quality using fitbit among 196 male respondents who work as haul truck operator. The result of this study shown there is a significant correlation between the quantity of sleep (OR = 3,222, p = 0,028) and fatigue, also between the quality of sleep (OR = 2,800, p = 0.025) and fatigue. However, shift work has no significant correlation with fatigue. Other factors, including mental workload (OR = 2,296, p = 0,027), work environment (OR = 2,400, p = 0,014), monotonous work (OR = 3,371, p = 0,002), age (OR = 2,708, p = 0,005), and sleep hygiene (OR = 3,840, p = 0,001) also have significant correlation with operator fatigue in PT X.

Shift and on-call workers in the electricity sector have a high risk of experiencing fatigue, which impacts cognitive function, productivity, health and safety. This fatigue is influenced by work-related risk factors (on-call system, work shift, work period, workload) and non-work-related risk factors (age, sleep, nutritional status, side job, married status, disease history). The purpose of this study was to analyze the risk factors for fatigue in shift and on-call workers. The study used a cross sectional design with mixed methods. Quantitative data were obtained from 98 respondents using OFER, PSQI, NASA-TLX questionnaires, height and weight measurements, and supported by qualitative data through open interviews. The results of this study showed that workload was significantly associated with acute fatigue (p = 0.027; OR = 2.703) and chronic fatigue (p = 0.034; OR = 2.618). In addition, sleep quantity (p = 0.035; OR = 3.906) and married status (p = 0.003; OR = 4.354) had significant associations with acute fatigue. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of implementing fatigue management and increasing self-awareness in managing fatigue.
This thesis discusses the factors of fatigue and recovery, level of fatigue and recovery, the potential human performance degradation due to acute and chronic fatigue. This research was conducted at the Migas X company which is an oil and gas company with a complex and critical process that causes fatigue to workers and potentially cause work accidents. The design of this study is a cross sectional and the data conducted by online questionnaire which filled out by 1650 respondents obtained by random sampling in April till May 2021. The results showed that there were six risk faktors that significantly affected acute fatigue, nine risk faktors that significantly affected chronic fatigue, two faktors that significantly exhaust fatigue recovery, and there is a significant relationship between an increase in chronic or acute fatigue and a decrease in Human Performance
