This study aims to analyze appropriatness of handphone, the risk level of ergonomics and subjective symptomps lead to repetitive strain injury from X and Y handphone users at University of Indonesia. Design study is cross sectional, with observational research techniques. The results of research showed there are mismatch just than standard at length and width for 10 types of cell phone , long and the edge for 1 type of cell phone. The results of research showed there are mismatch just than anthropometry at length and width for 12 types of cell phone. The level of ergonomic risk assessment using RULA showed results from medium to high level with range of values 4-6. The observation of subjective symptomps lead to repetitive strain injury showed 88 of respondents (67,7%) feel there are complaints of stiffness/ pain/ cramps/ numbness/ awkward/ discomfort. The biggest symptomps that occur in the upper neck (28,5%), right wrist (27,7%), and lower neck (26,2%). For it, need necessary control measures with improved ergonomic design and administrative work such as restrictions on hours of work, disseminate information of good ergonomic posture and applying setting handphone, and stretching for 10 minutes every 2 hour non stop using handphone.
The key task of cleaning service is to maintain cleanliness, neatness, beauty and comfort of the entire area both inside the building and which were outside the building. Cleaning service can be exposed to the dangers of chemical, biological, physical and ergonomics that can lead to health impacts dermatitis, hepatitis A, and musculosceletal disorders. One of the activities is to clean toilet cleaning service using cleaning products and cleaning service can be exposed to chemical hazards. So that the cleaning service is necessary to have knowledge about potential hazards and health effects. This study aims to determine the level of knowledge FKM UI cleaning service about potential hazards and health effects on his work and its determinant factors. The study design used is cross sectional using primary data obtained from a cleaning service FKM UI in 2016. This research showed that the majority of FKM UI cleaning service have less knowledge about potential hazards and health effects. Moreover there is no significant relationship between education level factors, length of employment, training and work experience with the level of knowledge about the potential hazard and health impacts.
THIS STUDY DISCUSSED THE INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL FACTORS THAT AFFECTED THE PERCEPTION OF MOTORCYCLE SAFETY DRIVING IN FKM UI STUDENTS. INTERNAL FACTORS SUCH AS KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, AND DRIVING SAFETY MOTIVATION, EXTERNAL FACTORS WERE ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS, PEER INFLUENCE, AND UI POLICY BY USED QUESTIONNAIRES. THE STUDY DESIGN WAS CROSS-SECTIONAL. THE SAMPLE WAS 69 STUDENTS WHO DRIVE MOTORCYCLES. THE RESULTS SHOWED GOOD PERCEPTION, THAT WAS CONSIDERING THE SAFETY OF DRIVING WAS IMPORTANT. AN INTERNAL FACTOR WAS THE MOST DOMINANT EXPERIENCED, WHILE EXTERNAL FACTORS WERE ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS, PEER INFLUENCE, AND UI POLICY. NEED TO IMPROVED THE KNOWLEDGE AND MOTIVATION OF MOTORCYCLE SAFETY DRIVING SUCH AS SOCIALIZATION AND SELECTION OF AMBASSADORS OF SAFETY KEYWORDS: PERCEPTIONS OF SAFETY DRIVING, INTERNAL FACTOR, EXTERNAL FACTOR.

The purpose of this study was to determine the risk of cleaning service withMSDs in Faculty of Public Health Universitas Indonesia. This was an observational study with cross sectional approach study. Thepopulation amounting to 38 people. The level of ergonomics risk related to the bodyposture, weight, duration and frequency using REBA tool, and the level of MSDscomplaints that is felt by workers per part of the body using Nordic Body Mapquestionnaire. The highest ergonomics risk analysis results using the method of REBA according tothe stages are setting up the equipment, cleaning closets, scrubbing floors, cuttinggrass and planting. Nordic Body Map Questionnaire results about MSDs complaintswere many who complained on the right shoulder (39%), right calf (39%) leftshoulder (34%), left calf (32%) and waist (24%) . Distribution of MSDs based on agemostly occur on workers aged >25, based on sex mostly occur on male workers, based on working experience mostly occur on workers which has been worked for >1years, based on smoking habit mostly occur in smoker, based on Body Mass Index(BMI) mostly occur in worker with normal BMI, and workers who exposed by thevibration, 67 % having MSDs complaint.

World Health Organization mengakui distres sebagai penyakit epidemiologi abad 21.

Cleaning service work such as lifting, bending, twisting movements at the time of moving things from side to side and looked down when the work may give rise to complaints of MSDs. This research was conducted to look at the relationship between the individual risk factors, risk factors, and environmental factors work against complaints of symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders in cleaning service workers in student dormitories of the University of Indonesia. The type of research that is a descriptive observational study by using the method of QEC (Quick Exposure Checklist) and Nordic Body Questionnaire (NBM), as well as the measurement of environmental factors using a lux meter and WGBT meters. The results showed that as many as 27 respondents (84.4%) admitted to the existence of a subjective complaint of musuloskeletal disorders. Lighting is less likely to factor into a risk high complaints of symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders. The results of the QEC analysis show that the work activity including low risk to high.
