Sharia hospital is a hospital that carries out all activities, both patient care and management based on the principles of Maqashid Al-Shari'ah. This study aims to determine the relationship between quality indicators and minimum service standards of Sharia Hospital on the performance of Medical Check-Up (MCU) services at YARSI Hospital Jakarta. The design used in this research is a mixed methods research in a cross-sectional way. From the results of the study, it was found that the compliance of officers in identifying patients, compliance by officers in washing hands 6 steps 5 moments, hijab (veil, patient clothes, or cloth) for patients, installation of an ECG according to gender, reminding patients to pray, and gharar (uncertainty) had a relationship with the performance of MCU services after Sharia certification at YARSI Hospital Jakarta in the form of extending MCU service time, preventing infection to MCU patients, preventing contamination, reducing doubts in action, being on time, and no parties feeling aggrieved. It is recommended to YARSI Hospital Jakarta, especially at the MCU installation so that the flow of MCU patient care is followed by all MCU officers, regular briefings for uniformity of MCU services, and giving rewards/punishments to MCU officers.

This thesis discusses the trend of decline in the number of patient visits that showindications of low levels of patient loyalty Installation Inpatient RSAB Harapan Kita, wherethe patient may be switched to another hospital or may not return to visit because it was notsatisfied by the services provided. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship ofindependent variables of service quality (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance andempathy) with the dependent variable in patient loyalty Installation Inpatient RSAB HarapanKita in 2012. This study used a cross-sectional study design, the sample size is 106respondents were new patients or patients longer. To test for univariate analysis of frequencydistribution analysis was used, while to test bivariate analysis using quadratic kai test.The analysis showed no significant relationship between service quality and loyalty ofpatients as p value < α (α = 0.05). Obtained p value for each dimension of service quality,that is tangibles (p value = 0.001), reliability (p value = 0.023), responsiveness (p value =0.006), assurance (p value = 0.002) and empathy (p value = 0.033). So is the relationship ofpatient satisfaction with the loyalty of the patients showed a significant relationship ie, pvalue = 0.001.

ABSTRAK Nama : Effie Kartikarini Program Studi : Kajian Administrasi Rumah Sakit Judul : Rencana Bisnis Unit Medical Check Up Rumah Sakit Marinir Cilandak Tahun 2016 s/d 2020 Rumah sakit merupakan salah satu usaha di bidang jasa adalah institusi pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelengarakan pelayanan kesehatan perorangan secara paripurna, yang tidak bisa meninggalkan aspek komersial disamping peran sosialnya. Rumah Sakit Marinir Cilandak (RSMC) adalah salah satu rumah sakit pemerintah tipe B dibawah naungan TNI AL, berdasarkan Perkasal/114/XII/2009 maka RSMC diberikan keleluasaan untuk menerima dan mengelola pasien umum. Saat ini RSMC akan mengembangkan unit Medical Check Up dengan memanfaatkan sarana dan prasarana, serta SDM yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk merumuskan suatu rencana bisnis unit medical check up Rumah Sakit Marinir Cilandak tahun 2016 s/d 2020, sebagai produk layanan kesehatan yang akan dikembangkan di Rumah Sakit Marinir Cilandak. Ruang lingkup dari penelitian ini adalah Rumah Sakit Marinir Cilandak Jl. Raya Cilandak KKO Pasar Minggu Jakarta Selatan dengan menganalisis lingkungan eksternal dan lingkungan internal dalam upaya pemasaran dan pengembangan produk unit medical check up. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan mulai bulan Mei sampai dengan Juni 2016. Hasil dari penelitian antara lain : faktor eksternal yang menjadi peluang adalah peraturan tentang Pola Pengelolaan Keuangan PNBP Yanmasum mendukung terhadap pelayanan pasien umum , letak RS yang strategis, banyaknya tenaga kerja dan perusahaan, peningkatan PDRB, teknologi yang canggih, pelanggan dari perusahaan, dan struktur organisasi RS cukup baik. Sedangkan ancaman bagi unit MCU RSMC : perilaku pemeriksaan kesehatan berkala masih rendah, fasilitas dan jenis pemeriksaan RS pesaing, dan SIM RS belum terintegrasi. Faktor internal yang menjadi kekuatan adalah : sarana dan prasarana cukup bagus, SDM cukup lengkap, dan jenis pemeriksaan bervariasi. Kelemahan bagi unit : Belum adanya manajemen yang baik untuk unit MCU, Administrasi Keuangan belum tertata baik, dan pemasaran belum terencana secara khusus. Rencana bisnis yang disusun untuk unit MCU adalah: rencana organisasi antara lain berupa pemeliharaan dan peningkatan fasilitas kesehatan, rencana administratif antara lain berupa manajemen dan pegawai yang profesional, dan rencana pemasaran antara lain berupa penetapan harga sesuai dengan biaya yang dikeluarkan, serta peningkatan promosi untuk produk layanan MCU. Cilandak marine Hospital is one of governmenthospital accredited with B type under the shade of Indonesian Navy, in which based on Regulation of Chief of Naval /114/XII/2009 was extended a freedom to accept and organize public patient. . In the meantime Cilandak marine Hospital will develop Medical Unit Cheek up by utilize the existing facility and infrastructure and human resources. The aim of this research is to formulate a business plan for medical check up of Cilandak marine Hospital for 2016-2010 as medical service product that will be developed in Cilandak Marine Hospital. Scope of the research is Cilandak marine Hospital jl.Cilandak Raya KKO pasarMinggu South Jakarta by analyzing external and internal environment in the effort of marketing and developing unit product medical check up. The sample taking was conducted in may until June 2016. The result of the research among other : the external factor that become opportunities is regulation on Finance Organizing pattern PNBP Yanmasum( public community service) support to public patient services, strategic location of the hospital, the abundant of worker and company, the increasing of PDRB, the advance of technology, customer from corporate and the good structure of the hospital. Meanwhile, the threat to medical checkup unit of CMH: the habit of regular checkup still low, facilities and kind of checkup by competitor hospital, and SIM of the hospital that is not integrated yet. internal factor that become strength are : good condition of facilities and infrastructure , complete human resources, and the vary of medical check up. Weakness for this unit are: still no managemen so good for every unit of medical check up, disorderly administration of financial and unplanned marketing system. Tesis ini membahas analisis strategi pemasaran unit Medical Check Up RS St. Elisabeth Bekasi dengan menggunakan QSPM, serta melihat karakteristik pelanggan MCU dan bauran pemasaran. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil penelitian memberikan beberapa strategi dari bauran pemasaran, diantaranya strategi produk, strategi harga, strategi penempatan, dan strategi promosi. Keempat strategi tadi terangkum dari strategi market development dan product development yang berasal dari QSPM serta karakteristik pasien, dimana semuanya terangkum dalam matriks rencana strategis pemasaran. Agar strategi yang diusulkan bermanfaat, disarankan melakukan pembenahan internal terlebih dahulu terutama memperkuat bagian pemasaran agar dapat mendorong keberhasilan program yang telah direncanakan. The focus of this study is Marketing Strategic Analysis of Medical Check Up at Santa Elisabeth Bekasi Hospital by using QSPM, and see the characteristics of MCU customers and the marketing mix. This research is qualitative descriptive interpretive. The results provide some of the strategies of the marketing mix, including product strategy, pricing strategy, strategic placement, and promotion strategies. The four strategies summarized from the market development strategy and product development derived from QSPM and patient characteristic, which are all encapsulated a matrix of strategic marketing plans. Peranan pemasaran saat ini sangat panting dalam organisasi Rumah Sakit karena produk yang dihasilkan dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat luas, dan juga dengan bertambahnya Rumah Sakit scrta darnpak dari arus globalisasi, maka persaingan antar Rumah Sakit semakin ketat. Berdasarkan Petunjuk Pclaksanaan Direktur Jenderal Penencanaan Sistem Pcrtahanan Departemen Pertahanan Rl No : Juklak / 03/ Xl I 2001 / DJRSH tanggal I4 November 2001 mengenai Pengelolaan Dana Rumah Sakit hasil Yankesmasum maka Unit Medical Check Up RSPAD Gatot Soebroto diberikan keleluasaan untuk mencrima pasien umum yang pengelolaannya telah diatur dalam juklak tersebut. Dalam perkembangannya Medical Check Up RSPAD Gatot Soebroto mcmbantu menunjang opcrasional RSPAD Gatot Soebroto, bcrkaitan dengan hal ini maka dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis bauran pnomosi yang dilakukan pada Unit Medical Check Up. Dalam penelitian ini pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatiii dimana data yang dikumpulkan berupa data primer yang didapat mclalui kcgialan wawancara mcndalam dari Kepala Unit MCU, Wakil Kepala Unit MCU, Kepala Tata Usaha dan Kepala Pemasaran dan Customer Service RSPAD, sedangkan data sckundcr diperoleh mclalui kegiatan telaah dokumen di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Dari wawancara mendalam dapat diketahui bahwa kegiatan promosi diakui memang sangat penting temtama pada unit MCU. Sasaran kegiatan bauran promosi ini diprioritaskan pada pcrusahaan-perusahaan swasta yang, sudah menjadi pelanggan maupun yang baru. Namun tenaga pelaksana yang terlibat dalam kegiatan promosi ini sangat sedikit sehingga kcgiatan promosi ini belum berjalan secara optimal, selain ilu sudah ada peraturan tentang penyelenggaraan kegiatan promosi itu, laporan frekuensi kegiatan promosi di Unit MCU belum tersedia, sehingga laporan kegiatan yang digunakan bcmsal dari bidang Yanmasum sehingga bentuk pengawasan yang akan dilakukan belum optimal, misalnya dcngan mengadakan evaiuasi kepada tiap kegiatan yang sudah dilakukan. Saran yang dapat disampaikan berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini ditujukan kepada Unit Medical Check Up untuk memiliki tim khusus dalam menangani kegiatan promosi, dan masyarakat umum diharapkan menjadi target utama. Saran untuk Bidang Pelayanan Masyarakat Umum adalah memperkenalkan RSPAD ke masyamkat umum tidak hanya di cvcnt-event tertentu yang terbatas bagi kalangan keschatan. Di samping itu penggunaan E-mail dan Website RSPAD khususnya Unit MCU harus cepat terealisasi agar akses masymkat umum lebih mudah dan informatif.
Marketing role lately is very important in hospital organ ization because product that produced consumed by public and by the increasing of hospital and impact from globalization, so that competition between hospitals is increasing. Based on Implementation Guideline of Defensive System Plan ot`Rl Defensive Ministry No: Juklak/ 03/ Xl/ 2001/ DJRSH date I4 November 2001 toward Hospital Fund Management resulted from Yankesmasum then Medical Check Up Unit at RSPAD Gatot Soebroto gave provision to accept general patient that had it management arranged by that juldak. In development, Medical Check Up of RSPAD Gatot Soebroto is helping in assist operational of`RSPAD Gatot Soebroto, related with this matter so conduct research that aim to analyze promotion mix that do by Medical Check Up Unit. In this research, method that used is qualitative method, where data gathered in the form of primary data that got from meaningful intcrvicw activity from MCU Chief Unit, MCU Sub-Chief Unit, Administration Chief and Marketing Chief and RSPAD Costumer Service, while secondary data got ii'om document research activity at RSPAD Gatot From meaningfirl interview known, that promotion activity is important especially in MCU unit. The promotion mix activity aims to focus in private companies that already become costumer or new one. However, executor tbrce that involved in this promotion activity is very few so that this promotion activity is not optimally run; otherwise, there is already a regulation toward the promotion activity implementation. Promotiorvactivity frequency report in MCU Unit is not yet available; therefore, activity report used provided from Yanmasum so that monitoring forms that done is not yet optimal, for example conducting evaluation toward every activity that already done. Suggestion based on this research result addressed to Medical Check Up Unit to have special unit in handling promotion activity, and public expected to become the main target. Suggestion for Public Service Sector is introducing RSPAD to public not only in certain events that limited for health group. Despitefully, realize utilizing RSPAD E-mail and Website especially MCU Unit had soon in order to ease access for public and more informative.
