Stunting didefinisikan sebagai kondisi perawakan pendek atau sangat pendek akibat terhambatnya pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak dimana anak memiliki panjang/tinggi badan menurut usia kurang dari (-2) Standar Deviasi (SD) pada kurva pertumbuhan anak di awal kehidupan, secara khusus pada usia 1.000 (seribu) hari pertama kehidupan. Gangguan pertumbuhan ini dapat menyebabkan gangguan fungsional yang parah pada anak yang pada akhirnya akan berpengaruh pada kualitas sumber daya manusia. Stunting disebabkan oleh kekurangan gizi kronik yang dapat diakibatkan oleh berbagai faktor antara lain, kemiskinan, asupan nutrisi dan kesehatan ibu yang buruk, pemberian makanan pada balita yang tidak tepat dan lain-lain. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kejadian stunting pada anak usia balita 0-59 bulan di wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Tomata Kabupaten Morowali Utara Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Kriteria inklusi pada kasus yang dimaksud adalah semua balita umur 0-59 bulan yang menderita stunting dan berdomisili di 6 (enam) desa wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Tomata, dan terdata sebagai sasaran penetapan prioritas percepatan penanggulangan stunting tahun 2024 oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Morowali Utara. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan desain case-control (kasus-kontrol) dan menggunakan data primer dari lokasi penelitian di wiayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Tomata Kabupaten Morowali Utara Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Melalui uji regresi logistik melalui analisis multivariat diperoleh informasi bahwa BBLR (OR = 8.28, 95% CI = 2.83 – 24.29, P value < 0.001) merupakan faktor risiko yang paling signifikan berdasarkan statistik
Stunting is defined as a condition of short or very short stature due to stunted growth and development of children where the child has a length/height according to age of less than (-2) Standard Deviation (SD) on the child's growth curve in early life, specifically in the first 1,000 (one thousand) days of life. This growth disorder can cause severe functional disorders in children which will ultimately affect the quality of human resources. Stunting is caused by chronic malnutrition which can be caused by various factors including poverty, poor nutritional intake and maternal health, , improper feeding practices of infants and many more. The purpose of this study was to determine the the factors of the incidence of stunting of stunting in toddlers aged 0-59 months in the working area of the Tomata Health Center, North Morowali Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. The inclusion criteria in the case in question were all toddlers aged 0-59 months who suffered from stunting and domiciled in 6 (six) villages in the working area of the Tomata Health Center, and were recorded as targets for the determination of priority for accelerating stunting control in 2024 by the North Morowali Regency Government. This research instrument used a case-control design and used primary data from the research location in the working area of the Tomata Health Center, North Morowali Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. Through logistic regression testing with multivariate analysis, we had obtained that Low Birth Weight (OR = 8.28, 95% CI = 2.83 – 24.29, P value < 0.001) is the most significant factor statisically.

Hipertensi dalam kehamilan merupakan salah satu komplikasi kehamilan yang banyak terjadi dan menjadi penyebab kematian ibu tertinggi di Indonesia. Salah satu wilayah di Indonesia yang memiliki kasus komplikasi hipertensi dalam kehamilan yang cukup tinggi adalah provinsi Jawa Timur dengan prevalensi mencapai 17,8%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor risiko dari kejadian hipertensi dalam kehamilan pada ibu hamil di provinsi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional dengan menggunakan data sekunder Riskesdas 2018. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji chi square dan regresi logistik ganda untuk menemukan hubungan antara faktor risiko dengan kejadian hipertensi dalam kehamilan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi kejadian hipertensi dalam kehamilan di provinsi Jawa Timur sebesar 9,9%. Variabel yang berhubungan secara signifikan dan menjadi faktor paling dominan dengan kejadian hipertensi dalam kehamilan di Provinsi Jawa Timur adalah tempat tinggal (aPOR = 1,771; 95% CI = 1,088-2,883). Tidak ditemukan hubungan antara variabel usia, tingkat pendidikan, pekerjaan, status gravida, status paritas, dan riwayat aborsi dengan kejadian hipertensi dalam kehamilan di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Pengendalian kejadian hipertensi dalam kehamilan dapat dilakukan melalui penguatan pelayanan antenatal yang optimal kepada ibu hamil.
Hypertension during pregnancy is one of the complications that often occurs in pregnant women and one of the highest cause of maternal death in Indonesia. East Java is one of province that has high cases of hypertension during pregnancy in Indonesia with cases prevalence to 17,8%. This study aims to analyze the risk factors of hypertension during pregnancy in pregnant women in East Java. This research uses a cross sectional study design using secondary data from Riskesdas 2018. The analysis used is chi square and multiple logistic regression analysis to find the relationship between risk factors and hypertension during pregnancy. The results of this study found that the prevalence of hypertension during pregnancy in East Java was 9,9%. Variable that significant associated with hypertension during pregnancy in East Java is residence (aPOR = 1.771; 95% CI = 1.088-2.883). There are no significant association between age, education level, employment, gravidity, parity, and abortion with hypertension during pregnancy. Hypertension during pregnancy control can be done throught strengthening antenatal care for pregnant women.

Abstrak:
Malaria masih merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang dapat menyebabkan kematian terutama pada kelompok risiko tinggi, yaitu bayi, anak balita, dan ibu hamil. Selain itu, malaria secara langsung menyebabkan anemia dan dapat menurunkan produktivitas kerja. Pada tahun 2010 di Indonesia terdapat 65% kabupaten endemis dimana sekitar 45% penduduk di kabupaten tersebut berisiko tertular malaria. Pada tahun 2020 terdapat 515 kasus malaria di Kabupaten Batu Bara, dan pada tahun 2021 meningkat menjadi 952 kasus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko kejadian malaria di Kabupaten Batu Bara. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kasus-kontrol dimana seluruh responden berusia 12 tahun ke atasdimana kasus adalah pasien yang berkunjung ke puskesmas dengan gejala demam dengan hasil pemeriksaan positif dan kontrol adalah mereka yang memiliki gejala demam dengan hasil pemeriksaan negatif malaria. Dari hasil analisis multivariat dengan melibatkan semua faktor risiko secara bersamaan, terlihat variabel yang mempengaruhi kejadian malaria secara signifikan adalah faktor usia dan keberadaan kandang ternak. Berdasarkan kategori usia, maka terlihat responden berusia 12-17 tahun terukur memiliki risiko tertular malaria tertinggi (AOR= 3,85; 1,40 – 10,59) dibandingkan kelompok usia 18-40 tahun (AOR= 1,79; 0,70 – 4,58). Responden yang menyatakan terdapat kandang ternak besar di sekitar tempat tinggal lebih berisiko 3 kali tertular malaria dibandingkan dengan responden yang tidak berdekatan dengan kandang ternak.

Abstrak:
WHO menyatakan bahwa penyebaran leptospirosis di dunia meluas terutama padadaerah dengan iklim tropis dan sub tropis yang memiliki curah hujan tinggi. Tikussebagai binatang yang dekat keberadaannya dengan manusia merupakan sumberpenularan leptospirosis yang ada di Indonesia. Kejadian leptospirosis diKabupaten Bantul dari tahun 2012 sampai tahun 2015 selalu menduduki rangkingtertinggi apabila dibandingkan dengan kabupaten lain. Disamping tingginya angkakesakitan, angka kematian penderita leptospirosis di Kabupaten Bantul juga relatiftinggi bila dibandingkan dengan wilayah lain di Provinsi Daerah IstimewaYogyakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan faktor lingkungandan individu yang berisiko terhadap kejadian leptospirosis di Kabupaten BantulProvinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta tahun 2016 dengan menggunakan desaincase control. Sampel penelitian menggunakan data penderita leptospirosis diKabupaten Bantul dari bulan Januari-Mei 2016. Penelitian ini difokuskan padafaktor risiko lingkungan serta faktor individu. Jumlah penderita yangditemukan/dilaporkan pada periode bulan Januari sampai dengan Mei 2016sebanyak 34 kasus. Faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian Leptospirosis diKabupaten Bantul Pekerjaan (nilai p=0,001; OR=7,35; CI 95%=2,290-23,571), ,dan Perilaku (nilai p=0,028; OR=3,43; CI 95%=1,255-9,370), Perawatan luka(nilai p=0,014; OR=3,97; CI 95%=1,426-11,040), Pengetahuan (nilai p=0,015;OR=3,83; CI 95%=1,403-10,477) Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa faktoryang berhubungan dengan kejadian leptospirosis adalah faktor pekerjaan, faktorperilaku, perawatan luka dan pengetahuan.

Abstrak:
Latar belakang : Malaria adalah masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang cukup serius bagi ibu hamil. Ibu hamil lebih berisiko untuk terinfeksi malaria dibandingkan dengan ibu yang tidak hamil. Prevalensi malaria ibu hamil di dunia diperkirakan 10%-65%. Ibu hamil yang berada di area endemis di dunia diperkirakan lebih dari 23 juta orang. Bahaya malaria pada ibu hamil selain dapat mengganggu kesehatan ibu seperti anemia, malaria berat sampai pada kematian, juga janin yang dikandungnya dapat mengalami keguguran, kematian janin dalam kandungan, berat badan lahir rendah dan lain-lain. Prevalensi malaria ibu hamil di Indonesia belum diketahui pasti karena terbatasnya informasi dan penelitian yang ada.
Tujuan : penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan seberapa besar proporsi kejadian malaria ibu hamil dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya di high incidence area dan medium incidence area di Kabupaten Nias Tahun 2005.
Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan kroseksional dengan data primer, dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei sampai dengan Juni 2005. Sampel penelitian adalah ibu hamil yang dalam satu bulan terakhir belum pernah minum obat anti malaria. Besar sampel 440 orang ibu hamil masing-masing 220 orang di high incidence area dan 220 orang di medium incidence area. Pengambilan sampel dengan multistage random sampling Analisis dilakukan untuk mengambarkan proporsi dan faktor determinan kejadian malaria di masing-masing area. Variabel yang diteliti adalah kejadian malaria, graviditas, paritas, usia kehamilan, usia ibu, pekerjaan, pengetahuan, pemakaian obat nyamuk dan pakaian tertutup anggota badan.
Hasil : Proporsi kejadian malaria pada ibu hamil di HIA adalah 36,36%, MIA 31,36% dan HIA+MIA 33,86%, dan ibu hamil yang mengalami gejala klinis dalam sebulan terakhir di HIA 10,90% dan MIA 35,45%. Proporsi kehamilan pertama dan menderita malaria di HIA adalah 48,28%, sedangkan di MIA adalah 47,80%. Proporsi paritas 1 dan menderita malaria di HIA adalah 44,64% sedangkan di MIA adalah 48%. Proporsi usia kehamilan 14-27 minggu di HIA adalah 41,76%, sedangkan di MIA adalah 31,07%. Ibu hamil yang berusia < 20 tahun dan sakit malaria 31,25%, sedangkan di MIA adalah 30,77%. Ibu hamil yang bekerja diluar rumah dan sakit malaria di HIA adalah 39,33%, sedangkan di MIA adalah 32,31%. Ibu hamil yang tidak atau kadang-kadang menggunakan obat nyamuk dan menderita malaria di HIA 44,64% dan 37,93%, sedangkan di MIA adalah 40,74% dan 37,04%. Ibu hamil yang tidak atau kadang-kadang menggunakan pakaian tertutup anggota badan dan menderita malaria di HIA adalah 48,68% dan 33,85%, sedangkan di MIA adalah 38,18% dan 34,78%.
Kesimpulan : Kejadian malaria ibu hamil tidak ada perbedaan bermakna antara kedua area. Faktor determinan kejadian malaria ibu hamil adalah graviditas, pengetahuan, pemakaian obat nyamuk dan pakaian tertutup anggota badan.

Background : Malaria is a public health problem which very serious for pregnant women. Pregnant women is more exposed to malaria infection compared with non-pregnant women. Pregnant women malaria prevalence on world estimated 10%-65%. Pregnant women on epidemic area in the world estimated more than 23 million people. Malaria danger on pregnant women beside can corrupt mother's health such as anemia, heavy malaria toward death, also infant miscarriage, infant death, low birth weight, and etcetera. Pregnant women malaria prevalence on Indonesia had not been detected because of information and research limitation.
Objective : This research?s aim is to describe malaria proportion on pregnant women and influence factors on high incidence area and medium incidence area in Nias district year 2005.
Methods : This research using cross-sectional design with primer data, conducted in May till June 2005. Research sample is pregnant women which in the last month never been drinking anti-malaria medicine. Sample quality 440 pople pregnant women each 220 people on high incidence area and 220 people on medium incidence area. Sample was taken by multistage random sampling. Analysis was conducted to describe proportion and malaria determinant factor on each area. Research variable are malaria itself, gravidity, parity, pregnancy age, mother's age, occupation, knowledge about malaria, usage of insect killer and closed outfit.
Results : Proportion malaria on pregnant women in HIA was 36,36%, MIA 31,36% and HIA+MIA 33,86% and pregnant women that suffer clinics symptom for the last month in HIA 10,90% and MIA 35,45%. First pregnancy proportion and suffer malaria in HIA was 48,28%, while on MIA was 47,80%. One (1) parity proportion and suffer malaria on HIA was 44,64% while on MIA was 48%. Pregnancy age proportion 14-27 weeks on HIA was 41,76%, while on MIA was 31,07%. Pregnant women under 20 year old and suffer from malaria 31,25%, while on MIA was 30,77%. Pregnant women that work outside house and suffer from malaria on HIA was 39,33%, while on MIA was 32,31%. Pregnant other that rarely or not using insect killer and suffer from malaria on HIA 44,64% and 37,93%, while on MIA was 40,74% and 37,04%. Pregnant women that not or rarely using closed outfit and suffer from malaria on HIA was 48,68% and 33,85%, while on MIA was 38,18% and 34,78%.
Conclusions : Malaria on pregnant women in high incidence area and medium incidence area no relation signifikant. Malaria determinant factor on pregnant women are gravidity, knowledge about the danger of malaria for pregnant women, usage of insect killer and closed outfit.

Proporsi usia kehamilan 14-27 minggu di HIA adalah 41,76%, sedangkan di MIA adalah 31,07%. Ibu hamil yang berusia < 20 tahun dan sakit malaria 31,25%, sedangkan di MIA adalah 30,77%. Ibu hamil yang bekerja diluar rumah dan sakit malaria di HIA adalah 39,33%, sedangkan di MIA adalah 32,31%. Ibu hamil yang tidak atau kadang-kadang menggunakan obat nyamuk dan menderita malaria di HIA 44,64% dan 37,93%, sedangkan di MIA adalah 40,74% dan 37,04%. Ibu hamil yang tidak atau kadang-kadang menggunakan pakaian tertutup anggota badan dan menderita malaria di HIA adalah 48,68% dan 33,85%, sedangkan di MIA adalah 38,18% dan 34,78%.
Kesimpulan : Kejadian malaria ibu hamil tidak ada perbedaan bermakna antara kedua area. Faktor determinan kejadian malaria ibu hamil adalah graviditas, pengetahuan, pemakaian obat nyamuk dan pakaian tertutup anggota badan.

Background : Malaria is a public health problem which very serious for pregnant women. Pregnant women is more exposed to malaria infection compared with non-pregnant women. Pregnant women malaria prevalence on world estimated 10%-65%. Pregnant women on epidemic area in the world estimated more than 23 million people. Malaria danger on pregnant women beside can corrupt mother's health such as anemia, heavy malaria toward death, also infant miscarriage, infant death, low birth weight, and etcetera. Pregnant women malaria prevalence on Indonesia had not been detected because of information and research limitation.
Objective : This research?s aim is to describe malaria proportion on pregnant women and influence factors on high incidence area and medium incidence area in Nias district year 2005.
Methods : This research using cross-sectional design with primer data, conducted in May till June 2005. Research sample is pregnant women which in the last month never been drinking anti-malaria medicine. Sample quality 440 pople pregnant women each 220 people on high incidence area and 220 people on medium incidence area. Sample was taken by multistage random sampling. Analysis was conducted to describe proportion and malaria determinant factor on each area. Research variable are malaria itself, gravidity, parity, pregnancy age, mother's age, occupation, knowledge about malaria, usage of insect killer and closed outfit.
Results : Proportion malaria on pregnant women in HIA was 36,36%, MIA 31,36% and HIA+MIA 33,86% and pregnant women that suffer clinics symptom for the last month in HIA 10,90% and MIA 35,45%. First pregnancy proportion and suffer malaria in HIA was 48,28%, while on MIA was 47,80%. One (1) parity proportion and suffer malaria on HIA was 44,64% while on MIA was 48%. Pregnancy age proportion 14-27 weeks on HIA was 41,76%, while on MIA was 31,07%. Pregnant women under 20 year old and suffer from malaria 31,25%, while on MIA was 30,77%. Pregnant women that work outside house and suffer from malaria on HIA was 39,33%, while on MIA was 32,31%. Pregnant other that rarely or not using insect killer and suffer from malaria on HIA 44,64% and 37,93%, while on MIA was 40,74% and 37,04%. Pregnant women that not or rarely using closed outfit and suffer from malaria on HIA was 48,68% and 33,85%, while on MIA was 38,18% and 34,78%.
Conclusions : Malaria on pregnant women in high incidence area and medium incidence area no relation signifikant. Malaria determinant factor on pregnant women are gravidity, knowledge about the danger of malaria for pregnant women, usage of insect killer and closed outfit.
