ABSTRAK Banyaknya keluhan dari karyawan RSU Manuaba tentang rendahnya kompensasi yang telah diterima selama ini mengakibatkan tingginya turn over karyawan terutama di kalangan paramedis sampai pertengahan tahun 2010. Oleh karena itu, peneliti ingin mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kompensasi finansial dan nonfinansial tersebut terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di RSU Manuaba tahun 2012. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel 141 orang, yang merupakan jumlah total karyawan RSU Manuaba. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel jenis kelamin, status perkawinan, profesi, status kepegawaian, masa kerja, kompensasi finansial, dan kompensasi non-finansial yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan adalah kompensasi nonfinansial. Saran untuk RSU Manuaba adalah lebih proporsional saat rekrutmen karyawan baru, melakukan perbaikan sistem pembagian insentif, perbaikan pada poin poin penilaian pemberian insentif, perbaikan pengelolaan dana untuk jamsostek karyawan, menyediakan alat DC shock, sosilaisasi prosedur secara kontinu, pelatihan tentang kepemimpinan, pemisahan jabatan struktural dan fungsional, membuat ketetapan untuk rotasi dan mutasi karyawan, menyiapkan dana pensiun untuk karyawan kontrak, menyediakan tempat istirahat buat karyawan.
ABSTRACT In the mid year of 2010, there were too many complaint occured among the paramedic employees in Manuaba Hospital due to of low compensation offered to the employee costed of hight turn over. By the case experienced above we would like to take this opportunity to study how the charateistic individual, financial and non financial compensation affects the job satisfaction employee in Manuaba Hospital in 2012. This study will implement with cross sectional methode among 141 employees, as the total number of Manuaba Hospital employee.The employees job satisfaction is affected by many factors as the following : employes status (single/married), gender (female/male), profesionalism, employees historical (permanent/contract), longovity of work, financial and non financial compensation as result of this study. The main factor affected the employee job satisfaction is non financial compensation. Suggestion for Manuaba Hospital are propotional employe recruitmen, improvement of incentive system, value incentive indicator and source donation health insurance employee. DC Shock instrument should be ready in the hopital, continuous procedure socialisation, leadership workshop, separation of sturctural and functional position employee, pension donation prepare for contract employees, and prepare rest room for employees.
Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Majalengka sebagai institusi pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat, dalam era globalisasi berusaha meningkatkan kualitas mutu pelaksanaan kesehatan termasuk pelayanan keperawatan, Salah satu indikator untuk menjaga kualitas pelayanan adalah peningkatan kinerja perawat pelaksana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja perawat dan pengaruh kinerja perawat terhadap kepuasan perawat terhadap keuangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan sampel berjumlah 57 perawat di RSUD Majalengka. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dengan tehnik Simple Random Sampling. Sampel dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Metode analisa data dilakukan dengan tahapan univariat dan bivariat (correlation pearson dan regresi linier sederhana). Hasil penelitian menyatakan pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja perawat sebesar 18,4%, dan pengaruh kinerja perawat erhadaap keuasan perawat terhadap keuangan sebesar 12%. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disarankan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan perawat terhadap keuangan maka kinerja perawat di RSUD Majalengka perlu ditingkatkan dengan memperbanyak kegiatan pelatihan bagi perawat baik yang dilaksanakan didalam maupun diluar rumah sakit. Majalengka general hospital as a community health services institution, in this era of globalization, trying to increase health services quality including care services. One of the indicator to maintain services quality is nurses performance improvement with continuosly train nurses in order to improve the performance. This research is aimed at analyzed the influence of training toward nurse’s performance and the influence of nurse’s performance toward their financial satisfaction. The research is a quantitative with using 57 nurses as respondent and conducted in April-May 2011. Data analysis methods was done by following univariate, and bivariat (pearson’s correlation and simple linier regression). The result of research finding shows that training has significant influence to nurse’s performance is 18,4%, and nurse’s performance has significant influence to nurse’s satisfy towards financial is 12 %. Based on this research, the management of Majalengka Hospital is recommended to increase improvement effort by training out door or in door. This study examines about the satisfaction of medical support affairs of non-civil servants of the remunerations based Competency Based Human Resource Management (CBHRM) in Pasar Rebo Hospital in 2011. This research is a cross sectional research using quantitative methods. The data was collected by filling questionnaires. A total of 134 questionnaires distributed but only 107 complete questionnaires are returned to the researcher. Respondents in this research are 107 medical support affairs of non-civil servants in Pasar Rebo Hospital which is divided into 6 installations. The result showed that there are 53.3 % officers who stated that they are not satisfied with the remuneration received. By this research, known that amount of time working, knowledge about remuneration system, leadership, supervision, remuneration policy, dissemination of remuneration system associated with satisfaction of medical support affairs of non-civil servants of the remunerations based CBHRM. The hospital needs to follow up these findings by evaluating remuneration and improve dissemination of the remuneration system in Pasar Rebo Hospital, involving relevant management and employees of related installation.
