Salah satu sistem informasi di rumah sakit yang diperlukan dalam mendukung pelayanan rawat inap adalah sistem Bed Management. Sistem ini merupakan bagian dari Electronic Health Record (EHR) RSPON Prof. Dr. dr. Mahar Mardjono Jakarta dan terkait dengan indikator rawat inap yang terdiri dari BOR (Bed Occupancy Rate), TOI (Turn Over Interval), LOS (Length Of Stay) dan BTO (Bed Turn Over), GDR (Gross Death Rate) dan NDR (Net Death Rate). Beberapa kendala terkait bed management yang sering terjadi, diantaranya: keterbatasan tempat tidur sehingga pasien tidak dapat masuk ruang rawat, koordinasi antar unit yang terhambat dalam pemesanan kamar, lamanya persiapan pasien pulang, adanya kebutuhan informasi yang belum terakomodir dalam sistem, adanya kamar yang tidak dapat digunakan (inaktif). Saat ini sistem yang ada belum dapat menampilkan informasi terkait efisiensi pelayanan Bed Management secara realtime, sehingga perlu pengembangan untuk menghasilkan informasi yang lebih lengkap dan realtime terkait bed management. Rancangan Sistem ini model Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dalam bentuk prototype dengan output Dashboard laporan terkait bed management. Pengembangan ini diharapkan memudahkan semua pihak yang terkait dalam melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi pelayanan sehingga dapat mempercepat pimpinan dalam pengambilan kebijakan termasuk percepatan respon terhadap permasalahan yang ada agar pelayanan berjalan lancar dan meningkatkan kepuasan pasien.
One of the hospital information systems required to support inpatient services is the Bed Management System. This system is a part of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) at RSPON Prof. Dr. dr. Mahar Mardjono Jakarta and is related to inpatient indicators including BOR (Bed Occupancy Rate), TOI (Turn Over Interval), LOS (Length Of Stay), BTO (Bed Turn Over), GDR (Gross Death Rate), and NDR (Net Death Rate). Some common issues related to bed management include: limited bed availability preventing patients from being admitted to the ward, hindered coordination between units in room booking, prolonged patient discharge preparation, unmet information needs within the system, and rooms that cannot be used (inactive). Currently, the existing system cannot display information related to the efficiency of Bed Management services in real-time, thus development is needed to provide more comprehensive and real-time information regarding bed management. This system design follows the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model in the form of a prototype with a Dashboard output for bed management reports. This development is expected to facilitate all related parties in monitoring and evaluating services, thereby enabling leadership to make quicker decisions and accelerate responses to existing issues, ensuring smooth service operations and improving patient satisfaction.

Abstrak:
Pengelolaan peralatan medis merupakan faktor penting dalam menjaga mutu peralatan medis dalam pelayanan rumah sakit tetap berjalan. Pengelolaan peralatan medis di sarana pelayanan kesehatan, dimulai semenjak perencanaan yang didahului dengan evaluasi teknologi serta penilaian perlengkapan kesehatan yang terdapat, pengadaan, penerimaan, pengoperasian, pemeliharaan serta penghapusan. Tercantum di dalamnya terdapat proses inventarisasi, dokumentasi, surveillance, serta recall. Peralatan medis pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Solok terus bertambah sehingga dibutuhkan data yang akuran dan database pada pengelolaan peralatan medis rumah sakit dimana sistem yang bisa membantu manajemen rumah sakit dalam pengelolaan peralatan medis dengan sistem informasi pengelolaan peralatan medis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat prototipe sistem informasi pengelolaan peralatan medis rumah sakit yang akan diterapkan pada sistem manajemen pengelolaan peralatan medis rumah sakit dan merupakan database yang menyajikan informasi yang cepat, tepat, dan mudah di akses oleh pengguna sistem.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pengembangan sistem informasi pengelolaan peralatan medis ini berbasis web dan mobile dengan pendekatan SDLC dengan metode prototipe dengan empat tahapan perencanaan, analisis, desain, dan implementasi. Luaran penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi media yang efektif dan efisien dalam mejadikan data dan informasi pengelolaan peralatan medis sehingga bisa memberikan sebuah keputusan dalam menentukan perkembabangan teknologi peralatan medis selanjutnya diterapkan pada manajemen pengelolaan peralatan medis untuk memberikan rekomendasi untuk pemanfaatan peralatan medis yang kompetitif disektor kesehatan masyarakat, meningkatkan efisiensi dalam layanan perawatan kesehatan dan meningkatkan hasil kesehatan.

Penyakit jantung dan pembuluh darah (PJPD), salah satu Penyakit Tidak Menular,merupakan penyebab kematian terbesar secara global di seluruh negara. Prevalensi PJPDdi Indonesia tergolong tinggi. Akan tetapi skrining atau deteksi dini faktor risiko PJPDmasih rendah. Prastudi di lapangan menunjukan bahwa masih terjadi inefektifitas dan inefisiensi implementasi analisis kebutuhan diklat di Balai Besar Pelatihan Kesehatan Ciloto, seperti prosedur yang panjang, waktu proses yang lama, biaya besar, kurangnya keterwakilan data serta lemahnya dukungan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Selain itu secara substansi, permasalahan belum tergalinya softskills sebagai salah satu kemampuan penting pemberi layanan kesehatan (terutama perawat) membuat rekomendasi analisis kebutuhan diklat sebagai pertimbangan pengambilan keputusan perencanaan program diklat belum komprehensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun rancangan Sistem Informasi AKD Berbasis Web dengan kajian softskills perawat rumah sakit, yang efektif dan efisien dilengkapi dengan prototype program yang dapat menghasilkan informasi untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam rangka perencanaan program diklat di BBPK Ciloto. Metodologi penelitian yaitu operational research dengan metode pengembangan sistem prototype. pengumpulan data primer dengan cara wawancara pada informan serta data sekunder melalui telaah dokumen dan observasi lapangan dengan metode pengujian sistem user acceptance test. Keluaran informasi yang dapat dihasilkan adalah informasi yang dapat digunakan untuk perencanaan program diklat softskills. Dari hasil pengujian dan analisis, sistem lebih efektif dan efisien dibandingkan dengan sistem berjalan. Dalam pengembangannya perlu ada strategi untuk meningkatkan tingkat partisipasi dan perlunya dukungan dan masukan baik dari unit utama kementerian kesehatan, unit pembina teknis maupun organisasi profesi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistemmonitoring fasilitas kesehatan angkatan laut di Dinas Kesehatan Angkatan Laut.Pengembangan sistem menggunakan Sistem Development Life Cycle (SDLC)dengan pendekatan prototype. Pengumpulan data primer dengan cara wawancaramendalam. Data sekunder berdasarkan telaahan dokumen pencatatan danpelaporan. Penilaian didalam sistem monitoring dan evaluasi fasilitas kesehatanangkatan laut berdasarkan peraturan Kementrian Kesehatan. Sistem yangdikembangkan dapat memperlihatkan informasi terhadap kemampuan fasilitaskesehatan (rumah sakit dan BK/BP) di bidang pelayanan kesehatan, sarana danprasarana serta SDM. Penggabungan sistem dilaksanakan dengan cara fullmigrasi agar dapat melaksanakan sharing data secara langsung. Rekam medis merupakan kumpulan data yang berisi catatan klinis, data demografi dan riwayat pengobatan yang diberikan kepada pasien. Pendokumentasian rekam medis harus dibuat selengkap dan seakurat mungkin guna untuk meningkatkan kualitas pencatatan medis yang menjadi bagian yang sangat penting dalam pengelolaan manajemen informasi kesehatan. Rekam medis lengkap dapat menjadi cerminan baik buruknya pelayanan pelayanan serta rekam medis merupakan sumber utama untuk bahan pengambilan keputusan rencana pengobatan, bahan pelaporan dan riset, dan dokumen penting dalam proses pembiayaan klaim JKN. Monitoring dan evaluasi kelengkapan pengisian secara berkala dan terintegrasi diperlukan sebagai intervensi dalam peningkatan kualitas pencatatan rekam medis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang prototype sistem informasi yang berguna bagi fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan untuk melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi kelengkapan rekam medis. Pengembangan sistem informasi mengadopsi model System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang menghasilkan data kebutuhan sistem, analisis kelayakan bahwa sistem ini dapat dikembangkan melalui pendekatan feasibity study, menghasil desain logis untuk arsitektur databaes dan prototype aplikasi berbasis web. Hasil evaluasi penerimaan pengguna pada kelompok uji coba dengan mengadopsi Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) menyatakan bahwa 80% responden menyatakan sangat setuju bahwa sistem informasi mudah digunakan, 83% menyatakan sangat setuju bahwa sistem memiliki manfaat untuk menunjang kinerja dan hasil penilaian sikap penggguna 83% responden menyatakan sangat setuju untuk menggunakan sistem informasi. Saran peneliti kepada pemangku kebijakan di rumah sakit agar dapat diimplementasikan sistem informasi yang telah dikembangkan yang berguna sebagai alat bantu dalam kegiatan monitoring dan evaluasi untuk peningkatan kelengkapan dan kualitas pengisian rekam medis di institusi pelayanan kesehatan.
Medical records are a collection of data containing clinical notes, demographic data, and the treatment history provided to patients. Documentation of medical records must be made as complete and accurate as possible to improve the quality of medical record-keeping, which is a very important part of health information management. Complete medical records can reflect the quality of services provided and are the main source for decision-making in treatment planning, reporting, research, and important documents in the JKN claim financing process. Periodic and integrated monitoring and evaluation of the completeness of medical record entries are necessary interventions to improve the quality of medical record-keeping. This research aims to design a prototype information system useful for healthcare facilities to monitor and evaluate the completeness of medical records. The development of the information system adopts the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model, resulting in system requirements data, feasibility analysis that this system can be developed through a feasibility study approach, and producing logical designs for database architecture and web-based application prototypes. User acceptance evaluation results in the test group, adopting the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), indicate that 80% of respondents strongly agree that the information system is easy to use, 83% strongly agree that the system is beneficial in supporting performance, and 83% of respondents strongly agree to use the information system. The researchers suggest that policymakers in hospitals implement the developed information system as a tool in monitoring and evaluation activities to improve the completeness and quality of medical record entries in healthcare institutions.

Suatu rancangan sistem informasi pelaporan monitoring dan evaluasi yangterkomputerisasi diciptakan untuk menggantikan sistem lama yang masih manual. Metodelogi menggunakan tahapan dalam metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang dimulai dari tahap analisis,perancangan database, perancangan interface hingga implementasi. Studiini dibatasi hanya sampai pada tahap desain sistem. Hasil pengembangansistem monitoring dan evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan dan realisasi anggaran kesehatan di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Bengkulu memudahkan penggunauntuk mendapat data alokasi anggaran, realisasi, capaian kegiatan , dan sisaanggaran. Proses rekapitulasi data secara manual pada sistem informasi program usaha kesehatan sekolah di Kota Bogor membutuhkan waktu analisis data yang lamadan sering menyebabkan kesalahan-kesalahan perhitungan variabel data yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi sistem informasi program usaha kesehatan sekolah (UKS) yang mampu menghasilkan informasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan esensial di tingkat institusi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan mengunakan metode RAD (Rapid Application Development)yang meliputi tahapan perencanaan kebutuhan, rancangan pemakai, dan kostruksi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan prototipe aplikasi sistem informasi manajemen program UKS berbasis web terintegrasi dari tingkat sekolah sampai ke tingkatDinas Kesehatan Kota Bogor. Recapitulation process data manually on information systems school healthprogram in the City of Bogor takes a long data analysis and often lead to errorsexisting data variable calculation. This study aims to design managementinformation systems application for school health program is able to produce theinformation in accordance with the essential requirements at the institutional level.This study is a qualitative research method using a RAD (Rapid ApplicationDevelopment) which includes the stages of planning needs, design the user, andconstruction. This research resulted in a web-based prototype application ofmanagement information systems for school health program to integrated of inschool level up to the level of Bogor City Health Department. The design of theapplication management information systems can help implementers users ofschool health program in Bogor to doing data input, data processing, and datapresentation so that the expected inforward disitribution able to improve theaccuracy and timeliness of reporting.Keywords: Designing, Management Information Systems, School Health Program
