Tumpang tindih pekerjaan, tanggungjawab yang kompleks, ketidakpastian status, ketidakjelasan pengembangan karir, dan kurangnya keamanan kerja pada tenaga medis sebagai Kepala Puskesmas (jabatan struktural) yang diberi tanggungjawab sebagai Pelaksana Tugas. Antara tenaga medis jabatan struktural dan fungsional besar gaji, insentif atau tunjangan yang diterima setiap bulannya sama. Bahaya psikososial kerja merupakan bahaya yang berhubungan dengan faktor pekerjaan (job content) dapat meliputi beban kerja, rutinitas kerja, desain tugas, serta tata cara kerja dan alat yang digunakan. Sedangkan faktor lingkungan pekerjaan (job context) meliputi peran dalam organisasi, hubungan interpersonal, pengembangan karir, pengawasan dan penilaian atasan, serta suasana kerja. Bahaya ini secara langsung atau tidak berpengaruh terhadap kondisi kerja dan jiwa. Jika seseorang tidak dapat mempengaruhi bahaya ini dengan baik maka akan jatuh pada kondisi stres dan lambat laun akan mengalami gangguan yang berakibat keluhan baik pada diri individu maupun terhadap organisasi atau tempat kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi bahaya psikososial kerja dan hubungannya dengan tingkat stres pada tenaga medis Puskesmas di Kota Pekanbaru. Desain penelitian ini dalam bentuk analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh tenaga medis Puskesmas yang berstatus Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Kota Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 67 orang. Pengukuran data menggunakan kuesioner berdasarkan Life Event Scale. Dalam menentukan tingkat bahaya psikososial kerja dan tingkat stres, jumlah skor dari seluruh indikator dihitung kemudian menghasilkan suatu nilai yang menentukan tingkat kategori. Analisa data dilakukan secara univariate dan bivariate dengan uji korelasi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 11.1% tenaga medis jabatan fungsional mempunyai persepsi bahaya psikososial kerja faktor pekerjaan (job content) mempunyai proporsi lebih besar dalam menimbulkan stres dari pada jabatan struktural (0.0%). Sedangkan faktor lingkungan pekerjaan (job context) mempunyai proporsi lebih besar pada tenaga medis jabatan fungsional (17.9%) dari pada jabatan struktural (11.1%) dalam menimbulkan stres. Tenaga medis dengan jabatan struktural (31.3%) mempunyai proporsi lebih besar untuk mengalami stres dari pada jabatan fungsional (23.5%). Saran, Membuat usulan kepada Pemerintah Daerah untuk memberikan Surat Keputusan tentang kejelasan atau kepastian status dari Kepala Puskesmas berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan No. 128 Tahun 2004 sehingga keamanan dalam bekerja dapat dicapai.
Overlapping work, complex responsibility, uncertainty or un-clarity of status and career development, lack of work`s security and safety on medical staff of Public Health Service Chairman (structural position) who had been given responsibility as Execution Staff. Between medical staff/personnel of functional and structural position employed, salary average, incentive or received subsidy per month are same. Work psychosocial hazard is hazards that related to work factors (job content) its might included work load, job`s daily activity, work design, and work procedures and work equipment applied. While work environmental factor (job context) covers the role in organization, the interpersonal relation, career development, observation and superior assessment, and work situation. These Hazards either directly or indirectly influence working and physical condition. If someone cannot control these hazards properly, he/she will be fall into stress condition and experience some disturbance that causing complaint on either the individual him self or organization or workplace. This research aimed to know work psychosocial hazard perception and its relationship with stress level at medical staff of Public Health Service in Pekanbaru City. This research design is in the form of descriptive analytical with cross sectional approach. Research sample is all off medical staff/personnel of Public Health Service who have status Civil Public Servant in Pekanbaru City are sixty seven persons. Data Measurement using questionnaire based on Life Event Scale. In determining level of work psychosocial hazard and stress level, number of scores from all indicators is being calculated then its result a value determining level of category. Data analysis conducted in univariate and bivariate with correlation test. Result of the research that is 11.1% medical staff of functional position has work psychosocial hazard perception, work factor has bigger proportion in generating stress than structural position (0.0%). While work environmental factor (job context) has bigger proportion than medical staff/personnel of functional position (17.9%) than structural position (11.1%) in generating stress. Medical staff with structural position (31.3%) has bigger proportion to experience stress than functional position (23.5%). The researcher suggest Local Government to give Decree about clarity or certainty of Public Health Center Chairman`s status based on Decree of The Minister for Public Health Number 128 Year 2004 until the security and safety in working are will be able to reach.

Work Fatigue is a physical or mental condition that occurs to workers and negatively affects their work performance. This study discusses the contributing factors for the occurrence of Subjective Work Fatigue in Bogor City firefighters in 2019. The number of respondents studied was the entire population, which is 54 workers. Measurement of fatigue using a questionnaire in the form of fatigue symptoms originating from the Industrial Fatigue Research Committee (IFRC) and the results showed that 36 workers (66.6%) experienced mild fatigue and 18 workers (33.3%) experienced moderate fatigue. The research design used was cross sectional using the quantitative method (Chi-square) and odd ratio to determine the degree of relationship between two variabels. The results of this study indicate the absence of variabels that have a significant relationship to the occurrence of fatigue.

Firefighters are at high risk of experiencing fatigue due to the demands of 24-hour readiness, exposure to emergency situations, and substantial physical and psychological demands at work. This study aimed to analyze the level of fatigue and the contributing risk factors among firefighters in City X, 2025. This study employed a cross-sectional study with a simple random sampling method. 138 participants who completed the OFER-15, NASA-TLX, PSS-10, PSQI, and IPAQ-7 questionnaires. The work-related fatigue risk factors examined included workload, work duration, length of service, commuting time, and occupational stress. Non-work-related factors included age, nutritional status, sleep quantity and quality, physical activity, and caffeine consumption. The results indicated that 15.9% of respondents experienced chronic fatigue, 18.8% acute fatigue, and 15.2% inadequate recovery time. 3 out of 5 work-related factors, specifically work duration, length of service, and occupational stress were significantly associated with both chronic and acute fatigue. Chronic fatigue was associated with work duration (p value: 0.028, OR: 3.519), length of service (p-value: 0.045, OR: 0.396), and occupational stress (p value: 0.015, OR: 4.969), while acute fatigue was linked to work duration (p value: 0.004, OR: 4.675), length of service (p value: 0.012, OR: 0.284), and occupational stress (p value: 0.037, OR: 3.267). Physical activity was the only non-work-related factor significantly associated with chronic fatigue (p value: 0.041, OR: 2.917). These findings highlight the need for fatigue prevention programs tailored to job types and individual conditions.
PT. X is a company of tourism and property industry. The employees arerequired to continuously improve the quality of services in accordance theexpectation of customers and organization that cause stress of work. This studyaims to analyze the association between psychosocial hazards and work relatedstress using a cross sectional study on 107 respondents. The result showed 49.5%of respondents experiencing high stress. Psychosocial factors significantlyassociated with work-related stress on employees are career development, jobsatisfaction, interpersonal relationship, task design and workload. There was nosignificantly associated job control, and work schedule with work-related stress.
Pendahuluan : Berkaitan dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan perlu dipertimbangkan berbagai risiko atau potensi bahaya yang timbul dari pekerjaan tersebut. Hal ini bisa terjadi akbat sistem kerja alau cara kerja dari manusia, ala!/mesin, bahan serta lingkungannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi pegawai tetap Dinas Keschatan Kota Depok terhadap bahaya psikososial di tempat kelja tahun 2006. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan disain diskripsi analitik dengan pendekatan cross seclional. Populasi penelitian adalah pegawai tetap Dinas Kesehatan Kota Depok sebanyak 100 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel adalah convenience sampling / quota sampling. Pengambilan data dengan observasi/pengamatan, wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis statistik SPSS 11.5 menggunakan univariat dan bivariat dcngan uji Anova, uji Lanjutan Turkey dan uji T. Hasil penelitian : Hasil pcnclitian ini diketahui bahwa persepsi pegawai tenlang 1 (I) secara umum persepsi pegawai yang dominan terhadap bahaya psikososial adalah Contenz qf work atau isi kerja (2,39) dan secara khusus adalah kondisi Iingkungan kerja (l,48) dipersepsikan paling rendah / negatif ; (2) perbcdaan pcrsepsi mcnurut status pegawai bahwa fungsi & budaya organisasi (2,3O), peraturan organisasi (2,2C), Iingkungan & peralatan kcrja (2,06) Serta desain lugas (2,212) dipersepsikan paling rendah / negatif oleh CPNS; (3) pcrbedaan persepsi mcnurut lama keda bahwa fungsi & budaya organisasi (2,55), peraturan organisasi (2,33), serta kondisi lingkungan kerja (l,70) dipersepsikan paling rendah / negatif oleh pegawai yang bekerja < 5 tahun; (4) perbedaan persepsi menurut jabatan bahwa fimgsi & budaya organisasi (2,6l) dan pengembangan karier (2,25) dipersepsikan palin rendah / negatif oleh staf; (5) perbedaan persepsi di bidang/bagian bahwa pengambilan keputusan (2,06) dipersepsikan paling rendah I negatif di bidang P2P & PL Sedangkan kondisi Iingkungan kelja (I,48) dan Iingkungan & pcralatan kcrja (2,05) dipcrscpsikan paling rcndah I ncgatif di bidang Binkesmas. Kesimpulan : Persepsi pegawai secara umum yang dominan terhadap bahaya psikososial adalah conlem of work (isi kerja) meliputi lingkungan & peralatan kerja, desain tugas, jadwal kcrja dan bcban kcrja. Scdangkan untuk conlext of work (lingkup kerja) adalah kondisi lingkungan kerja, fimgsi & budaya organisasi, peraturan organisasi, pengambilan keputusan dan pengembangan karier.
Preface : In relation to work implementation, it must be considered the risks or hayard of potencial which come tiom it. These can happen because of the work system, people work methode, tools/machines, material and environment. This research is aimed at knowing perception of the Health Dictrict of Depok City Officials in toward Psychosocial Hazard at the Work Place in 2006. Methode : This research use analytic description design by cross sectional approach. Research population is 100 permanent official in the Health District of Depok City by using Convenience sampling/Quota sampling. The data was taken by observation, interview and questionnaire distribution to population. Analitic Statistic with SPSS ll.5 uses univariat and bivariat by Anova Test, Turkey's Advanced Test and T Test. Result of Research : Result of this research shows that the officials's perceptions are as follows : (I) In General the ofticials's perceptions which dominantly toward psychosocial hazard is Content of work (2,39) include work environment & work equipment, task design, work schedule and work load/workpace And specially, condition of work environment (1 ,48) is lowest/negative; (2) The different perception based on official status shows that organisational culture & function (2,30), role in organisation (2,20), work environment & work equipment (2,06) and task design (2,22) are perceived the lowest/negative by CPNS; (3) The different perception based on length of work shows that organisational culture & function (2,55), role in organisation (2,33), condition of work environment (l,70) are perceived the lowest/negative by the officials who have work less than tive years; (4) The different perception based on level of work shows that organisation culture & function (2,6l) and career development (2,25) are perceived the lowest/negative by the Staff; (5) The different perception based on the field/section of work shows that decision latitude/control (2,06) is perceived the lowest/negative in the field of P2P & PL, whereas condition of work environment (l,48) and work environment & work equipment (2,05) in the Held of Binkesmas. Conclusion : The work characteristic of oHicials's perceptions which dominantly toward psychosocial hazard is Content of work include work environment & work equipment, task design, work schedule and workload I workpace. Whereas for context of work include condition of work environment, organisational culture & fimction, role in organisation, decision latitude/control, career development.
