This paper examines factors regarding stress at work on temporary high school teacher in East Jakarta. This research is a quantitative study with cross sectional research design. The result of this study shows that the proportion of work stress on temporary high school teacher in East Jakarta with 110 respondents of temporary teacher are 37.7% having mild stress, 36.4% having moderate stress, and 26.4% having severe stress. Besides, from 8 variable factors of work stress (context to work and content of work) there are 7 variables related to work stress which is from context to work factor, salary, interpersonal relationship, role in organization, decision latitude/control. and content to work factor which is workload/workpace, task design, and work schedule. From the result of the study concluded that most of the factor related to stress at work derived from content to work factor.
Stres kerja merupakan keadaan dimana terjadi ketidakseimbangan antara tuntutan pekerjaan dengan kemampuan seseorang untuk mengelola tuntutan tersebut sehingga menimbulkan berbagai dampak negatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan faktor – faktor yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja pada guru SMA Negeri di Jakarta Pusat saat masa pandemi COVID-19. Adapun faktor – faktor yang diteliti meliputi faktor karakteristik individu (jenis kelamin, usia, status pernikahan, masa kerja, tingkat pendidikan, tipe kepribadian, jumlah anak) dan faktor psikososial (beban kerja, jadwal kerja, dukungan sosial, kontrol pekerjaan, ambiguitas peran, konflik peran, home-work interface). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional dan pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner online. Dari 113 orang guru yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini, didapatkan 47,8% guru mengalami stres kerja. Selain itu, terdapat hubungan antara status pernikahan (P value = 0,037), jumlah anak (P value = 0,016), ambiguitas peran (P value = 0,015), dan home-work interface (P value = 0,048) dengan stres kerja.
Occupational stress is a situation where there is an imbalance between job demands and workers ability to manage those demands, then it can causing various negative impacts. The aim of this study is to explain factors related to work stress among public high school teachers in Jakarta Pusat during COVID-19 pandemic. Observed factors are individual characteristics (sex, age, marriage status, work period, education level, personality type, number of children) and psychosocial factors (workload, work schedule, social support, control over work, role ambiguity, role conflict, home-work interface). This study design is cross sectional and data collection was carried out by distributing online questionnaires. From 113 teachers participated in this study, it was found that 47,8% of teachers experience occupational stress. Moreover, the result also found a relationship between marriage status (P value = 0,037) and work stress, number of children (P value = 0,016) and work stress, role ambiguity (P value = 0,015) and work stres, home-work interface ( P value = 0,048) and work stress.
This research discussed psychosocial hazard factors that related to work stress among public high school teachers in West Jakarta. This research assessed psychosocial hazard factors that consists of workload, role conflict, role ambiguity, interpersonal relationship, and physical environment.
Hasil penelitian yang didapat adalah terdapatnya hubungan yang bermakna antara beban kerja dengan tingkatstres kerja, terdapatnya hubungan yang bermakna antara iklim dan strukturorganisasi dengan tingkat stres kerja, terdapatnya hubungan yang bermakna antara hubungan interpersonal dengan tingkat stres kerja dan terdapatnya hubungan yangbermakna antara pengembangan karir dengan tingkat stres kerja.

Occupational stress is a form of response to a person, both physically andpsychologically against a change in the work environment is considered to be verydisturbing and lead someone in danger. The purpose of this study was to analyzethe factors that affect the level of work stress on primary school in specialeducation and general primary school teachers. This research using quantitativeresearch with cross sectional design.
The result is the presence of a significantassociation between workload with work stress levels, the presence of asignificant association between climate and organizational structure with the levelof work stress, the presence of a significant association between interpersonalrelationship with the level of work stress and the presence of a significantassociation between the development of career with the level of work stress.

Work distress is a physical and emotional negative response to the discrepancy between job demands, resource and abilities of workers, which can has many impact on physiological and psychological conditions of workers. Public special education teacher is one of the professions that are prone to work distress because their jobs are different from other formal schoolteachers and have high job demands and pressures. This study aims to describe the conditions of work distress and analyze the factors related to work distress for public special education teachers in Jakarta Selatan. This study conducted on teachers from four public special educations in Jakarta Selatan so that the sample size used was total sampling, which was 199 respondents. The study method used is quantitative with cross-sectional design study and uses instrument adapted from NIOSH Generic Job Stress Questionnaire. From 199 respondents, only 186 respondents were willing to filled the questionnaire so the results showed that 84 respondents (45,2%) experienced work distress and 102 respondents (54,8%) did not experience work distress. The factors related to work distress through Chi-Square test were age (P value = 0,034), marital status (P value = 0,022) and role ambiguity (P value = 0,015).
Teachers of Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) is one of the most potential job which stimulates stresses, whether caused by individual or working factors. The excessive amount of stress are possible in causing negative effects to the SLB teachers such as unconfidence, denial, anger or depression, and derivations of work performance and motivation, which also stimulates physical illness such as headache, stomachache, insomnia, and high blood pressure.

Work stress is psychological hazard that are sometimes not seen, and gounnoticed by the management company, but the impact of the psychosocialhazards if not immediately responded in a certain period of time can cause adverseimpacts. Health Analyst is one of the workers at risk of occupational stress, due tothe monotonous routine work and always interacting with biological hazards isone of the causes of work stress. The purpose of this study was to determine thefactors associated with work stress on Health Analyst at X Laboratory. From theresearch lab, the causes factors of work stress on health Analyst at X Laboratoryare the workload, work routines, work schedules, and biological hazards .

This study aims to analyze the description of work stress and the factors of work-related stress on nurses at Bhayangkara Tk. III Anton Soedjarwo Pontianak in 2022 Hospital. This research uses quantitative research methods with a cross sectional study design approach. The sample of this study were nurses at Bhayangkara Tk. III Anton Soedjarwo Pontianak Hospital. Data were collected by filling out online questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive and inferential statistics using logistic regression analysis. The results showed that as many as 24.4% of nurses experienced work stress and there was a significant relationship between workload, role ambiguity, interpersonal relationships, age, gender, years of employment with work stress. The Bhayangkara Tk. III Anton Soedjarwo Pontianak Hospital is expected to pay attention to the level of work stress experienced by nurses and make strategies and actions to control factors that can relate to work stress.
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret Juli 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Kuesioner yang dipilih untuk mengukur stres kerja dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi stres kerja dalam penelitian ini adalah NIOSH Generic Job Stres Questionnaire, karena kuesioner NIOSH dapat digunakan pada semua jenis pekerjaan, termasuk karyawan. Kuesioner ini juga memiliki topik pertanyaan/pernyataan yang sesuai dengan variabel penelitian. Selain untuk mengukur faktor psikososial di tempat kerja, kuesioner ini juga menyediakan pertanyaan/ pernyataan untuk mengetahui gejala stres kerja berupa keluhan psikis, fisik, maupun perilaku yang diakibatkan dari stres kerja. Teknik analisis data yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini menggunakan software statistik dan dijelaskan berdasarkan distribusi frekuensi pada variabel independen dan dependen dalam penelitian, serta hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut dengan analisa deskripsi dan inferensial.
Berdasarkan hasil uji dengan menggunakan taraf signifikansi 5% diperoleh kesimpulan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara jenis kelamin, transportasi ke lokasi kerja dan wilayah kerja responden dengan stres kerja. Variabel independen faktor individu ((usia, tingkat pendidikan, status kepegawaian, masa kerja), faktor psikososial ((lingkungan kerja, beban kerja, jam kerja, kontrol pekerjaan, hubungan interpersonal, home-interface) dan variabel independen faktor manajemen tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan stres kerja. Dari responden sejumlah 202 orang hanya terdapat 10 responden yang mengalami stres kerja dan 192 orang tidak mengalami stres kerja
