Penelitian ini menguji hubungan antara variabel indikator kinerja mutu pelayanan, kepedulian kepada masyarakat, dan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan dengan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap 14 rumah sakit vertikal di indonesia. Untuk melihat kinerja dan hubungan di antara indikator-indikator tersebut, digunakan analisis deskriptif dan uji korelasi regresi dengan bootstrapping. Selain itu, dilakukan pula pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam. Dari hasil penilaian kinerja, didapatkan sebagian dari sasaran strategik belum mencapai nilai optimum.
This study examines relationship between the variables of service quality performance indicators, public awareness and concern for the environment and customer satisfaction among 14 vertical hospitals in Indonesia. To see the performance and the relationship between these indicators, used descriptive analysis and correlation regression with bootstrapping. In addition, a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews was also applied. Performance evaluation resultes obtained from a portion of the strategic objectives have not yet reached the optimum value.
Sharia hospital is a hospital that carries out all activities, both patient care and management based on the principles of Maqashid Al-Shari'ah. This study aims to determine the relationship between quality indicators and minimum service standards of Sharia Hospital on the performance of Medical Check-Up (MCU) services at YARSI Hospital Jakarta. The design used in this research is a mixed methods research in a cross-sectional way. From the results of the study, it was found that the compliance of officers in identifying patients, compliance by officers in washing hands 6 steps 5 moments, hijab (veil, patient clothes, or cloth) for patients, installation of an ECG according to gender, reminding patients to pray, and gharar (uncertainty) had a relationship with the performance of MCU services after Sharia certification at YARSI Hospital Jakarta in the form of extending MCU service time, preventing infection to MCU patients, preventing contamination, reducing doubts in action, being on time, and no parties feeling aggrieved. It is recommended to YARSI Hospital Jakarta, especially at the MCU installation so that the flow of MCU patient care is followed by all MCU officers, regular briefings for uniformity of MCU services, and giving rewards/punishments to MCU officers.
Rumah sakit sebagai suatu lcmbaga usaha harus memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang berorientasi customer satisfaction dan merupakan perpaduan unsur Keramah tamahan., Kecapatan., Ketelitian dan K.enyamanan dalam pelayanannya.Untuk itu Rumah sakit perlu wadah dalam memberikan pelayanan itu yaitu suatu hangunan phisik yang memenuhi persaratan teknis dan kesehatan. Bangunan rumah sakit ini secara prinsip ada dua type sistem desain yaitu Sistem Desain Horisontal dan sistem desaio VertikaL Pada sislem desain horisontal senlua bangunannya disebar secara blok hangunan ke arab laban yang tersedia. Pada sistem desain Vertikal semua hangunan yarg menjalankan fungsi medis disehar kearah Vertikal keatas. Tujuan dari penelitiaan ini adalah un!uk mengkaji besar biaya pemhangunan dari dua sistem diatas serta untuk mengetahui efek.tifitasnya dari masing-masing sitem. Metode yang dipakai adalah menggunakan obyek Rumah Sakit Islam Jakarta yang menggunakan konsep desain sec.ara borisontal, Kemudian dibuatkan simniasi desain secara horiosntal dibandingkan der gan Simulasi desain seeam vertikal dari rumah sakit obyek tersebut. Kemudian dilakukan Analisa perhitungan biaya dan Analisa Efektifitas Biaya.
Hospital as business institution must give good services in health care which is oriented to the Customer satisfaction and include of some attitude such as Kindly., Speed accurate and convenience services. Hospital must have good building for supporting medical services that follow technical and healthy requirement. Principally hospital building is using two design system consist of design system horizontal and vertika) system. The Horizontal design system commonly conctructs buildings in horizontal direction on wide ground. The Vertical design system commonly constructs buildings in vertical direction or above manner on certainty ground. The aim of study is to observe and calculate two design prototype horizontal and vertical system of building in Cost Effectiveness. Methods used in this study is observe and calculate base on the exiting Jakarta Islam hospital as horizontal design object. Then design sumulation for Horizontal system should be made and compare with vertical simulation design hollding in 4 th stories. The two prototype design will be calculated in cost for construction. ThenAnalysis of Cost effectiveness will be calculated.
Latar Belakang. Rumah Sakit merupakan salah satu pelayanan jasa yang dalam melakukan aktivitasnya, tidak boleh lepas dari perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Tingkat persaingan yang semakin ketat dikalangan usaha Rumah Sakit mempersyaratkan adanya daya saing bagi Rumah Sakit agar dapat memenangkan persaingan yang ada. Salah satu bentuk daya saing yang harus diciptakan oleh usaha Rumah Sakit adalah kualitas layanan. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kualitas layanan Rumah Sakit perlu terus menerus dilakukan. Kepemimpinan sebagai salah satu indikator kualitas sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor yang sangat menentukan keberhasilan suatu organisasi termasuk rumah sakit. Dengan kepemimpinan yang baik, maka diharapkan dapat mempengaruhi komitmen, loyalitas dan kinerja karyawan yang dampak akhirnya adalah peningkatan mutu pelayanan. Penelititan ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional (potong lintang). Analisis digunakan adalah analisis korelasi dengan menganalisis hubungan antara variable dependen dengan variable independen. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner yang dibagikan dan responden dipilih secara acak. Hasilnya adalah gaya kepemimpinan yang paling dominan adalah gaya kepemimpinan Demokratik/Partisipatif dimana tingkat komitmen, loyalitas dan kinerja karyawan serta ,mutu pelayanan sudah sukup baik hanya belum mencapai harapan. Variable yang paling mempengaruhi mutu pelayanan diketahui dari penelitian adalah variable loyalitas.
Background. The hospital is one of the services that in conducting its activities should not be separated from the development of science and technology. The level of competition among enterprises increasingly requires Hospital to compete in order to win the competition. One form of competitiveness must be created by the efforts of the hospital’s quality of service. Therefore, the improvement of the quality of hospital service needs to be continuously carried out. Leadership as one of the indicators of the quality of human resources are the factor that determine the success of an organization including hospital. With good leadership, it is expected to affect the commitment, loyalty and work performance and ultimately impact the quality of service. This study is an analytical descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The research design used was cross sectional. Analysis of the correlation was used to analyze the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable. Data obtained from questionnaires distributed and respondents chosen randomly. The result is the dominant leadership style is the Democratic style, while the level of commitment, loyalty and work performance of the employee as well as the service quality is good but below the expectations. The variable that affects the service quality the most is the loyalty variable.
Implementation of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Standards have beenimplemented in BRSU Tabanan since 2009 in an effort to improve the quality ofcare , but there are still complaints against the ministry in BRSU Tabanan . Untilnow, this has never been done in the Emergency Room service performanceanalysis on the application of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management StandardBRSU Tabanan . This study was conducted aimed to determine and analyze theperformance of services in the emergency department on the application of ISO9001:2008 QMS in Emergency Room BRSU Tabanan.Do months from August toOctober , 2013, with a qualitative research method that comes with thequantitative data is secondary data quality objectives in the Emergency Room asindicator performance .. Respondents service satisfaction in the emergencydepartment for patients or their families were coming month of August to October2013, which are willing to fill out a questionnaire , as many as 150 people .Emergency Room staff and staff working in the field of service of at least 3 yearsas respondents in the application of ISO 9001:2008 QMS Emergency Room are71 . In-depth interviews to the Board of Directors as an informant were 3 peoplein the achievement of performance information in the Emergency Room and theapplication of ISO 9001:2008 QMS . Data were analyzed using content analysis .The results show the performance of services in the Emergency Room alreadywell on target mutul 9 of 12 quality objectives in the Emergency Room . Qualityobjectives is not good customer complaints , customer dissatisfaction with theservices of doctors and patient mortality in Emergency Room ≤ 24 hours .Required an increase in the budget aimed at improving the quality of humanresources in the emergency department with increasing hospital revenue ,completing facilities for intensive care and resocialization of the application ofQMSKeyword : Performance Emergency Room Services, ISO 9001:2008 QMS
