Abstrak:
Keberadaan benzena dalam lem alas kaki ini membahayakan kesehatan para pekerja di bengkel alas kaki karena sifatnya yang toksik dan karsinogenik. Dampak yang ditimbulkan adalah terganggunya sumsum tulang yang merupakan tempat produksi sel darah merah, darah putih dan trombosit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan pajanan benzena melalui pemeriksaan konsentrasi S-phenylmercapturic acid (S-PMA) di urin terhadap kadar trombosit pada pekerja bengkel alas. Desain dari penelitian adalah cross sectional pada pekerja pabrik alas kaki di Desa Sukajaya dengan jumlah sampel 73 pekerja. Sampel yang diambil adalah urin dan darah dari pekerja untuk mengetahui konsentrasi S-PMA dan kadar trombosit. Konsentrasi S-PMA diukur dengan alat LC-MS/MS dan trombosit dengan Automated Hematology Analyzer. Karakteristik individu dengan wawancara secara langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai OR=2,28 antara konsentrasi S-PMA terhadap kadar trombosit. Variabel kebiasaan olahraga dengan OR=1,58 antara olahraga tidak rutin terhadap trombosit dan konsumsi alkohol OR=1,78 antara yang mengkonsumsi terhadap kadar trombosit. Hasil uji regresi logistik multivariabel menunjukkan nilai OR=2,59 pekerja dengan konsentrasi S-PMA (>0,67 μg/g kreatinin) terhadap kadar trombosit setelah dikontrol variabel umur dan konsumsi alkohol.

Abstrak:
Perilaku manusia yang berhubungan dengan keselamatan merupakan sebuahpendekatan untuk menganalisis apa yang dibutuhkan untuk membuat perilakuaman lebih dimungkinkan dan mengurangi perilaku yang berisiko (Geller, 2001).Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap perilaku bekerja aman sangat pentinguntuk diketahui sehingga faktor-faktor tersebut dapat diperbaiki dan terusditingkatkan agar terhindar dari kecelakaan kerja, baik injury maupun near miss.Aspek keselamatan pada bengkel servis mobil yang bergerak dalam industrisektor informal, merupakan aspek penting karena terdapat banyak kondisi ataukeadaan yang dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan kerja karena kondisi industriinformal saat ini masih sangat kurang memadai dan juga kurang mendapatperhatian dari instansi terkait, tidak sesuainya rancangan tempat kerja, kurangbaiknya prosedur atau pengorganisasian kerja, rendahnya kesadaran para pekerjauntuk berperilaku aman dalam bekerja serta minimnya peralatan pelindung bagipekerja.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain crosssectional dimana informasi dan data dikumpulkan pada satu waktu yang samamelalui penyebaran kuesioner, observasi dan wawancara pada 22 bengkel servismobil di Depok. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 106 responden. Analisisbivariat dilakukan dengan uji Chi Square.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui 51,9% pekerja berperilaku amandan 48,1% pekerja yang berperilaku tidak aman. Faktor-faktor yang tidak mempengaruhi perilaku aman adalah pengetahuan. Sedangkan, faktor-faktor yangterbukti mempengaruhi perilaku aman adalah sikap, pengalaman bekerja,ketersediaan SOP, ketersediaan APD, peran pengawas dan peran rekan kerja.Kata kunci : perilaku aman, sektor informal, bengkel servis mobil

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat risiko gangguan otot rangka serta gambaran keluhan gejala gangguan otot rangka yang dirasakan oleh mekanik bengkel PT X yang terbagi menjadi 2 unit pelayanan yaitu general repair dan body repair. Penelitian dengan studi cross sectional ini dilakukan pada 23 proses kerja dan juga meneliti keluhan gejala gangguan otot rangka pada 31 mekanik pada bulan April-Mei 2019. Analisis menggunakan metode REBA, kuesioner data individu serta NMQ yang diisi secara mandiri oleh mekanik. Hasil menunjukkan 52% proses kerja memiliki tingkat risiko sedang terhadap gangguan otot rangka. 84% mekanik mengeluhkan gejala gangguan otot rangka, dan proporsi terbesar berada pada bahu (18%), punggung bawah (18%), pergelangan tangan (18%), dan leher (17%). Gambaran keluhan gejala gangguan otot rangka berdasarkan umur paling banyak pada kategori > 30 tahun dengan keluhan terbanyak pada bahu, punggung bawah, dan pergelangan tangan; pada masa kerja > 4 tahun dengan keluhan terbanyak pada punggung bawah dan pergelangan tangan, pada IMT Normal dengan keluhan terbanyak pada punggung bawah, leher, dan bahu; dan pada mekanik yang merokok dengan keluhan terbanyak pada bahu, pergelangan tangan, dan leher.

Service berkala 40.000 km merupakan service kompleks, memiliki banyak tahapan kegiatan dan menggunakan beberapa jenis peralatan. Risiko yang dapat terjadi dari kegiatan ini seperti tertabrak kendaraan, terjatuh, tertimpa material, terpeleset, terjepit alat, tersandung, terpukul dan masih banyak lagi yang dapat mengakibatkan para mekanik menderita cedera baik itu ringan (pertolongan pertama) hingga dapat merengut nyawa sekalipun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menilai risiko keselamatan pada kegiatan service berkala 40.000 km di bengkel PT. XYZ Cabang Pulogadung tahun 2015.Job safety Analysis (JSA) digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya, sedangkan matriks risiko semi kuantitatif dari Fine digunakan untuk analisis risiko, nilai risiko didapat dari hasil perkalian antara probability, exposure, dan consequences dimana nilai tersebut didapat dari hasil observasi dan wawancara tidak terstruktur terhadap para pekerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat total dua ratus enam bahaya mekanik yang teridentifikasi pada enam proses pekerjaan dengan berbagai skenario.

Abstrak:
Data Badan Pusat Statistik (2013) menunjukkan bahwa selama tahun 2010hingga 2013 laju pertumbuhan angkatan kerja di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan.Hal tersebut mendorong terbukanya keberagaman lapangan pekerjaan, salah satunyaindustri otomotif. Sektor industi otomotif berperan cukup besar dalam memberikan polusi udara dikarenakan banyaknya exposure yang terdapat di wilayah kerja.Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pekerja bengkel memiliki risiko untuk terkena berbagai jenis gangguan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko gangguan kesehatan pada pekerja ditinjau dari kondisi fisik lingkungan kerja dan karakteristik pekerjaan di Pusat Bengkel dan Onderdil Margonda Depok. Disain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Cross sectional dengan metode Sampling Aksidental. Pengumpulan datadilakukan dengan cara pengukuran PM10, suhu, dan kelembaban di 7 titik, observasi kondisi kios serta wawancara dengan kuesioner untuk karakteristik pekerjaan dan jenis gangguan kesehatan.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa 55,0% pekerja di Pusat Bengkel dan Onderdil Margonda Depok berisiko terhadap gangguan kesehatan dengan jenis gangguan kesehatan yang paling banyak dialami oleh pekerja adalah gangguan pernafasan (74,2%). Faktor risiko tertinggi yang berhubungan signifikan dengan gangguan kesehatan pekerja yakni konsentrasi PM10 di wilayah kerja (OR = 4,24)dan kondisi kios (OR = 3,77). Perlunya dibuat kebijakan untuk melindungi kesehatan pekerja di Pusat Bengkel dan Onderdil Margonda Depok. Kata kunci : Gangguan Kesehatan, Fisik Lingkungan Kerja, Pekerja, Bengkel Kendaraan Bermotor

Abstrak:
Keluhan musculoskeletal disorder (MSDs) pada umumnya dapat terjadi karena adanya kontraksi atau pembebanan yang berlebihan pada otot ataupun tulang. Salah satu contoh aktivitas yang dapat memicu kejadian keluhan musculoskeletal disorder (MSDs) adalah pekerjaan manual material handling. Pekerjaan manual material handling masih banyak ditemukan pada pekerjaan yang dilakukan pada CV Bengkel Otomotif. Penelitian ini berfokus pada melihat hubungan antara variabel fisik dan individu dengan keluhan musculoskeletal disorder (MSDs) pada pekerja CV Bengkel Otomotif. Penelitian ini bersifat studi cross-sectional dengan instrumen quick exposure check dan nordic body map. Dari sebanyak 60 orang pekerja yang menjadi responden penelitian, didapati bahwa 38 orang pekerja (63.3%) mengalami keluhan. Bagian tubuh yang paling banyak mengalami keluhan adalah pada bagian pinggang (25 pekerja). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara variabel indeks massa tubuh (p value=0.004), dan kebiasaan olahraga (p value=0.004) dengan keluhan musculoskeletal disorder (MSDs).

Penelitian ini membahas risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada aktivitas pekerjaan diBengkel Las AW Jakarta Selatan Tahun 2012. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif observasional yangbertujuan untuk manajemen risiko. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode identifikasi bahaya dandampak menggunakan JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) dan analisis penilaian risiko ukuran semikuantitatif menurut AS/NZS 4360 dengan mengalikan consequences, exposure, dan probability.Hasil penelitian mendapatkam rekomendasi pengendalian risiko, komunikasi dan pemantauanberdasarkan penilaian tingkat risiko yang meliputi very high, priority 1, substancial, priority 3,dan acceptable.
