Tujuan: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk tujuan mengetahui hubungan kualitas pelayanan rawat inap yang diukur berdasarkan dimensi mutu yaitu dimensi tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy terhadap profitabilitas pelanggan di RSIA Puri Bunda Denpasar.
Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan sampel 100 responden dari pasien rawat inap selama bulan April-Mei 2018
Hasil: Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa koefisien korelasi masing-masing variabel dimensi terhadap profitabilitas adalah sebesar0,766 untuk tangibles; 0,780 untuk reliability; 0,804 untuk responsiveness; 0,836 untuk assurance dan 0,724 untuk empathy dengan standardized coefisient tertinggi pada dimensi tangibles. Berdasarkan hasil analisis determinasi didapatkan koefisien determinasi 95,6%
Simpulan: Kualitas pelayanan yang diukur berdasarkan dimensi mutu (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) memiliki hubungan sangat kuat dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas dimana dimensi tangible paling dominan berhubungan dengan profitabilitas pelanggan.Sebesar 95,6% dimensi kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berhubungan dengan profitabilitas sedangkan sisanya sebesar4,4% ditentukan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.

Introduction: Each hospital strives to provide quality services based on predefined standards so that patients are expected to be satisfied and become loyal customers for the hospital. For that hospital should design the quality of service consisting of five dimensions of superior quality than other hospitals. In an effort to foster relationships with patients, hospitals are also required to maintain and improve customer profitability, convert unprofitable customers into profitable customers
Aim: This research was conducted for the purpose of knowing the correlation of service quality measured by dimension of quality that is tangible dimension, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy to customer profitability at RSIA Puri Bunda Denpasar
Method: This study is a quantitative research using cross sectional design with 100 responden samples from inpatients during April-May 2018
Result: This research found that the corelation coefficient of each dimension variable to profitability is 0,766 for tangibles; 0.780 for reliability; 0.804 for responsiveness; 0.836 for assurance and 0.724 for empathy with the highest standardized coefficient on tangibles dimension. Based on the results of determination analysis obtained coefficient of determination 95.6%
Conclusion: Quality of service measured on the dimension of quality (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) has a very strong and significant relationship to profitability where the tangible dimension is most dominantly related to the profitability of customers. 95.6% dimension of service quality simultaneously related to profitability while the rest of 4.4% is determined by other variables outside this study.

Background: The key factor needed to achieve success and prevent accidents is the safety climate. Based on PLN data, the majority of INSPEKTA reports are unsafe behavior. Safety climate can be measured by several dimensions and several studies assess the dimensions of safety climate that have a relationship with behavior to reduce the occurrence of accidents. Objective: To analyze the relationship between dimensions of safety climate and safety behavior of workers at PLN PUSMANPRO in the PST JATENG I electricity development project. Methods: This cross sectional study involved 120 workers at the PLN PUSMANPRO PST JATENG I Project. Primary data were obtained using a Likert scale questionnaire that referring to the questionnaires from several previous studies. Results: In the dimension of safety climate, the results of the univariate analysis of all dimensions are more in the low category and bivariate analysis results in the dimensions of commitment and values with P value = 0.000 and correlation value 0.268, training dimension with P value = 0.000 and correlation value 0.318, communication dimension P value = 0.002 and correlation value 0.274, emergency preparation P value = 0.000 and correlation value 0.362, safety priority dimension P value = 0.001 and correlation value 0.318, risk justification dimension P value = 0.000 and correlation value 0.503, subcontractor involvement dimension P value = 0.000 and the correlation value is 0.390, safety incentive dimension P value = 0.001 and the correlation value is 0.309, the safety program management dimension P value = 0.000 and the correlation value is 0.435, safety knowledge dimension P value = 0.000 and the correlation value is 0.372, safety motivation dimension P value = 0.000 and a correlation value of 0.416 can be seen at the value of it has a positive relationship with safety behavior except for the work environment dimension with P value = 0.904 and a correlation value of 0.011. Conclusion: There is a positive relationship between the dimensions of safety climate and safety behavior so that the application of work safety at PLN PUSMANPRO PST JATENG I to shape safety behavior in workers can be through improving the safety climate and facilities that support safety programs that can reduce accidents on the project
Tesis ini membahas hubungan antara persepsi dimensi kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dengan kepuasan pasien Askes di Puskesmas Sukasari di Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena peneliti melihat adanya penurunan kunjungan pasien Askes pada tahun 2012. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan desain longitudinal. Teori yang digunakan untuk melihat dimensi kualitas adalah teori Cronin and Taylor (1992) yang terdiri dari lima variabel yaitu tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan emphaty. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi kualitas yang signifikan berhubungan dengan kepuasan adalah tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan emphaty dimana tangible adalah variabel dimensi kualitas yang paling kuat hubungannya dengan kepuasan.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti menyarankan agar puskesmas meningkatkan kenyamanan pasien dengan meningkatkan fasilitas yang ada, meningkatkan kedisiplinan jadwal pelayanan, meningkatkan kesigapan dokter dan perawat, serta meningkatkan keterampilan perawat. Dinas Kesehatan perlu upaya peningkatan pembinaan kedisiplinan dan meningkatkan pelayanan puskesmas Sukasari menjadi rawat inap serta PT Askes perlu upaya peningkatan pelayanan dengan memberikan informasi hak dan kewajiban peserta Askes dan memfasilitasi program-program pencegahan di puskesmas lain di Kota Tangerang.
This thesis explores the relationship between perceptions of the dimensions of quality of health care at the health center patient satisfaction Askes Sukasari Tangerang City. This research was conducted because researchers saw a decrease in patient visits in 2012 Askes. This study is an observational study with a longitudinal design. Theory that used to see the dimensions of quality is the theory of Cronin and Taylor (1992) which consists of five variables: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The results showed that the quality dimension significantly related to satisfaction is tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible is the variable dimension quality where the most powerful relationship with satisfaction.
Based on this study, the researcher suggests the health center to improve their Askes patients? satisfaction through their Public Health Care Services by improving their facility, improving discipline in their service schedule, improving the responsiveness of the doctors and nurses, and improving the skills of their nurses. Safety culture has been shown to influence patient safety in health care. The culture of patient safety is one of the main components of the quality of health services and is one of the top priorities of health studies. The purpose of this study was to analyze the dimensions of patient safety culture by health workers at the Kotamobagu Municipal General Hospital. This study uses a qualitative method with a cross sectional study design. The collection of qualitative primary data using in-depth interview techniques and secondary data obtained through document review. Eleven informants consisted of Director of Kotamobagu City Regional General Hospital, Deputy Director of Medical Services, Specialist Doctors, General Physicians, Head of Nursing Division, Nurse Supervisor, Head Room Nurse, Implementing Nurse, Midwives, Pharmacists. Data analysis includes content analysis by conducting indepth interviews through key informants while triangulation interviews are used to check the truth of data from in-depth interviews with key informants. Research Results Of the 12 dimensions of patient safety culture carried out, in hospital management there are only 5 cultural dimensions that are well implemented, namely teamwork within units, teamwork between units, response not to blame for mistakes, feedback and communication about mistakes, and organizational learning. This is proven by every health worker who supports each other, coordination and communication is carried out well and openly and does not blame each other when someone makes a mistake. There is feedback and communication on patient safety between management and health workers, and all health workers are required to attend trainings that are carried out both inside and outside the hospital to improve knowledge and performance regarding patient safety
Conflicts in some countries cause their citizens to leave the country to seek asylum. In 2019, the number of overseas refugees in Indonesia was 13,657 people. In conditions that are full of disadvantages and difficulties, refugees still have the right to fulfil their basic needs, including access to health cares. This study used a mixed method, consisting of quantitative and qualitative methods. The qualitative method was used to confirm the results of quantitative analysis, which was done by interviewing the health service providers. The results of the analysis showed that 36% of refugees were satisfied with health services in the X health center (Puskesmas), while 35% were not satisfied. On the other hand, the percentage of refugees who were not satisfied with health services based on the dimension of empathy and assurance was 51% and 52%, respectively. However, the results of qualitative approach demonstrated otherwise, where the health care providers stated that all dimensions of service quality have met the standard and were in accordance with the expectations of refugees. The Puskesmas are advised to evaluate and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the health services by considering the needs of refugees.
