Data collection were done by distributing questionnaires, observations, and in-depth interviews. This study uses four levels of Kirkpatrick's evaluation theory, which are evaluation of reaction, learning, behavior and outcomes level. Broadly speaking, the training evaluation overview at four level show good results. There are several risk factors that influence the effectiveness of training that comes from internal and external. Internal factors include individual characteristics and participants' preference. External factors include elements of training implementation, work environment support, passenger intervention also motorcycle and road conditions. The researcher recommends that the stakeholders should be more active to conduct post-training evaluations on a regular and continuous basis.

DKI Jakarta is one of the cities in Indonesia that has high mobility. Developments in information and technology also encourage the developments of the transportation sector, including the invention of online motorcycle taxi applications. Although it is considered to have many benefits, online motorcycle taxi drivers have a very high risk of having a traffic accident that caused by risk riding behavior. Risky riding behavior can be influenced by individual characteristics, perceptions of driving risks, and driving knowledge. This study is a cross-sectional study that analyzes the influence of individual characteristics, perceptions of driving risk, and driving knowledge on risky behavior while driving on online motorcycle taxi drivers in DKI Jakarta in 2021. Two hundred five online motorcycle taxi drivers were involved in this study by filling out an online questionnaire. The results of the study, it is known that the majority of online motorcycle taxi drivers in DKI Jakarta respondents have low-risk riding behavior (87.8%), high knowledge of riding practice (97.1%), and good riding risk perceptions (97.1%). From the analysis, it is known that knowledge of riding practice can significantly influence the risky riding behavior (p-value = 0.025) and perceptions of driving risk also can significantly influences the risky riding behavior (p-value = 0.025). Based on binary logistic regression analysis, it is known that the factor that most influences risky riding behavior is a sub-variable of the perception of riding risk, namely perception of driving risk control. This study result also shows that the value of safety based on driving knowledge is not the primary value possessed by online motorcycle taxi drivers in DKI Jakarta. Perception of risk on respondents is strongly related to economic value. Although risky riding behavior tends to be insignificant. However, it is still necessary to regularly maintain and increase the riding risk perception and practice knowledge to prevent and minimize the road accidents
Online motorcycle taxi riders are one of the groups of riders with the greatest risk when riding because of their high duration and frequency of riding. Therefore, it is important for online motorcycle taxi riders to always implement safety riding behavior. This study aims to identify the prevalence of safety riding behavior and analyze the factors associated with safety riding behavior among online motorcycle taxi drivers in Depok. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study design using the Indonesian Motorcycle Rider Behavior Questionnaire (MRBQ) and other additional questionnaires distributed online and offline to 100 online motorcycle taxi riders in Depok. The variables studied were internal factors (age, education level, years of service, accident experience, riding skills, risk perception, attitudes) and external factors (participation in safety riding training) as well as safety riding behavior itself. The results showed that there were 61% of online motorcycle taxi riders who had good safety riding behavior. It was also found that there was a significant relationship between attitude, risk perception, and participation in safety riding training. Based on these results, it is necessary to carry out various control efforts to improve safety riding behavior by identifying riding behavior in motorists by conducting periodic evaluations, developing interactive and sustainable training programs, and utilizing the technology through applications to help evaluate, educate, and socialize safety riding on online motorcycle taxi riders.
This research aims to get the factors affecting safety riding behavior, such as education, training, knowledge, motivation, law enforcement, interventions of passengers, the value of team within organization, and vehicles conditions. This research uses descriptive analytic method using cross sectional study. The sample used in this research is 100 of Online Ojek drivers in Depok, West Java. The result of the researh is that there is only 49% of the total respondents who implements safety riding. This research also results in interelations between independent and dependent variables in which safety riding is affected by knowledge, motivation, and the value of team within organization. The Chi square test results in p value <0,001 on knowledge variable.

ABSTRACT Name : Ivan Adrian Montolalu Study program : Master of Occupational Health and Safety Title : Risk Factors Study of Work-related Musculoskeletal Disorders (WMSDs) On Online Motorcycle Driver In Monas, Central Jakarta, Viewed From Ergonomics Side, 2018 Online motorcycle taxi drivers work without knowing shifts or working hours. They also work in static positions for a long time, plus they are in a highway environmental condition where temperatures tend to change from hot to cold, as well as changes in working time from day to night. Online motorcycle taxi drivers are also exposed to vibrations from motorcycles, as well as the size and weight of helmets, the type of clothing worn that can increase the risk of WMSDs. Age factors, smoking habits, exercise habits, body mass index also affect the risk of exposure to WMSDs. This thesis discusses the risk of exposure to WMSDs on the online motorcycle taxi drivers in Monas, Central Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to see the description of WMSDs on the online motorcycle taxi drivers in Monas, Central Jakarta. The research method used was survey with cross sectional approach using questioner, Nordic Body Map, and Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA). The results of the study were 13 respondents complained about subjective complaints of WMSDs with REBA score of 7 where the occupational risk was at intermediate level and required treatment and further research.
