Pandemic Agreement bertujuan untuk memperkuat pencegahan, kesiapsiagaan dan respon pandemi di masa datang. Namun, kesenjangan pemenuhan cakupan vaksinasi COVID-19, menjadi alasan sulitnya pandemi ditaklukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaturan Pandemic Agreement dalam pemenuhan cakupan vaksinasi global untuk mencegah pandemi. Pada hasil analisis kuantitatif terdapat 4 (empat) variabel yang mempengaruhi yaitu pengujian modalitas pada laboratorium (p-value: 0,014;OR: 1,974); pendekatan One Health (p-value: 0,036;OR:0,66); pembiayaan untuk implementasi IHR (p-value:0,032;OR:1,676); peningkatan tenaga kesehatan saat terjadi kejadian kesehatan masyarakat (p-value:0,049; OR:1,369). Pandemic Agreement telah mengatur pemenuhan cakupan vaksinasi untuk mencegah terjadinya pandemi. Namun, masih terdapat pengaturan yang belum mengikat dan belum detail.
The Pandemic Agreement strengthens prevention, preparedness, and response to future pandemics. This study aims to analyze the provisions of the Pandemic Agreement to achieve global vaccination coverage to prevent pandemics. The quantitative analysis results, there are four variables that influence this: laboratory testing modalities (p value: 0.014; OR: 1.974); the One Health approach (p-value: 0.036; OR: 0.66); funding for IHR implementation (p-value: 0.032; OR: 1.676); and increasing healthcare personnel during public health events (p-value: 0.049; OR: 1.369). The Pandemic Agreement has established requirements for vaccination coverage to prevent pandemics. However, there are still provisions that are not binding and lack detail.

We should to take care staff who work in hospitals with this condition, Emergency staff should be take care, because they are facing patients with covid firstly, Staff who facing COVID patients in Emergency is doctor and nurse Emergency Siloam Hospital Lippo Village The aim of research is to identify doctor and nurse satisfaction in pandemic era, this research use non experimental method and data will be proceed with quantitative, data will be analysis with Rank Spearman analysis to see correlation between job security, incentive, work environment, communication with job satisfaction and will determine most factor which dominant for job satisfaction Result of this research show there are correlation between job security, incentive, work environment, communication with job satisfaction with significant value less than 0.05 and communication is dominant factor to determine job satisfaction with coefficient correlation value is 0.781
Scabies is a skin disease that is caused by Sarcoptes scabiei. Skabies is estimated to affect more than 200 million people at any time. The World Health Organization (WHO) has designated scabies as a neglected tropical disease and must be treated immediately to attain the Sustainable Development Goals. Public awareness to live clean tends to increase during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, the spread of scabies cases during the pandemic was still high. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors related with the incidence of scabies during a pandemic in X Boarding School, Panei District, Simalungun Regency in 2023. This study used a cross-sectional design with a total sample of 298 students. The study results showed 39,9% respondents experienced scabies and basic sanitation not eligible. The variable related to the incidence of scabies is age (OR=7,922), gender (OR=2,533), education level (OR=5,821), hygiene of skin (OR=1,889 medium category, OR=2,519 bad category), hygiene of hand, feet and nail (OR=1,718 medium category, OR=2,068 bad category), hygiene of hair (OR=1,799 medium category, OR=2,727 bad category), occupancy density (OR=3,054), temperature (OR=1,787), humidity (OR=1,803), and health protocol (OR=2,395 medium category, OR=3,295 bad category). In addition, it can be seen the gender is the dominant factor in this study.
Introduction: The Emergency Department (ED) acts as the patient's entrance to the hospital, which must be ready to provide patient services 7 days 24 hours in accordance with the minimum service standards regulated in Minister of Health Regulation 47 of 2018. During the Covid-19 pandemic, hospitals and EDs were directly affected, as seen in various ED operational metrics such as the number of patients, disease patterns and patient triage levels, admissions and length of service in the ED, and the incidence of leaving against medical advice. After the pandemic, those operational metrics need to be reviewed for future management and planning purposes. Methodology: This research is descriptive in nature, using primary data sources (observations and in-depth interviews with informants) and secondary data (operational reports, medical records of ED patients and standard operating procedure). The data studied is for the periods January – December 2019, 2022, and 2023. Results: Using 2019 data as a comparison, it was found that during the pandemic the number of patients was 13% higher and after the pandemic it was still 3% lower. One of the top 10 diseases in 2022 is corona virus infection, but the other 9 diseases are the same for the three periods studied. The conversion rate of ED patient to inpatient is stable at around 30%, and the proportion of patient triage categorized as non-life-threatening/potentially life-threatening ATS4 and ATS5 is 75% - 90%. The length of service lengthened during the pandemic, but after the pandemic it has returned to normal. There is an increasing trend in the incidence of leaving against medical advice, which should be further investigated from the patient's perspective. Conclusion: The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted various ED operational metrics. Several inputs were identified that could be implemented by hospital management for improvement, as well as several recommendations for policy makers
Kekhawatran global tentang terjadinya pandemi influenza menempatkan Asia, termasuk Asia Teggara menjadi wilayah yang harus dicermati. Beberapa upaya pengendaliannya telah banyak dilakukan oleh pemerintah Indonesia, melalui koordinasi Komite Nasional Flu Burung dan Kesiapsiagaan Menghadapi Pandemi Influenza (Komnas FBPI). Beberapa kebijakan telah dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah diantaranya adalah Rencana Penyiapan dan Kontingensi Nasional Pandemi Influenza (Indonesia National Pandemi Preparedness and Contigency Plan) serta Respon Nasional Menghadapi Pandemi Influenza di Indonesia. Sehubungan dengan dampak pandemi influenza terhadap bisnis/usaha, maka pemerintah mendorong perusahaan untuk memulai perencanaan dari sekarang, untuk meyakinkan bahwa bisnis/usaha tetap berlangsung pada saat pandemi tersebut terjadi Untuk mengantisipasi dampak pandemi pada sektor usaha tersebut, diperlukan penyusunan rencana keberlangsungan usaha. Rencana keberlangsungan usaha merupakan suatu perencanaan yang dibuat oleh lembaga usaha dalam rangka mengurangi penyebaran virus pandemi influena di masyarakat dengan tetap mempertahankan keberlangsungan usaha Beberapa peraturan dan kebijakan yang telah dikeluarkan tidak menjadi jaminan dalam pengendalian pandemi influenza. Indonesia memerlukan SDM yang andal, alokasi dana cukup dan komitmen perusahaan yang kuat serta koordinasi yang prima. Kata kunci: Pandemi Influenza, Kebijakan, Business Continuity Plan
Global concerns pertaining the occurrence of influenza pandemic has put Asia continent including south east asia become the region which has to be observed. Several efforts to control the pandemic has been conducted by Indonesian government, through its organization called Komite Nasional Flu Bururng dan Kesiapsiagaan Menghadapi Pandemi Influenza (Konmas FBPI). Some policies has been enacted by the government, such as Indonesia National Pandemi Preparedness and Contingency Plan and also National Response in Facing Influenza Pandemic in Indonesia. In connection with the effect of influenza pandemic to business world, the government encouraged companies from now to start planning in taking steps to avoid it happen, and to make sure that business operational will keep running when the pandemic is really occurred. To anticipate the effect of pandemic in business sector, preparation of business continuity plan is needed. Business continuity plan is a planning which is prepared by a business entity in reducing the spread of influenza pandemic virus in society and at the same time maintaining the continuity of business operational. Several regulations and policies enacted by the government are not a guarantee in avoiding the occurrence of influenza pandemic. Indonesia needs qualified human resources, enough allocation of funding, strong commitment from companies, and good coordination. Keywords: Influenza Pandemic, Policy, Business Continuity Plan
