Usia Pertama menikah yang dilakukan wanita di Kabupaten Bekasi 51,3 % dibawah usia 20 tahun. Ini merupakan salah satu penyebab terjadinya Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT). Dari penelitian ini, wanita yang menikah dibawah usia 20 tahun mengalami KDRT selama menikah sebanyak 115 (73,9%). Terdapat hubungan antara responden yang melakukan pernikahan dibawah usia 20 tahun dengan KDRT. Wanita yang melakukan pernikahan di bawah usia 20 tahun berisiko 2 kali mengalami KDRT. Faktor lain yang berhubungan dengan KDRT yaitu Pendidikan suami rendah, Penghasilan rendah, Pengambil keputusan, pemilihan pasangan, suami pengguna alkohol, konflik orang tua dan riwayat suami dengan perilaku kekerasan fisik.

From this study, women who were married under the age of 20 years experience domestic violence during the marriage as much as 115 (73,9%). There is a relationship between the respondents who do marriage under the age of 20 years with domestic violence. Women who perform marriages under the age of 20 years has twice the risk of experiencing domestic violence. Other factors associated with domestic violence are husbands low education, low income, decision makers, mate choice, husband alcohol users, parents conflict and husband with a history of physically violent behavior.
The phenomenon of early marriage in Indonesia has increased during the COVID-19 pandemic, the declining financial factor during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the boredom factor of online learning have affected most children in Indonesia. Indonesia is ranked 37th in the world with the highest percentage of Early Marriage, In Indonesia, the province with the highest early marriage rate in South Kalimantan Province 12.52 percent, while a second place comes from West Java Province 11.48 percent. The research was conducted using Qualitative methods with a case study research design. with the Theory Of Reasoned Action approach. The early marriage that occurs in women in Cibaregbeg village, all informants have a strong intention to marry early, it is based on understanding such as reasons for not wanting to burden parents, educational factors, cultural factors, promiscuity factors, and even there are factors from the child himself to get married. Based on these findings, one that can provide additions to various parties is formulated, the delay in the age of marriage among adolescents must be handled together. Marriage should pay attention to the age factor because age greatly affects physical, and non-physical maturity such as mindset. Age is very important in running a family relationship because as a person gets older, his mindset will also increase and change
Early marriage is defined as the marriage of a girl or boy before the age of 18. Early marriage has more negative implications for adolescent survival. An earlier marriage age will have an impact on the health of the mother and child, as well as increase morbidity and mortality. This study was conducted to determine trends and factors associated with early marriage in young women aged 15-24 years in Indonesia. This study used a cross-sectional study design with data sources derived from the secondary data from the 2017 Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey. The sample of this study was WUS aged 15-24 years who were married totaling 4,075 respondents. Data were analyzed using cox regression to determine the prevalence of the ratio of early marriage with the variables suspected as risk factors. Significance was assessed by looking at the 95% confident interval (CI). Meanwhile, to analyze trends, survey data were used from 1987 to 2017. The results of this study show that the trend of early marriage among women 15-24 years of age in Indonesia has decreased, namely 57.8% to 40.0%. From the analysis, it was found that 40.0% of respondents who were married were aged <18 years. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that current age, age at first sexual intercourse, education level, internet exposure, age differences with partners, and differences in education levels with partners are all factors that influence a person in deciding to marry at a young age or not. . In this case, it can be seen that the level of education has the highest rate as a risk factor for early marriage so that strengthening the educational factor is needed to reduce the rate of early marriage among women in Indonesia.
