Telah hampir sebelas tahun Rumah Sakit Bersalin Harapan Bunda Denpasar beroperasional, namun belum menunjukkan kemajuan yang signifikan sementara rumah sakit swasta pesaing terus bermunculan. Semenjak disewa hingga sekarang, Rumah Sakit Bersalin Harapan Bunda belum pernah menyusun rencana strategis. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan tersusunnya perencanaan strategis pengembangan Rumah Sakit Bersalin Harapan Bunda Denpasar tahun 2011-2016 dengan metode penelitian operasional research yang dilakukan dengan telaah data sekunder, wawancara mendalam dan pengambilan keputusan dengan metode consensus decicion making group berdasarkan kerangka pikir yang dikembangkan dari teori Fred David. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa Rumah Sakit Bersalin Harapan Bunda berada di sel hold and maintain dengan strategi utamanya adalah penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan produk. Dari hasil penyusunan renstra didapatkan juga beberapa strategi definif dan rencana tindak lanjut. Kata kunci : Rencana strategi, pemasaran, penetrasi pasar.
It has been almost eleven years Harapan Bunda Maternity Hospital Denpasar operated, but it has not shown significant progress while competing private hospitals continue to emerge. Since the leased until now, Harapan Bunda Maternity Hospital Denpasar has not arrange strategic plan ever. This research was conducted with the aim to develop a strategic plan compilation of Harapan Bunda Maternity Hospital Denpasar for year 2011 – 2016 with the method of operational research carried out by examining secondary data, in-depth interviews with the consensus decision-making group based on the framework developed from the theory of Fred David. The result of the study concluded that Harapan Bunda Maternity Hospital Denpasar is on hold and maintain cell with its core strategy is market penetration and product development. From the strategic plan compiling result obtained some definitve strategies and action plans. Keyword : Strategic plan, marketing, market penetration.

ABSTRAK Rumah Sakit Hermina Kemayoran merupakan rumah sakit baru yang dibangun pada tahun 2016 dan merupakan bagian dari Hermina Hospital Group yang saat ini merubah status dari rumah sakit ibu dan anak menjadi rumah sakit umum. Gedung yang baru, lokasi, status yang baru memerlukanstrategi pemasaran untuk merubah image masyarakat dan memasarkan rumah sakit sebagaiRumah Sakit Umum Hermina Kemayoran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa data kunjungan pasien dari Januari – Maret 2018 dan observasi fasilitas kesehatan yang ada untuk menganalisa karakteristik pasien dan kebutuhan pasien untuk sebagai riset pasar untuk menentukan strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas pasien merupakan perempuan dan anak usia 4-15 tahun dan tingginya angka batal berobat. Dari hasil ini, telah ditetapkan strategi pemasaran yang berorientasi untuk menarik konsumen yang lebih bervariasi dan dapat bersaing dengan kompetitor. Evaluasi kepuasan pasien dan keluhan pasien dilakukan untuk umpan balik pelayanan kesehatan. Kata kunci: strategi pemasaran, riset pasar, RS Hermina Kemayoran
ABSTRACT Hermina Kemayoran Hospital is a new hospital built in 2016 and is a part of Hermina Hospital Group, a hospital group that has changed its status from a mother and child hospital to a general hospital. A new hospital, location, and status needs a marketing strategy to change the public’s perception and to market this new hospital as a general hospital. This research uses the analytical descriptive quantitative method using secondary data and observation of available facilities in the hospital to analise patient characteristics and needs as a form of market research to formulate a marketing strategy for this hospital. The results show that most patients were 4-15 years old children and women with a high number of patients cancelling. From this result, the marketing strategy is oriented to attract more variations of costumers and to compete with the competitors. Evaluation of patients’ satisfaction level and complaints should be done for hospital services feedback. Key words: marketing strategy, market research, Hermina Kemayoran Hospital

In today's highly competitive market in hospitals, marketing strategies are needed that focus more on the objectives of their activities on partnership relationships. The implementation of customer relationship marketing aims to find the lifetime value (LTV) of customers and further improve operational efficiency. The purpose of this thesis is to know the role of customer care to customer relationship marketing of patient companies and insurance IKS RS Risa Sentra Medika Mataram. The identification and evaluation of this marketing strategy is done by system approach. The type of this research is qualitative descriptive research. The results of this study found that has been done customer relationship marketing efforts through customer care activities, has not been optimal. In that case, can be seen from the performance of human resources, organizational structure, budget, facilities that support customer care activities that are not according to standards. In the implementation of customer relationship marketing apply 4 concepts that are developing trust, bonding commitment, communication and conflict handling, these efforts have been done even though they have not met the target. It requires commitment from all parties in the organization, from the board of directors to the executor level, as well as synergistic cooperation from the internal company and also outside parties.
