Abstrak:
PENELITIAN INI MEMBAHAS ANALISIS KEBUTUTUHAN TENAGA PERAWAT DENGAN METODE WORKLOAD INDICATOR STAFFING NEED (WISN) DI UNIT RAWAT INAP RS MASMITRA TAHUN 2016. WISN DIGUNAKAN UNTUK MENGHITUNG KEBUTUHAN TENAGA BERDASARKAN BEBAN KERJA. PENELITIAN INI BERTUJUAN UNTUK MENGETAHUI JUMLAH KEBUTUHAN TENAGA PERAWAT DI UNIT RAWAT INAP RS MASMITRA, BEKASI BERDASARKAN BEBAN KERJA. MERUPAKAN PENELITIAN KUALITATIF YANG DILAKUKAN SELAMA TUJUH HARI KERJA. PENGUMPULAN DATA PRIMER DILAKUKAN DENGAN OBSERVASI MENGGUNAKAN FORMULIR TIME AND MOTION STUDY, SEMENTARA DATA SEKUNDER DIDAPATKAN DENGAN TELAAH DOKUMEN.
HASIL DARI PENELITIAN INI MENUNJUKKAN BAHWA PERLU PENAMBAHAN TENAGA PERAWAT SEBANYAK 5 (LIMA) ORANG DI UNIT RAWAT INAP RS MASMITRA, BEKASI. NAMUN, HAL INI BELUM SEJALAN DENGAN KEGIATAN PRODUKTIF YANG DILAKUKAN OLEH TENAGA PERAWAT DI UNIT TERSEBUT, PASALNYA KEGIATAN PRODUKTIF DINYATAKAN BELUM OPTIMAL. OLEH SEBAB ITU, PERLU DIADAKAN PERBAIKAN SOP MAUPUN PELATIHAN SDM UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PRODUKTIFITAS TENAGA PERAWAT DI UNIT RAWAT INAP RS MASMITRA, BEKASI SEBELUM DILAKUKAN PENAMBAHAN TENAGA.

THIS STUDY DISCUSSED ABOUT NEEDS ANALYSIS OF NURSING AT THE INPATIENT UNIT OF MASMITRA HOSPITAL, BEKASI YEAR OF 2016. WISN IS USED TO CALCULATE THE NEEDS BASED ON WORKLOAD. THIS STUDY ATTEMPTS TO KNOW THE NUMBER OF NURSES NEEDS AT THE INPATIENT UNIT OF MASMITRA HOSPITAL BASED ON WORKLOAD. THIS IS A QUALITATIVE RESEARCH CONDUCTED BY DURING SEVEN DAYS. THE COLLECTION OF PRIMARY DATA DONE WITH OBSERVATION USING TIME AND MOTION STUDY FORM, WHILE SECONDARY DATA WAS OBTAINED THROUGH REVIEW OF DOCUMENTS.
THE RESULT OF THIS RESEARCH INDICATED THAT NEED TO INCREASE THE QUANTITY OF NURSES ABOUT 5 (FIVE) AT INPATIENT UNIT MASMITRA HOSPITAL, BEKASI. BUT, IT IS NOT IN LINE WITH PRODUCTIVE ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED BY THE NURSES AT THE UNIT, BECAUSE THE PRODUCTIVE ACTIVITY EXPRESSED NOT OPTIMAL, YET. THEREFORE, MUST BE IMPROVEMENT SOP AND RESOURCES TRAINING TO INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY OF NURSES AT INPATIENT UNIT OF MASMITRA HOSPITAL, BEKASI, PRIOR TO INCREASE THE QUANTITY OF WORKER.

Abstrak:
Ketidaksesuaian jumlah kesediaan perawat dengan perhitungan kebutuhan perawat merupakan suatu masalah yang perlu dikaji. Salah satunya dengan mengetahui beban kerja sebenarnya sebagai usaha peningkatan mutu pelayanan keperawatan di rumah sakit. Beban kerja yang tidak sesuai kemampuan perawat akan menyebabkan kelelahan, stress kerja hingga ketidakpuasan pasien yang dirawat. Penelitian ini menganalisa kebutuhan tenaga perawat pelaksana di Ruang Rawat Inap Teratai berdasarkan beban kerja menggunakan time and motion study yang kemudian diolah berdasarkan metode WISN dan metode Ilyas. Penelitian secara observasional dilaksanakan selama 7 hari kepada 7 orang perawat pelaksana untuk mengetahui beban kerja perawat. Hasil penelitian memperoleh waktu produktif perawat 91% dari seluruh waktu kegiatan perawat. Beban kerja pada shif sore memiliki nilai lebih tinggi dibandingkan shif pagi. Peneliti menyimpulkan beban kerja perawat di ruang rawat inap Teratai termasuk kategori berat dan memerlukan penambahan tenaga perawat. Pengalihan beberapa kegiatan keperawatan kepada professional lain sesuai tugas dan jabatannya dapat mengurangi beban kerja perawat. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi pertimbangan dalam menentukan metode perhitungan kebutuhan perawat di Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Badan Pengusahaan Batam.
The discrepancy between the number of nurses' willingness and the calculation of nurse needs is a problem that needs to be studied. One of them is knowing the actual workload as an effort to improve the quality of nursing services in hospitals. Workloads that are not in accordance with the ability of nurses will cause fatigue, work stress and dissatisfaction of patients who being treated. This study analyzes the need for practical nurses in the Teratai Ward based on workload using time and motion studies which are then processed based on the WISN method and the Ilyas method. Observational research was carried out for 7 days to 7 nurses to determine the workload of nurses. The results of the study obtained that the productive time of nurses was 91% of the entire time of nurses' activities. The workload on the afternoon shift has a higher value than the morning shift. The researcher concludes that the workload of nurses in the Teratai ward is in the heavy category and requires additional nursing staff. Transfered of some nursing activities to other professionals according to their duties and positions can reduce the workload of nurses. Hoppely that this research can be a consideration indetermining the method of calculating the needs of nurses in the Inpatient Installation, Hospital of Badan Pengusahaan Batam

Abstrak:
Peningkatan jumlah kunjungan pasien di UGD Rumah Sakit Bali Royal tidak diikutidengan perubahan jumlah ketenagaan perawat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untukmengetahui beban kerja perawat dan kebutuhan perawat di UGD Rumah Sakit BaliRoyal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengamatandilakukan oleh peneliti untuk mengetahui waktu yang dihabiskan oleh perawatdalam melayani pasien dengan menggunakan metode Time Motion Study. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan beban kerja untuk pasien gawat darurat sebesar 63,4 menitper hari (1,1 jam per hari), pasien gawat tidak darurat 1.585,5 menit per hari (26,4jam per hari), dan pasien darurat tidak gawat 2.187,7 menit per hari (36,5 jam perhari) dan kebutuhan tenaga perawat di UGD Rumah Sakit Bali Royal sebesar 17orang. Diperlukan penambahan tenaga perawat pelaksana sebanyak 3 orang.Kata Kunci : unit gawat darurat, perawat, time motion study, beban kerja, kebutuhanperawat.

Abstrak:
Salah satu komponen penting dalam menghitung kebutuhan tenaga adalah beban kerja. Metode Workload Indicators of Stafing Need (WISN) merupakan metode yang menghitung kebutuhan tenaga berdasarkan beban kerja yang sesungguhnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besar beban kerja dengan teknik Time and motion study, kemudian digunakan untuk menghitung kebutuhan tenaga. Penelitian dilakukan di unit rawat inap RSUD Cilincing pada bulan April sampai dengan Mei 2017. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian diperoleh waktu kerja perawat untuk kegiatan produktif sebesar 68.25%. Belum membutuhkan tenaga baru karena dibawah 80% waktu kegiatan produktifnya. Hasil perhitungan tenaga dengan metode WISN didapatkan jumlah tenaga perawat adalah 22 orang, kelebihan sebanyak 1 orang. Dengan rasio WISN 1.04 menunjukkan jumlah perawat saat ini lebih besar daripada yang dibutuhkan. Dengan formula Ilyas didapatkan kebutuhan tenaga sebesar 22 orang. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar metode perhitungan kebutuhan perawat di unit rawat inap RSUD. Kata kunci: Perencanaan kebutuhan perawat, beban kerja perawat, time and motion study, WISN, formula Ilyas One important component in calculating power requirements is the workload. Workload Indicators of Stafing Need (WISN) method is a method that calculates the need for personnel based on actual workload. This study aims to find out the workload with Time and Motion study technique, then used to calculate the power requirement. The study was conducted at RSUD Cilincing in April to May 2017. This research is a qualitative research with observation, in-depth interview and document review. The result of this research is nurse work time for productive activity equal to 68.25%. Do not need new workforce because under 80% time productive activities. The result of power calculation by WISN method got the number of nurses is 22 people, excess of 1 people. The WISN 1.04 ratio indicates the current number of nurses is greater than required. With the formula Ilyas obtained power needs of 22 people. It is expected that this research can be the basis of the method of calculating the needs of nurses in the inpatient unit of RSUD.
