Abstrak:
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara status gizi, persen lemak tubuh, asupan gizi (energi, karbohidrat, lemak, dan protein), usia menarche ibu, dan sosial ekonomi keluarga (pekerjaan dan pendidikan orang tua) dengan status menarche pada siswi SD Negeri Depok Jaya 1 Kota Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross - sectional dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 115 siswi kelas 4,5, dan 6 SDN Depok Jaya 1 Kota Depok. Tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling dan data dianalisis menggunakan uji chisquare. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 30,4% responden sudah menarche dengan rata - rata usia menarche 10,37 ± 0,37 tahun, dengan usia termuda yang mengalami menarche adalah usia 9 tahun dan usia tertua yang mengalami menarche adalah usia 11 tahun. Variabel - variabel yang memiliki hubungan dengan status menarche adalah status gizi (IMT/U) (p value = 0,023), persen lemak tubuh (p value = 0,000), dan asupan lemak (p value = 0,000). Untuk itu, disarankan adanya edukasi tentang kesehatan reproduksi mengingat usia menarche yang semakin cepat.
The purpose of this study was to determine the associated between nutritional status, body fat percentage, nutrient intake (energy, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins), mother's menarche age, and family socio-economical status (parents' occupation and education) with female students' menarche status. This study used cross-sectional design with a total sample of 115 female students grades 4, 5, and 6 elementary school of SDN Depok Jaya 1. This research used total sampling method and the data were analyzed by chi-square test. The result of this research showed that 30.4% of respondents had menarche at average age of 10.37 ± 0.37 years old, with the youngest age of menarche was 9 years old and the oldest one was 11 years old. Variables which have relation to menarche status are nutritional status (IMT/U) (p value = 0.023), body fat percentage (p value = 0.000), and fat intake (p value = 0.000), Thereof, a reproductive health education was suggested in elementary school as menarche age was sooner.

Abstrak:
Skripsi ini membahas hubungan umur menarche dan faktor-faktor lainnya(asupan gizi, konsumsi minuman manis, dan aktivitas fisik) dengan kejadian overweight pada remaja perempuan (13-15 tahun). Metode yang digunakan adalah studi analitik kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di SMPI Al-Azhar 4 Kemandoran, Jakarta Selatan pada bulan April2013 dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 107 siswi. Data umur menarche dan konsumsi minuman manis diperoleh melalui pengisian kuesioner mandiri, asupangizi diperoleh dari wawancara food recall 24 jam, dan aktivitas fisik diukurmenggunakan Physical Activity Questionnaire for Older Children (PAQ-C). Ujistatistik yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah uji-T independen. Dari 107responden, sebanyak 38,3% mengalami overweight. Umur menarche dan asupan lemak memiliki hubungan yang bermakna secara signifikan dengan overweight (p< 0,05). Responden yang mengalami overweight memiliki rata-rata umurmenarche lebih muda (11,53 tahun) dan rata-rata asupan lemak lebih tinggi (66,15gram/hari). Sementara itu, tidak ditemukan hubungan yang bermakna antara asupan energi, karbohidrat, protein, serat, konsumsi minuman manis, dan aktivitasfisik dengan kejadian overweight.

Abstrak:
ABSTRACT Skripsi ini membahas mengenai lingkar pinggang pada staf kependidikan FKM UI Depok tahun 2014. Tujuan skripsi ini untuk mengetahui gambaran faktor-faktor, hubungannya dan faktor dominan lingkar pinggang. Faktor-faktor tersebut yaitu usia, jenis kelamin, riwayat genetik, pengetahuan gizi, aktivitas fisik, durasi tidur, kebiasaan merokok, asupan energi, asupan karbohidrat dan asupan lemak. Lingkar pinggang merupakan pengukuran antropometri yang dapat mengindikasikan penumpukan lemak viseral tubuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuatitatif dengan desain studi cros sectional. Penelitian ini dimulai dari tanggal 7 April hingga 25 April 2014. Terdapat 122 responden yang telah menyelesaikan pengisian dan wawancara kuesioner maupun pengukuran lingkar pinggang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata ukuran lingkar pinggang responden sebesar 84,59 cm dengan prevalensi 41,8% memiliki lingkar pinggang melebihi cut off points. Maka terdapat hubungan antara jenis kelamin, riwayat genetik dan pengetahuan gizi terhadap lingkar pinggang. Hasil analisis multivariat, asupan lemak dan riwayat genetik sebagai faktor dominan lingkar pinggang. Peneliti menyarankan untuk mengurangi asupan lemak, menerapkan pola hidup sehat dan rutin melakukan pengukuran lingkar pinggang.
ABSTRACT The focus of this study is about waist circumference in Education Staff at Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia, Depok 2014. The purpose of this study is to know about factors, its association and dominant factor of waist cirvcumference. The factors are age, sex, genetic history, nutrition knowledge, physical activity, sleep duration, smoking habit, energy intake, carbohydrate intake and fat intake. Waist circumference is an anthropometric measurement that indicating visceral fat accumulation. This study used quantitative method and cross sectional design. It was started on April 7th until April 25th. There are 122 respondents who fulfilling questionnaire and waist circumference measurement. This study’s result that mean of waist circumference is 84,59 cm with prevalence of waist circumference above cut off points is 41,8%. So, there is an association between sex, genetic history and nutrition knowledge with waist circumference. After using multivariate analysis, fat intake and genetic history as dominant factor of waist circumference. The researcher suggests to reduce fat intake, implement health lifestyle and often do waist circumference measurement.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran status gizi serta faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan status gizi lebih pada karyawan shift di PT Akebono Brake Astra Indonesia tahun 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross-sectional, pengambilan sampel secara acak sederhana (simple random sampling), dan dianalasis dengan menggunakan uji chi-square dan uji t independen. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 150 karyawan shift. Pengambilan data penelitian dilakukan pada bulan April 2013. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 34% responden memiliki status gizi lebih. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa status gizi lebih berhubungan dengan asupan energi (p value 0,000), asupan protein (p value 0,004), asupan lemak (p value 0,000) dan asupan karbohidrat (p value 0,000). Disarankan agar perusahaan melakukan pemantauan status gizi karyawan secara rutin, minimal dengan cara melakukan penimbangan berat badan sebulan sekali agar terbangun kesadaran bersama akan keadaan status gizi karyawan sehingga perubahan perilaku ke arah yang lebih sehat dapat terjadi.

Obesitas sentral merupakan salah satu permasalahan kesehatan yang meningkat pada kelompok usia dewasa pertengahan. Faktor gaya hidup seperti asupan zat gizi, aktivitas fisik, durasi tidur, dan kesehatan mental emosional diduga berkontribusi terhadap kondisi ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor dominan kejadian obesitas sentral dewasa usia 40–59 tahun di Kecamatan Kemayoran, Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian menggunakan Cross Sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan melibatkan pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara dan pengukuran antropometri. Hasil uji multivariat menunjukkan bahwa asupan lemak berlebih merupakan faktor yang paling dominan terhadap kejadian obesitas sentral (p = 0,018; OR = 2,940; 95% CI = 1,206–7,168). Responden dengan asupan lemak berlebih memiliki risiko 2,94 kali lebih besar mengalami obesitas sentral dibandingkan dengan responden yang tidak berlebih. Lemak yang dikonsumsi secara berlebih akan mudah disimpan sebagai lemak viseral di rongga perut, yang berkontribusi langsung pada peningkatan lingkar pinggang. Faktor lain seperti asupan energi, karbohidrat, protein, serat, aktivitas fisik, durasi tidur, dan kesehatan mental emosional juga dimasukkan ke dalam model multivariat. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pengendalian konsumsi lemak sebagai strategi utama pencegahan obesitas sentral pada kelompok usia tersebut.

Lifestyle factors such as nutrient intake, physical activity, sleep duration, and emotional mental health are thought to contribute to this condition. This study aims to analyze the dominant factors in the incidence of central obesity in adults aged 40–59 years in Kemayoran District, Central Jakarta. The study used a Cross Sectional with a quantitative approach and involved primary data collection through interviews and anthropometric measurements. The results of the multivariate test showed that excessive fat intake was the most dominant factor in the incidence of central obesity (p = 0.018; OR = 2.940; 95% CI = 1.206–7.168). Respondents with excessive fat intake had a 2.94 times greater risk of experiencing central obesity compared to respondents who were not excessive. Excessive fat consumption will be easily stored as visceral fat in the abdominal cavity, which directly contributes to an increase in waist circumference. Other factors such as energy intake, carbohydrates, protein, fiber, physical activity, sleep duration, and emotional mental health were also included in the multivariate model. Abstrak:
Penyakit Paru Obstruktif Kronik (PPOK) menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat utama di dunia maupun Indonesia. Pada tahun 2002, PPOK menduduki peringkat ke5 sebagai penyebab kematian di dunia, dan diperkirakan pada tahun 2030 PPOK akan menempati peringkat ke-3. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kejadian serta faktor risiko kejadian PPOK pada penduduk usia ≥ 30 tahun di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur tahun 2013. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian sekunder menggunakan data Riskesdas 2013 dengan desain cross sectional. Analisis data menggunakan chi-square. Hasil analisis univariat diperoleh proporsi PPOK berdasarkan gejala pada penduduk usia ≥ 30 tahun di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur sebesar 50,5 %. Berdasarkan analisis bivariat faktor individu dan lingkungan, yang menjadi faktor risiko seseorang mendapat PPOK adalah kelompok umur produktif (PR= 1,427; 95% CI= 1,243-1,638), berjenis kelamin perempuan (PR=1,093; 95% CI= 0,845-0,990), memiliki riwayat infeksi pernafasan (PR=1,213; 95% CI= 1,058-1,390), menggunakan obat nyamuk bakar (PR= 1,384; 95% CI= 1,258-1,522) dan melakukan penanganan sampah dengan cara dibakar (PR= 1,312; 95% CI= 1,212-1,420). Hipertensi merupakan faktor risiko penyakit kardiovaskuler. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan hipertensi.Penelitian ini juga melibatkan 83 responden yang merupakan karyawankependidikan FKM UI dan dilakukan pada bulan April sampai Juni 2017.Variabel dependen pada penelitian ini adalah hipertensi, sedangkan variabelindependennya adalah umur, jenis kelamin, riwayat hipertensi keluarga, indeksmasa tubuh (IMT), konsumsi makanan tinggi natrium, konsumsi makanan tinggilemak, aktifitas fisik, kebiasaan merokok, dan stres.Hipertensi diukur dengan melihat nilai tekanan darah menggunakantensimeter, indeks masa tubuh (IMT) diukur dengan pengukuran berat badan dantinggi badan yang kemudian dihitung menggunakan rumus, konsumsi makanantinggi natrium dan lemak menggunakan wawancara 24-hours food recall, aktifitasfisik menggunakan Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ), dan stresdiukur menggunakan Self Reporting Questionnaire (SRQ), sedangkan variabellain seperti umur, jenis kelamin, riwayat hipertensi keluarga dan kebiasaanmerokok diukur menggunakan kuesioner yang diisi sendiri oleh responden.Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross-sectional. Sebanyak 26,5%karyawan mengalami hipertensi (≥140/90 mmHg).Dari beberapa variabel yang diuji, terdapat hubungan yang bermaknaantara umur, jenis kelamin, konsumsi tinggi natrium, dan konsumsi tinggi lemak,dengan kejadian hipertensi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, karyawan disarankanuntuk menjaga asupan dengan mengurangi konsumsi makanan tinggi natrium danlemak.

Abstrak:
Penurunan usia menarche (menstruasi pertama) pada remaja putri yang semakin muda yang akan berdampak jangka panjang pada permasalahan kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor dominan terhadap usia menarche dengan desain studi cross-sectional pada 100 siswi kelas 7 dan 8 SMP Islam Panglima Besar Sudirman 2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebesar 39% siswi memiliki usia menarche dini (< 12 tahun) dan 61% lainnya usia menarche normal dengan rata-rata usia menarche adalah 11,161 ± 0,85 tahun, dengan usia menarche termuda 10 tahun dan tertua usia 13 tahun. Berdasarkan uji regresi logistik ganda, asupan lemak merupakan faktor dominan terhadap usia menarche (P=0,002; OR=6) setelah dikontrol status gizi (IMT/U), asupan energi, asupan protein, asupan karbohidrat, persen lemak tubuh, aktivitas fisik dan usia menarche ibu. Faktor lain yang memiliki perbedaan usia menarche bermakna secara statistik adalah asupan energi (p=0,000; OR=1), persen lemak tubuh (p=0,012; OR=1) dan usia menarche ibu (p=0,029; OR=5). Kounfonding usia menarche yang tidak memberikan perbedaan bermakna secara statistik adalah status gizi (IMT/U) (p=0,441;OR=2), asupan karbohidrat (p=0,867;OR=1), dan aktivitas fisik (p=0,485;OR=3). Kata kunci: Usia menarche, Sekolah Menengah Pertama, Asupan Lemak, Asupan Energi, Persen Lemak Tubuh, Usia Menarche Ibu Decline in age of menarche (first menstrual period) in girl adolescent getting younger will impact long-term to health problems. The purpose of the study is to determine dominant age factor of menarche with cross-sectional study design with 100 girl adolescent student 7 and 8 grade of Panglima Besar Sudirman Mosloem Junior High School East Jakarta 2016. The result of study is 39% of girl adolescent student have early menarche age and 61% of other have normal menarche age with an average age of menarche is 11,6 ± 0,85 years with the youngest age of menarche 10 years old and the oldest 13 years old. Based on the multiple logistic regression, fat intake is dominant factor of the age of menarche (P=0,002; OR=6) after controlled of nutritonal status (BMI/Y), energy intake, protein intake, carbohydrate intake, percentage of body fat, physical activity and age of mother menarche. Another factor have a significant different for statiscally in age of menarche are energy intake (p=0,000; OR=1), percentage of body fat (p=0,012; OR=1) and age of mother menarche (p=0,029; OR=5). Counfonding age of menarche have not significant different for statiscally in age of menarche are status (BMI/Y) (p=0,441;OR=2), carbohydrate intake (p=0,867;OR=1), and physical activity (p=0,485;OR=3).
